On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Donald Trump was officially sworn into office today. Trump gave a truly historic speech. It was a speech to the American people, not a State of the Union speech as the media want you to believe. Also, Joe Biden issued last-minute pardons right before Trump was sworn in. He pardoned Leonard Peltier who killed FBI agents. He also pardoned Anthony Fauci, Gen Mark Milley, the January 6 committee, and his family members. Peter Schweizer calls in and explains he wasn’t surprised that Biden pardoned his family. This acknowledges that they have legal liability. Later, the ADL is a disgrace. Led by a former Obama special assistant, they smear Elon Musk with this outrageous claim about him using a Nazi salute. The ADL gives cover to the most loathsome Democrats, including Biden, under whom antisemitism massively expanded in our country. Musk has made special trips to Auschwitz, Israel after Oct. 7, and made statements on behalf of Jews and Israel. Afterward, Julie Kelly calls in and explains that Trump just signed a full pardon for every J6’er. They already started releasing them from prison.

Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. A glorious day. President Trump gave a truly historic speech. His speech for the ages. I study these things. I read these things. Of course, the miscreants and malcontents. What’s more like a State of the Union speech? No, it wasn’t anything like a State of the Union speech. Was a speech to the American people. Well, you know, we had a lot of big ideas in there. I don’t know that he’ll be able to actually do everything he says. Gee, aspirational speeches are never given at inaugurations. Right. They’re always given at inaugurations, at least the great speeches, and they’re given by great people. Churchill. Thatcher. Reagan. Trump. You see, ladies and gentlemen, you and I watched the speech. We listened to the speech. And then we go to this weirdly strange media. Phenomenon. Well, the media tell us what we just watched and heard. Have you noticed that, Mr. Producer? They’re interpreting for us what we you made the people just watched and heard. It’s really quite. Quite bizarre in many ways, quite frankly, President Trump is going to be announcing a number of executive orders. When he gets to that, we will go live to President Trump. Now executive orders as best as we could put together. And we see here The New York Times as well, some of the major ones. Close the border to asylum seeking migrants. Declaring end of birthright citizenship, that’s a big deal. Which the New York Times says a guarantee granted by the 14th Amendment. They’re liars. Involve the US military and border security. Which they say will have immediate legal challenges. They’re wanting immediate legal challenges. There will be, but so be it declared migrant crossings along the US-Mexico border to be a national emergency. Designate drug cartels as terrorists. And remote work policies order many agencies back to the office 4 to 5 days a week. Gee, that’s so horrible. Get off your ass at home and come into the office like you did before the pandemic. Why? We now want him and we want a four day SRP. There’s an actual manager in town now. Yes. No more. 58, 56, 38, 31 Flavors of sex. You’re either male or female. You either have one or you don’t. And that’s the official government policy. Henceforth. Henceforth. Now we have more than that. But I’m just hitting the highlights here. Federal agencies will begin an investigation into trade practices of other governments, including trade deficits, unfair currency practices. That’s a big deal, by the way. Unfair currency practices, counterfeit goods. A special exemption that allows low value goods to come into the United States tariff free. Assess China’s compliance with the trade deal President Trump signed in 2020, as well as the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, which the President had signed in 2020 to replace the North American Free Trade Agreement. Or to the government to assess the feasibility of creating the External Revenue Service that would be under the Commerce Department, as I recall. To collect tariffs and duties from foreign governments, declare a national emergency on energy, which could allow the president to unlock powers to speed permitting to pipelines and power plants. Order federal government to roll back regulations that impede domestic energy production. God bless him. Signaling that tension loosen the limits on tailpipe pollution and fuel standards. Here’s what they’re trying to say. To not loosen the limits, the absurd limits that the Biden administration put in place would destroy all vehicles using combustion engines, force everybody into electric vehicles. So it’s not a matter of loosening the limits on tailpipe pollution. It’s a matter of reversing what Biden did. And eliminate the electric vehicle mandate. You want to buy an electric vehicle? Go ahead. You don’t you don’t have to. They say rollback energy efficient regulations for dishwashers, showerheads and gas stoves. And this is what you’re going to get from the Holocaust, denying New York Times as well as other media outlets. It’s not a matter of rolling back. Energy efficient regulations. To have to keep running a dishwasher because of the requirements on water. Is an energy efficient. That’s not what it