On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, several decades ago there was a special law passed to give Congressional staffers a special privilege. Congressional staffers could get career civil service jobs if their House or Senate member was defeated. Landmark Legal Foundation demanded this absurd privilege by denied – and it was. Can you imagine what would happen if that was still the law today? The leftists would secrete themselves into the bureaucracy. Later, the media and the Democrats keep using phony Gaza death toll numbers. Mark breaks down the most extensive and accurate examination of the deaths in Gaza, which the media are censoring. There’s also a Saudi effort to push for a Palestinian state, or pressure on Israel to create such a state. This would wide redline for millions of others. This cannot happen. The idea that you’ll have a peaceful Palestinian state is ridiculous. Afterward, all of a sudden Democrats are worried about billionaire tech oligarchs. They had no problem with Elon Musk when he was a Democrat. As long as the ‘tech bros’ are pouring millions into the Democrat coffers, they were fine with that.

Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811 very busy out there. I’ve been busy out there online and elsewhere also preparing for the program because there’s so much going on American. And I wanted to talk to you about the civil service system. Oh, my God. Can you imagine, Mr. Producer, starting off with this? Oh, I’ll make it interesting. Several decades ago, ladies and gentlemen, there was a special law passed. I think it was in the forties. And that law was passed to give congressional staffers a special privilege. And the congressional staffer would be able to get career civil service jobs. If their House member or Senate member was defeated and not just get career civil service jobs without going through a typical process, but they get at the front of the line. And Democrat and Republican senators and congressmen for decades. Use this this so-called perk for four staffers. And so they would insinuate themselves they secrete themselves into the bureaucracy. That’s what they would do. Now. This is many years ago. So you can imagine what would be happening, right? You can imagine what would be happening today. The Democrat majority in the Senate. Their staffers would be trying to weasel themselves, squirrel themselves into the bureaucracy. Right. But that’s stopped because Congress passed a law and withdrew it after decades. That’s because yours truly and Landmark Legal Foundation made a big stink about this. I testified before committees of Congress in the Senate. In the House. And I demanded. That this. Absurd. Special privilege be denied to these members of the House and the Senate. And so. They literally. Reverse the law and they can’t get in that way anymore. Very, very important as I think about the transition of power that’s been taking place right now. Very, very important. I don’t know what me what made me think about it, but I just read an article, I guess, that was talking about there was talking about such things. And I said, wait a minute. I remember when this took place, I thought you’d want to know just a little Inside Politics. So I said, There’s a lot going on today, but I want to talk about something else. There’s this constant reporting even now, and propaganda. But the suffering of the Palestinians in Gaza. Of course, some have suffered. There’s no question about it. I recommend that they elect a new body. But there’s Tim Kaine on CNN today. He’s not the only one other Democrats in the media. You case it attacking again the Israelis because you know, attacking the Israelis is an excuse for attacking Jews. And it’s gone on all the time. But there’s something you need to know. There’s a think tank in Britain. It’s called the Henry Jackson Society. And Henry Jackson, if it’s there. Henry Jackson, I’m familiar with was a Democrat senator from the state of Washington. He was very patriotic. He was very pro-union. Very pro-union and pro-defense. He’s a big supporter of the United States military, a big supporter of the Vietnam War at the time, a big supporter of the state of Israel. So they pulled together last month. They pulled together some of the top scholars in existence to take a look at this, this issue about the Gaza death toll. Now, others have done this, too. We’ve talked about it. We’ve done those reports. But this really is the report of reports. And I posted the report earlier today. On my various social sites, but it was summed up last month. In the Times of Israel UK think tank Gaza death toll inflated to defame Israel for targeting civilians. This isn’t some Jewish group. It’s not a Jewish organization. They said the Palestinian death toll for the Gaza war appears to include thousands of people who died of natural causes, as well as incorrect figures, partly in an effort to inflate the toll of women and children, according to a report by British think tank released last month. International media outlets are too quick to accept the figures from terror group Hamas that are being manipulated for propaganda needs. The Henry Jackson Society said. The Gaza Health Ministry under Hamas reports to Hamas was created by Hamas and I quote, has systematically inflated the death toll by failing to distinguish between civilian and combatant deaths over overreporting fatalities among Williams women and children, even including individuals who died before the conflict began, the report said. And they have this chapter and verse, all