On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, New York Attorney General Letitia James is attacking former President Donald Trump as a political stunt prior to her reelection to rile up her base. James is disgusting for abusing her power this way. She should be disbarred. Then, an FBI Whistleblower has come forward. Still, Democrats think the whistleblower law only pertains to leftists, so he’s been fired after suggesting that the Washington, DC bureau is maliciously politicized. Later, Donald Trump, Jr. calls in to share that he was dragged into a deposition with 12 attorneys from the Attorney General’s Office. Don Jr. says that there is no equal justice under the law anymore and this is more of the same witch hunt we’ve seen since Russia gate. Afterward, New York Attorney General candidate Michael Henry joins the show to discuss his campaign against Letitia James. Henry cites James’ anti-police stance is failing the state and offers a law-and-order alternative. Henry is statically tied with James in recent polling.

Hour 1 Segment 1

Well, it was my birthday yesterday, but that’s not why I was not here. I was not here because I was at the media research event in Washington, D.C. There are thirty fifth anniversary, even though it was my sixty fifth birthday and the great Brent Bozell and was a fantastic evening by all and just absolutely terrific. And the person who was honored in absentia or posthumously, I should say, was Rush Limbaugh. And that’s one of the big reasons I wanted to be there, as well as saying about my radio TV bodies and celebrating the Media Research Center, all the important work that it does for the mission of this country. And you can go to MRC and you can see so much of the activities that took place there. James called there and David Limbaugh, many, many others, my buddy Chris Plante. Larry O’Connor says it’s bad to go down this list, then you forget you don’t mention everybody else, Rick Santorum, Cal Thomas. Mark Meckler and of course, my beautiful wife and mother in law. And there was a birthday acknowledgement at the end of the event, I was shocked my wife was up to that and I want to thank her. I forgot to thank her when I was there. I was embarrassed, but I’m thanking her right now. Mr. Producer, on the air in front of millions. As you and I sit here, ladies and gentlemen, but you wouldn’t know it from most of the media in America. Oh, they do their hit and run stuff, but not much else, the people in Iran are rising up again. They’re trying to throw off the Islama Nazi regime that has murdered so many of their friends and family members that steals from them, that tortures them in the name of their faith, of course. And there are now clashes, Dubai, UAE, hapy between Iranian forces and protesters. And several protesters have been murdered. They capture these protesters. They bring them into the most horrific prisons and they torture them and they raped them and then they execute them, period. And what you have in Iran is also similar to what you have with Hamas or in the Palestinian territories with with Abbas. And that is these are not governments. One of the kind that you and I think of. These are mobsters. And what they do is they split up the economy among their various CONSIGLIO areas and they take control of it and of course, what they fear the most is an uprising by their people in the Biden administration helps all of them as the Iranian regime is slaughtering its own protesters. Slaughtering them, the Biden regime continues to negotiate with them and at the United Nations, he didn’t say squat when he gave a speech. We’re still backing the Palestinian Authority, even though it is a terrorist operation backed by the likes of Taleb and Omar A.S. and other Marxist reprobates in the Democrat Party. I mean, any group that says kill Jews and we’ll give you a pension. That sounds to me like a terrorist operation. I want you to be aware of what’s going on in Iran, it’s getting almost no coverage. This administration reminds me of the Obama administration decades ago, which was silent when there was an uprising of the people again. You can be assured if Donald Trump were president of the United States, he’d be taking full advantage of this and exploiting it, as would Ronald Reagan. Very, very important, but here we are sitting on our mouths, sitting on our hands, we don’t even give verbal support. To the men and women in the streets, so unbelievable what’s happened. Unbelievable. I want to talk to you about Letitia James. It’s not just a New York story, it’s a national story. This is an example of a radical leftist who gets a position of power, as they do in these Democrat states and Democrat cities. Then they use the law as Stalinists. To try and destroy people with whom they disagree. Teacher James, as they call her, is a Stalinist, in my view. She’s a Stalinist, as is the January 6th committee, a Stalinist operation. And when she ran for the attorney general position in New York, she said things that should have resulted in her being brought up before the. The New York bar. The highest court. Of New York and at its ethics committee, and she should have had her her license to practice law removed, you don’t run for office, ladies and gentlemen. On the on the campaign message of targeting an individual. That’s not what you do, and yet she did it and did it more than once. And we’re going to have her opponent, the Republican opponent, on this program. And our number three, Michael Henry, who’s neck and neck with her now as attorney general race in New York, it’s very important. It’s important because you got to send a message. To the Marxists, and this is what she said when she was running in part one go. Well, you see him for us over there, we’re going to be a real pain. Yes, I know my name personally. I love my mother. Probably does, but he built his wealth off the backs of New Yorkers. I need to focus on Donald Trump and these abuses. We need to follow his money. We need to find out where his laundered money. All of those transactions have happened here in New York City. Tell this president and every other individual that no one is above the law. He doesn’t care what issues are energized individuals who care about going after Donald Trump, that he has concluded it is closed and that basically stands for is in violation of our values. We are the only one running for attorney general because I will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president when our fundamental rights are at stake. Legal system where even the most powerful in the country cannot use a loophole to evade justice. We must do our job to ensure that the man currently occupying the Oval Office is held accountable to any and everything he has done. And she should be disbarred if any lawyers in New York filed any ethics complaints with the appropriate committee, their. And if not, why not? I’m curious, if not, why not? Because you should, in my humble opinion, anybody listening to this program who was a judge in New York is the reason why you haven’t filed an ethics complaint. Did you miss these? These campaign commercials and these news events, no, you didn’t. So why are you so gutless? Why are you so gutless? Any real prosecutors in New York who heard what I just played as a reason you’re not filing ethics complaints against. Teacher James. I’m quite serious. Now, everybody agrees, everybody, even the Trump haters, even the former disgruntled Trump employees like Bill Barr, among others, agree that this is a political hit all of them agree on. And is she going to get away with this? She’s running for re-election. She did this for that reason to try and fire up her base. Sort of a New York version of the January six committee. Now, here she was at a press conference yesterday, cut to go following a comprehensive three year investigation by my office, including witnesses, interviews with more than sixty five witnesses. Michael Cohen was their main witness, a man who’s been convicted on multiple counts of fraud, who served time in prison. He was disbarred and lost his law license. Who’s now on a jihad, a personal jihad against Donald Trump? But sounds like he’s completely unhinged. He’s their main witness. Go ahead, millions of documents that were submitted by Mr. Trump and others. I am announcing that today we are filing a lawsuit against Donald Trump for violating the law as part of his efforts to generate profits for himself, his family and his company. Now, let me tell you what actually happened. She’s attacking them. For overvaluing his wealth and the value of certain of his properties in order to get loans. One of the properties is Mar a Lago, I read this in in the filing, which he values at 75 million dollars. Which the Trump organization had apparently valued at 750 million dollars. There is no way that properties were 75 million dollars. It’s a massive estate right on the ocean. It’s a historic estate. It’s also a business. With membership. It’s probably worth a billion dollars. That’s seventy five million dollars, it’s not possible, it’s not possible. That may sound odd to many of you, but it’s true. It’s West Palm Beach. It’s the biggest property there. You’ve got many properties there that are going for 100 million, believe it or not. One hundred and fifty million. Two hundred million. That’s the most valuable property in West Palm Beach, Florida, which is has some of the wealthiest people in the world. I’m just giving you an example. Now, I want to ask you folks. When you place a value on your home. For tax purposes. The town or the county, they have assessors that go out and check it when you get on a mortgage, they have assessors, they go out. Didn’t you have assessors that checked your house, Mr. Producer? Banks do the same thing with businesses. These are big banks that do a lot of big business for billions and billions of dollars. They’re not even going to take the word of Donald Trump’s managers and executives on the value of anything. They’re going to check it out themselves. But that said. She’s way off. Which is exactly why they’re not bringing criminal charges. And so much of this is subjective, you might have an assessor who puts a certain value on a property, another value on a property, so to try and criminalize that is outrageous. For three years. She’s doing this because she’s running for re-election. She’s in an extremely close race, the polls show she’s slightly behind her Republican opponent who will be on this program. And our three. And she’s evil. She’s a pathetic, poisonous, cancerous hemorrhoid in the body politic. She’s evil. She could be a commentator, a host on Marcella’s three on the Constipated News Network. Cat three go. The complaint, which all of you should have a copy, is more than 280 pages long. Now, this is typical. I practiced law for a good long time. What they’ll do is they’ll throw two hundred and eighty pages at you. In fact, what I have found is the weaker the case, the more the pages. And the reason is to try and create the impression, particularly with you in the public, that there’s something very, very serious here. Why do you need two hundred and eighty pages? You don’t go ahead. Samples from 23 assets that were grossly and fraudulently inflated. So twenty three assets were grossly inflated and fraudulently inflated. No, they weren’t. And apparently every one of these loans is a good loan and has been either paid off or is being paid off more. When I return, I’ll be right back.

