On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, once again, Kamala Harris prioritized her own political ambitions above all else. She takes 4-days to return to D.C. for a FEMA meeting after Hurricane Helene. But don’t worry, she was briefed by phone during her West Coast campaign event. There’s no excuse for Harris to be in Vegas raising millions, knowing a hurricane is coming. A leader isn’t on the phone in the middle of a fundraising party. She takes 3 1/2 years even for a preposterously staged campaign photo-op at the border and then hilariously and cynically announces only she can secure the border. She’s a joke. Also, George Soros and the FCC Democrats blew off the House Oversight Committee’s inquiry and rushed through a vote to hand Soros 220 radio stations in blatant violation of FCC rules. This is a direct attack on conservative talk radio. Rep James Comer calls in to explain that this is just another government agency that is supposed to be fair and balanced but seems to be taken over by left-wing extremists. Comer is demanding answers as to why the FCC decided to expedite this process and he’s prepared to compel FCC officials to appear for depositions. Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. You know, these massive floods. Honestly, it wasn’t till about Saturday evening into Sunday. Obviously today I think most of the country realized how horrific this is, especially North Carolina, but also in Georgia, Virginia, other states, Florida, obviously horrendous. And the experts who know about our history in terms of hurricanes and floods and all said we’ve not had anything like this in at least 100 years. And so I know there’s many good charities out there. Some people are using the Red Cross. Some people don’t like the Red Cross. Somehow that’s become controversial. But I think we can all agree that Samaritan’s Purse is really remarkable. Pastor Graham’s organization and so on. All my social media sites all day we’ve had their link. You can choose whatever charitable organization that you’re comfortable with. I don’t know much detail about. Samaritan’s Purse. All I know is they’re always there. Johnny on the spot. And so I hope you’ll do whatever you can. These people are desperate. It is horrendous. And I know the federal government talks about all the things they’re doing. The fact of the matter is, you can never do enough. It’s Samaritan’s Purse, dawg s a m a r i t a and s purse. Samaritan’s Purse. Samaritan’s purse. Plural. Samaritan’s purse. Dot org. And you’ll see the link. Pray for those in hell on his path and do that to. Those people are desperate. They have nothing. Absolutely nothing. I do want to say something. I’m not politicizing anything. I observed things over the course of my life. I remember them. I digest them. I remember what happened. But Katrina. The attacks against George W Bush. He was on the spot in a helicopter within 48 hours. It was a horrendous hurricane. All the lives lost, the massive damage. These water systems didn’t hold up. The dam systems didn’t hold up. It’s literally a city that’s built below sea level. And so when you had this massive, massive hurricane. It destroyed so much in and around New Orleans. But nothing George Bush could do. No matter how much money, no matter how much he threw at it. Nothing he could do could escape this horrendous criticism from the media and the Democrat Party. And at the time it repulsed me very, very much. I remember the attack on this guy, quote unquote, Brownie, the head of FEMA. It’s always as if the media and the Democrats, they look for these opportunities to exploit. And then I look at this. This hurricane. Halina had been forecast for some while. Well, it was in the Atlantic and building and building. And they their trajectory was pretty well known. It would hit in the Gulf area. The central north Gulf of Florida area and then work its way up through the coast. Not so much on the coastlines, but more and more in the interior of the United States. And many of these governors, these governors, DeSantis is he is an absolute gem. Kemp doing a fantastic job, other governors doing a fantastic job. But I will tell you this. There is no excuse. For the vice president, the United States, who wants to be president of the United States. No excuse whatsoever to be in Las Vegas, to be raising millions and millions of more dollars knowing this hurricane’s coming not to get in front of this, Not that if you’re not a leader to at least act like a leader. It took her four days, not until about an hour ago. Did she wind up in FEMA headquarters patting all those folks on the back. We always get this this response while they’re on the phone. That’s not what a leader does. They’re not on the phone in the middle of a fundraising party. And that’s what it was. Millionaires, oligarchs, big parties. Let them eat cake. As Rome burns. And this isn’t her first time. Look at the border. The inhumanity, the anarchy, the chaos, the death, the rapes. The children, the fentanyl. A wall again, a wall for three and a half years until she decides she wants to be president. After they knock off Biden internally. And she goes to the border literally 20 minutes. Then goes inside, gives a big speech about how she’s really good. She knows the drug cartels, she’ll get this damn thing think fixed. And it’s all all Trump’s fault. There. I’m thinking again. Are always pointing the finger at somebody else. And something else always has an excuse. Always has an answer. But never does the right thing. She never does the right thing. She should have gotten on a plane. Cut her fundraising short. How much money does she need? How much does she need? I guess a lot, because she she needs to rebuild and create a fictionalized character of herself. The inhumanity and the inhumanity to be hanging back there while people are