On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the Longshoremen union strike has been suspended until January. Most likely, behind the scenes the Democrats told ILA president Harold Daggett to wait for this strike until after the election. Democrats didn’t want costs to go up any more than they already have. Americans were getting angry. This monopoly union wanted to shut down the economy and shake down the consumer. This means inflation on top of inflation, shortages, and empty shelves. We can’t have one union that has the power to shut down commerce in America. Shouldn’t antitrust laws apply to Daggett and his union? What happened to constitutional conservatives? Populism is taking over in the minds of some conservatives. What happened to the decentralization of power? Competition? Also, we now have a revolution by immigration. An outrageous new report says that illegal immigrants flew domestic flights in America without proper ID and without a background check. On top of that, FEMA says they’re out of money for hurricane victims because they’ve spent billions on illegal aliens. Afterward, there’s nothing new in Jack Smith’s latest filing in the Trump election interference case. It’s a prosecutor’s story, allegations by a dishonest, rouge federal prosecutor. Judge Tanya Chutkan unsealed this document purposefully to try and help Kamala Harris win an election. Later, Rep Mike Waltz calls in to explain that the Biden-Harris administration has been infiltrated by the Iranians and that makes it dangerous for Israel. Israel should not settle for the Biden-Harris status quo. Finally, Rep Scott Perry joins the show to discuss his election against a local media person who the Democrat committee hand-selected. They are trying to create a caricature of Scott and Pennsylvanians shouldn’t fall for it.

Segment 1
Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811 Another packed program. I’m glad you’re here for our 3 hours and there is a lot to do. FEMA, the response to this disaster. We have another massive hurricane forming off the East coast. All the FEMA money going to illegal aliens. That is just a disgrace. We want to dig in to that. There’s a lot to dig into. We now have an inspector general putting out a report about how dangerous the Harris Biden administration had been in their policies. You know, I sit back and I say to myself, is America satisfied with this? Is America satisfied with this? These decisions are coming out of Washington, D.C., out of the executive branch. These decisions are coming out of the White House. Where to put our priorities, where to put our money, how to secure our border? I mean, I’m I am stunned. I am stunned. At 50%, at least theoretically, At least reportedly. The American people want more of it. But before we get to that, ladies and gentlemen, I have to tell you something. What happened to conservatives, constitutional conservatives? What happened to that? Now, don’t get me wrong. There’s some of us. You have a monopoly union that wants to shut down the economy and shakedown effectively the consumer. For 77% salary increase to prevent automation. And more health care. Which means inflation on top of inflation shortages. Empty shelves. And the hardest among us who are already having trouble making ends meet, who are working two jobs who don’t have a union. Suffer even more. What happened to decentralization of power? What happened to competition shouldn’t just apply on the business side. It should play on the labor side, too. I’ve told you before. Just to be absolutely clear, they’re unique to their unions. When you have one union that can control. Whether or not the economy thrives or dies. That’s unacceptable to me. I don’t care if you call it a union. I don’t care if you call it a business. I don’t care if you call it a political party. I don’t care if you call it an oligarch. It doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter. Nobody should be able to shut down commerce in this country from within or from it out. Nobody. Now. I understand unions will strike. I got it. But one union has the power to shut down every single port. From Maine. To southern Texas. That is unacceptable. Period. Just as if one. A shut off commerce from Maine to Texas. We would be furious. What’s happening here is populism is taking over. In the minds of some of these conservative talkers and broadcasters. Economics and common sense. Many of the people who are going to suffer are people who work with their hands. Summer union members. Summer not. Again, some are union members, some are not. They’re going to suffer. So this is unacceptable to me. This does damage to the United States of America when we’re dealing with this natural disaster in the incompetence of the White House on this hurricane Helene. Now we have a hurricane forming outside our border. We have inflation that is killing us. People can’t make ends meet. And so this union guy, this boss. Says