On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, there are two views of law: Republicans uphold a just, principle-based law rooted in natural rights and Judeo-Christian values that strengthen culture and family, while Democrats favor a power-driven, arbitrary law that disregards the Constitution and seeks to control society, breaking generational bonds. Also, President Trump’s idea of selling U.S. citizenship for $5 million could generate revenue rather than burden resources like hospitals and schools, which the left tolerates with open borders.  While millionaires would still need vetting, this outside-the-box proposal doesn’t cheapen citizenship—unlike unchecked immigration—and deserves serious exploration. Later, the left is upset that Jeff Bezos is setting the editorial direction for his own paper, hoping to save it, and that direction appears to be toward liberty and prosperity, something they hate. Let’s hope he succeeds in this, despite the howls of the hate America crowd. Afterward, what is liberty?  It’s a very important question because it relates to spending and the size of government. The word liberty is never used by the left. Democrats do not embrace the circle of liberty. Finally, Stephen A Smith calls in to explain that James Carville got upset when he pointed out that the Democrats are a mess. They have no national voice to carry the party right now.

Segment 1
Hello, America. Mark Levin here.  Our number 877-381-3811.  877-381-3811. You know. We don’t have the specifics, but I’m sitting here thinking of the president’s suggestion, not really a plan yet that people could effectively purchase citizenship with a 5,000,000 million payment. If I have that correct on some countries, you can actually do this. There’s countries in the Caribbean where you can do that, and they do pretty well. We get the usual Marxist class warfare arguments. Well, what about the poor? Well, what about them? They got a zillion programs for poor people, for refugees, and on and on and on. Well, all millionaires aren’t nice. That’s right, they aren’t. In fact, I can think of a few billionaires who aren’t nice, but they still have to be vetted. Doesn’t say you purchase it, and then you get just what’s under the country. No, you’d still have conditions, precedent, that is, you’d have to pass the vetting process. So I’m thinking to myself, what is wrong with this Exactly where people coming in using our resources. They are a net drag on the economy. Their net drag on our hospitals, law enforcement, our schools. And the left seems to be perfectly happy with that. I’m not perfectly happy with that. And then this guy who thinks completely out of the box, he says, Wait a minute. What about some of their millionaires and billionaires? You want to come? You want to be a citizen. You’re going to have to go through the rigors of the vetting process. But you can do so with a $5 million payment. And I’m sitting here thinking, Must producer, what the hell’s wrong with that? It doesn’t cheapen citizenship. Cheapening citizenship is when your borders are wide open, you know, are criminals and terrorists, drug cartels. They come into the country, women being raped and sold into slavery. Children missing. That’s a problem. Why is this a problem? It’s not a problem. Again, you’d have to work out the particulars. I’m sure they could. But it’s something worth at least looking at and pursuing. And then you can determine if it’s if it’s actually doable. Sounds like it is. Well, what about poor people again? What about them? Is there a problem that poor people can’t come into this country? Am I missing something? No, I’m not missing anything. No matter what this guy proposes. They say no. No. No matter what he wants to do, they say no. They don’t want the status quo, the civil society. They want the state, they want the status quo, the big, fat, bloated government. We want to get into a little bit of heavy stuff. Let’s get into a little bit of heavy stuff and then we’ll get into some of the other stuff. That’s what you’re here for. You’re smart people. This is the kind of audience that I love. You look at the Democrats and what’s going on now with the STOESZ, with the spending, with the fraud, with the personnel, and they’re defending every inch of it. When you confront them, they say we just want it to be done differently. We just fear that they’re they’re reckless and they don’t know what they’re doing. We just fear that these people, well, they’re not elected. We just fear. And it goes on and on and on. One roadblock after another, they don’t support any of it because this is, as I’ve said repeatedly now, this is their government with an A government and the government within a government they own. And they don’t care about waste, fraud and abuse as long as some percentage of this enormous sum of money gets to the causes, the people. The countries that they wanted to get to. That’s all they care about. They’re not fiscally responsible. Give a damn about what you pay in taxes or how much we we borrow. That’s not where they’re coming from. But I want to think about this a little bit. To me, there’s two kinds of law. I’ve been thinking about this a lot. There is law. That is based on. How do I explain this? There’s a law that’s based on. Excuse me, Certain. Spiritual beliefs. Natural laws is a Declaration of Independence says. That’s based on Judeo-Christian values. In other words, law that’s not simply based on the like. Excuse me. I’m kind of sick that I’m just trying to muscle through this law. And that’s not just based on somebody passing laws, legislation. But more than that. These are laws that enhance the civil society, that enhance the culture. That strengthened the country, that strengthened the family. All those things we believe in that are related to tradition and customs. There’s that kind of law and that kind of laws just and that kind of law represents what. The value of the individual. Of the individual. Your Bill of Rights is about the individual. Your Constitution is about limiting the government. That kind of laws about what? Recognizing the sovereign of the individual, not the sovereign of government. You see what I’m saying, Mr. Producer? And then there’s the other side. That