On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Hunter Biden is being investigated for tax crimes and false statements related to gun purchases. Ultimately it is up to the Department of Justice to decide to press charges, which may take years or if ever at all, because investigating Hunter Biden will lead to Joe Biden and all of the money his family has received from evil regimes like China. We’ve heard about this case for months, but it is being leaked by the DOJ now because if they can indict Hunter Biden, they want to be able to indict Donald Trump too and bee seen as fair. Also, Mark reflects on the passing of WABC radio host Bernard McGuirk. Later, Russia is finalizing the annexation of a fifth of Ukraine, and disturbing images are coming out showing the human rights violations and abuses being committed by Vladimir Putin. Torture chambers and mass execution sites are being exposed, yet the Kremlin is denying human rights abuses are occurring. This is being ignored by the media and Democrats, just as the Iranian women’s uprising is being ignored. Afterward, there are no records of who has been visiting Biden at his Delaware home, but that can’t be. Have his doctors or his friends from communist China been visiting?

Hour 1 Segment 1

We start today’s program, sadly. I’m talking about the passing of Bernabeu nationwide, know him from the Imus program. In and around New York City. Many of you know him from WIBC. Where he did a morning show and did a morning show, the great twosome in the morning and ABC. Bernie and I were buddies. I don’t mean social buddies. I don’t mean that we went out. I don’t mean that we call every day. But we were buddies. We shared the same philosophy. Kind of the same weird humor. We didn’t make any enemies. And. He was a really, really smart guy, but kind of extremely kind. He would call me before I go on Imus, Imus would like me to come on from time to time, actually often. And he would say, heads up, you know, he’s going to do this, he’s going to talk about that, I said, OK, that’s cool. And he he was very loyal, extremely loyal. And I wish more of you around the country could have heard his morning show. Because he was just fantastic about three or four weeks ago, give or take. I tried to call him on his cell phone, which I almost never did, and there was no answer. And there was no voicemail. And I knew there was a big problem at that point, but he will be remembered as one of the greats of radio and one of the great people, kindest, decent people you can meet in this business. And those of you who may have met him outside this business know exactly what I’m talking about. So I want to wish Bernie’s family and friends my deepest sympathies. And I want to say rest in peace, my brother. None of us, none of us make it out of here alive one way or another, one age or another, one illness or disease or another, one crime or another. We just don’t make it out of here. Not alive. You know, I think it was Jean Shepherd, another great radio man years and years ago, who said and I was a young kid when I heard this in Philadelphia, you know, with the transistor radio antenna picking up New York radio. But he said and I remember he said something like this because it has stuck with me forever. And I may have mentioned this to you in years past, he said, and I think I’m pretty close. You’re not going to be remembered. After a third or fourth generation, he said, you didn’t exist for all intents and purposes. And over the course of a thousand years or human history, there’s probably 500 people, maybe a thousand at the most. Whose names, whose existence are known and remembered, it’s true, isn’t it, not to make you sad, to make the best of the time you have on this Earth with your family and friends, because that’s all it’s going to matter. And I believe that’s true, how many of you know who your great great great grandfather was or your great great great grandmother was or go back one more great if you do. And then you probably don’t truly not as long ago as you think. 150 years ago, 200 years ago. It’s true. So I just want to say rest in peace and and God bless to Bernie and his family. And he’s gone to, as we say, a better place. Now, there’s a lot out there today about one hunter, Biden, who comes out of The Washington Post. So immediately, I am suspicious by Devlin, Barrett and Peristyle, whoever the hell that is, federal agency chargeable tax gun purchase case against Hunter Biden. Federal agents investigating Biden’s son, Hunter, have gathered what they believe is sufficient evidence to charge him. But tax crimes and a false statement related to gun purchases. According to people familiar with the case, the next step is for the U.S. attorney in Delaware or Trump administration holdovers, what