now’s the time. And then The New York Post. God bless the New York Post. They sent up a helicopter. Did you share that, Mr. Windsor? For this union bosses home. Over 7000 square foot mansion, five car garage. The guy is a Bentley. The guy has a boat. The guy has a huge swimming pool. He’s got a guest house. And on and on and on. She’s a working guy. And he says his goal here. Is to make it hard on you, to punish you. So then you go whining to the politicians and demanding that they can get their 77% increase, that they will make sure that. That our docks are not automated. Well, Mark, that will cost jobs. You know what’s interesting about that? Who do you think builds automation machines? Mr. Producing. Labor’s. Who do you think runs them? Who do you think develops them? Economies grow in order to grow. They had to progress. We use technology. All around the world. All around the world. So our docks should be the most expensive in the world, should be the most top heavy in the world, and should be the least productive in the world. And that’s a good thing. That’s a good thing. There’s lots of companies that have gone out of business in the last ten years because other companies have innovated other things. You know, the largest. The largest. Freight company in the United States laid off 25,000 people two years ago. How come nobody tells you that? Why? Because they’re flush with money. Some years they’re flush with money, some years they’re not flush with money. That’s the nature of business. And the government has a lot of control over that. But I want to remind you of what this thug said who’s treated with kid gloves by both political parties. And by conservatives who should know better. By people who believe in the market system, who should know better, who don’t believe in monopolies. Except now because somehow this is a populist thing. It’s a populist thing. One one union boss can punish hundreds of millions of people. That’s not even populism. That’s reverse populism. Harold Daggett, International Longshoreman Association president who lives in a mansion with a Bentley, with a yacht, with a guest house, went on and on and on. Big pool in New Jersey. Longshoreman Association president. Here’s what he said. A reminder. Cut 23. Go. These people today don’t know what a strike is, right? When my men hit the streets from Maine to Texas, every single port was locked out. You know what’s going to happen? I’ll tell you. First week. Be all over the news every night. Boom, boom. Second week, guys who sell cars can’t sell cars because the cars and coming in off the ships stop. Is that a good thing? Have a good thing. Go. Third week malls are closing down. They can’t get the goods from China. They can’t sell clothes. They can’t do this. Everything in the United States comes on a ship. They go out of business. Construction workers get laid off because the materials aren’t coming in. The steel is not coming in. The lumber is not coming in. They lose their job. All right. Sorry. What else doesn’t come in America? What else? Unfortunately. But the fact is, many of the pharmaceuticals come from overseas. Many of the drugs you use, some of them life saving. They don’t come in either. Just think about this. Just think about this thug. And when he sang. And the reporting is atrocious to. I hear one guy, a friend of mine who’s an economist, he goes on and says, Well, they have a point. You know, there’s inflation. No, they don’t have a point. They were offered a 50% salary increase over six years, 50%. And the. The association offering, the 50% said we offered and 50% to get them to the table. They won’t come to the table unless we give them what they want. And he says, So they have a point. They don’t have a point. They don’t have a point. It’s amazing to me. All the people in this country are suffering without this strike. Who can make ends meet. We’ve been talking about them for months under Harris and Biden. We’ve been talking about inflation and the price of gasoline. We’ve been talking about all of this, the price of basic. We’ve watched our shows on Fox. When I weigh in on everywhere else where we talk about the percentage increases, the percentage increases, the percentage increases. This is going to make that look like a joke. So why am I the only one among very few who are standing up to this? Doesn’t mean I hate unions. Doesn’t mean I love unions. I don’t care. It’s up to the market system. It’s up to businesses and labor. But when you have a monopoly union that has has its purpose to cause that kind of damage to other workers, union and non-union to businesses, small and large, to the United States economy, when that’s the purpose does shut down the economy. You know, I’ll throw in with that. You don’t accept that? I’ll show you what a thug this guy is. Remember, before easy passes, you had to stop at every tollbooth, every tollbooth. Throw and change, get dollars. The lines are a