we’re dealing with. They don’t view laws based on natural rights of the declaration. Their boy. Woodrow Wilson, rejected it. You saw this lady on one of the commie cable networks saying, what is this natural law stuff, this white Christian nationalist stuff? Because it has nothing to do with white, Christian nationalist, anything. It goes back to Socrates and Aristotle and Cicero. And on and on and on. But she’s too stupid to know any of that. Doesn’t matter. So we have a law that’s simply based on. Power, that is. A law that is based on trying to coerce, control, direct. And that’s on the other side. Our Constitution. This country was founded on the former. The Marxist Islamists, the Democrat Party, their media, what they push and embrace is the latter. And the ends justify the means. So the law is, as they say, when they say in the law, is that so? Some of hundreds of district court judges say it is, and that’s that. But what about the Constitution? Well, too bad. So they’re in constant war with the Constitution. Why? Because it’s based on the former. That is a belief system, a value system that people hold. Not on the ladder. Which is what? Which is about pure power. I’m doing a lot of research on this because I’m going to write a very extensive book on this. It’s what I’m going to do. But I’m just running through the thought process with you. Now the ladder. That is not based on. Principles and values and beliefs that are. That inbred into the human spirit and faith. A declaration? The latter. Which is based on pure power. It can change. It can move in any direction they want it to move in. It’s not really based on anything, but. The desire of a judge or the desire of an administration in any given time. The ladder. Seeks to break the bond between one generation to the next. The world begins today. We start with a clean slate that was marked. We destroy the relationship between parents. Which of course, is the glue that holds one generation to the next. The government through its schools, the government through a media that basically represents the state. The government. Being the sovereign, not the individual. Well determine what the law is and it won’t consult the people. It’ll be the unelected branches, the judges, the bureaucracy, the media. They will decide what the law is. They will decide, Oh, Congress may pass laws. Because more and more Congress represents that perspective. And so we’re really talking about two completely different animals, are we? I’ve said you many times, why should we respect a radical activist judges ruling when they don’t respect the Constitution or the rule of law? And I’m taking it to the next step because they don’t respect the Constitution of the rule of law. They make up the law so the law is no longer stable. It’s no longer predictable. You don’t know what you’re going to get in front of one of these judges. As opposed to judges that follow the Constitution, follow the law. Are not interventionists who are not power hungry. And that’s in the Judeo-Christian value belief system. Where’s the ladder is in the Marxist Islamist belief system. That’s what you’re seeing right now. So when circling back when Donald Trump and Elon Musk. When they reveal massive fraud, potentially criminality, massive amounts of money being shoveled off to a senator’s wife or to a former gubernatorial candidate in Georgia to her favorite. So-called nonprofit organization. That’s another phrase that cracks me up. Some groups really are nonprofit, but a lot of them are. Trust me, they’re for profit pretending to be nonprofits. Why don’t the Democrats care? Because they’re not looking at this. The way we do. They are perfectly happy. With what you and I view as the lawlessness, the fraud and all the rest of it. They created it. They encouraged it. They’re motivated by it. Every now and then they will talk about. The law, as you and I see it, the Constitution, as you and I see it, but they don’t mean it. They throw that around as a propaganda tool. And that’s why they spent the last. God knows how many years trashing the Constitution. And the man who wrote it trashing the American founding with the 1619 project, trashing the entirety of society with CRT and DEA and all the rest of it. Because they don’t believe in the founding. They don’t believe. In the basis for the founding, that is. The Enlightenment faith. Spirituality. They believe in the iron fist. The law is what we say it is because we say what it is. I will develop this more in the days and weeks and months ahead. Hopefully the mental plagiarists out there will back off because they don’t know what the hell they’re talking about anyway. I hope this makes some sense. What’s going on again? We you and I believe what the founders believe. The framers, the framers of the Constitution believed those who embrace Americanism and constitutionalism. We come at this from principles that are literally based on something bigger than government, bigger than a Congress, bigger than courts. Something that is spiritual, something that is based in ancient history. And Judeo-Christian principles and other principles. Unalienable rights. Of what? The government? No. The individual. The individual. The other group. They never talk about the individual. They never talk about unalienable rights. They always talk about government. And they always talk about the extent. They talk about rights and individuals. They talk about rights and individuals. Being vetted through the government. Which groups get what? When individuals get what? Why they should get whatever they get. It’s a totally different mindset. It’s the mindset. Really of tyranny of unstable and unpredictable laws. As opposed to the mindset of freedom, an individual, which is our mindset, which is why we have a constitution, which is why we have a Bill of Rights, which is why we oppose the centralisation of government. This massive bureaucracy that doesn’t represent us in fact undermines representative government, which is why we support federalism. That is, the federal government exercises the powers the Constitution gives it. And when it comes to the government, other than that, the states have control. They don’t believe any of that. I’ll be right back.

