On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the suspect in the assassination of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson has been caught. His radicalism most likely came from his education. Our culture has gotten very dark because the left controls it. The left’s dehumanization continues. Also, Daniel Penny has been acquitted in subway chokehold death of Jordan Neely. Neely should have been in a mental institution and his family should have been more aggressive in keeping him off the streets. This case had nothing to do with racism. We know what took place, Penny is a great Samaritan. Later, Syria collapsed in record time. Why? President Biden said it was thanks to him. Biden is as dishonest as they come. Iran is in a much weaker state right now thanks to Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel, not Biden. Afterward, there is a big misunderstanding of the 14th Amendment and birthright citizenship. The 14th Amendment doesn’t say that all persons born in the U.S. are citizens. There’s nothing in the Constitution that enshrines birthright citizenship.

Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. We start with two cases and we move on to some other things here. I hope you had a good weekend. We start with Luigi Mangione, 26 years old. Upper class. Went to a $40,000 a year boys school. I do. University of Pennsylvania. We had a problem with health care companies. The health care industry. Before we get into some of these details, he being the one who executed United Health Care’s CEO, Brian Thompson. You know, the media is. Oh, allegedly. So, yeah, they have a thousand different ways. I talk about this all the time on this program. The dehumanization of Donald Trump, the dehumanization of millions of people who support Donald Trump, the dehumanization of entrepreneurs and capitalists and, yes, CEOs. The dehumanization. Of Jews. And evangelical Christians. Our culture. Has gotten very dark because the left controls it. Our media and so forth. It troubles me to know in. When conservatives. Talking as populists sound like Bernie Sanders talking as a Marxist. You’ve heard me talk about this on this program, right? You’ve heard me even confront one or two of our friends and say, Why do you sound like Bernie Sanders? We’re not Marxists and we’re not socialists. We don’t hate the private sector. We don’t hate entrepreneurs and businesses of various sizes. We look at each one and we make a decision about each one. That’s the way we work. Those of us who actually care. And so this CEO, Brian Thompson, is a family. He has a couple of kids and a wife. And he was shot. As his back was turned to Luigi Mangione, apparently hit him in the leg. And then stood over him and put two more bullets into. And put words as messages on the shelves. That is on the bullets. So they would be found. He’s got a short manifesto, apparently. That’s right. Now you’ll never hear about them talking about the left being violent. You’ll never hear them talking about that socialist being violent, Marxist being violent. We’ll learn more about Louise Mangione, but I suspect his radicalism came not from his family, but from his his education. From his well-heeled high school. And in college. Meanwhile, the family, Brian Thompson. For the rest of their lives that you have to watch that video of their father, their husband being shot like he was a New York Post suspect in fatal health shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson ID’d as Luigi Mangione, an Ivy League college student, writes Joe Marino and Kate Sheehy. He was nabbed in the killing. As an anti-capitalist Ivy League grad who liked online quotes from Unabomber Ted Kaczynski and seethed in a manifesto. These parasites had it coming, law enforcement sources told The Post on Monday. In his manifesto, tech whiz Luigi Mangione, originally from Towson, Maryland, not too far from where I’m broadcasting, apparently hated the medical community because of how it treated his sick relative. He’s not been charged in the slaying, but was taken into custody this morning while eating at a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Now, the former prep school valedictorian, he graduated the top of his high school class, was caught with a ghost gun. They used the nine millimeter bullets. In other words, he built the gun as a silencer, a U.S. passport for fake IDs with names used during the killer’s stint in New York City and a manifesto. The manifesto consisted of two and a half handwritten pages that mirrored the quotes the Mangione posted on his good reads account from wacky anti-establishment. He’s not wacky terrorist. Airtight establishment. Ted Kaczynski, the infamous Unabomber, terrorized the country for nearly two decades by mailing deadly bombs for his nabbed in 1996. Kozinski had written. Imagine a society that subjects people to conditions that make them terribly unhappy, then gives them the drugs to take away their unhappiness. We hear this kind of pablum all the time, don’t we? Science fiction. It’s already happening to some extent in our own society. Instead of removing the conditions that make people depressed, broken, since a modern society gives them antidepressant drugs that affect antidepressants are a means of modifying an individual’s internal state in such a way as to enable him to tolerate social conditions said he would otherwise find intolerable. Antidepressant drugs also save people’s lives, many of them. The manifesto said the suspect acted alone. Excuse me. He had a particularly personal reason to hate the medical community, its treatment of an ailing relative. Oh, online obituary obituary show. He lost a grandmother in 2013 and a grandfather and 217. In his LinkedIn page indicate he once worked at an assisted living facility for the elderly for a few months in 2014 while still in high school. It’s unclear if he has yet made any