On Friday’s Mark Levin Show,  Charles Barkley is 100% correct – Democrats “lost because y’all stupid” and they didn’t have a plan. Democrats didn’t have a plan for inflation or the border. The Democrats didn’t give Americans a reason to vote for them. Then there’s the media – CNN, MSNBC, the View, and late-night shows which continue to trash Americans and these massive media corporations allow them to spew it. If they continue their ratings will tank. Also, there’s a clear campaign to destroy Pete Hegseth and his reputation. But Democrats had no problem when John Kennedy nominated his brother to Attorney General, without any serious legal experience.  These attacks on Trump’s cabinet selections are not attacks on them – they are attacks on Trump. Later, we have enough home crown criminals, we don’t have to import more. Deportation is what must happen! Yet they blame deportations on President-Elect Trump when Biden and Harris caused this open border. The purpose of immigration is to improve the American society. Finally, Rep Jim Jordan joins Mark and explains that Republicans are the party of common sense. The left lost so badly because their policies are crazy. Republicans are working hard to stop the border crisis, improve the economy, and clean up the mess that the Biden/Harris administration has caused.

Segment 1
Hello America.  Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. Hello 877-381-3811. Friday. We keep our foot on the gas pedal. We don’t mess around over here. We have a good turn. We continue to hammer away and we shall do so. I’m going to start with something that is a little unusual for me. Charles Barkley on some podcast call, The Steam Room. Is that his podcast or who knows with whom he cares? Oh, it’s TNT. Well, we care a lot. Not really. Charles Barkley on the Steam Room podcast. Now, he was a Kamala Harris supporter. He didn’t like Trump, period. It’s like our buddy in a. He voted for Kamala Harris. I don’t know how excited he was about it, but he had issues with Trump. Stephen was on this program and what did he say? Okay, look, we lost what he was supposed to do. He’s the president. Show them respect. Give them a shot. But stop with all this screeching and crying and complaining. He’s not a Hitler, he’s not a fascist. He’ll do what he does and it’ll succeed or fail. And there’ll be another election. Charles Barkley has taken a very similar view. Now, you might say, well, why are you bringing up Stevens and Charles Barkley, honestly? Because I respect these guys. I grew up with Charles Barkley. I’m from Philadelphia. He was a 76. He’s a Hall of Famer. He’s a great, great basketball player. Stephen Smith, to me has a really sharp mind and analytical ability. We don’t always agree. That’s okay. You know, Clarence Thomas, an incident Scalia didn’t always agree. Two brilliant men who approach these issues in similar ways and came up with a different answer. It happens. It’s okay. Aristotle and Plato didn’t agree. The question is what journey you take to get to that end point. If you just shoot from the hip, then I’m not interested. If you actually think good things through, you come up with a different answer. That’s fine. We can debate it, we can disagree, but I respect it. So here’s Charles Barkley on the steam room. Uh, this week, I guess it was today or yesterday. Cut the 13. Go. I want to congratulate President elect Trump. Y’all won fair and square. I want to congratulate you. I want you to do the best for the American people. Because I got some numbers here. 75 million people voted for President elect Trump. 71 million people voted for Kamala Harris. So it’s not a contest in my eyes where I want all 75 or 71 million to be successful. They’re all Americans. He’s the president of the United States, and I wish him nothing but the best. But we lost. And I just want to say this to the Democrats, which I’m an independent who voted Democratic to Minister Faber. Shut them up. When you win, you get to say what you want. When you lose, you need to shut the hell up. Oh, President Biden didn’t. They didn’t get him out the race soon enough. Kamala didn’t do this. We lost because we had no game plan. That’s true. We still haven’t solved the immigration problem and have no viable answers. Never addressed inflation. It’s true. Bringing all these stupid stars out there. That’s true. To rally the vote. What was that? Hey, I love Beyonce. See what’s bringing her out there? Are you going to make me vote a certain way? Cardi B, I like Cardi B, then ain’t go make me vote a certain type of way. You guys lost because you are stupid. Let’s come up with solutions. I don’t think everybody voted for Trump as racist or whatever. I’m not a fan of the guy, but he’s the president. I’m not to respect the office. I want you to remember that what he said, because a lot of people attack. And look, I’ve been critical of him in the past, but the way he thinks. Listen to what he said. Put aside biases and prejudice. Listen to what the man said. And he’s 100% right. They