On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the Democrats lost the election last month because they turned their back on America. They don’t care about the middle class or any class at that. The modern Democratic Party is hell-bent on destroying everything this country stands for—our borders, economy, military, and the rule of law. Their Marxist agenda is all about power, and they’re willing to tear America apart to keep it. In addition, Hunter Biden’s troubles are just the tip of the iceberg. Mark predicted months ago that Joe Biden would pardon his son, despite denying it time and time again. Now, after pardoning Hunter for gun and tax evasion charges, it’s clear: Joe Biden is a liar and has been for his entire political career. He gets away with it because everyone around him lies too, his administration, the media, the politicians. Lastly, Democrats attack patriots like Pete Hegseth and Kash Patel for their past, yet they excuse Hunter’s criminal actions due to his struggles with addiction. The Democrats have long been the party of scandals, Clinton, Kennedy, Chappaquiddick but now they’re afraid of real patriots who stand for America? To top it all off, the illegal migrants who are convicted felons are still roaming the sanctuary cities, especially New York. Thanks to Biden, the MS-13 and Tren De Araguas will be roaming our streets for a long time until we can get rid of them. This hypocrisy is outrageous.

Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. Glad to be back. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving. I know I did. We’re back in earnest now. There’s a ton to cover here. It’s right in my zone. The pardon cache. Patel Pete Hegseth. But before we get to that, we’re going to take our time and get to all of it. I keep watching some of our favorite shows and other shows that keep wondering why the Democrat Party lost. And one of the reasons, they say is, well, they gave up on the working class and the middle class. You know, ladies and gentlemen, maybe it’s me, but I’m sick and tired. The Marxist classification. They gave up on Americans. They gave up on the country. The problem with the modern Democrat Party. Not all Democrats, but the party, the apparatchiks is they hate America. Hence the book The Democrat Party Hates America. It’s all laid out in the book. Attacking parents. Using the state to make determinations about the future of children, whether it’s education, indoctrination. Whether it’s their genitalia. Trying to put parents in prison with that memo. Issued by the attorney general of the United States, trying to put pro-lifers and do putting pro-lifers in prison. For nonviolent protest. While giving the thumbs up. To the anti-Semites, the Marxists and the Islamists in the streets. Open borders. You have open borders because you hate this country. You hate the make up of the country. You hate the demographics of the country, hate the culture, the country. So you’re importing from all over the world. All kinds of views and principles and attitudes that are foreign, literally foreign to our country. The Democrat Party has demonstrated that it hates America, it hates our borders, hates our economic system, hates our cops. Hates our military. Hates our history, our founding documents. Listen to them. And so when I hear it’s almost every single commentator use Marx’s class warfare. They gave up on the middle class. They gave up on America. They gave up on Americans. In every class from every walk of life. That’s what they did. That’s what they’re still doing. That’s what their hard left Marxist Islamists are all about. So it’s not a class warfare thing. It’s not a Marxist. Thing. That is. Marxist class warfare interpretations. We don’t use Marx’s language. They use Marx’s language. They use Marx’s tactics and strategies. But in the end, it’s about destroying America and Americanism. That’s the problem. And in order to destroy America and Americanism, you need to destroy a rejigger or remake the population, the people. This is 150 years old and it started in America. 125 years ago. That’s the whole point of American Marxism. It is very sad. Then we have people who are constantly on TV and radio, paid huge amounts of money, who don’t read, who are not informed, who are not knowledgeable about what’s actually taking place in front of them. It’s like a conga line. They all say the same thing. They gave up on the middle class. What’s the middle class? They gave up on working people as opposed to non-working people. They gave up on America and Americanism. They gave up on our founding and our history. They gave up on our economic system. They gave up on our sovereignty. They gave up on the blue line. And they and the military, they gave up on America. That’s the problem. So that’s what they need to say. The Democrat Party is anti American again. It doesn’t mean all