On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, a remarkable chapter in space exploration closed with the safe return of 2 astronauts stranded for nine months—a feat made possible by Elon Musk and his SpaceX team. This historic achievement underscores what innovation and determination can accomplish, even as Musk faces unjust criticism and vandalism from the left targeting Tesla. While detractors attack, Musk succeeds where others couldn’t, saving two astronauts in a mission prioritized by President Trump. A legal immigrant who built Tesla, SpaceX, and PayPal from the ground up, Musk exemplifies the power of capitalism and patriotism. Instead of tearing down, he creates—and his billionaire status is well-earned. It’s time to celebrate Musk’s contributions rather than dwell on division and destruction coming from the left. Also, it’s clear the media remains fixated on defending the ruling class and bureaucracy, sidelining the countless Americans who contribute daily to the nation’s fabric. While innovators, farmers, truckers, and workers drive progress, their stories are drowned out by endless coverage of Washington, D.C. elites. This skewed lens doesn’t reflect America—it manipulates and dismisses the majority, leaving the heart of the country overlooked and undervalued. Later, Judge James Boasberg ordered deportations of alleged gang members without disclosing his daughter’s ties to an organization aiding such individuals. His initial verbal order was imprecise and followed by a written one after planes had left, suggesting no violation by Trump. Boasberg overstepped his jurisdiction, as immigration policy falls under presidential authority, not judicial oversight. Afterward, is it Voice of America or voice of hard left? Originally established to broadcast American values and principles into communist nations, VOA has instead morphed into a platform for leftist agendas. It has promoted a pro-Iran perspective, delivered anti-Israel reporting, and even disseminated content from Russian propagandists. Finally, Julie Kelly calls in to discuss January 6 and Ray Epps’ connection to Judge Boasberg.

Segment 1
Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. You know, ladies and gentlemen. We’re all watching, or at least I’m watching, depending on where you are. The return of these two astronauts is actually for two went up in September. But the two that have been there languishing for nine months. Would not have happened, but for SpaceX’s Elon Musk and his entire team. You know, it wasn’t that long ago when somebody like Elon Musk. Would be praised. He’ll be on all the big network TV shows. I’d be honored. There’d be a ticker tape parade for him down Fifth Avenue in New York. That we know the name of all the senior people at Space X. That the media would be. Crowding. Didn’t invite them on their programs and. And to celebrate them. We’d have individuals who had knowledge about these sorts of things telling us. About the space vehicle. They went up and brought these people back. We know a lot more than we know today. This is historic in every respect. It is truly incredible. While people are out there vandalizing Tesla dealerships, while they’re out there vandalizing individual Tesla automobiles owned by people. While the vandalizing Tesla charging stations. While the ruling class politicians and their media. Our smearing and character assassinating Elon Musk. He did something nobody else could do, including Nasser on its own. Nobody. He saved these two astronauts. What he did. And it was a priority of President Trump. Another remarkable man, quite frankly. Now Elon Musk is appearing in various media outlets and so forth. We’ve not circled back. Tried to meet with them. Maybe we will at some point. We haven’t circled back to interview President Trump or any of these folks. We will. But the hosts are lined up right now and. You can see their appearances here and there, and that’s a good thing. I’ll wait a little bit. So things settle down. But this is unbelievable. This is remarkable. It truly is. Shows how capitalism. Entrepreneurship. Can actually work in miraculous ways. Shows how a man with a with an agenda, whether it’s PayPal, whether it’s Tesla, which the left is trying to destroy, the left builds nothing. They build nothing, their billionaires build nothing. Soros builds and they destroy. They redistribute. They steal. They grift. Hey, Bill. Nothing. You could take all the money that George Soros has and Warren Buffett has together. They haven’t built a damn thing. They invest in companies that already exist. They try and sell them at opportune times. Make a few shekels. Actually a lot here and there. They don’t actually build a damn thing. Elon Musk. He makes his money by building things. He bought Twitter. He’s rebuilt. It is lost a lot of money. He’s also a patriot. Again, I don’t know this man. I met him in passing. This is a billionaire who deserves to be a billionaire. He didn’t inherit anything. Illegal immigrant. Build everything from the bottom up. He’s provided goods and services that the American people want that the left are trying to destroy. It’s just a terrible, terrible thing. He didn’t buy Tesla. He created Tesla. He didn’t buy space. He created space. He didn’t buy PayPal. He was one of the creators of PayPal. I’m not saying it’s not important that people buy things. But wealth in so forth. But. People do make their money in different ways. He’s a self-made man, the richest man on earth. I don’t know if he still is, but. But he’s up there. He should be celebrated, shouldn’t he? We spend more time talking about Khaleel. The terrorist supporting. Foreigner. Who’s in the country. Inciting