On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, 10 Senate Democrats joined Republicans in support of keeping the government open, with 38 Democrats, voting for a filibuster, ultimately supporting a shutdown. The Continuing Resolution (CR) will now pass with a simple majority. The media, anticipating a shutdown, was ready to criticize the Republicans for clicks but is now frustrated at Sen Chuck Schumer. Had the government shut down, Democrats would have faced a difficult situation: President Trump and DOGE could have used the opportunity to cut non-essential employees and agencies, with budget law allowing these reductions to be self-identified. Also, Democrats consistently label Republicans as extreme, which is as a lie and a manipulative tactic. This misrepresentation, particularly regarding Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security, is intended to confuse and mislead the American public rather than provide factual information. The left employs these tactics to manipulate perception and advance its political agenda. Later, the Attorney for Mahmoud Khalil argues that his case is a free speech issue. This case has absolutely nothing to do with free speech, this is an immigration issue. Democrats are attempting to establish a non-existent legal standard for green card holders. What is driving the protests at Columbia University? The institution has a longstanding presence of Marxist-leaning faculty, fostering a blend of Islamist and Marxist ideologies. They reject the principles of academic freedom, favoring coercion over open debate. Finally, Charlie Gasparino calls in to explain that that during President Biden’s last months in office, his administration allegedly spent between $250 billion and $300 billion on unnecessary expenditures, intended to stimulate the economy to get Kamala Harris elected. This is criminal in many ways.

Segment 1
Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. Well, everything we discussed last night has transpired today. The Democrats are in a quite a bit of a mess. But let me put some fine points on this and help them all. But one Democrat voted. To shut down the government in the House. All but nine Democrats voted. To try and filibuster the budget bill. Which means what? How many of you are there? 48. Something like that. 47. So 38 of them voted to shut down the government. Now, just so you know how this works. Because of nine Democrat votes in the Senate, They overcame the filibuster rule. So now it will pass. It compares with only the Republican votes, if necessary, simple majority. And Rand Paul voted with the Democrats in the Senate. Tom Massie voted with the Democrats in the House. Because you see, for them, nothing’s enough. Not even one step at a time. I don’t take second place, second fiddle any of it to any of these radical libertarians when it comes to government. But yours is a constitution. It’s not a libertarian treatise. I’m a libertarian and many of my views. We’re talking about how we interpret the Constitution. Now if these cables were truly. What they say they are. They would tell you that we don’t live in a constitutional republic anymore, that we live in a post constitutional republic. Because the truth is we do. The truth is we do. But we’ve discussed that at great length. Over the course of many years. Now, the final vote was 62 to 38. Me here. One, two, three, four, five. With ten Democrats. Joining the Republicans in the Senate. Chuck Schumer, Kirsten Gillibrand, both from New York. Dick Durbin, Illinois. John Fetterman, Pennsylvania, no surprise. Catherine Cortez Masto, Nevada. Angus King, Maine. Brian Schatz Hawaii. Gary Peters, Michigan. Maggie Hassan, New Hampshire. Jeanne Shaheen, New Hampshire. Those are the ten Democrats. So who aren’t nine. There were ten. So that means 37 Democrats voted to shut down the government. That is the vast majority, two thirds of the Democrats in the Senate and all but one Democrat in the House. So. That’s the picture. Now, AOC is getting a lot of attention in the media. Why? Why is AOC getting a lot of attention? Because the media wanted the government shut down and they they were poised to attack the Republicans. You’re poised to attack the Republicans. But that didn’t happen. So Hakeem Jeffries is very upset. Because what Schumer effectively did is he threw the House Democrats under the bus. They walked off the roof. They expected the Senate Democrats to do the same. So here he is at a press conference today. Cat six Go. Senator Chuck Schumer from your state. He includes a different view of this than you. He is not saying let’s go back to the negotiating table. He’s saying let’s take this vote. So do you have you lost confidence in him, the fact that you guys see this so differently? Next question. Next question wouldn’t even answer. Hakeem Jeffries, Cat seven. Go. You have dodged multiple times. Questions about whether you have confidence. Confidence right now in Chuck Schumer. Can I just to clarify here, none of you are willing to say at this point that you have confidence in Chuck Schumer as editor in chief. First of all, let’s stop. Let’s stop attacking. Very interesting. The media are on Schumer for the first time ever because he and nine of the Democrats didn’t vote to shut down the government. The media want the government down. The media need the subscriptions. The media need the hits. The media need the eyeballs and the ears for the media. This is about grifting. It also. About attacking, attacking Trump and the Republican Party. They desperately wanted the government shutdown. They were prepared to carry the water. And then Schumer threw them a screwball. So the media are pissed at