didn’t have a plan on inflation. They didn’t have a plan on the border. They’re responsible for the border. He didn’t give the people a reason to vote for them. And he gave the people a thousand reasons to vote against them. And that’s the truth. Now, here’s the thing. He speaks the truth. I’m speaking the truth. Stevens Speaking the truth. Other people are speaking the truth. The media in so many parts of this country, whether it’s CNN or MSNBC, whether it’s shows like The View or these phony comedy shows late at night. They didn’t get they didn’t get the message from the American people. They’re still at it day in and day out. Trash talk in the American people. Trash talking. And let me tell you something. They keep it up the next election. They’ll lose him by a bigger amount. But I said to you, I said this to you before here on Blayze on Fox. These massive media corporations, whether it’s paramount with CBS, whether it’s Comcast, with MSNBC, and. NBC, whether it’s Disney with ABC. I think it’s Warner Brothers. But whatever it is with CNN, I can look at ABC and produce. Will you Google real fast who owns CNN, whatever it is. If they don’t get their act together, they’re rating. It is Warner Brothers. I have a mine like whatever. So, yes, it’s Warner Brothers, these big, massive corporate. They’re called oligopolies. What’s an oligopoly? It is a corporation that owns a number of. Other corporations, typically in other businesses. So they may not be in the business of news. They may be they may not be foxes in the business of news broadcasting entertainment. But Disney is in the business of, you know, having parks, having, you know, ships having theirs, having that a little bit more of an oligopoly. And then you have Comcast, really it’s its business is almost a monopoly in cable. And then Paramount, they’re in the movies there and all these things too, and so forth and so on. If they don’t get their act together. MSNBC is going to continue to hemorrhage. CNN is dead. As of right now, CNN is dead. They have no ratings. I went looked at my ratings over the weekend on Saturday night, just to give you an example, because I don’t look at everybody else’s. I’m looking at my ratings. It’s the number one show overall. Viewers. On Fox on Saturday morning, noon and night this Saturday. Massive numbers, over 2 million. And I’m up against college football, I’m up against all kinds of stuff. But then I won and I looked at CNN and MSNBC’s numbers. And you know what I saw, Mr. Producer? I crushed them combined by four or five fold. You could combine their audiences and I beat them by four or five fold, maybe more. But I think it was massive. Then you look at Sunday. Sunday Night Football has had a rebirth. It’s very vibrant. It’s fun to watch. It’s great to watch. By the way, did you see what happened last night on Thursday Night Football? Mr. Producer. Oh, I don’t want to lose my Washington office, you know. Audience and mail. But my gracious goodness, my goodness gracious, those egos are looking pretty hot. All right. Let me move on. So here’s the point. If you keep abusing your audience. They’re going to leave here and they’re leaving them. It’s the market system. It’s the way it is. It’s not a matter of having a different opinion and a debate. And look, I’m going to express my no, when you have basically a cacophony, a chorus line of the same damn thing every day and every night, like you’re spewing the Democrat Party talking points and the Marxist talking points and the jihadists talking point every night over and over. And then you’re calling the people who don’t agree with you racists and bigots and people who are watching this that. What do you mean I’m a racist and a bigot because I disagree with you. Radical leftist. I’m a racist and a bigot. Or that if you vote for Donald Trump, you’re going to get Hitler. Well, I don’t see that we have Hitler right now. Does anybody else? So if you play your audience for suckers. If you think your intelligence is superior to your audience. You have no business being on TV or radio or anywhere else for that matter, because most of the people I see aren’t that smart. To be perfectly honest with you. But you keep trash talk in your audience. You keep trash talk the other side. You keep doing this sort of thing over and over again without any rationality, without any knowledge, without any explanation, without any facts. You just keep shooting from the hip over and over and over again. Nobody wants to hear that. To be honest with you, that’s like being at the dinner table with a loud mouth. Whenever shuts the hell up, the spaghetti dripping off their chin. Onto their shirt. You go, What the hell am I doing here? Nobody wants to hear you. Nobody wants to hear Joy Reid. She’s an idiot. Nobody wants to hear Sunny Hostin, honestly. Nobody wants to hear the Scarborough’s anymore. Nobody wants to hear any of them. You got to trust me. I’m telling you what the ratings are. Until these mega corporations, the these oligopolies clean up these