they call them, to decide on whether to file such charges. These people said the investigation began in twenty eighteen and became a central focus for then President Trump during his unsuccessful 20 20 re-election effort. Initially, the investigation centered around Hunter Biden’s finances related to oversee business ties and consulting work over time, investigators with multiple agencies focus closely on whether he did not report all his income, whether he lied on gun purchase paperwork in twenty eighteen, according to the people familiar with the situation, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing case. Agents determined months ago they had assembled a viable criminal case against the younger Biden, but it is ultimately up to prosecutors and the Department of Justice, not agents, to decide whether to file charges. In cases where prosecutors believe the evidence is strong enough to lead to a likely conviction at trial. Given the intense political interest in a criminal probe involving the son of a sitting president, Attorney General Merrick Garland has made clear that the US attorney in Delaware, David S. Weiss, who was nominated by Trump, now they’ve twice said that he’s a Trump guy, right, Mr. Producer? Is supervising the case, Carlina’s vow there will be no political or otherwise improper interference in the Hunter Biden case, and it’s not move to push Weis to make a decision. People familiar with the matter said it’s not uncommon for the Justice Department to take years to finish. And it goes on. And notice they didn’t talk to Tony, Bob Wolinsky and I said yesterday, 100, Tucker Carlson’s interview of Bob Wolinski, the second time was really incredibly powerful. The first time was Turbit, the second time even more so because the FBI hadn’t done anything. And there he is. He’s basically encouraging the FBI to talk to him again. Or a grand jury to talk to him again, that is. They should be talking to Bob Wolinsky about their investigation of Hunter Biden because it clearly leads to Joe Biden and Hunter Biden’s the fall guy for Joe Biden. Joe Biden is corrupt. He’s a crook. I’ve called him The Manchurian President because of all the money he and his family received through various ways in various forms from the communist Chinese regime. But I want to suggest something to you, why does this story come out now? Even within the story, it says that these investigators concluded months ago that they had the evidence to indict Hunter Biden, we’ve heard this over the past few months, too. Why is it coming out today on October 6th at two twenty six p.m. Eastern Daylight Time? You know one. You know why, Mr. Producer? Before the election, no indictment, no. So my question was, why would the Department of Justice leak now October 6th and a month before the election, this information on Hunter Biden? That they have the goods on it, but of course, they’re not going after those criminal acts of Hunter Biden that might draw in Big Daddy, the big guy, Mr. 10 percent. So they’re making making sure they can protect Joe Biden. Why is it, ladies and gentlemen? Well, I’ll tell you why. Which means you’re going to hear this within an hour or two or three after I say it. Because people are probably saying right now, many of you in your cars and trucks are at your dinner table or wherever. But what are they waiting for? They’ve got the goods on this guy. Even this leak says they’ve got the goods on this guy, they’ve had the goods on this guy for months. The grand jury’s ready to go, it’s ready to indict. What are they waiting for? What are they waiting for? They’ve got them. It’s black and white. It’s a trap. Now, why is it a trap? Anybody know it’s a trap because this is what they say about Donald Trump. The likes of Bill Barr and his ilk and other legal analysts and others have been Sangh and. Low IQ, dimwit types on the Constipated News Network and himself, Steve. Fools in The New York Times and The Washington Post, former federal persecutors. They have trumpeted the rights on the Presidential Records Act, he took them. I know he can’t just declassify on the fly. So I violated the Espionage Act to. It’s cut and dry. What are they waiting for? This Department of injustice under meritless garlan, that hack U.S. attorney. The moron director of the FBI, a.k.a. the American Stassi. They are chomping at the bit. To charge Donald Trump, they’re chomping at the bit to charge him over Mickey Mouse claims. That’s right, Mickey Mouse. Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, whatever. And so. They flop this out through their favorite or one of their favorite phony media platforms, the corrupt Washington Post and their ideological phony reporters. To lay a foundation for charging President Trump at some point from their point of view, the sooner the better. It demonstrates how fair we are, see how fair we are, we have all this stuff on Hunter Biden, it’s only a matter of time till we pull the trigger. It’s only a matter of time. We’re not going to pull the trigger against. Hunter Biden. On anything related to Joe Biden, period. Anything related to Tony Belinsky period. They’ve got to immunize Biden, they’ve got to protect him. He’s their boy. But so what they bring up on a few charges of this side or the other thing or some negotiated plea deal or whatever, slap them on the hand, slap them in the face. Put them in jail a little while. What the hell? It’s not as if he was a trespasser operator on January six on the grounds of the Capitol. Now, those people are dangerous. It’s not as if he’s a pastor or an activist against abortion. Now those people are dangerous. When The Washington Post is involved and when you have a leak like this. It’s not as it seems at surface level. It’s just not it’s bizarre that this would be leaked to The Washington Post and that The Washington Post would run it a month before the election. The timing is relevant. The substance is relevant, the way they wrote it is relevant. Trump’s name appears twice in the first. Four or five paragraphs of a story that has nothing to do with Trump. So just to reiterate. They flop this out there, they tell you we’re ready to go. We’re ready to get hundreds of black and white open and shut case, you know, it didn’t register as a foreign agent and didn’t pay his taxes. Well, what about the money he got from China and passed on to his daddy and hey, hey, hey, where are you going with this? When I look into that. But Trump Trump took documents. He did what took documents. That’s right. And even the pubes, even some of them are out there saying they have trumped dead to rights. And so you see, ladies and gentlemen, the Department of Justice will work out something with Hudner or they’ll charge him on on various counts and lay the predicate, I fear, for going after Donald Trump. We see only equal justice here, you know, over we’re here at the Department of Injustice. We only see equal justice. I’ll be right back.

All right. I’ll be on Hannity tonight. Nine thirty PM Eastern six, thirty PM Pacific. I’ll be on Hannity tonight. You know, there’s a story some of you may not care about this story. I care about it. I had it yesterday. I didn’t get to it. And I kicked myself over it. And it’s in The New York Post. It’s by Lee Brown and Evan Simko Bednarski. And I want to read this to you. Ukrainian officials claim to have on Earth a torture chamber used by Russian troops as yet more civilian bodies were discovered and recently liberated portions of Car Veve Province. It’s their second biggest city. You won’t hear this from the Putin toits. Which is a disgrace, the grisly news came as Russia’s President Vladimir Putin said he’d finalized his so-called annexation of a fifth of Ukraine, the Underseas Nations Defense Ministry, compared to harrowing scenes found in the newly liberated village of Pinski, Red Rad Kawecki to a mini Auschwitz. The ministry shared disturbing images, including some pictures of an abandoned gas mask supposedly put on the head of a victim who was covered with a smoldering rag and buried alive. Another image showed a plastic container with seemingly dozens of gold dental crowns pulled from victims teeth. It was found along with a sex toy that Russian troops used on villagers and captured Ukrainian forces in the terrible torture chamber, according to a local National Security Service Investigations chief, Serguei Bovin of. The disturbing finds are unbelievable. Neighbors constantly heard screams from there, he said. He said wires and ropes were also found in the basement of the village about 100 miles outside the city of Kharkiv. The police are well aware of the torture of being buried alive and the use of gas masks with a smoldering rag, he said, without detailing how many people are thought to have been tortured and killed. In other words, a gas mask. They forced it on people and then they put a smoldering rag over their heads and faces so they couldn’t breathe and they would then set them on fire. He shared a video of officers looking around the squalid basement where lines of blood appear to be scratched into walls. These are the conditions in which they were being held. They were tortured here. One of the men can be heard saying the national police of Ukraine also highlighted the fine as another torture chamber, the Russian occupiers after the occupation. Our police officers document here the war crimes. Locals were kept in inhumane conditions. People were intimidated, beaten, abused. He said on the east bank of the Askia River and on the southeast corner, the Kavi Province is