Schumer because Schumer is not like AOC. And now the media are talking about AOC taking on Schumer. Go ahead. And it was because you want to take the focus off the American people. What we’re saying is we look forward to continuing to work with our Senate colleagues, all of them. In opposition to the extremism that’s being unleashed on the American people. Yeah, real extremism. America, Do you feel any of this, the vast majority of you who do not work for the government, do you feel any of this? No. You don’t feel anything? Now, the Democrats told you that they’re attacking Social Security. Social Security recipients are not being touched. So you don’t feel anything that they’re attacking Medicare. Medicare is not being touched. They don’t feel anything that they’re attacking Medicare. Well, unless you’re a person who is stealing from Medicaid, you don’t feel it either. You feel any of this. You sent your kids off to education, whether it’s public, private, something in between. They slashed 1300 people from the Education Department. You feel any of that? Of course, you know, feeling. See, this is the key. The key is most of this doesn’t affect any of you. It affects the ruling class. And it affects the edifice that they’ve created their power center. But the vast majority of people are unaffected by this. But the meteor man that did to say was. Was a walk on off the job because they weren’t paid. They’re mad about that. They’re mad that the borders are secure because ICE and the Border Patrol haven’t walked off the job. They’re mad about that. They were ready. They had all their their media vehicles, their trucks ready to go, go around to the American people. Let the government shut down. And it’s Trump’s fault, you see. And it’s Elon Musk’s for. Now, here was the problem the Democrats had. If the government did shut down. You and I both know. That affects 17% of the government, according to Paul Ryan on this program ten or 12 years ago. So the vast majority government never shuts down. So they’re in a quandary. They’re in a quandary. Do they vote to shut down the government, quote unquote? But here’s what Donald Trump would have done. I don’t know this haven’t spoken, but there’s just common sense. All the nonessential employees, all the nonessential departments and agencies, they could have easily slashed them even more because under the the budget law, it would have been self-identified. Self-identified, by the way, on Life, Liberty and Levin on Sunday. My opening statement Newt Gingrich. We eviscerate the judiciary, we eviscerate these federal district judges. Absolutely. Obliterate what they’re doing. You’re going to really want to watch these shows Saturday and Sunday. There are two fantastic shows. 8 p.m. Eastern Time Saturday Sunday on FOX. I hope you’ll set your DVR or your TiVos or whatever you use. I hope you’ll watch them live first and foremost. But there’s no football or anything like that. No belly dancing. What else is out there, Mr. Producer? I don’t know, but I hope you’ll check it out. But this is the fact that it would have given in a perfect opportunity for Elon Musk and his people to do what they need to do. And so they couldn’t really couldn’t really do that now. Nancy Pelosi is turns out, is an incredibly disloyal person, isn’t she? She stabbed Biden in the back after building him up. She’s now stabbing Schumer in the back. Because apparently Nancy Pelosi thinks, as San Francisco goes, so goes the nation. They want all the people defecating in the streets. They want all the tent cities going on. They want all their their businesses shuttered and their city. Union. Union Square is a disaster now. All the great stores that were there, most of them are all shuttered and gone. Nancy Pelosi wants this for the nation because she’s a whack job. It’s a whack job. 85 years old and she’s never with her husband. It’s sick. If you really think about it. Not even speaker anymore. Hakeem Jeffries sounds like a buffoon. Next question. Next question. The question is, do you have faith in Schumer or not? Next question. He’s asked again, and what does he say? He doesn’t like being asked again. He gets his dander up, whatever that is. But yes. And these are parlor games, he says. We want to focus on the people. No, you don’t. You want to focus on your own power. All these decisions that were being made, all the candidates as they were taking place, what’s best for the Democrat Party, That’s what they were trying to figure out. And I think it’s fair to say now, ladies and gentlemen, that every single Democrat in the House, but one and two thirds of the Democrats in the Senate voted to shut down the government, even though there was no reason to vote to shut it down. There’s no reason to vote to shut it down. Even from their perspective. They just wanted to try and embarrass Donald Trump. And the Republicans and the media were in their back pocket. So that’s why they’re going to keep going on. What about Schumer, Hakeem? What about Schumer? Nancy Pelosi? What about Schumer? AOC Are you going to run against him and the media in the country? As radical as the most radical elements in the Democrat Party, Talib Omar. AOC Bernie Sanders. That’s why several of them are always on CNN and MSNBC and always quoted. Because the media in this country are as radical as it gets. That’s why I call it the Pravda Al Jazeera media. That’s exactly what it is. That’s why they they hate this country. They hate you all. You must be neo-Nazis because you not agree with that. It’s why they hate the Israelis and really have a real hate for the Jewish people, too. Let’s be honest. Some of them are self-hating Jews as well. I’ll be right back.