is. Mr.. So let’s go live right now. I want to hear what this guy is saying. Go ahead. Franti Every nation deserves the right to determine its own destiny. This is this is what somebody I’m not a fan of. Powers who went to Israel threatened Bibi Netanyahu. Prosperity as we’re glad the hostages are coming out and I hope all of them come out but 3000 Hamas terrorists, terrorists, go ahead. That transcends historical grievances. Three courageous diplomacy. Real progress requires difficult conversations and bold decisions. And it is through. It is through these that trust is built and maintained. I don’t know what he’s talking about. Almost sounds like a Biden guy. But let me just say this. If we want peace in the Middle East, we must destroy the nuclear capacity of Iran where there will not be peace in the Middle East. And same with terrorists just negotiating with terrorists. Let me tell you a little secret here. This deal with Hamas is likely going to result in probably more wars with the terrorists. That’s my guess. Go ahead. We are done carrying the financial burden for nations that are unwilling to fund their own progress. The days of blank checks are over. For that is this guy the Secretary of State, though? I don’t think so. I think Rubio is going to be on the President. Trump’s leadership must be equitable and contributions. So when we get to men’s means to our early U.S. guy, when we get to the actual executive orders the president signing, we will go back live to the arena. I was given an opportunity. My family was to attend every VIP event. This weekend and tonight. I wasn’t comfortable doing that. I wanted to meet the people, many of you who came to Washington. By car, by bus, by train, by plane. I don’t need to be near these billionaires and trillionaires or the politicians are all the beautiful people. And even President Trump made reference to it in his second speech down the hall from the Rotunda. Where said, These are my real supporters. And I thought that second speech was also great. So I chose we chose not to do that. They also chose to come back behind the microphone to speak with you. Why? Because I want to be with you in a moment like this. Millions of listeners. You’re the army who made this possible. You’re the voters who made this possible. This is your moment. This is our moment. To get behind Donald Trump and to be so proud of what you we did and what he did, what he did, despite death attempts on his life. Despite death attempts. That’s why I’m here and I quote unquote, there. That’s why you didn’t see me in the capital. That’s why you won’t see me at one of these balls. Let’s go on commitment. Harris wants to open the Alaska wilderness to more oil and gas drilling. Eliminate so-called environmental justice programs, which they say aims to protect poor communities from excess pollution. That’s not what it is. It’s another redistribution of wealth. President has vowed to issue an executive order to give Bytedance Tiktok’s Chinese owner more time to make a sale and satisfy a law. I don’t have a problem with that as long as the sale is made or the ownership is seized from the Communist Chinese. Because this is a national security issue, they do not have the right to steal your data, period. This isn’t a free speech issue. The court even ruled 9 to 0 without any objections. It is in President Trump originally and he signed it, agreed with that and I think he agrees with it today. Let’s see, what else do we have? I think that’s it for now. We’ll see what else comes. I don’t have a long list of this, but there’s there’s a lot more that will be coming. Just a glorious day. It really is. We’re going to talk about what Biden did on the way out the door. And by the way, Hillary Clinton looked like she was in a constant state of constipation, didn’t she, Mr. Producer? Absolutely look like it. And there’s a lie going on put out by the forward, which is sort of a left wing Jewish site. I wouldn’t even call it that. But it is what it is about Elon Musk. Imagine Musk appears to do Nazi salute at Trump Inauguration rally. From the forward. Now, this would be the Elon Musk who after October 7th. Went to Israel to meet with Bibi Netanyahu. I think he went there with or met with my our buddy Ben SHAPIRO. This would be the Elon Musk who went to Outwits was horrified by what he saw and said. Probably three quarters to 75% of my closest friends are Jewish. It was very upset about what he saw. This would be the same airline, Elon Musk, who condemned Soros. He said it doesn’t really seem to promote or support the state of Israel very much. You know, Nazi or anything of the sort. You know, people try that with me, too. When I wave to the audience, your fingers are together. You wave high into the sky. They take a still photo. Go. Whoa! Look at this. Look at this. Can you believe this? I mean, we have real Nazis among us. Many of them are Democrats in Congress right now. Many of them are Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, Iran, which I media run interference for and use their statistics. We had the Hitler Youth in the streets from our colleges and universities out of Columbia and other schools. Supporting Islamic Jihad, a terrorist group. Supporting Students for Justice in Palestine, a terrorist front group. Supporting Care, a group that was founded, a front group by Hamas. And of