platforms. Bring some interesting people in. Not just hecklers, not just spit ballers. Not that people up there in the the nosebleed section who just keep screaming and yelling and screaming and yelling like they’re drunk on beer. No. But does it matter to these oligopolies since most of these platforms are not the main source of profits, not their profit center? They say they’re going to do something at CNN. We hear this all the time. They brought back Brian Stelter, One of the worst of the worst. Hideous in every respect. Hideous. As well as others. Joy Reid should have had her ass kicked off prime time a long time ago. But there she is, Prime time Joy Reid. Spewing her hate. And you know what? Let me tell you something. When you pull this racist stuff over and over again, you offend not just white people, you offend black people, brown people, all kinds of people, because we all know people of different colors, different races, different backgrounds. So we like. In fact. Interracial marriage has never been higher in this country. Interfaith marriage has never been higher in this country. You know, the people in this country largely try to get along. It’s the most diverse country on the face of the earth. But in the media, they don’t want you to get along. It is constant, poison constant. That’s what Berkeley saying. It’s what Stephenie said. That’s what I’m saying. That’s what other people are saying. You’re not covering the news. You’re not even covering an election. You’re pushing crap and people are sick of it. Black people, white people, brown people, yellow people, Jew, gentile, male, female. People are getting sick and tired of it. I’ll be right back.

Segment 2
I want to walk into a store without the stuff locked up. Berkeley Mart, Common sense cut 14 Go. People want solutions. They want money in their pocket. They want a border secure. You know what I really want to do? I want to walk into a pharmacy and grab some toothpaste, grass and deodorant and be out in 5 to 7 minutes. I don’t want all this locked up. I don’t want to push it, but. And wait 15 minutes for somebody to come. I want people to stop running in stores and stop robbing people. That’s crazy. And I don’t want to hear progressive or whatever. If you are here robbing stores, we need to put an end to it. Stop stealing people’s stuff. Stop running and breaking windows and stop shoplifting. And, man, I’m just sick of some of y’all. They want our wisdom lock. Do best for the American people. All of the American people. But this ain’t a blame game. Joe Biden. Man, you’ve been tremendous. I got nothing but admiration and respect for you. It was time for you to pass the baton. You should have did it sooner. We can agree on that. But you passed it. But she should have had a better game plan going forward instead of bringing celebrities around. People want solutions. Yeah. You know, in some ways, it’s actually worse than that. They covered up Joe Biden’s dementia for years. Most of the people talking about it now knew he had dementia. I’m sure Barkley could get a sense for that. And the others, the other people now who voted Democrat, certainly his party did. Certainly Harris did. And so after the debate, it was obvious they had a broom, the guy. The problem is, you don’t do that in a democracy. All of a sudden, 14 and a half million voters in the Democrat primaries are completely disenfranchised and you don’t have enough faith in the person you just pick to replace him. The party powerful in Washington, D.C., they don’t even have an open convention. Now, we’ve talked about this, too, where we’re blue in the face. Brought it up here first. No open convention. What is this virtual convention stuff? You’re voting before an actual convention and you’re doing that because you don’t want any competition. So this the strongest potential candidate you have, You don’t even know who it is. They never have a shot because you’ve crammed this down. This is what they did. This is what they wanted to do. They just figured that Donald Trump is so vulnerable they can do whatever the hell they want to do. And that didn’t work. And they spent over $1,000,000,000, over $1,000,000,000 blew it. They had nothing substantive, nothing positive to say. Nothing. He ran circles around them. No, I’m not going to keep analyzing this, but there are some people out there who deserve to be heard because of because of wise things that they’re saying. But when we come back, I want to talk about Pete Hegseth and the character assassination campaign that’s being unleashed against him. This guy is a combat veteran. He’s a war hero to Bronze Stars, among other things. He went to Princeton, I believe he went to Harvard, and he left there to go ahead and go fight. They’re trying to portray him as some kind of racist. He doesn’t have a racist bone in his body. Many of his colleagues were of different, you know, backgrounds of different colors. They think he’s anti-Muslim. He’s not anti-Muslim. So the character assassinations going on.