Democrats are. Certainly they’re not. But I’m talking about the apparatchiks. I’m talking about these self-appointed mastermind elitists. They’ve given up on our country. That’s why they’re destroying our schools and academia. That’s why they’ve destroyed entertainment, whether it’s late night or any night. It’s a bigger problem. It’s a bigger issue. So former government officials, former press secretaries, former people worked on the Hill. This is how they think. They all think alike. They say the Democrat Party struggling with who they are. No, they’re not. They’re just trying to figure out a new strategy. To gain power and keep power. Are they rethinking things in California to California? Say no. Are they rethinking things under Hochul? No. Where you have really, really blue governments that are rethinking anything. And that’s the model. And so I wanted to make that clear. The problem with the Democrat Party as an institution, the problem with the Democrat Party and its leaders and its apparatchiks is that they reject Americanism. They reject our Constitution and our declaration. They reject our history. They reject our culture. It can all be seen. It’s all crystallized on the open border. That’s the problem. And we even have Republicans today on TV citing Bernie Sanders, citing Bernie Sanders because he agrees with Elon Musk that the Pentagon needs to be slimmed down. But ask him if he believes HHS should be slimmed down. Ask him if he believes the so-called climate change, trillions of dollars, whether that should be slimmed down. Of course not. Ask him if he believes other issues with the government, its involvement in health care should be slimmed down. No way. Why are we citing Bernie Sanders, a Stalinist? As evidence of something good. When he’s an opportunist, when he’s exploiting. It’s crazy. It’s crazy how many people who dress up as conservatives, constitutionalists, Republicans, common sense MAGA have a microphone, have a camera and don’t know what the hell they’re even talking about. By the way, this is why I’m invited. No where I’m invited to a lot of Christmas party. But you know what I mean by the beautiful people. This is why I’m not. Invited by the beautiful people, which is fine, because I’d say no anyway. I’d say no anyway. I’m sorry. Our show didn’t run on Fox on Sunday. You know, there was a part you may have heard about it and it took apparently an hour, an hour and a half to discuss it. It won’t take me an hour and an hour have to discuss it. I will play some clips just to show you the hypocrisy of what took place here. Now, it’s interesting. When things like this happen, you get what is a sheeple reaction. That is everybody saying, listen to me. I said they were going to pardon him. Listen to me either. Actually, we went back then we missed a producer. The first person to say. Now, what’s the difference if Hunter Biden is convicted or not, he’s going to be pardoned. Was me on this radio show. I always say it first on radio and The Blaze, because I’m on radio every day. I’m on Blaze. Two or three times a week. And so by the time I get to my weekend, so I say it, but I’ve already said it. And so people were going on and on. What about this deal? What about this? What about this? And I said, what about it? Biden is going to pardon and then Biden, Is that. No, I’m not. Pardon me. No, not then he spoke saying, no, no, we’re not party, we’re not pardoning. Biden is a pathological liar. He’s always been always from the day he ran for office. We’ve spent years documenting it here. Years. He’s lied about everything, whether it’s his report cards, whether it’s his plagiarism, whether it’s his IQ, whether it’s stealing speeches from Robert F Kennedy, whether it’s stealing speeches from Neil Kinnock, the then Labor leader. He lies and lies and always has lied. That’s what he is. He’s a lying S.O.B.. And he’s gotten away with it. And the people around him lie for him. The whole Democrat Party immediate complex. They lied for him until that debate. Until that debate. Here I am, June 20, 24. Radio right here. This is why this radio show us how important. And if you can’t find us on your local station, you can always find us on a podcast. Cut one. Go. This whole thing was corrupt from beginning to end. And as I’ve said, and I want to congratulate the legal analysts, backbenchers who’ve now picked up on it. Yes, Joe Biden will will pardon his son after the election period. Those of you listen to this program on a regular basis, you know, we’ve been saying this and so all this took place. And let us not forget some of the toughest aspects of Hunter Biden’s criminality, while they allowed the statute of limitations are on did this prosecutor. Involving FARA, the Foreign Agents Reporting Act. And one of the more important tax aspects, the statute of limitations ran as well. He let them run. Now, since