statements to cops. It’s not unclear now. He’s not talking at all or didn’t even ask for a lawyer. As of right now, he’s not talking. Mangione also subscribed to anti-capitalist climate change causes, according to law enforcement sources, citing online activity gleaned by authorities. Excuse me. If anything, he’s a Democrat. When you say Mr. Producer. Or worse. Mangione was valedictorian of his 2016 high school graduating class at Gilman School in Baltimore, where he played soccer. According to online sites, high school tuition, 40,000 a year. Said at the time he graduated, he planned to seek a degree in artificial intelligence focused on the areas of computer science. Cognitive science at the University of Pennsylvania graduated cum laude from the private Ivy League institution in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science and Engineering, Computer and Information Science in 2020, according to his LinkedIn profile. Here’s another one of these guys highly educated, highly intelligent, and a highly nuts. Yep. He also completed a master of science and engineering. And computer and information Science at the University of Pennsylvania. Who’s link and suggests he is a data engineer at a car company based in California, though he lost his current home in Honolulu, Hawaii. The state of the country’s government and economy were apparently on his mind. We posted a Wall Street Journal article on Facebook in 2019 titled Obstacle to Deficit Cutting a Nation on Entitlements. His Facebook account, which did not have any recent postings, said he is co-founder of APP Roar Studios, self-described as an app development startup founded to provide the simplest and most engaging gaming experience. And other information that’s of no consequence. I’ve got to get to a lot of stuff tonight. Syria and so forth. Donald Trump on Meet the Press. But one thing at a time. Mm hmm. Now a little bit more about this. Cold blooded killer. Daily Mail. He’s an heir to a holiday resort fortune created by his grandparents and has a sister. Sister who. Who’s a top doctor. I’m sure they’re an absolute shock, quite frankly. Here’s the thing. You can have a family member that goes off one of these radical left wing causes. You’re not have any idea that they’re going to kill somebody. Luigi Mangione comes from a powerful Maryland family centered around the late patriarch Nicholas Mangione, a first generation American who built a real estate empire in Maryland that included country clubs and media. Nicholas, who died in 28, aged 83 after suffering a stroke, was the owner of Turf Valley Resort in Highfields County Country Club, as well as the radio station W CBM. That’s our radio station, Mr. Producer. He was born in Baltimore’s Little Italy, which is a wonderful spot to a poor family, but worked his way up from nothing. He also founded the nursing home Lorain Health Services. Luigi volunteered as his grandpa’s nursing home in 2014. Now, Nicholas, the patriarch, had ten children, including Luigi’s father, Luis, who was married to his wife Mary, until his death. The couple lived in a $1.9 million mansion on his country club. His wife died in 2013. Now, Luigi, the killer is also the cousin of Republican Maria. Maryland House of Delegates member Nino Mangione, as reported by the Baltimore Sun. And Luigi’s mother, Kathleen Zunino Mangione owns a boutique travel company and a sister. In other words, this is a family that is. His parents, his grandparents. That built themselves up from the bottom, from the bottom up, who worked hard. Who created these various businesses and so forth. Luigi Mangione is being held in a jail in Altoona, Pennsylvania. They’ll be shipping them off to New York in no time, I’m sure. Now. He was detained at McDonald’s in Pennsylvania around 9 a.m. this morning on firearm charges and is said to have been found with a ghost gun that may have been made using a 3D printer. He is originally from Towson, Maryland. And is an anti-capitalist. He grew up in considerable comfort. He’s fairly musclebound. They report here his ties to San Francisco. He’s not been charged yet in connection with the murder of Thompson. That’ll come. That’ll be New York’s turn. He was snagged inside the McDonald’s at 407 East Plank Road and in the south of Altoona, Pennsylvania, newspaper said a 911 call was made from the cafe at around 9:15 a.m. on Monday. The 911 caller who potentially identified the gunman at the Altoona. McDonald’s was an elderly patron, according to an anonymous law enforcement official. Now, this conflict summer with reports we’re hearing. On TV that says it was an employee. Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch confirmed that Mangione was in possession of a gun. And so, you know, I would listen to her. And at the end of her statement today, she slobbering all over Alvin Bragg. Did you hear that? Mr.. We want to thank Alvin Bragg, his outstanding people. They’re just unbelievable. Tell that Alvin Bragg had to do it this. This is first of all, it’s the cops at all levels of law enforcement went out and bragged to. He actually found somebody that he doesn’t support, you know, who’s a criminal? The ID match, the one the suspected killer used to check into a New York City hostel. He was also found with the manifest that they get his fingerprints, they have his DNA, they have the manifesto. They have his face. They had him dead to rights. Now Pennsylvania stores the death penalty. But this murder didn’t take place in Pennsylvania. It took place in New York, which has abolished its death penalty. So he will not see the death chamber. I’m just letting you know. Now. We’ll keep track of this. I’m not going to do what other. Broadcast outlets do, which is just keep looping the same damn thing over and over and over again. If we get new information while I’m on the air here, I will be the first to present it to you. We’ll be right back.