Segment 3
So let’s focus in on Pete Hegseth. So there is a clear campaign to destroy him, his reputation. They’re throwing every kind of dart they can imagine, the usual racism, anti-Muslim, lack of experience and so forth and so on. It’s an amazing thing. So going to try and pick off a cabinet nominee here and there. But they want to pick him off because this is in the inbred. Military industrial complex generals and admirals. I don’t have anything against all generals and admirals, but there are generals and admirals out there. There are also federal contractors out there and others who do not want. What’s becoming a woke mass of bureaucracy at the Pentagon to be affected in any way. Just like every other department of the federal government, agriculture, education, they get bigger and bigger and stronger and stronger and more and more ubiquitous. They don’t want any changes. So they got a young guy like Pete Hegseth. He’s written about what he wants to do. He’s a brilliant guy. He’s got brilliant ideas. He’s got a lot of experience, more experience than many. More experienced than many. Now. I’m going to talk about this tomorrow night on life, liberty and living. And I hope you’ll watch. Among others. But let’s take a look. Who is John Kennedy’s attorney general, Mr. Producer? His first attorney general. And I’m going to say this, which means every. And so others will regurgitate this. They’ll pat themselves on the back of their head and tell you how smart they are. I don’t need to regurgitate anything. I come up with my own thoughts. Let me be clear. Very clear, as Kamala Harris would say. John Kennedy’s attorney general was Robert Kennedy. He was 35 years old. He had no substantive. Serious legal experience. Except. Quite prominently working as. A staff lawyer, senior staff lawyer at the Army. McCarthy hearings in the Senate for Joe McCarthy. Yes, he was Joe McCarthy’s lawyer because Joe Kennedy senior. A big time anti-Semite. Who was very sympathetic to the Third Reich when that war broke out. Nonetheless. He got his son the job on the committee and Robert Kennedy. Earned his spurs at the right hand. It was Senator Joe McCarthy. 35 years old. He appoints him as attorney general. His brother. The same Democrat Party is attacking Pete Hegseth. He’s not related to Donald Trump. Here’s no. Blood or association with Donald Trump. Is it? Donald Trump supporter. Of course, the president has to appoint cabinet members who support him and are loyal to him. Who the hell would do the opposite? Certainly the Democrats don’t. And yet he flew through the Senate. Democrats were fine. Robert McNamara. Came back from the military. Worked at Ford Corporation with a bunch of what they call brain trust types. Was on the front pages of various magazines like Time and Newsweek, and he was tapped by. Kennedy and then continue by Johnson. His defense secretary is extremely young. He had minimal experience other than his own. Service. Minimal experience with respect to. The military. But they confirmed it. You have Tim Walsh. The biggest freak in modern politics and so horrific in so many ways. I won’t waste your time regurgitating them. We spend enough time on him. He’s the nominee of the Democrat Party for vice president of the United States. He’s totally unqualified for the slot. Utterly and completely. They don’t have a problem with that. Talk about Joe Biden. Joe Biden was elected to the Senate when he was 29 years old. He had no real world experience. He had very little substance. He threw in when he got to the Senate, was sworn in at the age of 30 with the racists and the segregationists. And he was proud of it. Proud of it. Becomes the Democrat nominee, president of the United States. And they attack Pete Hegseth seriously. The swamp, the administrative state, the leviathan, whatever you want to call it. What it’s been called over the decades is digging in. And they have their their mouthpieces. They have their special interests in certain senators and congressmen, most of whom in the Senate, were not up for re-election because two thirds of the Senate was not up for re-election. It didn’t have to face to the voters this time. And so they’re going to start to pick off Donald Trump’s proposed nominees, which is exactly why Donald Trump said, look, I’m going to have