the information, the great details. They said this has led to a narrative where the Israeli Defense Forces are portrayed as disproportionately targeting civilians. While the actual numbers suggest a significant proportion of the dead are in fact combatants. The research was carried out by the volunteer based NGO Global Research Group, supported by the International Institute of Social and Legal Studies. The Hamas run Gaza Health Ministry says that 44,000 people in the Strip have been killed or are presumed dead in the fighting. So far, a toll that cannot be verified and that does not differentiate between civilians and fighters. Israel says it seeks to minimize civilian fatalities and stresses that Hamas uses Gaza’s civilians as human shields, fighting from civilian areas, including homes, hospitals, schools and money. By the way, the head Islamo Nazi in Gaza of Hamas just said, yes, that’s we. It’s true. We use hospitals our way. I mean, they admit these things now. Some 5000 Palestinians listed by Hamas as war dead, in fact, died of natural causes, including cancer patients. They tracked down the names who later appeared on a list of those still receiving medical care. In addition, most of the reported fatalities were men, men between the ages of 15 and 45, with many of their ages lowered by a year by the so-called Hamas health group when compared to the Palestinian population Register. In an apparent effort to make it seem like more minors are being killed. Research report, author Andrew Fox wrote, This misclassification contributes to the narrative that civilian populations, particularly women, women and children, bear the brunt of the conflict, potentially influencing sentiment and media coverage. He said the age demographic aligns closely with the expected profile of combatants, further supported by spikes in deaths of men reported by family sources rather than hospitals. The think tank said the toll also includes Gazans killed by terrorists, errant rocket or while food aid is being distributed, including in the case of a 17 year old who was reportedly shot dead by Hamas last September while waiting to get food for his family. They counted that as a casualty from the IDF. It said other problems have included adults recorded as children and several men listed as women, though the system was later rectified, leading to a significant improvement in terms of corrected data. They reported a 22 year old as four year old, a 31 year old as an infant, as just two example. The study found the methodology of data collection by the so-called Ministry of Health is not scientifically valid and that its reports from previous conflicts have also conceal combatant deaths. Now, remember America. This is important because this is what’s used by our media, by Bernie Sanders and the Democrats, by the Arabs, by the Palestinians, by so-called mediators and negotiators. The lies. The organization noted that Israeli and U.S. military intelligence estimate that of the total casualties, 17,000 were Hamas fighters, but that the statistic is often missing from international media reports. The omission creates a skewed narrative, portraying all casualties as civilian, shaping public opinion and international policy based on incomplete or manipulated data. This is like the ICC. It listed a number of outlets. It followed on the issue, including the BBC, The New York Times and CNN. While 98% of the media outlets reviewed used the Hamas casualty figures, only 5% cited figures from Israeli authorities, it found. It also found that less than one in every 50 articles noted that Gaza Health Ministry figures were unverifiable or controversial. On the other hand, Israelis did take his quote, had their credibility questioned and half of the few articles that actually incorporated them. Ambassador Husam Zomlot, the head of the Palestinian mission to the United Kingdom, rejected the findings, telling the UK’s Telegraph newspaper that numerous international organisation and U.N. agencies have confirmed the numbers. Spokesman for the BBC told The Guardian it’s challenging to report accurately on the death toll in Gaza. And he goes on. Let’s see here. Yes. Okay. I thought you’d want to know. I thought you’d want to know now in Israel. I don’t think. Many people you do, but many other people in the media understand how their government actually works. In some cases doesn’t work. The Prime minister is not a president. He’s not a military dictator like in Egypt. He’s not a monarchical inbred like most of the Middle East. He’s not an Islamist terrorist dictator. In Israel. Their governmental system is very confusing and complex and actually quite idiotic. But it is what it is. That’s the way it was set up by the Socialists who set it up from Europe. You have 120 Knesset seats. It’s a quasi parliamentary system. And of course, the prime minister comes out of the Knesset. So you need to have at least 61 seats in order to run the government. It’s not an executive branch per se it. It’s an entity that grows out of the legislature, the Knesset, as it grows out of the parliament in Britain and all the rest of Europe, pretty much. Now, the problem in Israel is like the problem in Italy. You look at England, France and save three major parties, the Tory Party, the Labour Party, the Liberal Party, the two biggest being Labour and Tory. But in Israel, you have really scores of parties. Same with a country like Italy. And so the problem for Netanyahu is the Likud Party is the biggest party and they have the most keen asset members. So he has the most