Segment 2
Our second case also deals with New York. Daniel Penny discussed this at the end of last week. Actually, I think it was Friday. That the jury was hung on the count. Really? Manslaughter in the second degree. And that could have resulted in 15 years for a penny for helping to save people on a subway, not just the Good Samaritan, I would argue a great Samaritan. And of course, he was targeted by Alvin Bragg. He was a loathsome lowlife. He was targeted by Alvin Bragg and then the judge. A lot of idiot judges in New York, if I may say. But a lot of these guys are in other locales as well. The jury was hung twice. And so he dismisses the. Manslaughter, but then he kind of substitutes it with negligent murder, if you will, called different things in different jurisdictions. In which he could have gotten up to four years. Now, of course, this entire thing. Criminal charges. There’s a civil suit by the family of the perpetrator. Who should have been on that subway, who was threatening people to bear. The family did intervene long before. Instead they’re. There. Kidron is is running the streets. He’s running the elevators. He’s threatening people and so forth and so forth. The subways, I should say. But I want to mention this. And then mention the reaction from some thug from Black Lives Matter as well as the family is about racism. You see, the system doesn’t work. Racism. There are black people on that subway, too. We’re very thankful that Daniel Pennie came forward. I’ll be right back.
Segment 3
Daniel Perry. Daniel Penny Lewis. Daniel Perry. Mr. Producer and Manhattan Jury. Is our friends at the New York Post report. Has cleared Daniel Penny of criminal wrongdoing in the chokehold death of Jordan, kneeling on a crowded subway. All caught on a video, all caught on a video. The courtroom erupted in applause as the panelists acquitted penny of criminally negligent homicide. Could have put him behind bars for four years and nearly chokehold death aboard a crowded uptown train in May 2023. That’s not an accurate report. It’s not clear that the chokehold per se was the cause of his death. But why be picky, Rich? We, the jury, have come to a unanimous decision on count two, they said. Not guilty. Penney immediately broke out a huge smile and turned to hug defense attorney Thomas Kenneth. Even his nearly father, Andre Zachary, was escorted from the courtroom. Racing effing country. One Black Lives Matter supporter yelled, as you’ll hear in a moment. She left the room. Another nearly supporter turning to Penny screamed. It’s a small world, buddy. That’s a threat. I hope the cops check into that. Manslaughter. The top charge against Penny was tossed Friday after jurors twice said they couldn’t reach a unanimous verdict. They sided with Penny’s defense attorneys, who had argued that the Marine veteran was justified in rushing to protect his fellow subway straphangers when he subdued the erratic homeless man. The lawyers had also questioned whether there was sufficient evidence that the chokehold caused Neely’s death. The lawyers had also questioned whether there was sufficient evidence. Yes, they repeat themselves. Daniel Penney’s actions were heroic and protected the lives of people on the train, said House Speaker Johnson. Meanwhile, in the Big Apple, City Councilman Joe Borelli, Republican Stan Lee Allen. Pretty good Guy said the jury’s decision underscores nothing other than the perverse sense of justice held by Manhattan’s D.A. Alvin Bragg. The acquittal comes after jurors. Heard from more than 40 witnesses, including passengers. Winning passengers. One woman on the train told jurors that she feared for her life after hearing nearly said had to grant. One testified she was scared s lis hearing nearly ranting about being willing to die and go to jail. Now, how would you people feel? How would you feel when you feel the same way? When you Thank God for Daniel Penny in a mother who was taking her five year old son to a doctor’s appointment, testified she was so scared of, quote, a belligerent and unhinged unquote, Neeley, that she barricaded her son behind his stroller. No witness testified nearly put his hands on anyone. So what? Or lunged at a specific person? Evidence demonstrated he didn’t have a weapon. The polarizing case kicked off a fierce Congress. You know what? This case would not have been polarizing, but for the fact that Alvin Bragg politicized it and brought it. And these prosecutors said Penny went too far. Let me ask you a question. You’re middle of something like this. It’s killer. You’re not trying intentionally to kill somebody. He went too far. How do you know what to fire is in a situation like that? How do you know when to release the guy? Do you know he was six two? Pretty big, dude. Mr. Producer. It wasn’t some scrawny little lefty, you know. And the jurors watch frame by frame footage from a bystander, six minute video of penny holding kneeling, including for 51 seconds after his body appears to go limp. Penny kept holding Nellie, despite witnesses pleading with him to let him go. Well, my