to get some of these guys through through recess appointment. He’s 100% right. You can have a rebirth of constitutional Republicanism when the people who have contributed to its demise either actively or acquiesce to it, and I include a lot of Republicans in that are the ones now trying to prevent. A president who won by a landslide from having the team that he wants. He should have the team that he wants. He should have a shot. And we’ll see how each of them perform. That’s what you do in a country like this. But the idea that some Republicans are throwing in with the Democrats and the media. To try and cripple some of these nominees. To smear them is unacceptable. Now we’ll be taking names, too, because they won’t be able to hide forever. Even in the Senate. Every two years, some batch of senators come up for election. I saw this jerk from North Dakota. I forget his name. He’s almost sneering. Some of sneering when it comes to one or two of the Trump nominees. We need to remind ourselves who that is, and I will. We’ll be watching very, very carefully. We were the same Republicans, many of them who rubber stamped Joe Biden’s judges as they rubber stamped Obama’s judges. Our judiciary is filled with radical left wing Democrats, especially DC in the DC Circuit. But others do. And that was their plan to put in as many of these radicals as possible. These are not serious judges. They are advocates. They are activists. And we see their dirty work all the time. Though rubber stamped those. Our president has a right, you know, to get who he wants. He was elected president, but apparently not Donald Trump. Not Donald Trump. Now, I’ve about had it with the establishment Republicans. I am the conservative talk show host who made the distinction decades ago between the establishment Republicans and we, the constitutional conservatives. Nobody was using the phrase constitutional conservatives and nobody was using the phrase establishment Republicans. As a matter of fact, National Review tried to admonish me. I think it was my buddy, Rich Lowry. What do they mean by establishment Republicans? So I spent years explaining exactly what I mean. Again, you can dust off liberty and tyranny. 15 years old. It’s all laid out in there. None of this is new. The dug in bureaucracy, which now they call the swamp. It’s the administrative state. The idea is that the bureaucracy is passing laws and not Congress. Nobody elected the bureaucracy. It violates the separation of powers. Now you have the executive branch passing laws through the bureaucracy, through their departments. It’s the greatest assault. Unrepresentative government because Lock and Montesquieu, the two most important philosophers to the revolutionaries and then the constitutional period made it clear the legislature cannot must not delegated authority to any one group. Or any other person. Because it violates it breaks the connection between we the people and representative government. The Department of Agriculture doesn’t represent us. The Department of Energy doesn’t represent us. And when they issue regulations that have the penalty of law. Whether it’s imprisonment, whether it’s fines, whatever it is, they’ve done so without our consent. They’ve done so without our knowledge. Tens of thousands of regulations every single year. We don’t know what they are. That’s not representative government. That’s not constitutional government. It’s not in our Constitution. So you have individuals are trying to figure out how to wrestle with this, how to grapple with this, whether it’s at the Defense Department, whether it’s at the Department of Justice. Wherever it is. They’re trying to figure out the best way to deal with it. Musk Ramaswamy. Yes. It has to be dealt with. They say they stand for democracy on the other side. No, they don’t. They stand for a bureaucracy. They say they stand for the Constitution. They don’t. Separation of powers. Delineated limited authority to each branch. Federalism, where the states have power. Where the feds don’t have power. They don’t believe in any of that. None of it. And yet this is the construct of the Constitution. He takes that’s too young, He’s inexperienced, He’s this. He’s that. Really? How old was James Madison? Considered the author of the Constitution. How old was he when he