among the most recently liberated villages in northern Ukraine. Similar tales of torture have greeted Ukrainian forces as they fought their way through the province in recent weeks. Ukraine’s prosecutor general, Andre Kostin, who was at a security conference in the Polish capital, Warsaw, Wednesday, told reporters four dead bodies have been found elsewhere in the province with signs of torture and extrajudicial killings. Two bodies were found in a factory with their hands bound behind their backs. Ukraine forces near the city had also found twenty four civilians dead in their cars, including 13 children and one pregnant woman in another village. On the banks of Asgeir, two more bodies were found shackled. The Ukrainian national police also highlighted a police station in another Kharkiv village. Which the occupiers, quote unquote, turned into their fortified base and tortured chamber for local residents, apparently is going on in town after town after town. The Russians were based here illegally detaining and abusing local residents. They said the Kremlin has repeatedly denied human rights. They have it on video. Vidya. The Russian leader sign the final paperwork to declare the four Ukrainian provinces as integral parts of Russia. Despite overwhelming evidence, the Kremlin has repeatedly denied human rights abuses or attacks on civilians in its so-called special military operation in Ukraine. Now, let me ask you folks a question on what network did you hear this story, Mr. Producer? Not one. None. I didn’t even see it on Media Matters or media, right? Not one. Here’s another one. Front page, front page Magnitka, Robert Spencer as women in Iran are shot down while fighting for their rights. The squad has little to say the ultimate betrayal. How many times have you heard this? None other than from front page Magen Robert Spencer. What’s happening in Iran is the biggest women’s rights protest ever in the Islamic world ever. The response from some of the leading feminists in the United States, Alexandria, Cosio, Cortez, Elián, Omar and Rashid Attali. But I might add, as far as I know, Taliban Omar, our fellow Muslims with these folks, has been strikingly muted. Each one has made what can be characterized at best as tepid pro forma responses, one that contrasts sharply with their statements and actions during the Trump administration. It looks as if each of these women regards Trump as a far greater threat to the women than the two women than the Islamic Republic of Iran, AOC tweeted on September. Twenty third, solidarity with the courageous women and allies in Iran protect protesting for their freedom. Masha Romney was senselessly murdered by the same patriarchal and autocratic forces repressing women. The world over the right to choose belongs to us all, from hijabs to reproductive care. She also tweeted and retweeted a tweet from Yasim Abdul Majid, a hijab wearing Muslim who writes In Australia, to be hijab or not, hijab is the business of no state or man solidarity with women resisting patriarchal control. Meanwhile, retweeted AOSIS statement and Omar retweeted Abdul Magids. That’s it. In terms of the public reaction to this trio, to the uprising for women’s rights in Iran. Neither ABC nor Abdul Majid was going to come close to anything. Saying something about Islamic law, although that’s exactly what the protests in Iran are all about, women there don’t want to live under Islamic law anymore. But both are far too committed to the fictional concept of Islamophobia, and so they both made it all sound patriarchy, that’s a much safer target for them as patriarchy exists all over, not just in Iran and not just among Muslims. So the very publicly practicing Muslims, Omar and Talib, could read tweet their statements without fearing that they would be accused of criticizing Islam. And there’s more, but I don’t need to get into it. Spencer is the director of Jihad Watch, a Silman fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center, author of 26 books. He’s well known. He’s very factual and he’s very brave fellow. The fact we haven’t heard much at all from the Democrats or the media, how many people saw anything on the news today about the woman being brutalized and everybody being brutalized who’s protesting the Islama Nazi regime in Tehran? I didn’t see a single story today, did you, Mr. Producer? Not on television. Oh, then it must not be happening. And it must not be happening. It’s just like Ukraine, those torture chambers that the Russians have used against, that’s not happening either. I mean, after all. What’s the problem? These people are frauds and phonies, they disgust me, absolutely disgust me, don’t they discussed you? You don’t get the news from the news, you don’t get the news from Andrea Mitchell. You don’t get