question is, where was the family prior to that? Why is this guy roaming the streets? Why is he in the subway if they’re so upset and so concerned? I mean, you might say, well, there’s only so much a family can do under these circumstances. That’s understandable in some cases. But what a stranger is supposed to do when you’re in one of these subway cars, you’re in there like. Like it’s a tuna fish can. Can’t get out that you go into another subway car can easily be followed by guys making threats, apparently threats very severe and serious threats. If you watch the video, somehow you’re supposed to have X-ray vision and know that he’s not carrying a weapon or somehow you’re supposed to be a mind reader. No. Well, he’s actually going to kill somebody. Well, who knows? So justice was done. And now he’s civilly sued, as is Penny, and he has to deal with that. And so he probably owes his lawyers literally millions, literally millions. So the good Samaritan, in this case, the Great Samaritan. For his good deed. Look at what he’s been through. It could have easily been convicted. Who the hell knows? You know, if if one juror had gone one way versus another, they would have taken care of that. Andre Zachary Jordan. His father had this to say after the verdict came out. Cut 15. Go. I just want to say I miss my son. My son didn’t have to go through this. I didn’t have to go through this either. It hurts. Really, really hurts. What are we going to do, people? What’s going to happen to us now? The system is rigged. Come on, people. Let’s do something about this. I don’t know what all that means. And I certainly felt for Mrs. his son. I get that 100%. I understand that. It’s hard to see how the system is rigged when you have this judge, when you have this prosecutor, when you have a manhattan jury like this is I don’t see how the system is rigged against. Somebody like Neely Here’s going car I remember Eric Gardner’s mother. The cigarette case some years back. Cut 16. Go. If this had been the other way, if your family had married it, this so-called innocent guy now, it would have been a different story. He would have been in jail. It would have never came out. But they don’t do the same to us as to justice systems. And we have to stop this. And the only way that we can stop it is to stand together. Those of us who are against what happened, we have to speak up. The problem is there’s a video in those of us who have taken the time to look at the video. We understand exactly what took place here. There are witnesses. The overwhelming number of witnesses. I’m very thankful for Daniel, Penny. Some are not. But the overwhelming number are. It doesn’t break down along racial lines, either. It doesn’t break down along racial lines. Then there’s this guy, Hawk Newsome in New York, Black Lives Matter leader. You may remember him from a few years ago. The guys are really hot. Cut. 17. Go. We need some black vigilantes. White people want to jump up and show us. It’s not why he was held. Because he’s loud. Because he made threats. People took those threats seriously, either on a subway car. Including black people, including black women. This is not a racial event as much as this slob and these other people are trying to racialize. Go ahead. When they attempt to oppress us. I’m somebody who’s attempting to oppress, quote unquote, us. Period. Nobody’s oppressing anybody. This was a sad case of an individual. Had a long list of mental issues and a very long list of criminal offences. Who was roaming the streets? Who’s in the subway? But lost it? Who was screaming? Threatening people? And you have to make decisions on the spot. Your adrenaline’s flowing. Do I hide? Do I run? Do I confront? It’s hard to hide in a subway car. It’s hard to run in a subway car. And so. Seems to me you don’t have an obligation to get in a fetal position and become a victim. And we’ve seen a hell of a lot of that, unfortunately, on subways. And I have only. It’s unfortunate, but the outcome, in my view, is 100% correct. It’s unfortunate. Nearly died. It was not manslaughter. It was not negligent murder. So the jury found this isn’t some all white jury. So there was no racial element to this at all other than the people who are commenting throughout the trial and afterwards on behalf had nearly, nearly should have been in a mental institution. He should have been getting some kind of treatment. And quite frankly, his family should have been a lot more aggressive in keeping him off the streets if they could. It’s amazing how little reporting we’ve had on that. Maybe they did. But we’re not getting much reporting on that. Are we missing part of the house with these drones in New Jersey and Pennsylvania just happened to be near military sites near the. President’s home in New Jersey near a Coast Guard site. Just happened to be flying up there. I don’t know. I’ll bet it’s the commies again, Mr. Bruce. I bet it’s the communist Chinese. And Biden doesn’t want to tell us because he doesn’t want to shoot them out of the sky. I could be wrong, but I doubt it. I’ll be right back.