suffering. You’re the vice president of the United States. You want to be president. You have access to Air Force Two. You can go anywhere you want, whenever you want. They make these excuses well. Well, the locals don’t want us there now. They want you there and they want all the resources possible there. And they want to know that you care about them and they want to know you’re going to do something for them after decades of paying taxes. This is what governments for. Not redistribution of wealth, not even centers, not all the rest of the crap. But she didn’t. She was able. Again for four days. And until criticism started to raise and the Democrats and their spinners and the media, they all the same answers. Oh, it’s no issue. It’s no problem. Why are you trying to politicize it? Politicize it? It’s an obvious observation. Where the hell is she? Same with the border. These aren’t leaders, America. We’ve had leaders. These aren’t leaders. Where was Joe Biden? He was at Rehoboth Beach. But don’t worry, he was on the phone. And today, attorneys scheduled a 1030. I think it wound up around 11. He’s very busy. He gave some small speech about how everything will be available at all times in all places. And he’s told the people to do X, Y, Z. And on Wednesday, he and Kamala will head down to one of the states, maybe North Carolina. Okay, great. I just don’t think these people are compassionate. They talk about people all the time, the little person against the big person, small business against international corporations. We’ll attack you if you start a word or mispronounce a word, or if they can drag you into some racial debate or something like that. But truly, when it comes to individuals in this country, they’re cold blooded. 100,000 deaths from fentanyl and they don’t secure the border. Women being raped and sold in the sex slavery. 325,000 missing children. 225,000 missing children is on their watch. Ice can’t spend that. That came out from the inspector general. Then you get these murder numbers and these rape numbers are that goes back 40 years. That’s an impossibility. Why, Mark? We don’t have enough detention facilities. Marc Thiessen brought this up brilliantly. I don’t understand why other people at Fox and other conservatives don’t repeat it. I really don’t understand it because his point is brilliant. She wants to cut detention facilities at his beds in half. So you’re going to have catch and release and you’re not going to know who the hell these people are. And that’s what they’ve been doing. Catch, release, catch, release. They’re not vetting these people, but they want you to think these numbers are spread over 40 years. The vast majority these numbers have to be during Harris and Biden, because that’s the vast majority, overwhelming massive numbers of illegal aliens who’ve come into this country. The terrorist numbers we see, it’s tied directly to them. The missing children tied directly to them. And so they’re just constantly. Throwing smoke at us, constantly spinning and twisting, constantly excusing themselves, and then pointing fingers at somebody else. I’ve said here and I said on Fox over the weekend, Harry Truman was a Democrat. Harry Truman was a president. Of course, I don’t always agree with everything he did, but there were things I do agree with. And he had that sign on his desk. The buck stops here. Kamala Harris doesn’t have a sign on her desk. The buck stops here, and neither does Biden. We don’t have an acting, fully engaged, fully competent president of the United States right now. He seems to have such a visceral, anti-Semitic hate for Israel. That’s all he ever talks about. I want a cease fire. I want to see Israel’s destroying the terrorist enemy that slaughtered Americans and American Marines. They slam the Houthis that have shut down the Red Sea and attacked our ship and killed some of our people. They’re finishing up with Hamas who slaughtered their people. They’re facing down Iran. And Biden stabs him in the back and Harris stabs him in the back, cutting off arms, cutting off support. The flow of funds continues to Iran, to UNWRA, that’s Hamas. They continue to fund that Palestinian Authority, which is the old PLO. On and on and on and on. And they hate Netanyahu. Netanyahu has never been more popular in Israel. 85% of the people support what he’s doing. The majority in Israel Likud coalition is now a massive majority. Netanyahu is loved in Israel and by the way, he’s loved in the United States. Harris and Biden are not. This is a horrendous, horrendous. Act of nature. What’s going on in the border. Are Biden and Harris just on an act of nature. It’s an act of a man and a woman. And the response that’s taking place to this horrific flooding. Horrific flooding. The states have really stepped up. The governors have really stepped up. Volunteer and charitable organizations, firefighters, police, first responders that really step. And by the way, as many federal responders as possible have stepped up, too. But they’ve been leaderless. She’s on the phone from Las Vegas at a fundraiser. Okay. That’s leadership. And Biden has to Harry back from Rehoboth Beach. He knows exactly what’s going on. He watches the same weather channels as we do. I’m not politicizing a damn thing. I don’t want these people in office anymore. I don’t want them destroying our country anymore. I don’t want their inhumanity, their anarchy, their chaos anymore. I don’t want their anti-Americanism. I don’t want their anti-Semitism. I don’t want our people suffering anymore from illegal immigration, even from acts of nature, where this government is simply not poised to do what it needs to do as quickly as it needs to do it. Even there are many heroic people in the bureaucracy trying to do the best they can. I’m talking about the leadership. Enough already. I’ll be right back.