we have the benefit of Alvin Bragg, an acting state judge by night. Marshawn, there’s a way to fix that, as I understand it. But that for another day, that for another day, Hunter Biden won’t see a minute in prison because that helped him the minute after the election. I’m telling you now and again, the back have finally figured it out. There you go. Wasn’t a minute, but it was pretty damn fast. Very predictable. Any pardons and not just as you’ve been hearing, for what he confessed to and fro, what he was convicted of with the gun. You try filling out a gun application. And see what’s done to you by the Treasury Department. If you lie, you’ll be serving prison time. You see, if you evade taxes for years, some have hundreds and hundreds, if not millions of dollars. See what happens to you. I remember Biden was always said, We need skin in the game. Come on, man, come. I’m not joke and we need skin in the game. You know, I’m from. I’m from Scranton, Pennsylvania. We all pay our taxes, you know. Come on, guys. I’ll take you out the back there and really let you have it, you know? What a sleazy family and a sleazy man. Really incredible. And just lie and lie and lie because this is what he does. Now. When we come back, I want to dig into this a little more thoroughly. Because the issue here, I want to get into the part, but the issue is actually bigger than people are talking about. Despite all the. Hours spent on cable TV discussing it. And I find it interesting, all these so-called experts discussing pardons. Not one of them has ever been involved in a pardon on either side that is dealing with them from the government side or dealing with them from the recipient side. As chief of staff to Attorney General Meese. I had to deal with some of this stuff from time to time. But I’ll let you in on on some of the aspects of this when we return. I’ll be right back.

This was not a pardon. Technically it was, but it was not a pardon for Hunter Biden. It was a pardon for Joe Biden. This has always been about Joe Biden and what Hunter Biden. With members of Congress chasing shiny objects. Not all, but some. And they didn’t do a very good job of it either. When Biden should have been impeached for his immigration violations, as so much of this was too complicated for the public to really give a damn about as they’re trying to survive Biden inflation in the rest of Biden’s remarks. But immigration was the key issue in this election and the economy. And as we discussed here and I discussed on Blaze and Fox, that should have been the basis. We’re trying to impeach Joe Biden. Instead of this. And in the case of this, Joe Biden’s been on the public payroll half a century. With a few hiccups in between. Not much. Used to estates, a grand estate in or around Wilmington. In an oceanfront property in Rehoboth Beach, which is very, very expensive. You can’t afford those. Have you been working in government for most of a half a century? It’s not possible. Hunter Biden had absolutely nothing to offer anybody except access and not access to Hunter Biden, but access to Daddy and his connections. Millions and millions of dollars rolled through his accounts. Millions. Foreign governments were involved. Communist China. Fascistic Russia. At the time Russian controlled Ukraine. And it wasn’t just Hunter who benefited. We had sworn testimony under penalty of perjury by one of the individuals, eyewitness Tony Bobulinski, whose testimony was unshakeable, who pointed his finger directly at Joe Biden. So effectively Joe Biden pardoned himself. That’s what he did because all roads lead through Hunter Biden lead to Joe Biden. But for the fact that he was vice president, then President Joe Biden wouldn’t have been able to deal with anybody for anything with any foreign government or domestic cooperation just wouldn’t happen. He was drug addled. He was undisciplined. He had to leave the military. Really had no professional career to speak of, no accomplishments to speak of, not on his own. He relied 100% on his father. But his father relied on him. His father was not willing to live solely on a government salary. He wanted that oceanfront home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. He wanted that estate in Wilmington. He didn’t inherit a large fortune from his family. They didn’t have a large fortune. They weren’t poor, but they weren’t that rich. So how did he get rich? It’s obvious. Tobias, and he waited till after the election to make the announcement that there they met. They talked. Thanksgiving. Poor hunter. The statement that Biden issued was obviously written by one of his handlers, his lawyers. It’s a grotesque piece of propaganda to slap in the face of every American citizen. Every American citizen. I want you to think about this. First, the Department of Justice tried to cut a sweetheart deal for Hunter Biden, and the