Segment 2
All right. Let’s read some of the coverage of this AP spending bill to avert a partial government shutdown narrowly cleared a key procedural hurdle in the Senate, 62 to 38. Democrats were confronted with two painful options. So it’s all about the Democrats. You see. It’s not about what’s in the best interests of the country, you understand? Allowing passage of a bill they believe gives President Trump vast discretion on spending decisions and voting no and letting a funding lapse ensue. Alongside Senate Democrat leader Chuck Schumer, small group of them chose to avoid a shutdown at all costs. Schumer gave members of his caucus days to vent their frustration about the options before them, but abruptly switched course to make clear on the eve of voting he will not allow the government shutdown. His move outraged many in the party who want to fight the Trump agenda, but gave senators room to side with Republicans and allow the continuing resolution, the C.R., to advance. What happened to bipartisanship? What’s everybody so upset about? In a rare move, the House Democratic leadership, which essentially held the line against the bill in their chamber, issued a scathing rejoinder warning against caving to Trump. Billionaire Elon Musk Yes, we have our own billionaires like George Soros and Alex. House Democrats will not be complicit. House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries. House Democratic Whip Katherine Clarke. House Democratic Caucus Chair Peter Aguilar wrote in a joint statement from the party’s general issues conference retreat. Now there in Leesburg, Virginia, I heard. The only place I think they could handle that many people would be the Lansdowne Resort. I could be wrong. I’m just guessing. So while they’re living it up, stuff in their face. Is faces. How many grand old time? They vote to shut down the government. Let’s see. We remain strongly opposed to this partisan spending bill under consideration in the Senate. Well, they just turned it into a bipartisan bill, didn’t they? Congratulations to Chuck Chuck Schumer for doing the right thing. Took guts and carriage posted Donald Trump. He’s always trolling these people, isn’t he? Legislation fund the government through the end of September. It only trims non-defense spending by $13 billion. An increase in defense spending by 6 billion. And. Let’s see, the top line is 1.7. So there’s not a huge shift here or there. I guess we should be thankful there’s not a massive increase because that’s the nature of the beast. So the Democrats don’t even have a whole lot to complain about. But remember, it’s about what’s in the best interest of the Democrat Party, not we, the people. I’ll be right back.
Segment 3
So the media desperately wants to see AOC in the Senate. That’s their favorite member of the Congress. Figures. She’s a Marxist Islamist, as are most of them. So she’s on CNN yesterday. You know, they have a lot of Democrats to pick from, but they seem to pick from the same pool of ten or 20. And here’s what she says Cut ego. This Republican extreme spending bill is extremely Republicans. Now, let’s be honest. Republicans tend to be boring. Status quo. Not talking about Trump, obviously, but most Republicans say Republicans are extremists all the time. Spending’s way out of control. Bureaucracies out of control. Taxes are out of control. Regulations are out of control. The borders been wide open. Military has had its budgets slashed. Defund the cops. On and on and on. But the Republicans, the extremist budget, this is what we call a lie. It’s what we call propaganda. This is what we call manipulation. You’re going to be hearing a lot more about this in the months ahead. From me. But this is manipulation. It’s deceit. The intent. Is to make dumb the American people, not to inform us about the facts. Like you should in a republic. But to deceive the American people. And so they lie about Social Security, the lie about Medicare, they lie about Medicaid, the border secure. It’s not secure. We need a bipartisan bill. They don’t know what they’re talking about, but they do. We didn’t say defund the police as they’re slashing police budgets, as they’re trying to remove immunity from cops, as they’re trying to destroy law enforcement. I can go on and on about this. The truth is. Their propaganda they seek to manipulate. The push and agenda. Go ahead. This Republican extreme spending bill removes all of the guardrails and all of the accountability measures to ensure that money is being spent in the way that Congress has directed. And so if you report on CNN, you say, exactly. Give us give us one or two examples. They’ll give any no questions. Go ahead. This turns the federal government into a slush fund for Donald Trump and Elon Musk. In what way, exactly What have they used? How have they use this as a slush fund? How have they done that? They have an. They’re trying to cut spending. Go ahead. Equifax’s congressional authority. And it is deeply partisan. And so to me, it is