You know, there’s so much going on, we’re not going to be able to cover it all in 3 hours, but we’re going to cover a lot. We have and I don’t normally do this. One guest in our James Comer is the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, and he is very upset about what George Soros. This company audacity. And the three Democrats out of the five commissioners in the FCC pool this morning in the middle of the hurricane, in the middle of all this disaster. In the middle of the war in the Middle East. They try to go under the radar and they just voted to give 220 stations to George Soros, whose financial management company has more than 25% of its monies from foreign sources. Which means the FCC rules require. That effort. To acquire that network with all those radio licenses to go through national security clearance, because these are American radio stations, and that’s an awful lot of foreign influence. And the Democrats voted. To sidestep the national security clearance. To give short shrift to the entire process. And to allow Soros to acquire the 220 stations. So they did that this morning, and that includes our WPA and other stations that were on and has already taken a step to begin cleaning house. Now. This is outrageous. It’s no accident that Soros is the probably the biggest sugar daddy, the Democrat Party, and are radical elements. And now they’re in collusion with an independent agency where the Democrats have a majority under the Harris Biden regime. This is their idea of free speech. This is their idea of a radio. This is a direct attack on conservative talk radio. So where is everybody? Where is everybody? Well, I’ll take the point, as usual, and I don’t mind. So James Comer will be here also. I want to talk about really spectacular events in the Middle East. Our Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, has been dehumanized by the American press, by the American left, by the Democrat Party. Why? Because he is, as I’ve said for years, he’s Churchillian. He’s going to protect his people, whether Biden, Harris, Blinken, Austin and the others like it or not. He’s virtually destroyed Hamas. They’re not done. He is destroying Hezbollah. He’s attacked the Houthis who have killed our people. And he’s warned Iran, we can reach you, too. And he changed the entire makeup of what’s going on in the Middle East. No more appeasement. And we’ll be discussing that as well. We’ll be right back.

James Comer is the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, which has a lot of responsibilities and one of them includes the Federal Communications Commission, which is supposed to be an agency. It’s got five commissioners. The Democrats are in charge, three Democrats, two Republicans. They chair the thing. George Soros has an investment company which he’s trying to buy. Radio stations all over the country, has bought a number of Hispanic stations and flip them to left wing stations. And as of this morning, the FCC voted 3 to 2, all the Democrats to hand him 220 radio stations and one of the biggest. Accumulation of radio stations ever. But there’s many problems with this. Number one, George Soros is using over 25% investment from foreign investors. These are American radio stations. Number two, the FCC has slashed and sped up the process before the election to try and hand him those stations by circumventing the national Security Review process. When you have more than 25% invested by foreign entities and I want to ask our friend James Colmer, this has never happened before. It’s getting almost no attention except here in there, conservative press, a few independents. The Democrats have just handed George Soros their biggest sugar daddy, an ideological leftist, 220 American radio stations. With all this foreign investment, how the hell does he get away with this? Yeah, that’s a great question. Then among other things, we view this as a potential ladder missed opportunity. Go ahead. I’m sorry. Oh, yeah. Well, we feel this is an attempt to interfere in the 2024 election by the Federal Communications Commission. I mean, they have never done this before. You’re exactly right. By all appearances, they’re not just expediting this. Which when is the government ever expedited anything? They’re not expediting this. They’re bypassing what is an established process. And it appears just to do a favor to George Soros and not to mention the fact that he’s biased, he spreads misinformation. And, you know, what’s he going to do to conservative viewpoints in conservative stations and conservative shows? I mean, we feel that there are a lot of negative consequences to this. And this is just another government agency that’s supposed to be independent, supposed to be fair and balanced, that appears to be taken over by a left wing extremist. No. And there’s no accident here because it’s before the election. I’ll give you my own example. I worked with Westwood One, which is a very upright company owned by Cumulus, and they got notice about two weeks ago that the old WQ, I’m from Philadelphia, that’s the biggest of the stations is a huge historic station, one of the one of the first stations, Bill Paley’s first station on the East Coast. It is a huge station with a huge reach. Obviously, David McCormack’s running for the Senate and you have all these other people and so forth. Oh, well, we’re going to drop your show. Your last show is on October 5th. We just looked at our ratings. I’m tied with the highest number on the station. So obviously that was ideologically driven. And I’m not just I’m not just playing for myself. This guy is taking 220 stations that has Dan Bongino and Glenn Beck and Charlie Kirk and go on and on and on. And the idea. That this is supposed to be a public places with a public entrance. You know, you’ve got all these billionaires, conglomerates that buy these stations and so forth. They have to meet requirements, basic requirements that they’re doing a public service. They can’t treat these stations as their own little puppy dogs and they can’t treat them as their own little ideological bases. This is an attack on free speech. Now, you wrote a letter to the chairperson of this committee and you want an answer by October 3rd. Tell the nation what you did. Well, we started the process for a subpoena. You don’t just issue a subpoena that can be upheld in court. You know the law better than anyone. We’ve taken sincere steps to try to get