riotous activity against Jews. At the Democrat Party, at the ACLU. A left wing judges. A person who they are defending. We spend more time. Our country dealing with over 200 Venezuelan gangsters. Because a federal judge and I’ll get into him now, it turns out, is a severe conflict of interest whose daughter works for one of these immigration groups that tries to prevent illegal immigrants from being deported. Did you know that? We’ll get into that. One of the judges. You’ll learn soon. I won’t get into specifics. He has spent his life advising on DEA and representing such groups and his rule on DUI to. At the effort to shut it down is unconstitutional. Our media spent a lot of time. Talking about Washington. He spent a lot of time defending the ruling class, defending the bureaucracy, defending the left. He spent a lot of time presenting us with Bernie Sanders. Well, this isn’t a damn thing for this country in his entire wretched life. They spend entire weeks at a time promoting a proxy. Hasn’t done a damn thing for this country and never will. These are socialists, These are Marxists. These are destroyers. Exploiters and opportunists. But then again saw so many of the people in the media. But this is what they do. Every day in this country there are men and women. We’re developing things. Who are inventing things. Men and women who are contributing to this society in ways and small every day. And yet every day they’re ignored. And every day we hear about. The bureaucracy. We hear about the most outrageous things said by politicians. Every day. It’s not America. They don’t present us with America. They present us. But the ruling class. I’ve been thinking about this as I write this book every single damn day. The media is focused on the ruling class, protecting it, advancing it, celebrating it, promoting it. The vast majority of the country is utterly ignored. When’s the last time you saw a story on farmers who feed us? On ranchers who feed us. When’s the last time you saw one of those stores? When’s the last time you saw a story about truckers? The men and women who worked work on the railways, who bring us our food. When’s the last time? When’s the last time they spoke to anybody who works at UPS or FedEx or the Postal Service, for that matter? Two every single day. Bring us our mail. Bring us our packages. When’s the last time they did a story on Amazon and Bezos? They hate him now, of course. Because he’s trying to turn around the rec that’s been the Washington compost. What about that? Every day goods. Every day services. Every day contributions. Ignored completely. Totally. You watch this on TV. This is amazing. What’s been done here? You will never know the names of the men and women on Elon Musk’s team at SpaceX. Maybe now that I’d mention it. Who’ve done what they’ve done. It’s incredible that you’ll know the name of every low life member of Congress. Who uses the F-bomb, who appears on cable TV six times a week. Who talks about. Dictatorships and tyrants and all the rest as the American people work to make this country function. As the American people. As the American people drive. Opportunity, prosperity, growth, innovation. We the people. And when is the last time we the people were the subject of the of the media? They seek to manipulate us. And put us down. And dismiss us. The only thing that matters is what’s going on in Washington, D.C.. It’s government centric day in and day out, day in and day out. They all talk like Marxists about redistribution of wealth, getting the billionaires. The judges are a disgrace. And I’ll deal with John Roberts soon. A disgusting besmirch minute of our constitutional system. And this guy, the chief justice, who could have done something about it two weeks ago. He speaks out. Impeachment’s not the proper response. He lectures the president of the United States. Takes off his black robe. Destroys all that decorum comes to the defense of the rogue radical trial judges, a.k.a. slip and fall, ambulance chasing lawyers and black robes, Marxists and socialists in black robes, Islamists in black robes. That’s what they are. That’s who Biden, Obama and Clinton put on the federal bench. And you and I were supposed to sit silently. I heard a former federal prosecutor on my favorite network going on and on. About how he’s had in many, many cases, you know, and sometimes they’re wrong. And that’s the way it goes. No, no, no, no. We’re not talking about criminal cases. We’re talking about the Constitution of the United States. Who gets to do what? It’s the heart and soul of our republic. Not. The courtroom where these former federal prosecutors. Yes, Your Honor. No, Your Honor. Yes, Your Honor. No, Your Honor. If we have federal judges, there aren’t going to. Who going to uphold the Constitution? They’re not, Your Honor. They’re your dishonor. And in this country we have free speech and it’s not limited to. Matters of government. Is it? No, it’s not. Where’s progress being made in the private sector? Where’s there hope in the private sector? Not government. There’s not a single corporation in America that would survive. If they were run like USAID, which a federal judge just stepped up, stepped in and interfered to protect. There’s not a single private sector business that would survive. They can’t fire people and hire people on merit, not one. There’s not a single private sector business that could survive if it had gang members. Gang members attacking its facilities and its employees. Not one. DC. The ruling class is in a cocoon of their own making. John Roberts doesn’t live in the communities, in the neighborhoods. That is suffering the consequences of rogue judges. I’ll be right back.
