On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump delivered an exceptional, historic speech that was intriguing, motivating, exciting, and funny, outshining many other speeches. The Democrats’ disgraceful behavior—like not applauding a 13-year-old boy with brain cancer honored by the Secret Service—shows they’re disgraceful and unfit to run anything. Also, the Supreme Court’s dismissal of Trump’s attempt to freeze foreign aid is a disgraceful ruling, exposing Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s clear contempt for him. It’s unthinkable that a lone federal district judge could force the President to send money to foreign nations. If that kind of power existed, the Constitution would never have gained approval from the states. Later, Trump pledged to provide Israel with all necessary support to eliminate Hamas, issuing a final warning to release the hostages or face annihilation. This is happening while China is preparing for war. China’s economy is experiencing significant difficulties. Typically, what dictators do is allow the people to suffer while ensuring that military spending remains unaffected.

Hello, America. Mark Levine here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. We start with this message from President Trump on untrue social shalom. Hamas means hello and goodbye. You can choose. Release all the hostages now. Not later. And immediately return all the dead bodies of the people you murdered. Or it’s over. It’s over for you. Only sick and twisted people, key bodies. And you are sick and twisted. I am sending Israel everything it needs to finish the job. Nobody. Not a single Hamas member will be safe if you don’t do as I say. I’ve just met with your former hostages whose lives you have destroyed. This is your last warning for the leadership and also for the people of Gaza. While you. Let’s see here. A beautiful future awaits, but not if you hold hostages. If you do, you are dead. Make a smart decision. Release the hostages now, or there will be hell to pay later. Absolutely laser clear. And he has been he has been releasing the weapons that the Biden regime withheld. And he just released $4 billion worth under an emergency process to cut through all the red tape. Though. I watched that speech last night. And I want to tell you something. I’ve watched many speeches in my life. State of the Union speeches. This was effectively that. This is one of the greatest speeches I’ve ever witnessed. I don’t have to say that. It was. I sat there with my wife and. Mother in law and stepson. Watch this. I was glued to it. I’ll get to the Democrats in a minute. It was a thoroughly substantive speech. It was intriguing. It was motivating. It was exciting. At times. It was hilarious. Good. Tell him we didn’t want to. When he went off script. To address Pocahontas. To address the Democrats. They say it’s a partisan speech. I don’t care if it’s partisan or not. Was a speech that needed to be given. And that will be viewed as a historic speech as so much will. Of what he does. The Democrats demonstrated again with exclamation marks that it is not a party that should be running anything. You shouldn’t be running the House or the Senate, certainly not the presidency. It’s a disgrace. Its members are a disgrace in Congress. They humiliate themselves. It is they who should be punishing Al Green, who files impeachment petitions against every Republican president. Multiple parchment petitions against Donald Trump. It’s truly grotesque. He’s a moron. And the idea and the fact. When that little 13 year old boy who’s had brain cancer since he was six, wants to be a police officer. He was there with his father. And you saw the head of the Secret Service, the man who was first to grab Donald Trump. When he was shot. Butler, Pennsylvania. When he was awarded that Secret Service. Honorary position. And he hugged the head of the Secret Service and his father was there. Not a single Democrat applaud. Not one fact. They were rolling their eyes. Hosts on MSNBC were mocking it and mocking the little boy. They should be fired on the spot. They should be removed. The American people are repulsed. By MSNBC and CNN and the people that they put on TV. The people they put on TV are not worthy of the American people. I don’t care if they’re left, right or in between. These individuals have no soul. None. They are. Fanatics for their radical cause. It’s all they care about. Fanatics. But that is a speech that will go down in history because of how great it was. People kept saying, it’s the longest speech ever. I could have watched it another hour. Another hour. But most of you did watch it or listen to it on radio. So I’m not going to go through it over and over and over again. I’ve got some clips. I will play from it because I think there’s certain things that I want to emphasize. But we’ll do that in a little bit. I want to talk about the Supreme Court of the United States today. I want to read to you what the majority of the court five justices decided to do. Led by the chief justice. You signed the majority. It’s not even an opinion. The majority order with his lapdog, Justice Barrett trailing behind. And. My wife first point this out, pointed this out to me. If you could see Justice Barrett’s face when Donald Trump was