votes in that regard. But they have to build a coalition with other parties, minority parties, to get to 61 or more. And Netanyahu has done that, and he’s been the longest serving prime minister in the history of Israel. Now, he hasn’t been the prime minister continuously. Throughout, but for a big chunk he has been. So they have to build these coalitions. Now, you can have a party that’s a member of the of the Netanyahu government that has six seats in the Knesset. That’s 5% of the seats. Or you can have that party that has six seats and another party may be a religious party. They have seven seats. That’s 13 seats. And that might be enough to. To bring down your government if they don’t go along with you on a particular major vote, whether it’s the budget, judicial reform or a national security slash foreign policy issue like the one involving Hamas. So when Donald Trump sends this guy, Stephen Whitlock, who’s got enormous ties to Qatar. I’d love this man to come on my program. To negotiate. And to negotiate with them, among others, Qatar and of course, Israel and so forth. When they’re putting this pressure on Netanyahu. Netanyahu has to convince his cabinet these are members of his cabinet. And so tonight, one party said, we’re out of here. And they took their six votes and they left. There’s another party threatening to do the same thing. So when Netanyahu is trying to deliver. For the incoming administration. It might. It could cause his entire government to collapse in the middle of a war. That’s how it’s working over there right now as I speak. I’ll be right back.
Segment 2
Even in the middle of what’s going on now with Hamas and the enormous pressure that was placed on Netanyahu and his government to agree to a deal, that’s actually quite a bad deal. But again, I trust Trump and I trust Netanyahu to handle this properly. And I also know that Hamas will not honor it. And you’ll have 3000 terrorists, up to 3000 terrorists who’ve been released, which is a disaster, including for our country. You shouldn’t be negotiating with terrorists, let alone releasing 3000 of them. But here we are. Now that I say it again, I trust Trump and Netanyahu here to do what needs to be done. But I will say this. Saudi Arabia and some of their mouthpieces, some of whom have taken money from Saudi Arabia or want to take money from Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia and Qatar have bought a lot of Republicans, a lot of Democrats, a lot of Washington, D.C. They are pushing for a Palestinian state. Now, I want to talk about this again, because this will not happen. I’ll be back.
Segment 3
You know, folks, we’re going to have a tremendous shows this week in pre-inaugural shows, Saturday and Sunday, 8 p.m. Eastern. We training Stephen to begin the show as well as my monologue on Saturday and Tom Cotton and Brent Bozell. And it’s going to be a killer show, both shows. But I want to point something out here, and Trey even agrees with me on this. The idea that you’re going to have a peaceful Palestinian government ruling in Gaza. Is not possible. None exists. There’s no such thing. Period. So the idea that you’re going to have a peaceful Palestinian state in force is rather carved out of its own territory, which is very minuscule to begin with in the Middle East and its ancestral homes. Judea and Samaria would be suicide. And I just want to make it clear. Two voice. Two private citizens are giving advice to public officials and whatever capacity they are, I will tell you this. This program I. Millions of people are going to object to any effort, any effort to create a Palestinian state. Another terrorist state that will be used to attack the United States of America, that will be used to attack our military in the region, that will be used to attack Israel, a place where they can have missiles, hypersonic missiles, a place where they can have nuclear weapons, air force and all the rest to create such such a country. Out of this Palestinian movement. Is absolute insanity. And this is what apparently Saudi Arabia is going to require. If Saudi Arabia is going to be part become part of the Abraham Accords and recognize Israel diplomatically. And there are people who are going to push for this. Americans are going to push for this. This is a dark, deep, broad red line for me and millions of you. It’s not going to happen, period. It’s not going to happen. The idea that we have people that will carry Saudi Arabia’s water after 911. After 911. After the murder of all those first responders, those firefighters and police officers, emergency personnel and others. Makes me sick to my stomach. It’s one thing to have diplomatic relations with Saudi Arabia. If we must, but it’s quite another to do their bidding. It’s quite another to take their shekels. That’s a whole different ballgame. A whole different ballgame. See, Israel doesn’t have these billions of dollars to throw around like Qatar. Qatar, which is a terrorist supporting regime. Qatar, which has given $1.8 billion to Hamas over the years. Qatar, which gave safe haven to the leadership of Hamas. Qatar. Whose media includes Al-Jazeera, Qatar, whose columnists supported October 7th. And they’re our mediator or a mediator. And we have somebody who said they’re doing God’s work, Qatar’s doing God’s work. Is this a joke? Now we got to get our heads straight. We got to get our head straight. On all this stuff. There’s going to be peace in the Middle East. We really do. And not just in the Middle East if there’s going to be peace, period. Can you imagine another