information, communication. We want to know also why they decided to, number one, expedite this process and never to bypass their normal review process. If they if they do not respond within a week, which is which is ample time, then we will issue subpoenas and we’re going to bring these people in for depositions, because I think the American people deserve to know what’s really going on with the Federal Communications Commission. I mean, this has never happened before. Everything that the FCC has supposedly stood for in the past would go to encourage competition, would encourage free speech, would encourage diversity of opinions and viewpoints and ideologies. But what you’re seeing here is clearly Soros is a is a politically active, I would argue, the most politically active liberal in America. He’s the biggest donor to left wing organizations. He just came out last week that this Congressional Integrity project, which has been hounding Jim Jordan and myself throughout the entire Biden investigation, spreading disinformation, harassing, intimidating whistleblowers, intimidating witnesses, harassing me or asking my family with protest pay protesters, banners flying over big events to get this was funded by George Soros. Unbelievable. This was funded by source. And now he wants to buy all these radio stations and you and he doesn’t want to do it honestly. He doesn’t want to do it a fashion way. And there has to be checks and balances in this. And that’s what the FCC supposed to be. And it looks like they’re not only not doing their job, they’re they’re complicit in this left wing takeover. Now at some point, I’m just curious, is there any way to undo these things or if the Republicans take the White House and take this commission? I mean, it seems to me they ought to take another look at this and determine whether this was actually a lawful and legitimate acquisition of 220 radio stations by a man who’s using an enormous amount of foreign money to help subsidize this purchase, which triggers this national security review. Maybe it’s ultra virus that is without authority. This certainly should be a priority. Obviously, the quickest remedy is a new administration and a president that appoints fair, knowledgeable people to the FCC, like Brandon Carr was when when Trump was was in office. And this is the easiest part for him. But this is going to be a priority for the oversight committee. We’re not going to let up on it. We’re going to work with with other committees of jurisdiction. I mean, there’s no journalist in America that can say with a straight face that this does it stinks to high heaven and the confidence of so many American people thinking the FCC is sitting there making sure these licenses are really put to a public use, making sure these oligarchs aren’t really putting their finger on the scale to literally destroy the process that’s in the rules for the FCC. That includes a national security review with all this foreign money by George Soros. These three people are hacks. They’re flacks. They don’t they’re not going to do their job. They probably got direction. You deliver this to source. Are you considering perhaps also Alex Soros or George Soros? I’ve never understood how these two escaped scrutiny. I’ve never understood how with their fingers everywhere, their money everywhere, their effort to turn democracy and free speech on its head. At least here you’ve got their fingerprints, their DNA, you’ve got their photo, you got everything. But certainly a consideration. I think we’re going to begin with the FCC employees, the bureaucrats. I mean, this is their job to prevent something like this from happening. And we’ve screamed at the top of our lungs from the Oversight committee about China’s influence and other countries influence in spreading disinformation and getting a footprint in anything that would have an impact on our national security. And, you know, the flow of information, the flow of news, of accurate news that is a threat to our national security, and to know that so much of this money in this takeover is foreign money, and to expedite the process and bypass all the normal channels of of review is another breathtaking step in the slap of democracy by the Biden administration, by the Biden-Harris administration. This is the real threat to democracy. You know, the decisions that the bureaucrats in the Biden-Harris administration continue to make against conservatives and against working class people of America. This administration, these any logs don’t believe in the First Amendment anyway. You know, we see what they did when it came to the laptop and when it came to questions about COVID 19 and the lab. And we see these 51 frauds, national security, they lie in their letter. You can go on and on the disinformation board that they set up at the DHS. We have at least two federal courts that have ruled that this administration is the most anti First Amendment administration. I mean, the stuff that they found, the Twitter, the stuff that they have found and then this this I can guarantee you wreck Comber, If this were a Republican billionaire who was a big supporter of Republicans and it was a majority in the FCC, this would be marquee news everywhere, would it not, that they handed to a billionaire 220 stations by cutting corners? There’s no question the hypocrisy here is breathtaking. Yeah, it’s just. So we’re going to stay on top of this, Chairman, we’ll keep in touch with you. And as this goes on, because we’re going to fight for free speech no matter what. We’re not going to roll over and play dead. This is our country and it’s just too damn important to surrender. And hopefully if they don’t comply with our legitimate requests for information, then they’ll be receiving subpoenas as quickly as possible. That’s really important. God bless you, my friend. They’re not the executive branch. They don’t have indictment powers. They don’t have any of those powers. So he’s laying the foundation for subpoenas. That’s a big deal. Then he subpoenas the information. He subpoenas the witnesses. They take depositions and then they’re under oath. And then you got perjury or potential obstruction. And he says they’re going to work their way up. They’re going to get some commissioners. And we’re going to keep an eye on this because as long as I have a microphone, as long as I have a platform, I’m going to fight for free speech right to the bitter dead end. I’ll be right back.