shaking the hands of the various justices, you could see what contempt she has for Donald Trump. The man who elevated her to the Supreme Court. She’s a sellout. She’s a sell out. Her principles are not firm. Her skin is thin. He’s become part of the Washington, DC social scene. I’ve seen it before. Sort of way back with Harry Blackman. Anthony Kennedy. Sandra Day O’Connor. The Barretts. Worse. She shifted and she shifted quickly. Let me ask you folk something. You have enough knowledge. You listen to this program. Does a single federal district judge member they’re called federal district judge does not federal national judges. Does that federal district judge have the power? Call it whatever you want. Tiara. Temporary restraining order. Call it whatever you want. Doesn’t matter. Does that, judge have the power to order the president of the United States? To provide funds to foreign governments. Does he? Because if he does, I would tell Justice Roberts. Excuse me, Chief Justice Hollywood John. And Justice Barrett, that this Constitution would never, ever, ever have been ratified by any state if they had thought for one second. That any judge would have the power to order a president to expend money. Especially those funds going to foreign countries. No way. There’d be no constitution today. None. Zero. The Anti-Federalists. Brutus, among others. We’re very concerned. About, among other things, the power of the judiciary. In fact, he specifically was concerned about it. Yates was his name. He said, What are we creating here in this Supreme Court, this judiciary? Hamilton said It’s the weakest branch. He said, No, it’s the most dangerous branch. We’re not defining it. We’re not checking it. We’re not balancing it. These are lifetime appointments. The Anti-Federalists, though ironically, the Anti-Federalists were actually the Federalists who believed in more state authority and less centralized authority. The Federalists were the Anti-Federalists. Not to confuse. So let me read to you. The entirety of what the court majority said the entirety. Ready for this. When an issue of such significance and by the way, as a result of what the majority did here, there’s going to be more litigation. There will be more federal district judges exercising powers they don’t have. The violation of separation of powers is beyond obvious. Rights. On February 13, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia entered a temporary restraining order, enjoining the government from enforcing directives, pausing disbursements of foreign development assistance funds. The president application does not challenge the government’s obligation to follow that order. February 25, the District Court ordered the government. To issue payments for a portion of the paused disbursements. Those hoped for work already completed before the issuance of the District Court’s temporary restraining order by filed this application to vacate the District Court’s February 25 order. Requesting an immediate administrative stay. So, so far they haven’t said anything right. So I’m two thirds done the one paragraph that they wrote. The chief justice entered an administrative stay. Shortly before the 11:59 p.m. deadline and subsequently referred the application to the court. Now, here’s the decision. Ready? The application is denied. That is the Trump administration’s application. To block the lower court. Given that the deadline. In the challenged order has now passed. And in light of the ongoing preliminary injunction proceedings, the District Court should clarify what obligations the government must fulfill to ensure compliance with the temporary restraining order. With due regard for the feasibility of any compliance time points. The order before entered there hitherto entered by the Chief Justice is very clear. Okay. So on what basis did the majority in the Supreme Court determine that the lower court, the lowest of the federal Court in this process? On what basis did it decide that this judge had more authority than the president? United States, We don’t know. They didn’t say. They said nothing. Absolutely nothing. Now this case involves. Separation of powers involves. President’s decisions. To control spending. A new president. His priorities. And so, Justice Alito. Writing for himself. Clarence Thomas. Neil Gorsuch. Brett Kavanaugh. He says. Starts this way as a single district court judge. Likely lacks jurisdiction. Have the unchecked power to compel the government of the United States to pay out and probably lose forever $2 billion or 2 billion taxpayer dollars. The answer to that question should be an emphatic no. But a majority of the court apparently thinks otherwise. I am stunned. He goes to the analysis in aid additional pages. Laying out the reason why he’s stunned and why this non opinion order from the majority is really quite outrageous. I think it’s fair to say the chief justice and his sidekick, Barrett, have a lot of animus towards Donald Trump. And I think they’re Never Trumpers. And I think that’s the bottom line, because you cannot claim to be a constitutionalist and an originalist to run with the three leftists who never break one from the other. In something as significant as this. This is an outrageous decision such as it is. I’ll be right back.