the news from fake Tapper. You don’t get the news from the NBC Nightly News and the whole conga line of crackpots and morons over there at Salustri, you don’t get the news from ABC and CBS. Hour 1 Segment 4 Joe Biden is, well, many things, and most of it very negative, but among other things, he’s like an untrained mechanic. He opens the hood of the car, he touches around with the engine, car doesn’t work and he doesn’t know how to fix it. But he refuses to take it to a mechanic who is qualified and trained and can fix it. That’s what he’s doing to our country when it comes to oil. We know how to fix the problem, open up the leases. Let them drill. Have, in effect, a Manhattan project for energy. Oh, no, I don’t mean tilting at windmills. I mean doing what we know works. You know, that stuff you put in your vehicle. And that’s used in many cases to warm your home. That stuff, you know, fossil fuel was a genius development, genius development. That is the ability to develop something deep into the earth. And is something that’s useful to mankind, but then we have these clowns, these reprobates. These malcontents. They’re perfectly happy with the United States being a second or third class country. They don’t believe in the country in the first place. They don’t like our history in the first place. They spend their every waking moment attacking this country. That’s the Democrat Party and that’s their base and those are their surrogates in the media and elsewhere. So what if America falls behind China? So what if you pay more for fuel? So what if the borders are wide open? So what if you pensioners’ can’t pay? So what? So what? Everything we have, we got through colonialism and imperialism and. An injustice and slavery and so what? Serves America good to be a second or third rate country. What’s the problem? So what if he can’t get a car? So what if he can’t eat steak? So what? Five percent of the world’s population or less use 25 percent of the world’s resources, the great to quote Barack Obama. So you don’t think that way with regardless of your race, regardless of your of your station, your background, your experience, your education, your faith, you don’t think that way. You think like a normal person, which is work hard, be successful, take care of your family, take care of what’s yours. Acquire property. Do what you can. To have a prosperous life as prosperous as he can make it. You’re not sitting around hoping for and scheming to take down the country. Well, let me tell you something. Biden is in the Democrat Party are. That’s true, it’s not that the Democrats don’t know what to do when it comes to the price of fuel, they don’t want to do it. And so they want you to look 40 years from now, 100 years from now. Paint a picture of paradise. Paint a picture of paradise where 20 birds live with polar bears. For the oceans never rise and never recede or the temperatures always exactly seventy one point five degrees, we never get a sunburn. There’s no earthquakes, there’s no hurricanes, there’s no don’t no tornadoes where the earth is under control, we just need to pass more laws and restrict your living. We just need to do the things we need to do to control you. Forty years from now. Ten years from now. The world will be so fantastic, you may have to pay a price now, you may have to suffer now. There’s buying it an IBM at the IBM facility in Poughkeepsie, New York, today cut one go. War is going to change for the better in the next 10 years. That happened in the last 40 years. OK, so this is just a throwaway line. You probably got it from a fortune cookie to a Chinese restaurant. What does that mean? Doesn’t mean anything. But it sounds good. That’s what we call a demagogue, go ahead, inflection point in world history, that phrase inflection point. We’re always at an inflection point, ladies and gentlemen, world history to spend more money. Burn more debt. Impose this burden on future generations. Redistribute wealth, embrace more extreme examples of American Marxism. All kinds of fantastic, fantastic things will happen if you embrace economic socialism and reject market capitalism and voluntary behavior. Go ahead. Where the changes are going to take place in the next 10 years are going to fundamentally alter the way in which we look at the world and our place in the world. And I say this for this guy either has a plate in his head or needs a plate in his head. Now he’s Nostradamus. Look, look. Ten years from now, it will be everybody knows, 10 years from now, the world will be a different place, you idiot. That question is what kind of place? One that embraces liberty, one that promotes a vibrant economy, economic growth and opportunity. Oh, you know, one that’s in decline and unraveling. But what am I doing here? Where am I?