Segment 2
What was finally happened. From the Wall Street Journal. Iran has enough highly enriched uranium for six nuclear weapons. VIENNA Iran has sharply increased its stockpile of highly enriched uranium in recent weeks, according to a confidential United Nations report. So this is even the U.N.. As Tehran amasses a critical raw material for atomic weapons, the increase in Iran’s holdings of uranium enriched to 60% or nearly weapons grade would be enough to produce six nuclear weapons. And Iran is not producing enough fissile material. Some say, Feisal, some see Fizzle tomato tomato in a month for one nuclear weapon. According to the report, which was reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. Tehran’s strides come as the country has indicated, an openness to negotiating with the U.S.. This is what they do. These are head fakes. This is what they do. No more negotiation. It’s my advice. It’s enough. That’s enough on limits to its nuclear ambitions. So we have to accept the fact that it has nuclear weapons. They’re saying the Trump administration has said it will return to a policy of maximum pressure on Iran. But the President Trump also wants to negotiate a nuclear deal. Well, here’s the nuclear deal. Take out their nukes. That’s been the consistent position of President Trump when he was in office, when he was out of office. Now he’s back in office. And so the rubber’s hitting the road right now. Right now, Tehran strides come as a country has indicated, an openness to negotiating, really. Tehran has amassed around 275 kilograms of 60% highly enriched uranium as of February 8th. I’ll be right back.

Segment 3
I want to thank President Trump for a wholly unexpected, really quite unbelievable post that he had earlier today. Mr. Producer. There was something, wasn’t it? And I wasn’t even aware of it. People started telling me about it. And let’s see here, let me find it. This is the president. What time was it? 723 this morning. Mark Levin’s last two shows, Saturday and Sunday. We’re incredible. A must see. I think we’re going to have to open a beautiful museum to honor the words and wisdom of the great one. Mark Levin. Three exclamation marks. I’m very honored by this. I’m very honored. And this should. Should demonstrate to people, number one. If you have viewpoints, state them, state them respectfully and so forth and so on. Number two, don’t let people twist your words with headlines, particularly people who are leftist, people who are looking for trouble. People are not interested in the facts. The Pravda Al Jazeera media and their their entrails, you know, like media or Drudge Report, they don’t represent anything. They don’t even tell you the truth. If you read them, you’re going to be totally confused, totally confused. And so we appreciate that from the president and very much. Now, I want to prove this point when I’m talking to you about really two separate ideas of what law should be. One is legitimate, I might add, and one is illegitimate. One seeks to expand the rights of liberty and preserve individual sovereignty. The other seems seeks to steal from it and transfer sovereignty from the individual to the government. In the end justifies the means approach. And here’s Jerry Nadler at a hearing today. Which will underscore that he is of the second school. Correct go Trump administration and and what is done presents is, in my opinion, with the greatest challenge to the Constitution of the United States since 1861 when there was absolute nullification and and rebellion. And this is very interesting to me since I’ve been talking about nullification now for quite a while. The Democrats have never mentioned nullification, The leftists have never mentioned nullification. They are in the middle of a nullification Confederate like program when it comes to so-called sanctuary cities and states. The whole point of a sanctuary city and state is to. Disobey federal immigration law. And in our Constitution, the federal government has plenary power in that regard. So that’s nullification. And so, again, they take words. They take arguments. They take the Constitution itself, having turned it inside out, and then they project onto their opponents. What it is that they’re doing now. This is typical Marxist, fascist, Islamist, autocratic technique. You accuse the people who you seek to defeat, who seek to squash well, what it is that you’re doing. So now it’s nullification to try and slash government spending, to try and get government personnel under control, to try and root out fraud, to try and save Social Security by eliminating 50 to $100 billion a year in graft. That’s now nullification. That’s now an attempt to destroy Social Security. That’s now a violation of separation of powers, even though it all occurs