long, long, long, long. So they came up with an idea, this easy pass. And state after state decided to join in this consortium so they people wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Gasoline wouldn’t be waste. So you can get from point A to point B as fast a time as possible. Efficiency. That’s called progress. That’s called technology. Well, listen to this buffoon Harold Daggett. Again. Rambling on same day in September cut 24. I go take E-Z Pass. The first time it came out with easy pass one lane cars are going to and everybody sit in the Congo. What? What’s that all about? I’m gonna get one of them today. All those union jobs are gone and it’s all easy. iPads. People don’t realize it. Everybody’s got three cars. Everybody got an easy pass on no end. And I’m sorry. I’m sorry. You’re right. I’ve changed my mind. We all exist for you. Power and your power and your estate and your Bentley and your yacht, your swimming pool and your guest house. That’s right. We all exist for your 45,000 members. That’s right. The world should come to a stop. The world should come to a stop to accommodate you and what you demand. Nothing should advance. Not new jobs, new industries, new technologies, not improving quality of life for the average person. Right. I wonder how many union members have E-Z passes. I’ll bet every one of them. Well, of course they do. And they should. This guy’s a throwback. This guy’s a buffoon. We wouldn’t have any advancement if more jerks like this. If it were projects like this, the world has to stand still so Harry Daggett can get what he wants. 45,000 members in a nation of 330 million people. He doesn’t even support the easy pass. He wants to shut down the American economy. And I fear friend of mine, too. Well, he’s got a point. He has no point. This is the problem. With a monopoly. With a monopoly. I didn’t say oligopolies where you have four or five, six, seven. Major unions or major companies duking it out. I said a monopoly, one of one. This is the problem. And these are among the highest paid union members on the planet. I don’t begrudge them that. I don’t begrudge them that. What I begrudge is they anti-American propaganda. The anti American citizen propaganda, the anti technology propaganda. The world should stop. Everybody take your E-Z Pass and throw it away because Harold Daggett says, Yeah, Coston is union, right? And I’ll bet most of his members have easy passes. I’ll bet most of his members buy the cheapest clothing they possibly can made overseas nonunion. I’m just guessing. I’ll be right back.
Segment 2
If I can try it this way. Let me talk to people who don’t earn $150,000 a year plus over time, plus get medical care plus a pension. Let me talk to the waiters and waitresses and the janitors. Let me talk to people out there who are working two jobs. Let me talk to all of you. The price of clothing. The price of automobiles. Not all, but some. The price of fuel. Because now we have to import so much fuel. The price of fruits. The price of everything we don’t produce in this country. Clothing. In addition to inflation. That is created by our government. This particular union is because it controls the imports into this country and has an enormous effect on the price of those imports are going to drive those expenses even higher. So while the. Harris Biden administration Devalue your money, drive up inflation and costs. The International Longshoremen’s Union is going to drive the prices even higher, which means your money goes less far and you’re going to be in a bigger pinch. I don’t see how that’s a populist position. I’ll be back.
Segment 3
Tell me, why do we have antitrust laws? Why do we have antitrust laws? Why do we have a specific division in the Department of Justice? The antitrust division? Why do large companies have to get the approval of the federal government? The Federal Trade Commission. Often the FCC and the Antitrust division. Before one can buy the other. And create a conglomerate of some sort. Why is that so important? So important. That the decision was made more than a hundred years ago with additional agencies ad added for their input. Prevent the concentration of commercial power. To prevent what this union is doing right now to the United States of America and to 330 million people. You see this union thug who runs that union and lives like a potentate? I didn’t vote for him, did you? I would never vote for him. Would you? And when he brags about the power that he has. The shutdown construction sites. The shutdown car salesman. The shutdown, assembly line, jobs, the shutdown, whatever the hell he wants to shut down, Shut down our farmers. Brags about it. That should be a red flag, don’t you think? Should the antitrust laws apply to him and his union? As I said, there’s unions and there’s unions. There’s businesses and there’s businesses. Some are good, some are bad. It’s not ideological with me. It’s basic stuff. One guy with 45,000 