Some article here we started in Axios. The administration is holding secret talks with Hamas. Of course, my intent to go up, why are we having secret talks with a terrorist organization that Donald Trump has been? Rightly eviscerating and has warned that he will wipe them off the face of the earth by supporting Israel doing so. And. I believe Carolyn Leavitt was asked about this today. And when we come back, I will play it. I really don’t think I’m I’m the I’m really not worried about it because it’s Donald Trump. He knows who the good guys are and the bad guys are. And there’s no space between him and Israel on this whatsoever. So I will play what she said and we will return be right back.

Carolyn Levitt at the White House briefing today about. Peter doocy asking, is the united states negotiating directly with Hamas? Cut one. Go. If the u.s. has a long standing policy that we do not negotiate with terrorists, then why is the U.S. now negotiating directly and for the first time ever with Hamas? Well, when it comes to the negotiations that you’re referring to, first of all, the special envoy who’s engaged in those negotiations does have the authority to talk to anyone. And Israel was consulted on this matter. And look, dialogue and talking to people around the world to do what’s in the best interest of the American people is something that the president has proven is what he believes is a good faith effort to do what’s right for the American people. Is it just about the hostages or are they also talking about the president’s plan to take over Gaza? These are ongoing talks and discussions. I am not going to detail them here. There are American lives at stake. I would refer you to the Department of State for further details, but I’m not going to get into those talks here at this podium. Good questions. And then the president this afternoon put out a statement talking about I mean, I couldn’t have written a better statement than the statement he put out today about Hamas and what he’s going to do to them if they don’t get this those hostages out. So I’m not worried about it. I’m not. And we will see how this proceeds. And he met with several of the hostage survivors in the Oval Office today before he put out that statement about Hamas. This truly does bother him. It affects his soul. It truly does when he sees things like this. It upsets him and angers him. So there’s no way he’s selling out to Hamas. What do you think is Biden? That’s not going to happen. But there’s also more going on with communist China. Let me set the stage here. Communist China’s preparing for war. I’ve told you that now for about a decade. It’s getting worse and worse by the month. It is true that communist China’s economy is hurting very badly. But what dictators do, whether they be Marxists or fascists or Islamists, is the people suffer. But their military spending does not. China is in the midst of building the biggest aircraft carrier in the world. It’s going to have modernized nuclear capabilities within a few years. We have not modernized our nuclear capabilities. So, you know. Their research and development and actual production of hypersonic missiles. Has jumped over our research and development because we held back for so long. So they have more advanced missiles. They have actual hypersonic missiles. Last time I checked, we barely have the capacity for hypersonic missiles, but we’re getting there. We’re playing catch up. We are mothballing naval ships. They’re building a brand new military naval ship, one every month. We do not have the industrial capacity right now to build naval ships, maybe not even one a year. President Trump alluded to this during his speech last night. We have naval yards that have been shuttered, like the Philadelphia Naval Yard and others. They need to be opened. We need to bring back the people who know what the hell they’re doing. And we need to build some ships. We need to build a fast. People do mention it because I guess they looked at a map that we have an ocean on both coasts. Well, we need a navy on both coasts and a strong Navy, both underwater and above and on water. And our sailors deserve better than they’re getting. They surely do. So this is a priority. Communist China is very aggressive. JI is very aggressive. Excuse me, folks. JI is. Systematically purging his military, purging his. His oligarchs run various industries. Replacing them with individuals. Who share his militaristic mindset. See, Senator Lee, he is a warmonger. That’s a warmonger. We’re not building a military to attack anybody. We’re