course, supporting Hamas, carrying their flags around. Carrying their flags around. And so let’s be clear about this. Elon Musk, you have a tremendous lawsuit here, I think. Ms. supporters defended the gesture, saying it was simply gesture illustrating the sentiment. My heart goes out to you by touching his heart and then pointing to the crowd. But many others compare the stiff arm salute to photos of Nazi soldiers saluting Hitler. But he’s not a Nazi saluting Hitler, you jackasses. He embraces Netanyahu. He embraces the Jewish faith not as his own, but with his friends. He took a trip to Auschwitz, as I said, he wanted to see for himself, not because he’s a doubter, but because he’s concerned. That Elon Musk. A. Test smear. From the for the. The headline, Elon Musk appears to do Nazi Salute at Trump Inauguration. It’s just grotesque. Absolutely disgusting. The other thing they were saying, Mr. Producer, is he put his hand on the Bible. Did you see all those headlines? He didn’t put his hand on a Bible. It’s because John Roberts wanted the oath so fast. Melanie, who had two Bibles, one from his parents, his mother, and one from Lincoln, didn’t have the time to get up there. She was situating herself to get a Bible to the president and to hold it for the president. That’s exactly what happened. We’re going to take a short break. Executive orders coming. How about, by the way, he announced that he’s going to be signing J six pardons when he gets back to the Oval Office. He’s a popular one. He goes out and speaks. He gets a big crowd. He’s a little in the rough side sometimes. If that’s that’s what you want. He’s he’s done a fantastic job and he loves that country. Thanks. That great job. You’ve done a great job. And Ibaka. And, you know, Jared negotiated the Abraham Accords, which are the biggest is the biggest deal made in the Middle East in many, many years. And it’s really something. Jared, stand out. The Abraham Accords. And Tiffany is going to have a little baby. And my son. And then I have a very tall son named Baron. Has anyone ever. He’s gotten pretty savvy. Thank you. All right. History is happening during the course of this program. I wanted to discuss more what we saw earlier today, but let’s go right to the convention arena. Previous administrations all over the world emptying their prisons into our country. They’re emptying their mental institutions into our country. It stops as of 1:00 this afternoon. Okay, So. So I’m revoking nearly 80 destructive radical executive actions of the previous administration. They’ll all be null and void within about, what, 5 minutes? Is that them over there? 5 minutes and next to gain immediate control of the vast federal out of control bureaucracy. I will implement an immediate regulation freeze which will stop Biden bureaucrats from continuing to regulate. Most of those bureaucrats are being fired. They’re gone. Should be all of them, but some sneak through. But we have to live with a couple, I guess. I’ll also issue a temporary hiring freeze to ensure that we’re only hiring competent people who are faithful to the American public. And we will pause the hiring of any new IRS agents. We will also require that federal workers must return to the office in person. We’re going to take the 88,000 people that they hired to go after you with guns, By the way, they’re allowed to use guns and harass you like there were so many other people. Remember this? Okay. Remember we got it. Do you remember the statement about tips? Does anybody remember that little statement? I think we won Nevada because of that statement, but they went out and harassed you over the tips, in other words. We are restoring control of our government to the people. We’re going to take those 88,000. Let’s see if they’d like to work on the border, because that’s what we want. I’m really angry. Hey, man. So we’re going to have no tax on gifts, right? No tax. But we may be like the speaker of the House. Is he here? He’s done such a good job. Is Mike here? Joe around here someplace? I saw him just a little while ago. Hello, fellows. Look at you guys. Yeah, he’s. I know. He’s great. He’s doing great. They’re all doing good. The Republican Party has never been unified like it is right now. They want to save our country, and we’re going to more than save it. We’re going to make it greater than it’s ever been before by a lot. Next year, I’m going to sign a presidential memorandum directory directing every member of my cabinet to marshal every power at their disposal to defeat inflation and rapidly bring down the cost of daily life. Because your costs have gone through the roof in the last four years. Perhaps you didn’t notice. Does anyone notice that costs are like double, triple, quadruple? You can buy bacon. Apples have doubled in price. Do you want an apple? Anybody pay twice what you did two years ago? We’ll put more money in your pocket and we’ll bring back the American dream and to reduce energy costs and liberate our economy so we have more oil and gas than any country in the world. And we’re going to use it. We’re not going to do the wind thing. When they do big, ugly windmills, they ruin your neighborhood. They ruin you, the houses, you’re a windmill. Guess what? Your house is worth less than half. And did you see up in New England with the wells? You see what’s happening. So they had two wells killed