was in Philadelphia at the Constitutional Convention? Anybody know? He was 36. How old was Thomas Jefferson when he wrote the first draft of the Declaration of Independence? He was 33. All of a sudden age matters. Funny thing we got Pelosi, who’s 84. We’ve got Schumer’s almost 80. We had Biden 81, Donald Trump 78. He’s bringing in young people, a team of young, substantive, accomplished individuals. Oh, they’re too young, they’re too inexperienced. So say the long in the tooth dug in. Octogenarians. After Nigerians. You say it ten times fast. Telling us. Then 40 year olds are too young. Pelosi just indicated and filed papers that she’s running for the House again. She’s 84. She’s hanging around like a bad like a bad inner thigh rash. She’s already screwed up her party on many fronts. Jodi tried to destroy the Trump presidency the first time around with the January six committee and her impeachments and all the rest. She’s a cancer in the body politic. But she won’t retire and allow somebody else to fill her shoes. So you got to look at the big picture, these attacks on President Trump’s cabinet selections, whether it’s one, two, three or four of them. They’re not really an attack on those individuals. Their attack on Trump. They want to weaken Trump. I will note, by the way, as a side note, mister producer, nobody’s complaining about Rubio saying that. You got Democrats, they can’t wait to get out of their offices, say, we love Rubio, we love Rubio. Of course, that sends up a flag for me. But that’s all right. President wants Rubio. It gets Rubio. I have nothing personal against the guy. I just find a weird. That’s fine. So be it. But I like these appointments. It’s a real mix. It’s a real mix. It’s very representative, not just of elements within the Republican Party, but the country as a whole. Many of our folks views aren’t Republican views. They’re not mainstream views. They’re his views. And Trump saying, you know what? We got to do something with the health bureaucracy in Washington, D.C. Look what they did during the pandemic. I need somebody is going to stir the pot and get to the bottom of some of this. So he picks. RFK Jr. It’s okay by me. It’s not like we’re going to we’re going to fall off the edge of the air tomorrow. Well, what about fluoride in the water? I don’t care about fluoride in the water. I don’t believe there’s a country in Western Europe that has fluoride in the water. We’ll live with it. We’ll live without it. I’m not all worked up about it. But what the health care, so-called medical scientific call a what you want bureaucracy did in Washington, D.C. to the American people during COVID. It’s unbelievable. It’s unimaginable. Plus they funded the damn thing. They damn virus in China. You better believe it needs to be shaken up. You better believe it needs to be stirred up. And he’ll do it. He’ll do it. How come the left never worries about that? The surgeon general, transgender, whatever his her name was perfectly fine. No big deal. What’s the big deal? They had one bizarro one freak show after another. And I’m not even talking about physical activities. I’m talking about what’s between their ears, not their legs, in one position after another. Yet the chairman of the FCC, who just handed 220 radio stations to George Soros. Are they upset about that? Not in the least. They got their slip and fall. Laura Mark lies in Pennsylvania trying to steal an election from a Republican senator. Are they upset about that? No, they’re happy about that. So I’m supposed to sit here and give a damn about what they have to say about Trump’s nominees? Well, I don’t give a damn about what they say. And I am sick and tired of the Republicans. They go along with this crap. They didn’t give us a landslide victory a week and a half ago. They’re the problem, not the solution. I’ll be right back.

Segment 4
I’m just being honest with you. The economy is shaky. It’s going to take time to fix this stuff. Donald Trump won’t be sworn in for another few months. He’s going to have to duke it out with Congress, including some of these Republicans. It is what it is. And that’s why I’m not interested in a government position. Never again. I’ll do what I do outside right here and give air cover and try and clear a path to get our country back. I’ll be right back.