building a military to defend ourselves. That’s not a warmonger. See how simple it is? And so communist China is on the move. The Bowling Alliance’s Economic Alliance has military alliances. They believe in forward bases both to. To park their their navy and. Their air power. While some people like Lee and others are saying that we should abandon our forward bases in Europe and elsewhere, suckers. Completely oblivious. Not just him. You got Rand Paul. He’s another goofball, and there are many others. Too many others. I watch them on TV sometimes. I don’t listen to a lot of. Folks on Reddit, but I watch them on TV sometimes going on and on about forever wars and so forth and so on. China’s laughing. They’re not thinking forever. Wars, never wars. Look, you can have a war that last 15 minutes. It’s called a nuclear war. Missiles fired and it’s over. Is that better? I don’t even know what this means. If you’re saying we need competent generals and admirals, competent commander in chief. That’s exactly right. Yes, we do. Forever wars. The Revolutionary War went on for eight years. A forever war, I guess. But anyway, these are just shibboleths. These are just. You know, bumper sticker statements. They mean nothing. They don’t explain anything. And that’s the point to confuse and create static. We’re the good guys. We’re the good guys. We don’t conquer. There are bad guys and there are good guys. It’s that simple. China’s main it’s its intentions known. No, we can ignore it. We can pay attention to it. You know, I watched a clip sent to me by my friend of mine today. It showed through the thirties and forties what took place before we were attacked, a Pearl Harbor. You realize, America, you realize Mr. or Mrs. America, that one third of Europe had been overtaken by Hitler. In a majority of the American people still felt that we shouldn’t do anything, we shouldn’t get involved. We shouldn’t even provide arms to help our allies like Britain. It’s true. Look how many Americans wound up dying. Overseas, even though we have an ocean. Because we were attacked. By military powers. I didn’t care whether we have an ocean or not because we had an ocean, they attacked our navy. At Pearl Harbor. And luckily, our. Aircraft carriers weren’t there. As a matter of luck. Men are lucky. So the enemy knows we have oceans. The enemy knows what we have. The enemy knows that the psychology of the American people is to surrender or appease. They know that, too. They hear some of these voices in the US Senate and the House. They hear some of these voices on podcasts. And on radio they watched some of them on TV. Very dangerous. And so we had today the Communist Chinese. They put out a statement. And when it comes to tariffs or so forth and so on. And what do they say? They basically said we’re prepared for war, whether it’s economic or military, to the very end. That’s what they said. That’s what the Chinese said. Let me pull this up from The New York Post. Let’s see. China on the tariffs, swiftly retaliated against the fresh tariffs, announcing its own 10 to 15% hikes to import levies, covering a range of American agriculture and food products. It also placed 25 U.S. firms under export and investment restrictions on national security grounds. And they said, we’re prepared. If a war I quote, if war is what the U.S. wants, be it a tariff war, a trade war, or any other type of war, we’re ready to fight till the end. Chinese Foreign minister spokesman Lieberman said in a statement. They’re ready for war. They’re telling us they’re ready for war and they’re telling us, America, you’re not. Pretty amazing, isn’t it? And so here’s what Pete Haig’s had said on Fox and Friends today. Cut to go. As the speech wrapped up last night. This was posted by the Chinese, the Chinese embassy. Quote, If war is what the US wants, be it a tariff war, a trade war, or any other type of war. We’re ready to fight till the end. As Secretary of Defense, how do you take that? Well, we’re we’re prepared. Those who long for peace must prepare for war. We are. We are. We are. That’s why we’re rebuilding our military. That’s why we’re re-establishing deterrence. And the warrior ethos is because we live in a dangerous world with powerful, ascendant countries with very different ideologies. You mentioned defense spending. They’re rapidly increasing their defense spending, modern technology. They want to supplant the United States. If we want to deter war with the Chinese or others, we have to be strong. And that president understands peace comes through strength. He also has a great