nuclear power, Iran? You know, even though they’re thousands and thousands of miles away, they build these hypersonic missiles, what the hell do you think they want to do with them ICBMs, with nuclear warheads? They’ll threaten us, and they will. And they’ll share that weaponry with other terrorist regimes. So this isn’t just a regional matter. Saudi Arabia doesn’t get to call the shots. Qatar doesn’t get to call the shots. A handful of people who are negotiating this or that. They don’t get to call the shots either. As far as I’m concerned. Biden created this morass. Biden created this situation. Blinken, Biden, Sullivan, O’Malley, the whole damn rotten bunch of them. Now, what made the Trump foreign policy so spectacularly successful the first time around in his first term was he rejected. Old school foreign policy. He rejected it all. One of the reasons you support him is because he rejects that. The Forever Wars or. Well, they’re kind of thinking silo thinking, if you will. He thinks outside the box. In this case, there was no thinking outside the box. They took the binder on, essentially adjusted it here and there. And that’s what we have. Nothing I can do about it. But I’m saying as we look in the future and I’m not here to scuttle it, by the way, I said it the other day, if this is what Trump wants and Netanyahu will agree to go along with it. Okay. But now we look at the future. The Iranian nuclear sites need to be taken out for our security. For our security. Iran is aligned with communist China, well, fascistic Russia. They are a threat to us. They want to assassinate our president. And that’s a fact. That’s number one. Number two, this Hamas deal is not a peace deal. The new head of Hamas has announced that. They hope to commit another October 7th. They just did it within the last 48 hours. And now they’ll have up to 3000 more terrorists to assist them. You know, I was part of the Reagan administration. What happened when Reagan was sworn in was really unexpected. There were no negotiations with the Iranians. There were no deals with the Iranians. They released the hostages because they feared Reagan. There weren’t the release of thousands of terrorists as part of some deal. It was spontaneous, actually. It was spontaneous. Now that said. Donald Trump has been the best friend of the state of Israel of any president. In the history of Israel, the state of Israel. And it’s my hope. That there aren’t forces. Pulling, pushing, whispering. And deceiving. I know there are some. I know their play today. These are individuals who do not have America’s interest as a priority, certainly not Israel’s interests as a priority. They have their own interest as a priority. And I will monitor all of it here. I’m very excited that Donald Trump’s going to be inaugurated on Monday. It’s going to be freezing. It could be 10 to 15 degrees. His Collazo was 40 years ago during the Reagan inauguration. I can’t attend. We were invited. I would have loved to. We do have family members who will be attending. And so. I warned them. You better be. You better be as warm as you possibly can be. You better bring whatever clothes you can because it’s going to be rough. But that said. Monday’s not just the inauguration of Donald Trump, but apparently he’s going to issue 100 or more executive orders. And I bet they’re fantastic. Ah, but they’re absolutely fantastic. And I like government by executive order. But then again, I don’t like surrendering to the Democrats who have used executive orders since Franklin Roosevelt, but especially where Biden. To bypass the legislature. Understanding this tick tock deal. They’re thinking about issuing an executive order. Now lawyers know this, and you don’t have to be a particularly intelligent lawyer. Executive orders cannot trump so to, so to speak, a statute. So if Congress passes a statute, it’s signed into law by a president, which it was. To prevent communist China from operating in this country through tic tac, which it’s gathering enormous amounts of information, particularly on our youth. Communist China is the enemy. They’re doing this purposefully. And so if communist China wants to sell it to an American firm, whether it’s Mr. Wonderful or whomever else, that’s fine. But communist China is not free under the First Amendment or any other amendment or any other perverse interpretation of our Constitution or federal law. To brainwash our kids. To steal our data. To monitor and collect information of American citizens. There’s a very powerful Republican donor. Who’s thrown his money around. It was a major partner in tic TAC. It’s had a lot of influence. They’ve paid the typical lobbyists. They’ve paid even conservative organizations to front for them. The front for them. Again. Count me. Against communist China having influence on our country like this. It’s just common sense. America put everybody’s name aside and just think for yourselves. It’s ridiculous. And so this will need to be resolved again. There can be a tick tock. It just can’t be that the communists control the algorithms and control the data and keep it that. No. We the people. This country. It’s our country. We need to speak up. We need to support the president. We need to make it clear where we stand. So the president also knows where we stand on these things. And we always take positions that are in the best interest of the United States of America, our national security, our economy. Our kids and our grandkids always putting America first because we always have. And we always will. I’ll be right back.