federal judge said, I’m not put my name on that. That doesn’t even make any sense. Then Hunter Biden got furious. He and his lawyer turned on the prosecutor who was trying to make the sweetheart deal. Then the prosecutor for his own reputation toughened up. And turned on Hunter Biden. But not before the FARA charges. Before they ran. That is the statute of limitations. And on some of the tax charges before they ran. But then two brave whistleblowers came forward from the Internal Revenue Service. Their investigations had been squelched. Their careers had been derailed. Because the Biden crime family is my wife and Peter Schweitzer. Coined the phrase years ago. It’s true. The Biden crime family twice his book. It is a crime family. It’s like the mob. But here’s the biggest story. Not in your lifetimes, not in modern history. Perhaps not in any of our history. Have we seen. Such a criminal element in the Oval Office. Criminal mobster element in the Oval Office. This is just the latest spectacle. The fact is that Joe Biden took the highest classified information with him when he was vice president of the United States to make money. On a book deal involving Afghanistan. The Ghost Rider wasn’t aware of it. I’m sure the publisher wasn’t aware of it, but Joe Biden was, and he bragged about it. And he lied. He lied to his staff. He lied to the people around him. He told them he didn’t have any material, and yet that’s what he used to get. I think it was an $8 million advance. An $8 million advance. Maybe it was six, but I think it was a. And he escapes prosecution because he’s not only president of the United States. At the time it’s discovered. But the special counsel in the case says he’s mentally unfit. He can’t stand trial. And so, of course, the mob family, the press, the Democrat Party ran to his defense. They attacked the special prosecutor who actually gave him a pass. And at the same time, all of this was going on. They tried to unleash and destroyed Donald Trump and his family and in fact did unleash holy hell. A special prosecutor. Criminal investigations, indictments, local, state, federal efforts to bankrupt him. Nothing we’ve ever seen any time in American history by anybody. Trampling all over the Constitution while they’re at it, claiming that they’re defending it. An unconstitutional prosecutor. Using laws that don’t even apply the Enron obstruction law. You heard that here first. Using a federal contractor. A federal contractor law effectively for maladministration. You never apply that against a. Former president or politician. And the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871. That was the case on January six. And down in Florida, what every single so-called legal analyst and expert was telling you that that was a slam dunk case when Bill Barr was telling you it’s a slam dunk case. One person behind this microphone, behind the cameras said, no, it’s not. No, it’s not. That case has a zillion holes through it. From the warrant to the SWAT team, to the nature of the investigation, to the motions that can be filed. To the very appointment of the special counsel. This is why you’re here, America. All of this was ignored by the press. But you got it first. And Jaylene Cannon. In a brilliant, brilliant decision. Top level law review decision. With the support of two former attorneys general and Landmark Legal Foundation. Which is a great president, a great staff. I happen to be the chairman. We filed our briefs to. And we want. And we won the case that they were saying was a slam dunk. It was never a slam dunk. It was an outrage to use the Presidential Records Act to use the Espionage Act against a former president running for president of the United States. It was grotesque abuse of power. The January six prosecution of Donald Trump by grotesque abuse of power. Fulton County, Atlanta, Georgia. Eight. Grotesque Abuse of Power. Manhattan. A Grotesque abuse of power. Albany. The effort to bankrupt Donald Trump, another grotesque abuse of power. And Biden and his regime are behind the whole damn thing. Whether he was specific about his directions or opaque, whether he said it in The New York Times or said it to staffers, it doesn’t matter. He put out the word. He’s dangerous. He’s going to destroy democracy. He’s a fascist. His spokespeople put it out, his surrogates put it out there by telling prosecutors all over the country, you must stop him telling judges all over the country you must stop him. And they tried. And they tried. And so he created law. He created processes that could be used against him once he leaves office. And so he pardoned Hunter, meaning he effectively pardoned himself. I saw it all coming. I explain it to you step by step behind this microphone on plays on Fox every step of the way about the documents case, the January six case, the Atlanta case, the Manhattan