relationship with that gentleman right there to Xi Jinping. So where we can partner, where we can can cooperate to recognize that we don’t want war with with with China, we don’t seek that war, we will. And the president has sought historic peace and historic opportunities. But my job as the secretary of defense is to make sure we’re ready. We need the defense spending, the capabilities, the weapons and the posture in the Indo-Pacific, which is something we’re very much focused. Good. And that’s an excellent statement by Pete I Secretary Hegseth tonight. Call it statement. Because I’m going to tell you something, ladies and gentlemen. Whether you like it or not, whether I like it or not. We better prepare for war with communist China, not because we want to go to war, but they’re preparing for war against us. They’re preparing to cut off navigable waters, trade lanes. They’re prepared to monopolize these rare earth minerals, which is why the deal with Ukraine is so important, why Trump wants it and proposed it, and why he’s concerned and interested in Greenland and concerned about the Panama Canal. Trump knows what’s going on. The isolationists, the Putinites, they’re a disgrace and a disaster. Any moron who says we ought to get it on the radio right now really does not deserve to hold public office. You’re going to do communist China’s bidding and Russia’s bidding. You’re going to do the bidding of our enemies. Let’s be honest about it. They’re the warmongers. Those of us who want to have the strongest military on the face of the earth to maintain our number one superpower status because we don’t want to degrade it. And surrender it. The regimes that have two and a half million people in concentration camps. Ethnic cleansing. Regime that could give a damn about human beings because that’s what communist regimes are. You know, I never used to have to explain this before everybody understood what a communist regime was. Everybody. And then on top of this, the Associated Press Philippine defense chief warns allies will fight of China, restrict flights over South China Sea. So China is tightening its hold, its grasp. The Philippines and its security allies would take measures to counter any attempt by China to impose an air defense zone or restrict freedom of flights over the South China Sea. Defence Secretary Hill Better, Teodoro said. Following confrontations between Chinese aircraft and those of his country. Australia and the United States. This is what’s going on as I speak. They’re grabbing the territorial waters off Vietnam, they’re threatening the Philippines, they’re threatening Australia and Japan. This is going on as I speak. The greatest external threat, actually is China a Chinese aggression, said the Philippine foreign military leader. Chinese expansionism in the attempt by China to change the international law through the use of force or acquiescence. It’s an attempt to reshape the world order to one that it controls. Simply no question about this. And so what it hopes to do is to outmuscle our military and say, we control the South China Sea. Now, what are you gonna do about. We control the Arctic Circle, we put our missiles. There are hypersonic missiles aimed at your country. You know what they are you going to do about. We control the Panama Canal. Now, what the hell are you going to do about it? I’ll be right back.

You know, in some some ways not exactly a complete parallel. This defund movement of the of the cops reminds me of the isolationists or the pacifist or whatever they are the appeasers when it comes to our military. It’s crazy. You don’t start disarming. You don’t give up ground to criminals. You don’t start disarming. Give up crown ground. The communists and fascists. Who are building offensive weapons of the kind that can blow the United States off the face of the earth a thousand times. What do you think President Trump wants to build a. You know, a protection shield like Israel has over the entire United States. But as the Israelis know, with their shield. It’s not enough. He can’t just play defense shooting missiles out of the sky because you’re not going to hit all of them. You got to take out the missile launchers, you got to take out the leadership, you got to take out the headquarters. There’s a lot you got to do. If you have overwhelming power and the enemy knows it, they’re not going to attack you. We have a bigger, stronger navy. Better, faster, more powerful missiles. Stronger personnel force. They’re not going to attack you. They think you’re weak. They will. I’ll be right back.