almost unthinkable. Why Senate? So she talks in generalities. She talks in a way that it’s intended to manipulate. The public is not informed about a damn thing. But she’s not done. Go ahead. To to hand the few pieces of leverage that we have away for free. When we’ve been sent here to protect Social Security, protect Medicaid, and protect Medicare. So she lies. Nothing’s going on with Social Security or Medicare and Medicaid. I’ve already discussed at some length. Illegal aliens should be getting Medicaid and able bodied individuals. You don’t have children and that taking care of an elderly person who won’t even work 20 hours a week. They shouldn’t get Medicaid. That’s not what Medicaid for. So how are the Republicans? Attacking him. Democrats pretend they’re protecting them. Again to manipulate in the media is all for media loves propaganda of this kind. They love it. Cut now and go, would you? What do you make of the job that Chuck Schumer is doing? Would you ever challenge him, you think? I think that what we need right now is a united Senate Democratic caucus that can stand up for this country and not vote for cloture and not vote for this bill. And I think that our the strength that we have is in this moment reconciliation. And all of these Republicans do not need Democratic votes for that. They need it for this. And so the strength of our leadership in this moment is going to demonstrate the strength of our caucus. And I cannot urge enough how bad of an idea it is to empower and enable Donald Trump and Elon Musk in this moment. It is dangerous. And she talks like a Marxist. In this moment. It’s a phrase Marxists use all the time. Empowerment is a phrase Marxists use all the time. You can empower Donald Trump and Elon Musk. How? By voting for this, how are you going to empower them? I don’t know why Jake TAPPER doesn’t follow. What exactly are you talking about? How are you going to empower them? Isn’t it true that the other argument is if the quote unquote, government shuts down, that they’ll have the ability to say, okay, well, this isn’t necessary, that’s not essential, this isn’t necessary, that’s not essential. Could they just as easily do that? But the follow up was missing. There was no follow up. Now I want to get on to some other things. I will be talking to the speaker of the House tomorrow on Life. Liberty and Levin will be conducting that interview tomorrow, as well as Stephen Moore, the economist, exceptional economist about what all this means politically and economically for now and in the future is I think you’re going to love it at 8 p.m. Eastern on Fox tomorrow evening. We talked at some length about this group called Jewish Voice for Peace. I have a number of people thanking me for exposing them. Mr. Producer. Now, what do you mean by that? Well, I pulled three reports to that were especially good at talks about who funds this group. But I also pointed to an individual, Dr. Hatem Bosnian. I’ve brought him to your attention six, eight, ten months ago. This is a professor. I believe it’s UCLA. He’s a very effective. Ubiquitous activist. For the pro-Hamas pro-Islamic jihad. L mean in our country. He’s one of the people that help found Students for Justice in Palestine, which we know is a front group for Hamas and other such organizations. I mean, these are groups. Hamas is less a terrorist organization. It clearly is. And so now you have a tenured professor, this guy at team position. Tag team Bayesian. Now this Jewish voice for peace is said to be filled with Jews who agree with the terrorists. I believe in economic sanctions to strangle Israel. He’ll blame Israel for October seven. Now, any Jew who belongs to this obviously is one of the Marxist Islamists. It happens, unfortunately. But most of the people who are marching under this. Jewish voice for peace are not Jews. And more evidence of this has come about. George, Voice for Peace. Turns out. To be an account, as I pointed out, and Marina Medved has pointed out on her post run by a muslim. Not just any Muslim. He’s the Muslim who founded Students for Justice in Palestine. And that would be Dr. Hatem Team, Bosnian professor. And Students for Justice in Palestine has been banned on many college campuses for supporting terrorism. So it turns out. Mr.. Bosnian doctor. Professor. Whatever the hell he is. Was angry. So he’s responding to Jake TAPPER on CNN. Says. Jake TAPPER, you’re reporting on Rasheedat Talibs knocked by 75 of that was racist and anti-Palestinian. As Jews who believe in human rights and justice, we demand that you do better. But what was the problem with that, Mr. Producer? They were using the Jewish Voice for Peace site, but it was written by Dr. Hatem Bosnian. Get my point. That is Dr. Hatem Bazzi, and was responding to Jake TAPPER on the Jewish Voice for Peace. Twitter. See, he thought he was logged into the JVP Twitter account or when he replied to Jake TAPPER pretending to be a Jew. But it was hot tin Bosnian. At Jewish Resistance. So it turns out