workers should not be able to shut down the American economy, prevent basic goods and material and necessities from getting into our country, because he wants a 77% increase rather than a 50% increase. And no automation. No automation because it might cost jobs. Well, then I think we need to make take the position. There’s never should be automation. Never. How are we going to make our cars? Strong union, strong workers in the automobile industry, but they have automation. The airline industry building since we have automation strong union. I can go through all of these major industries. They have to have automation in order to compete with the world. They have to have automate automation in order to make. The jobs that they have feasible. Some guy in New Jersey. He doesn’t know his ass from a hole in the ground. Doesn’t even believe in the. Easy, smart passes. Because jobs were lost. Well, I don’t know. Somebody’s making the smart passes. Somebody’s collecting the toll money. Somebody is earning a wage. People you have to call if there’s problems and so forth and so on. There’s always jobs created out of some other position. We’d still be using horse and buggies at this. Moran was in charge. There wouldn’t be any automobile industry jobs. No auto unions, would there? It’s just stupid. How about farming? Farming has been automated. Shall we stop that too? Who makes the tractors. Who makes all of these things. It’s myopic, economic illiterate. Why do we have antitrust laws? And why do they only apply to one entity and not another? Why is that? His mark against working people? No, I’m defending working people. I’m championing working people. I’m championing competition. Lower prices, lower inflation, lower interest rates. I’m champion growth and prosperity for everybody, not just a relative handful of individuals. I’m worried about the people who can’t make ends meet right now. I’m worried about the construction workers, many of whom are union members. I’m worried about the automobile makers, many of whom are union makers. I’m worried about the plumbers and the electricians, many of whom are union members, I should say. Very much so. But she cannot have one organization. One. That has the power. And brags about it. They’re shut down the country. The country doesn’t exist for that union or its members. The country exists for all the people and all the workers. If communist China. Had said what this union boss thug said. We’d say that’s the enemy. If communist China had said, you know what, we want our workers to make more money, therefore we are going to shut down what we export until you give in to our blackmail. Would we accept that so easily? Instead, this guy gets his ass kissed even by so-called. Free market economists, while they have a point. They don’t have any point. No point. Crocodile tears. Some of the highest paid members of any union in any field in the country. I don’t begrudge that. But let’s not pretend they’re in. And $43,000 a year. With a 50% increase in six years. So if a guy’s earning $150,000, he’s going to earn $225,000. Plus, they want increased medical benefits and they get. Very, very generous pension. And they’re going to tell you that you can’t automate. Well, they made so much money the year before. I’ve heard that, too. And I just when I looked at it, we looked at this metric. Others have to it’s the biggest of the big they laid off 25,000 workers in 2022 because they were in negative growth, meaning De-growth. I’m sorry, folks. We have to confront these things. We can’t be cowards. We can’t be afraid. What’s right is right and what’s wrong is wrong. And that’s where I stand. When things are right, they’re right. And when they’re wrong, the wrong. It’s that simple. In. This guy said all he needed to say. To underscore my point, by the way, I want to remind you, particularly in the Philadelphia area, listen up. I want you to go to Mark Levin Show DOT COM, click on Audio Rewind and select your favorite platform so you can have my podcast or search mark event show on your favorite podcast platform. He’s the big sugar daddy between really behind the Democrat Party and all these radical left wing organizations and anti-Israel organizations. And he in audacity in the FCC and the Democrat commissioners on the FCC. It really done something very wrong. The. Use of government power. Massive amount of foreign money buying American radio stations. The three Democrats of the five commissioners. Have cut out the National Security Review before the election. They don’t want my voice in Pennsylvania, but my voice is going to remain in Pennsylvania on another platform, as well as our podcast platform. And we are throughout the state of Pennsylvania. And this will go for any major metropolitan area where we have an issue like this. We have a plan B and every single one. With the Soros types or any other oligarchs, for that matter. Just giving you a heads up. I’ll be right back.