Segment 2
Let me educate the chief justice of the United States who’s in the Constitution, as is the Supreme Court. You know, John Roberts, you’re in the Constitution. Your position is and your court is. Donald Trump is the president’s. Here’s all the courts are not. Congress created them. Congress has certain powers. You may know this about the Constitution. Not only do they advise and consent hereby confirming judges like the lower court judges, but they can remove them under the impeachment clause if they wish. I know what you’re talking about. Jefferson went after Chase and he failed. And since that day forward, it’s been the view and the tradition and the custom that you don’t impeach judges based on their opinions. I don’t favor impeachment. Not because of that. Because I think that’s absurd. Parchment is impeachment, but because you need a supermajority to convict in the Senate. And last time I checked, there’s 53 Republicans. You’re probably lose three or four of them. So that’s a waste of time. The way to deal with these judges is to abolish their courts. Abolish their courts, defund them if you wish, or just abolish them. And you would need the people. As we discussed last evening in the Congress, who are the experts on parliamentary rules? That is Robert’s Rules Water. They can determine if this can be attached to some kind of a reconciliation spending or budget bill that avoids the filibuster rule in the Senate. In other words, let’s stop down on the table pounding it and do something about this. And you see John Roberts, the other branches have a right to act, too. We don’t have a judicial oligarchy, at least not yet. Or, judge, you could step in and fix this. But you’re a coward.
Segment 3
Isabelle Vincent New York Post. Anti Tesla protests funded by big time California Democrat donor whose ex-husband is close pal of Elon Musk. See none of these Democrat or Marxist or Islamist rightist protests violence. Or spontaneous. That’s not the nature. It’s not the nature of these. Of these hoodlums, these thugs at Tesla protests are being fueled by a Democratic megadonor whose ex-husband is one of Elon Musk’s closest pals. Billionaire Steve Jurvetson Wilson, 58, was an early investor in Tesla, served on the board until December 2020. He sits on Musk’s SpaceX board. However, his ex-wife, California Saco. I mean psychiatrist Carla Jurvetson, It’s J. You are the ETF, so. N Hello. J u r v ETF. So when 58 doled out more than half a million dollars to a group called Invisible Action, a political action group linked to a nonprofit got that nonprofit tax deductions directing the protests against Musk, according to public records. Invisible Action is a Washington based advocacy group. I told you it’s all about the ruling class, the ruling class funding, the rightist protests, the ruling class and their media smearing everybody they disagree with and their judges. And I’ll get to them later. So invisible action. A Washington based advocacy advocacy group is sponsoring Mosque or US. The group offers a toolkit on its website featuring graphics and antique Tesla protest signs, as well as information about how to conduct town halls. So they’re funding the attacks on Tesla’s their funding, the attacks. Unmask their funding the. Town halls. That is the way going into these town halls by Democrats and leftists, the media. Look at this. Even the Republicans are upset. No, they’re not. The Republicans are thrilled, you jerks. Carla Jurvetson. Jurvetson. Now she doled out more than $9.5 million to Democrats last year. She’s back. Groups that promote women in politics. No left wing women in politics, not women in politics. And how dare she even use the word the women? What’s with her? In she up on her Wokeism website states support the massive organizing effort it’s going to take to defend our democracy and one another against Trump’s authoritarian agenda. So how is Trump’s agenda authoritarian? In what exact way is it authoritarian? Matter of fact, I have another story here. This judge that ordered that ordered at a San Francisco 79 year old Obama appointee, stupid old man. He orders. That Trump and the administration have to rehire 25, 30,000 people that they fired who are on probation. So now the administration is quickly trying to hire them back. Wow. What an authoritarian. No, that judges the authoritarian. What do you think, John Roberts? You like this? You’re destroying the credibility of the judicial system, John. And so are your little you little activists at the district court level. You’re defending them today, John. You think that’s helping? I thought