in about 14 years last year and the year before total they had 28. So if you’re into whales, you don’t want windmills either. And they’re the most expensive form of energy that you can have by far. And they’re all made in China, by the way. Practically all of them. And they kill your birds and they ruin your beautiful landscapes. But other than that, I think they’re quite good right now. I remember when we used to joke and kid when we were kidding. But we don’t care anymore. They want to watch the debates on television. They want to watch your favorite president on television. But the wind is blowing, so we can’t watch television at night. Gladys. Mambo. Gladys. I’m sorry. The wind is just not blowing. We’re not watching Trump tonight, but I’m immediately withdrawing from the unfair, one sided Paris climate accord rip off. The United States will not sabotage your own industries while China pollutes so much more conservative than any Republican, certainly since Reagan, all of them dirty. And while a much more conservative than any Republican since Ronald Reagan. Go ahead. Up in the air, you know. Stay there. It’s not like you got a wall or we love walls that way. Not like you have a wall around. And it just it does it it floats into the United States of America after three and a half to five and a half days. It floats across the oceans and it comes right over your neighborhood and it falls into your neighborhood. So they all say we have to fight for cleaner air, but the other dirty air is dropping all over us. So what the hell are they talking about? Unless everybody does it. It just doesn’t work. You know, we had the cleanest air and the cleanest water that this country’s ever had under the Trump administration. And we didn’t do anything to stop jobs and stop production. Believe me, you’re going to see a lot of companies come pouring back because tariffs. I always say tariffs is the most beautiful word to me in the dictionary. Then I was reprimanded by the fake news. They said, What about love, religion and God? I said, I agree. Let’s put God number one. Let’s put religion number two. I love I don’t know. We got to put that number three, I guess. Right. And then it’s tariff because tariffs are going to make us rich is how it’s going to bring our country’s businesses back. That left us. And I also signed an executive order to immediately end federal government censorship of the American people in America. We believe in free speech and we’re bringing it back starting today. He’s this civil libertarian, not the democratization. No. How do I know about that? These creeps, deranged Jack Smith. You ever hear of him? Deranged is a deranged prosecutor is sick. They they suck him on me. He’s now been reduced to getting on an airplane, going back to The Hague or wherever the hell he came from. We got to get rid of that guy. Hey, was he one of the many people that part that got a pardon today? Did they pardon Joe Smith? No. We’ll get into the past. You know that Biden, while I was making my speech, pardoned his whole family. Amazing. So damn corrupt the brother. The whole deal was pardoned. Can you imagine that? No. While I was making my speech. Did everybody hear my speech? Yes. Did you like my speech? Yes, very much. Thank you. I mean, the only thing wrong with it is they had a lot of tough things to say. And I have some great people that work for me. Sir, this is such a great speech. It’s so unifying. Don’t talk about Biden with his pardons of his family. We want a unified country. They said, don’t talk about the J six hostages that you’re going to be releasing today. Jonathan. Sir, don’t put that in your speech, please. I said, but I really I want to put it in my speech. I said, Sir, it won’t be unified like it is. It’s so beautiful the way it is and it is getting great reviews. You know, if I put things like that in, I get terrible reviews. One little paragraph that’s a little bit wrong the fake news goes crazy with so. I said, All right, I won’t put it in my speech. But you know what? I’m speaking in front of a hell of a lot of people at a place called Capital One Arena. And I’ll talk about it. So we’re going to we’re going to be going over to the beautiful Oval Office, one of the great offices in history, even if it was a beautiful as the Oval Office. But it is beautiful and we love the Oval Office. It all starts with every. The wars start and end there. Everything starts and ends at the Oval Office. We love it. But we’re going to go to the Oval Office, we’re going to side. We’re going to release our great hostages. That didn’t do for the most part, they didn’t do stuff wrong. You see, you take a look at what went on and look what happens in other parts of the country. In Portland, where they kill people, they destroy the city. Nothing happens to them. In Seattle, where they took over a big chunk of the city, nothing happened. Minneapolis, where they burned down the city. Nothing happened. Essentially nothing happened. All they want to do is go after the G6 hostages. A 76 year old grandmother was arrested the other day because she was looking I think because she was looking at the Capitol or something like that. Now, we’re not going to put up with that crap anymore. And to stop the weaponization of law enforcement. I’ve been investigated more than any human being in the world. I believe I have the all time