Segment 4
Well, listen, um, what just happened magically? The Associated Press, the union representing 45,000 striking U.S. dockworkers at eastern Gulf Coast ports, has reached a deal to suspend their strike until January 15 to provide time to negotiate a new contract. The International Longshoremen’s Union is to resume working immediately, at least until January, said the person who spoke on condition of anonymity. I hear that. That there’s a maritime association moved their deal from 50% to 62 or 67% as a basis for negotiation. But I’ll tell you what’s going on here. I’ve been talking about this now for how many days, Mr. Producer? Five days even before the strike. And I’ve been going through all this. This is a very powerful platform which reaches into every corner of the country up and down the East Coast, the south, the southwest, the West, Central United States, the Midwest. And the fact of the matter is that the American people were getting angry. The fact of the matter is that every day that would go by the price of food and goods going up, shelves being empty, people are hurting more and more. They would take it out on Kamala Harris and Joe Biden. So you better believe behind the scenes, like you don’t have proof. I have a brain. You better believe behind the scenes the Democrats got a hold of this this boss thug and said, hey. We’re all with you. Can’t you wait till after the election? Can’t you wait until January? You’re going to further drive up costs and so forth. We don’t want to lose your vote, but we can’t afford to lose all these other votes. Let me tell you, that’s what happened behind the scenes right there. That’s what happened. And so all the talk about the working man. But they’re holding off. Because of the Democrat Party, because they want to elect Kamala Harris. That’s how they resolved that temporarily. Don’t be fooled by anything. Don’t be fooled by anyone. I know exactly what I’m talking about. The agreement will allow, the AP says, the union and the US Maritime Alliance. Which represents the shippers and ports. Time to negotiate a new six year deal. Person also said both sides reached agreement on raging quest increases, but details weren’t available. And so that is what is going on. And when Joe Biden came out of the White House. And I have a was this afternoon or what time it was usual squinting and so forth. A He was asked if he’s not going to do anything. He says, I understand there’s a lot of progress. And he was asked, Well, what do you know? He says, Well, we’ll see soon. Okay, So we know. I’m sure he got on the phone with his body. The thug and said, Hey, Harold. I’m with you 100%. But the American people are going to turn on you. The people in North Carolina and elsewhere Georgia. Other parts of our country. We got another hurricane coming. We’ve got a lot of people union, non-union. We’re going to turn on Kamala and the Democrat Party. You got to you got to do something about this. And that’s what happened. That’s what happened. It’s that simple. Democrats working hand in hand. The way I see it, Mr. Producer, there’s no question in my mind. Otherwise the guy would have followed through with his threats against the American people, construction workers and car salesmen and assembly line workers and all the rest. He would have followed through with them. Everything I said is accurate. Everything I said up to this AP breaking story 5 minutes ago. And now. Because Biden and Harris could see this building, Biden and Harris could see this costing the domestic economy $5 billion today. They could see what was would happen. In grocery stores, they could see what would happen with the price of fuel. What would happen to farmers, what would happen to working men and women all over this country, union and non-union? They could see that more and more people would blame Biden and Harris for not stepping in. But they haven’t stepped in to resolve anything. They’ve stepped in. Because they don’t want the backlash. Of the campaign. When it comes to politics, when it comes to their power hungry agenda, they’ll do anything. When it comes to protecting the American people, improving our society, they’ll do nothing. Nothing. In fact, I’ll prove it to you. There’s a new report out which will pursue a little bit more in the next hour from the inspector general into Department of Homeland Security. Headline. New York Post High Risk Migrants Allowed Into the United States Without Proper ID. Internal Homeland Security Report says not so heavily redacted document. High risk migrants were allowed to enter the United States at the border without proper ID and now roam the country. A scathing new report by the Homeland Security inspector general claimed. This second report. Second report in a week. In many cases, the migrants were trusted to provide their own personal information before being allowed in and are now free to fly on domestic airlines without identification. We all have to have the real I.D.. Driver’s license. Now, you don’t need ID to vote. You don’t need ID if you’re illegal alien. Imagine that. Who does that benefit? Because of lax oversight by immigration authorities and the Transportation Safety Administration, said the 37 page report. So illegal aliens can vet themselves high risk, quote unquote, migrants coming into the country. They can get on airplanes without proper I.D. There’s none of this. Well, pursue this and a hell of a lot more when we return. I’ll be right back.