you were a constitutionalists. You worked in the Reagan administration, you sure put on a good face. You and your friend Barrack. Oh, how dare you criticize Denmark. You’re not allowed to criticize them just because you disagree with them. Well, why would I criticize them if I agree with them? Idiots? This is judicial tyranny. They are a judicial oligarchy. Prove us wrong, John. Fix that. Fix it. You’re busy telling the president the proper response. But you have not instituted the proper response. Four of your colleagues were prepared to do so. Two weeks ago. Sam Alito. Brett Kavanaugh. Clarence Thomas. Neil Gorsuch. But you and Barrett is a complete disgrace. That’s right. I said it. You and Barrett, you threw in with the radicals. You could have put an end to this two weeks ago. You think I’m going to keep my mouth shut about this? That ain’t going to happen. You think my millions of listeners are going to be ignorant about this, are going to go along to play along? Because you had decided that the judiciary should run the executive branch. Do you think I’m going to be quiet about that, John? No damn way in hell. If free speech applies to Hamas terrorists, Nazi supporters, then it sure as hell applies to me. Sick. Sick. What’s going on in this case? No joke. Chief Justice John Roberts rebukes Rage The New York Post. Trump was saying judge who ruled against him should be impeached. Why? Is there something wrong with it? Well, you know, 200 years ago. No, Samuel, change. I’m well aware of it. I know history better than John Roberts does. I’m well aware of it. Jefferson was disgusted. His entire party was disgusted. Oh, watch. Cite Marbury versus Madison. I don’t need to repeat that. You’re well aware of Marbury versus Madison. That case was another disgrace. Oh, yes, the judges. You know the judges. We remember Dred Scott. We remember Plessy versus Ferguson. We remember Korematsu. Oh, we remember Roe v Wade. Yeah, we remember. And so many other decisions. If you read Men in Black, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Jefferson was right. They were all right. The framers were all right. If they wanted to create a judiciary like we have today, they would have created it if they wanted to put in judicial review and tell you the Supreme Court in the other courts had the final word, they would have said. So I challenge Roberts. I challenge anybody to show me any any of the framers of the ratifies who said such things? Not one. Not one. The fact of the matter is, if any of them believed. That the Constitution would confer this kind of power on a federal district judge in San Francisco to reach into Washington and Seattle, to reach into Washington in Boston, and reach into Washington. In New York. To reach into Washington. One judge. Who’s not even in the Constitution. If they would have believed for a minute. That the judiciary, which had this kind of power. They never would have ratified this constitution. They were warned by Brutus, a.k.a. Robert Yates from New York. That the ambiguity surrounding the judiciary would be the problem. He was right. He was right. Now tyranny comes in many forms. You can have a despot, a single despot, you can have a politburo. You know, tyranny by legislature, you can have tyranny of the mob. And you have tyranny by the judiciary. You have it in Israel. You have it in the United States now, and you have it in other Western countries. Why? Again, if you’ve read my books, If you listened to this show. Woodrow. Certainly he wasn’t alone. There were others. In the late 1890, Marx died, I think it was 1883. And you know what? He was pretty unknown. By his colleagues, by his contemporaries. Marx was not well known. He became well known. A few years after his death. Maybe up to ten years after his death, he became well known. People could seize on Marx’s writings. If you read his writings, to me, it’s terrible. But if you read his writings. He can pretty much pour 50 different interpretations into what the man was sacked. And the bottom line is, according to Engels, at Marx’s funeral. How do I know this stuff, Mr. Bridges? Because what do I do for a hobby? I’m the Rain Man a box. It just is the way it is. Because effectively what Angel said and they were able to get their their theories, their arguments down to slogans. So people’s sloganeering, they’re not even sure what the hell they’re talking about. Even today, people think they know what Marxism is. Marxism has many different flavors, even from Marx’s writings, it has many different flavors. But that said, what was at the core, according to Engels. People