record every day a subpoenas subpoena. Every single day we get subpoenas. I was more than any person. Alfonse Capone, Remember? I used to talk about it. Now, Alphonse Capone, Scarface. He was a pretty rough guy. He was investigated about 1/100 what Trump was. My father’s looking down on me and my mother. That How the hell did this happen? You know what it is? They investigated their political opponents, the opponent of Biden and then ultimately Kamala. Has anyone ever heard of Kamala? We had to be two opponents. You know, we had to beat Biden, then we beat him. Now he goes in, tough guy who’s like 39 points down. Are they not going to beat Europe? They should have left me in. And I were have been. Now, his debate performance wasn’t the best, right? That’s what killed them. And then they had a change and they. That’s like you get into a fight. The great Dana White spoke last night. We love Dana White. Right, UFC. That’s like he puts in two fighters, one of them getting creamed, getting really beaten, and they say, Oh, I take him out. Let’s put somebody else there to finish up the fight. That’s what they did to us. They gave us somebody new, but we took care of both of them. So we beat actually two. We beat actually two or four. It’s really true when you think about it. But to stop the weaponization of law enforcement, then I government. I will also signed an order directing every federal agency to preserve all records pertaining to political persecutions under the last administration of which there were many, and beginning the process of exposing any and all abuses of power. Even though he’s pardoned many of these people. Can you believe it is? Pardon? You know why he did it while I was speaking? Because that way I couldn’t speak about it. I was speaking. I didn’t know he did it. I finished my speech. We’re going to have to take a short break. Obviously, what I was planning today is change, because we want to hear more from Donald Trump then my views about what happened earlier today, I’m sure. But hopefully we’ll get to that as well. Let’s go right back. The president is signing his executive orders. So you want to say, Oh, do you want me to, sir? Why don’t you say what I’m saying? Sure. The first item that President Trump is signing is the rescission of 78 Biden era executive actions, executive orders, presidential memoranda, and others. Thank you, sir. The second item on President Trump is a regulatory freeze, as you announced in your speech, preventing bureaucrats from issuing any more regulations. Until we have full control of this, the government and this administration. Thank you, sir. Sir, can I have a pen? The next item, sir, is a freeze on all federal hiring, accepting the military and a number of other excluded categories. Again, until full control of the government is achieved. And we understand the objectives of government going forward. You can see how serious he is about trying to get his hands around this massive leviathan. Freezing regulations, freezing hiring, except for the military. It’s just incredible. Biden doing this, I don’t know. I don’t think I can imagine Vine doing anything anymore. Sir, the next item, as you announced in your speech, is a requirement that federal workers return to full time in-person work and for work, But all the rest of us do. Now, you know, I didn’t want to go to one of these fancy balls or something like that. Here we are together. This is historic. Thank you, sir. Next, we have a directive to every department and agency in the federal government to address the cost of living crisis that has cost Americans so dearly. You know he’s doing. Thank you, sir. The next item here is the withdrawal from the Paris climate treaty. Look at this. This is just fantastic. Says, Hey, we’re going to get our oil and gas out of the ground. We’re going to have pipelines, we’re going to trucks, we’re going to get our fuel to our people and cut costs and get this economy rolling again. Trillion. We’re going to save over $1,000,000,000,000 by withdrawing from that treaty. And the next item, sir, is a letter that will be transmitted to the United Nations explaining that we are withdrawing from the Paris climate treaty. These elections matter, Folks, you did this. His courage, his leadership. But you didn’t. Thank you, sir. Now, that’s just what he signed. That’s just what he has signed at the arena of freedom of speech and preventing government censorship of free speech going. Now, this is a big civil libertarian move. This is a big First Amendment move to fight the Democrats, the autocrats. And lastly, sir, before we go back to the Oval Office to sign a large number of other items is a directive to the federal government ending the weaponization of government against the political adversaries of the previous administration as. Plus boom, boom, boom. And he’s throwing the pens that he has signed these various executive orders with into the audience. That’s a great gift. I’m telling you, folks, it’s a new day. It’s a new day. How much time do our work? All right. Thank you very much, sir. He’s going to the Oval Office is going to sign more executive orders, including involving January 6th. I know there’s a lot of people listening to this program who are very concerned about their loved ones and they want them pardoned. Or in the case of those in prison, pardon and or clemency.