Segment 4
I do want to get into some other big things tonight in a moment. But red state new Hamas leader yearns for another October seven. Can you imagine entering into any kind of a deal with this, with these people, this organization, with their leader and your pressure to do it? It’s enough pressuring Netanyahu. Get the hell off his back. Everybody get off his back. Whomever you are. All sides. Get the hell off the guy’s back. On Wednesday, we reported at Red State that Israel and Hamas had reached a tentative ceasefire deal which will result in the release of some of the terror group’s hostages. Debate has raged in ensuing hours over whether it’s a good deal for Israel in which American commander in chief deserves the credit. I don’t know why they’re fighting for credit over something like this. You release some 3000 terrorists. While we certainly hope for the release of all the hostages taken in Hamas’s savage October seven attack, the newest chief is sounding anything but peaceful. In fact, despite the deal being reached, Hamas leader Kaya Yabba dabba Doo delivered a sick, bloodthirsty call for more violence and said he was proud of October seven. His words are deeply disturbing. Hamas leader allegedly promised another October seven style attack during a press conference Wednesday just after the tentative cease fire was announced. He said the October seven attacks on Israel, quote, will forever be a source of pride for our people, express no regret for the destruction caused by the terrorist group, according to multiple sources. As of yesterday afternoon, a six week cease fire is to begin on Sunday. We’ll see. With both sides set to exchange hostages and Israeli troops withdrawing from Gaza. I don’t know what that means. Both sides exchanging hostages. Israel has terrorist prisoners, not innocent civilian hostages. So this piece of crap sounds off. Right in the middle of this. And I can’t think of another country, certainly not ours, that would, number one, do anything to agree to the release of 3000 terrorists. I don’t believe we would have done that after 911. Do you know? Number two, in the face of it, the monstrous leader says, we’re going to do this again. But the pressures on Netanyahu and Israel, that’s going to stop. That’s going to stop again. I will use this microphone and I will use my platforms to reject this. To reject this. All right. I think we can all agree now that Joe Biden is a psychopath. That he is depraved in addition to being a mental midget. And he was a mental midget before you had dementia, it was always a mental midget. That’s why he had a lie about his scholarship. His grades were he graduated, his class and so forth and so on. He’s a non-stop head bumper. You know what I mean by that? Mr. Pitt is walking into walls and bumping his head. He’s a nonstop head bumper. And so there he is. He’s talking about this new oligarchy involving Silicon Valley. Now, it’s very interesting. The vast majority of Silicon Valley remains left wing remains Democrat there. Billionaires remain dark money donors. And so some of the bigger ones, they said, wait a minute, maybe we’ve been doing the wrong thing, maybe we’ve been doing the wrong thing. So have Elon Musk, who’s turned out to be a great patriot. We have this guy Zuckerberg. You know what? Trust, but verify. I lean on more. Verify. Keep an eye on that guy. Then we have the the owner, the Washington Compost and Amazon Bezos. He’s in a fight over there at the Washington Post. He owns the failing Washington Post. And he says, you know, we have to expand. We have to expand from, you know, sort of a myopic view to a broader view to attract more people. Now, we can’t do that, say the little Marxist bastards over there. And so he is fighting them, which is a good thing. ZAKARIA Parrot is fighting. Within the within the Google corporation. He is dropping DEA. He’s doing the right things. But he cost us that last election. So he in particular is one to keep an eye on. But that’s okay. But all of a sudden now Biden’s worried about. The industrial complex. He calls it the Silicon Valley or something like that industrial complex. Some birdbrain thought that up on his staff because they had nothing else to do. I want to address this in a big way. When we return. I’ll be right back.