within the executive branch. You see my point? Go ahead have with the Trump administration. You’re disobeying the laws. Which laws? Are they disciplined? Which ones? They keep saying this and I keep asking what law they disobeying. Which one that they’re not allowed to look at. Personnel records to see who actually is working and what they’re doing, that they’re not allowed to look at data. To see if the money that’s being expended is being expended the way it’s supposed to be expended, what law they violating. Rejiggering the. The bureaucracy moving some of the alphabet soup around. But law does that really. Offering federal employees severance. What law does that violate? I’m going right through the list. So what laws are they talking about exactly? None. But it doesn’t matter, you see. Not only are these people disinterested in the Constitution while they wave it around, you’ve heard them talk about it in highly negative ways. So not only are they disinterested. In the Constitution. They seek to eviscerate the Constitution. And that’s what this government within the government is all about, quite frankly. This government within the government has no constitutional basis whatsoever. You won’t find it in the Constitution. Fraud has no justification whether Congress passes a spending bill or not. If it leads to fraud, that doesn’t mean fraud continues. If it leads to waste and abuse, that doesn’t mean waste and abuse continues. As the great Brendan Sullivan said about himself when he was representing Ollie North in front of the Iran-Contra Joint Committee. The president is not a potted plant. He’s the president. And as Alexander Hamilton said, the president needs to be powerful in the areas in which he has power. Go ahead. Musk is not an appointed official. He is not. Confirmed by drunkenness is stupidity. He’s not an appointed official. Of course, he’s an opponent official. Cause his opponent official. Go ahead. He is given the authority to destroy agencies established by Congress. Which agencies he destroying? He took U.S. aid, which is a corrupt rat’s nest filled with fraud and waste. And it was brought within the State Department. So I don’t know what that means. Destroying agencies, destroying anything. Go ahead. Agency for International Development was established by Congress in 1961. It was authorized. Appropriations were made. And yet Elon Musk says we’re putting it through the woodchipper. All right. USAID. No, he’s saying we will continue appropriations as long as they’re not waste, fraud and abuse. Which of which there is an enormous amount that this president is not required to sign off on these things. Just because a 13 bureaucrat at USAID decides that condoms and a lot of them should go to an African country or something like that doesn’t mean that they’re head of the executive branch. A unitary body has to go along with it. Period. Congress’s power of the purse is not without exceptions. It’s not without exceptions. Go ahead. Stops. And the food is riding on the piers in Africa. Instead of being given to people who is riding on the piers in Africa, anybody of any video with the food rotting on the piers in Africa? Mr. Producer, is that what we’re talking about? Food rotting on the piers in Africa as I worked my tummy. Are the condoms riding on the piers in Mozambique or whether or how they were being sent to. Gary. Natalie, does he come there and say, you know, there’s no way $2 billion should have gone to Stacey Abrams connected so-called environmental group. That $2 billion could have gone to feeding American children. Notice he doesn’t say that. Or the $20 billion in a slush fund that went to eight grantees. Radical left wing grantees near the end of the Biden regime. That money could have been used to build roads right here in America. He doesn’t say that, does he? No. And he’s not going to because Jerry Nadler is a is a Marxist. And so, again, he comes at this quite differently than you and I do. Much of the spending here is lawless. I don’t know if it’s criminal in terms of being lawless, but it’s a lawless. And we’re trying to find out who authorized what and the fact that they’re trying to find out who authorized what is a bridge too far for Nadler and his ilk? They don’t care. They created this. This belongs to them. It’s a massive slush fund. This government with any government. That’s what it is. They created USAID. But then look in the shadows what USAID has been doing. Look in the closets, look under the sheets. It’s grotesque. The Democrat Party stands for fraud. The Democrat Party stands for bloat. For a government within a government that has nothing to do with representative government, Nothing. Zero. Because they view the government as the sovereign, not the individual. I’ll be right back.