Segment 4
Monday Night Football 9 p.m. Eastern Best Producer, Monday Night Football. Who’s playing the Bengals and the Cowboys. Right. The Bengals in the. You think that’ll be a good game. Sometimes games you don’t expect to be good turn out to be better than you think of course because boy they almost. I mean, they could have easily lost that game. Against. What was that? The Titans. Whatever it was, it was painful. Now they have two great receivers on their team and a great running back, and the receivers are a little upset because they’re not receiving many passes. I don’t blame them. Got to mix it up. Especially when you play the big boys. I believe they’re going to play the Eagles. The Steelers. It’s not your team, Rich. Isn’t it? Next week? I think it is. 415 425 Whatever hard tone the NFL puts up there, that’ll be a good game. Eastern western Pennsylvania, as we call it, at 9 p.m. Eastern time, Monday Night Football. For those of you that get a little worn out from the constant news. I love watching football except when I’m on. That’s a big no no. We’re going to talk more about this after the top of the hour. And that is Syria. Syria collapsed really in record time. Why did it collapse in record time? Well, according to Joe Biden, this thanks to him because he’s been so relentless, you see, in weakening Russia, in Iran. That they couldn’t come to the defense effectively of Syria. Now this guy Joe Biden is. As dishonest as they come. Iran is in a much weakened state despite the fact that Joe Biden. Funded them to the tune of over $100 billion by refusing. To enforce oil sanctions, among others. And making direct payments of billions for hostages. In spite of the fact that Joe Biden enabled them to sell oil to China for enormous sums of money. Despite the fact that Joe Biden would not allow Israel. The duty Iran, what they needed to do to Iran. But they did enough. With the Israelis weakened Iran significantly by virtually destroying Hamas, by virtually destroying Hezbollah. And that night when Israel counterattacked. Turns out they did a lot more damage than people realize, including to one of their nuclear facilities. And they would have taken out all their nuclear facilities and all their oil ports. But for Biden. And then there’s Biden saying, See? Syria fell because I Joe Biden, I weakened Iran and I weakened Russia. When he was funding Iran. And let’s just be honest about Ukraine and Russia. Oh, yeah. We gave arms to Ukraine. We gave money to Ukraine. I think the total people say hundreds of bones. That’s not accurate. I think for weapons per se, it’s about 70 billion. It’s a lot of money. But they weren’t allowed to actually use them to win the war. Oh, they could use it to play defense. Well, I would ask you folks, how many wars are won playing defense? But whether we agree on Ukraine or not, I’m never going to be a Putin annoyed with the hemorrhoids. That’s never going to happen. That’s never going to happen. And Ukraine was invaded. That’s the bottom line. But Joe Biden caused enormous death tolls in Ukraine and, quite frankly, Russia. By the way, he he limited the ability of the Ukrainians to fight. Joe Biden did the same with the Israelis. The number of lives lost on the Israeli side and casualties, a prolonged war that could have been finished by now. That’s right. And he takes credit. Now, the one who deserves credit is Netanyahu, who all but destroyed Hezbollah. Hope it destroyed Hamas and who severely weakened Iran. Iran is a bare shadow of itself. I’ll be right back.