People have no idea who they’re screwing around with. I’ve even met with a expert FCC lawyer, and I have him doing some research on whether I can sue Soros on Audacity. Why the hell not? If I can, I will. If I can’t, I can’t. I just want to make that very, very clear. Now, these big, tough guys think, oh, litigation. I’m used to that and are used to me. I don’t give up. I don’t compromise. Once they pull the litigation trigger. That’s it. Let the chips fall where they may. And I may not be a billionaire, but by God, I have enough money to litigate, that’s for sure. Plus, I’m a litigator. Fact, I’m the best litigator I know. No brag. Just thank. When I get angry, when I’m on a mission and when I’m on a cause. I I’m almost I guess I am 67. My God. That’s what I do. We litigated against the IRS, a landmark legal foundation. We defeated him twice. Nobody defeats the IRS. We litigated against the EPA twice. We defeated him and had him held in contempt. Nobody wins. Gets the EPA. And I can go on and on down the list. We went after the National Education Association, which was hiding its campaign contributions. Massive organization, massive bureaucracy, massive paper trail for years. And we kick their ass all over Washington, D.C. And then they had to change their tax returns. No, these people are too big to fall. In fact, the bigger they are, the more I enjoy. And so I am monitoring. The station groups, these ownership groups. I’m monitoring it. These aren’t their playthings. These aren’t their playthings. These stations literally belong to the public. You might say, Well, that’s government. There’s only so many airwaves. And the government decided long before I was born. That it had to make decisions, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to hear anything there. There’d be static one over the other. So this is the nature of the system and they requirements to get these licenses. Which I’m going through right now. Well, you know, we didn’t. We wanted to just do this and to do that. Or these. These guys hide behind the curtains of the Soros family. Tell your folks. You and I, we’re warriors. We’re on a mission. That’s why we get along so well. The cracks in our economy are widening by the day. Our labor market is cooling faster than expected and employment has jumped. Now they’re demanding that the. Federal Reserve cut interest rates a lot more, says Goolsbee on Fox. A lot more. Because the economy is beginning to tank. They’re hoping they can hold up till after the election. All right, ladies and gentlemen. We have an administration. That is rooting for the enemy. It’s literally rooting for Iran, Hamas, the Houthis and Hezbollah. How do I know that? Because we have this little tiny country called Israel that has no intention, no intention of surrendering, no intention of phony cease fires, no intention of allowing its people to be obliterated. This little country of Israel and every friggin step of the way, cease fire, ceasefire, pull back. We’re cutting your arms. We’re cutting your money. Meanwhile, the enemy. They’ve never had so much money. They’ve never been so flush with oil money. The enemy, Iran. It’s an access with communist China. Fascistic Russia. Stalinist North Korea. And that’s who Biden is funding. That’s who Harris supports. What are you talking about, Mark? Forget about it. We should be celebrating a ticker tape parade that the Israelis killed Nasrallah. He killed 241 Marines, among other Americans. He’s killed more Americans. Other than. Osama bin Laden. And Biden. What should Israel do? Stop. Cease fire. Shabbat. Oh, man, you’ve killed enough people. Whether in Afghanistan, whether in Europe, whether in the Middle East, you have blood on your hands. You have it on your face. You have it on your ass. Same with Harris. I want to discuss this further with you. I shall return.