Segment 4
Hour three, our power hour. We’re going to have Stephen Smith with us. James Carville has been attacking him. Carville has been slapping him around. So I want to get into that a little bit and understand exactly what’s going on. I don’t know why James Carville is everywhere. He’s a demented old man, but I guess they like the fact that he’s a demented old man. They miss Biden. And don’t forget, you can always go to Mark Levin showcase. That’s the mothership and it will be very easily explained there. So there’s no reason to miss any of the program. Well, Yarden Biba was the father of. Fear the little nine month old baby and Aurea, the four month the four year old little boy and his and his wife, Shiri. And their funeral was today. And it was a real tear jerker. And he said, and I’m reading the interpretation. I remember the first time I said Myanmar to you. Meaning his wife was at the very beginning of our relationship. He told me to only call you that if I was certain I loved you. Not to say carelessly, I didn’t say it then because I didn’t want you to think I was rushing to say I love you. Shiri, I’ll confess to you now that I already loved you. Back when I first said Mi amore Shiri, I love you and I will always love you. Here you are. You are everything to me. The best wife and mother there could be. Sherry, You are my best friend. Mish mash. It’s what he called her. That was the nickname. Who will help me make decisions now? Now I am supposed to make decisions without you. You remember our last decision together in the safe room? I asked you if we should fight or surrender. And you said fight. So I fought. Shiri, I’m sorry I couldn’t protect you all. If only I’d known what would happen. I wouldn’t have fired. I think about everything we went through together. There are so many beautiful memories. I remember the birth of Ariel Kieffer. I remember the days we would sit at home or in a cafe, just the two of us, talking for hours about everything under the sun. It was wonderful. I miss those times deeply. Your presence is profoundly missed. I want to tell you about everything that’s happening in the world and here in Israel, Syria, everyone knows and loves us. You can imagine how surreal this madness is. Shiri People tell me they’ll always be by my side, but they’re not you. So please stay close to me and don’t go far. Shiri This is the closest I’ve been to you since October seven. And then I can kiss her. Hug you? And it’s breaking me. It’s breaking me. Sure. Please watch over me. Protect me from bad decisions. Shield me from harmful things. And protect me from myself. I take that to mean that this man is so distraught. As we all would be. And he actually is contemplating something I don’t even want to mention. Guard me so I don’t sink into darkness. Mish mash. I love you. Chucky. Ariel. It’s the four year old. You made me a father. You transformed us into a family. You taught me what truly matters in life. And about responsibility. The day you were born, I matured instantly because of you. You taught me so much about myself. And I want to thank you. So. Thank you, my beloved. Hey, I hope you’re not angry with me for failing to protect you properly, for not being there for you. I hope you know, I thought about you every day, every minute. I hope you’re enjoying paradise. I’m sure you’re making all the angels laugh with your silly jokes and impressions. I hope there are plenty of butterflies for you to watch, just like you did during our picnics. Chuckie, be careful when you climb down from your cloud not to step on, Tony. Teach to fear. All your impressions. Make everyone laugh up there. Ariel, I love you the most in the world. Always in the world. Just as you used to tell us. Papa. Key fear. Alignment thought I didn’t think our family could be more perfect. And then you came and made it even more perfect. I remember your birth. I remember during the delivery when the midwife suddenly stopped everything. We were frightened and thought something was wrong, but it was just to tell us. We had another redhead. Mum and I laughed and rejoiced. You brought more light and happiness to our little home. You came with your sweet, captivating laugh and smile. And I was instantly hooked. It was impossible not to nibble on you all the time. Cape Fear. I’m sorry I didn’t protect you better. But I need you to know that I love you deeply. Miss you terribly. I miss nibbling on you and hearing your laughter. I miss our morning games. My mom would ask me to watch you before I went to work. I cherish those little moments so much, and I miss them now more than ever. A kafir. I love you the most in the world. Always in the world have so many more things to tell you. But I’ll save them from when we’re alone. It’s a man who will be suffering eternally. You don’t get over something like this. The brutality of the murders is just unspeakable. So let me ask you a question. You think a two state solution would fix this? Such an abomination, even for people to be talking about such stupid things. These people need to be eradicated. They do this to children. Eradicated. Every day. I have to make decisions like the rest of you, but I’m talking about the content of the show. I’ve got a stack that’s a foot high. And obviously I’m not going to race through it. This isn’t a race. And so it is that we’ll get to some of the more major issues that are more paramount to you and me when we return for our two. I’ll be right back.