the anti-Zionist Jewish Voice for Peace Talk is actually run by non-Jewish Hamas affiliated Hatem Bazin Professor. He thought he was logged into the JVP Twitter account when he replied to at Jake TAPPER pretending to be a Jew. That bad team buys you and you’re free to come on this program and defend yourself. And defend yourself. You’re an absolute sleaze ball. We’d love to have you. Come on. So all of you. Hamas Aeon’s. All you Hitler youth types. Contact Dr. Tim Bazzi and tell him he’s been invited to come on this program and debate me about this specific issue as well as others. Again. Jewish Voice for Peace is the name of the group, and yet it promotes all the crap that Students for Justice in Palestine promote. All the antisemitism, all the Jew hatred. All this, all the Zionism is whatever ism and revert to the see all this stuff you’re seeing which is pushed out by her team, Bosnian and his entities. And then they pretend. This is all free speech. As they try to overthrow our country, as they destroy our universities and colleges. They pretend. That they’re for peace. And that this is a freedom of speech issue, a First Amendment issue. None of this is a First Amendment issue. It’s an immigration issue. It’s that simple. It’s nothing to do with the First Amendment, despite the phony professors and phony legal analysts and all the rest. This is an immigration issue. It’s not a free speech issue. This guy has been caught dead to rights. I’ll be perfectly honest with you. Students who have been abused, who’ve had their education interrupted. You’ve been threatened and intimidated because of their faith. Jews who’ve had to run and hide and lock themselves in dorm rooms and everything else. You have a cause of action, a civil cause of action against Students for Justice in Palestine, against Jewish Voice for Peace and against Dr. Hatem Bayesian. Yes, you do. Yes, you do. So this whole entity, Jewish Voices. Excuse me. Jewish Voice for Peace. Is a phony group. It sucked in some of the Marxists who happen to be Jewish. Yes, it did. It’s an embarrassment. The name is an embarrassment to we Jews. But now they’ve been exposed because Dr. Hatim Bosnian is a moron. Jewish Voice for Peace is run by. Muslims. Muslims. More manipulation, just like AOC, more manipulation by Hatem Bazi and more manipulation by the group care. Oh, there’s more on them when I come back to. I’ll be right back.
Segment 4
All right, let’s continue. All right here, Mr. Producer. Mr. Producer, Where is it? I just had it. Okay, here it is. Muslim group linked to Hamas. There would be care. So Hamas front group accused of financial irregularities with $7 million in taxpayer cash now unaccounted for, writes Isobel Vinson at the New York Post. This is the report. Muslim charity with links to Hamas was awarded more than $7.2 million in taxpayer cash. I wonder if AOC thinks that’s a good use of your money, but it’s now disappeared according to a watchdog group. And immediate investigation needs to be launched into the Council on American-Islamic Relations of California. The chapter’s use of funds, according to the watchdog whose Senate complaint to the Department of Justice yesterday. According to the Intelligence Advocacy Network, HLN, a California based, nonpartisan advocacy group, the money was given to the chapter to help resettle impoverished. Excuse me, resettle impoverished immigrants in California. Oh, that’s a good group to give their money to, huh? Between 2022 and 2024. Look, Biden, Harris, that all regime. They love all these groups that have ties to Hamas. Yes, they do. Yes, they do. And what appears to be a sleight of hand, the money, $7,217,000 was sent to care Greater Los Angeles and not take care. California, which was the only group eligible to receive it, according to the complaint. The greater Los Angeles chapter of the Muslim organization, which is not a registered nonprofit, not eligible to handle charitable donations, received the entire pot of money, according to the complaint viewed by the New York Post. I’m just reading it. They’re reporting. It sounds pretty fishy to me. These sub grants from CAIR California to CAIR chapters raise serious legal concerns about whether cares simply shifted more money to itself, the complaint said. By the way, Arwa, dude, whatever the hell the guy’s name is that runs it, you’re welcome to come on and defend yourself on this tour. You can bring your fanny bays, your buddy bays in or whatever they call his. Come on in. Come on in, boys. CAIR. Los Angeles also appeared to divide the federal grant and sub granted to other groups, including CAIRS chapters in San Diego and San Francisco. They’re not registered. These chapters with the IRS, once they receive the cash, they have no public responsibility to declare where it was spent. The complaint charges no transparency, said Julia Marzouk, a founding member of Ion, who scoured public documents and records. It’s part of a consistent pattern from CAIR. Hey, CAIR. What do you have to say?