have to eat. Sustenance. Materialism. And he would say and he said at the funeral, that’s what marks new. At the world. Everyday activities, the everyday man and woman. It’s about materialism. It’s about eating. It’s about having a roof over your head. Everybody. Yeah. Yeah, that’s right. What the hell you think capitalism is about? But you see, that’s where the the debate end. So it’s fair. The rich shouldn’t have so much money when they’re poor. There you go. See? Well, how did the guy get rich? Excuse me. It’s irrelevant. So you never look behind it. The sloganeering. That’s the pathology of it. But I was thinking about this as I was driving the day. To a meeting and back to the house. Marxism claims. There’s all these isms to be based on. Reasonableness, the ability of man to reason. And by the way, we believe that too, but in a different context. A scientific, almost a mechanical application, excuse me, of his ideology. So think about these two things. If everything is based on leading. And everything is based on the mechanical application, like a scientific application of the ideology. What are we? We’re animals. Human beings are treated as animals. Don’t communist regimes. Isn’t that the case? Cuba. Venezuela. Nicaragua. Communist China. I’m doing. Bernie Sanders. Your career. Human beings are treated as animals, not as individuals. Not as free will, independent thinking individuals. So if it’s all about eating and reason is interpreted, or should I say misinterpreted to mean a mechanical scientific application of this ideology by by a relative handful of elites. You know, like Washington, D.C., as an example. Then you’re actually taking the humanity man’s nature. And destroying it. And you’re teaching and you’re treating men and women. It’s nothing but the predators and the victims. The oppressors and the oppressed. It’s the most as I was thinking about it, when I drive in the most dehumanizing kind of ideology. And yet it’s everywhere. It’s everywhere. As Missy said, and I’ve told you this before, we all talk like Marxists, even people who have no idea what Marxism is about, talks like Marxists. That’s the genius of the sloganeering and the generalizations in Marxism. But when you go. Deeper beyond the surface. That’s when it becomes. Confounding. Impossible. Some man has to bend to the ideology. Man has to bend to the ideology. Man has to bend to the enforcers of the ideology. Man has to have his thought man, men and women. Man has to have his thought controlled. We can have thought control. You have the speech control. So that would actually differentiate humans. From creatures. Is effectively to be controlled. And destroyed. And so they talk in these slogans. Bernie Sanders has a slogan here. Just listen to him. Says the same thing over and over. He’s a slogan here. AOC is a slogan. They’re. The Democrat Party is filled with sloganeering. You dig an inch deep and they don’t know what the hell they’re talking about. And so they come up with lies. And when you’re sloganeering, you got to lie to they’re out to get Social Security. May I ask you a question? A practical question. Why would the Republicans want to destroy Social Security? What is in it for the Republicans to destroy Social Security? Why would they do that? They’re not. But why would they? Why would they destroy Medicare? Why are they out to destroy Medicare? Are not Republicans on Medicare? Are not Republicans on Social Security? Do they not what the votes of seniors do? So why are Republicans, according to the Democrats, they want to destroy Social Security. Because they don’t. They’re liars. They’re sloganeering. That’s it. And they think you can’t think because repetition, propaganda, indoctrination. They’ve got the media. So they are American Marxists, They’re Marxist lite who wish to be true. Read Marxists. I’ll be right back.
Segment 4
The two astronauts had been up there for nine months, are back on planet Earth. They’ve just been removed from the capsule. These are true heroes of America. And waving, smiling, thumbs up. I just. We do have heroes. And these are two of them. And I want you to understand that. But for space X and musk and the people who have invested in it, the people who work here this day would not be happening. This could be a horrendous tragedy. If this former astronaut, Mark Kelly, the senator from Arizona. A real drama queen. Few days ago, he turns in his Tesla. I posted. You’re a former astronaut. What a dumb bastard. Should it be thanking Elon Musk? Can you put your stupid politics aside for 2 seconds? Apparently not. I’ll be right back.