case, the Albany case, if you will, the constitutional issues. No, they’re not a slam dunk. Quite the contrary. The 1973, the 2000 memos written by the Office of Legal Counsel, the constitutional and legal braintrust within the Department of Justice. I dusted those off. I raised them with you. Going all the way back, I think was to 2018. Read them to you on air, on TV, on radio. It was all obvious. But you got to put it together. Just like March of 2017. When we put it together right here behind the microphone at this desk, I had a pile of articles. And as I went through each article, given my own background in education and experience, one after the other after that, I said, Holy crap. They’re setting. The president of the United States. And we went through an exhibit by exhibit, by exhibit. I went through it behind this microphone. Then I went through it on Fox and Friends Sunday with our great friend Pete Hegseth. And I’m going to get to him in a little while, too. Then I did it on HANNITY. And we did it. And our buddy Joe Pollak at Breitbart. He picked up on it and he added to it. And I got a call from President Trump. He said, Oh my God, you’ve put this whole thing together. He said. All I did was pull together the public information. The media are telling us what’s going on. The FBI is leaking to the media, and that’s exactly what happened. The most corrupt mobster like regime in American history. Obama, then Biden. But Biden takes the cake. Because Biden’s not slick. Biden is not smart. Obama slick. Obama Smart. He still is what he is. A radical Marxist revolutionary who acts like a mobster. But Biden is a straight mobster. That’s what he is. That’s what he is. And so people are missing the mark here. This is part and parcel of a bigger picture. And on the way out the door, he effectively pardoned himself. He effectively pardoned himself. Joe Biden and Hunter Biden’s ex-business associate wrote Fox News some time ago. Tony Bobulinski testified that Joe Biden is the big guy, quote unquote. And so the president continues to lie to the American people about his involvement in his son’s business dealings. Bobulinski, who worked with Hunter Biden to create the joint venture Sino Hock Holdings with communist Chinese energy company CFC, said he met with Joe Biden in 2017, provided unshakeable testimony behind closed doors at the House Oversight and Judiciary Committee. A source familiar with his testimony told Fox News Digital that he testified that he personally met with Biden in May 2017 in Los Angeles on the sidelines of the Milken Conference from somewhere between 45 minutes and an hour. Fox News Digital first reported on that meeting between Bobulinski and Biden in October 2020. Of course, Miranda Devine has done outstanding reporting on this. Joe Biden, on May three, 2017, spoke at the conference, hosting a conversation with the 47th vice president of the United States, Joe Biden. Now, just days after the meeting, the now infamous May 13, 2017 email, which included a discussion of, quote, remuneration packages for six people in business deals with communist Chinese energy firm. The email appeared to identify Biden as chair slash vice chair, depending on agreement with CFC. That’s the communist firm. In reference to the now bankrupt communist Chinese energy company. Now the email includes a note that, quote, Hunter has some office expectations. He will elaborate a proposed equity split. References 24 H ted held by H for the big guy with no further details, aka 10% held. For the big guy. Biden, Joe Biden, of course, they all denied. Now, Bobulinski has since 2020 said the big guy was Biden. But IRS whistleblowers Gary SHAPLEY and Joseph Zinger who claim the politics have influenced the Yearslong federal investigation into Hunter Biden, also said the big guy was known to be Joe Biden. The big guy. Just pardon the little guy. Meanwhile, Bobulinski testified that from his direct personal experience, quote unquote, it is clear that Joe Biden was, quote, the brand being sold by the Biden family. Well, of course, that’s true. Quote his family’s foreign influence peddling operation from China to Ukraine and elsewhere sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government, Bobulinski said in his opening statement. Joe Biden was more than a participant in a beneficiary of his family’s business. He was an enabler, Bobulinski said, despite being buffeted by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability. Bobulinski said the only reason any of these international business transactions took place with tens of millions of dollars flowing directly to the Biden family was because Joe Biden was in high office, quote unquote. The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period. Quote unquote. That’s why the pardon was issued last night. To protect your back. The rest of the family, of course.