He’s running for attorney general of New York. Now, I also want to mention something else. The 11th Circuit Court, a three judge panel, they always say to Trump appointees and one Obama appointee. They ruled for the Department of Injustice when it comes to the issue of classified documents, that the lower court was overruled in that aspect of the lower court’s decision with respect to the. Special master, so the government continue to have access to the classified information and so forth, not the other information, the master will handle that. You know, ladies and gentlemen, let me show you how dishonest things get. The Trumper attorneys have argued, look, we can’t go into court right now and make our strongest case on declassification of documents because we cannot show our hand to the Department of Justice should the most outrageous act take place that they indict our client. And so the panel of the 11th Circuit Court says, well. Then we have nothing on the record that tells us. That this classified material was declassified and the special master says the same thing. So he will not review the classified materials. There’s a piece at PJ Media by Matt Margolis, who’s sharp as they come, and it’s entitled DOJ Claims Trump Did Not Declassified Documents. O’Reilly Last week, Biden’s Department of Justice claimed in a court filing that Trump did not formally declassify the documents that he had stored at Mar a Lago and requested a partial stay of the order to appoint a special master. Oversee the reviewing of the documents. On Wednesday, an appeals court agreed and granted the Biden administration access to the documents again, quote, In a stark repudiation of Donald Trump’s legal arguments, a federal appeals court on Wednesday permitted the Justice Department. This is yesterday to resume its use of classified records seized from the former president’s Florida state as part of its ongoing criminal investigation. So wrote the Associated Press that the ruling from a three judge panel of U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit amounts to an overwhelming victory for the Justice Department, clearing the way for investigators to continue scrutinizing the documents as they consider whether to bring criminal charges over the storage of top secret records at Mar a Lago. After Trump left the White House in lifting a hold on a core aspect of the department’s probe, the court removed an obstacle that could have delayed the investigation for weeks. For weeks. Wow. For weeks, the panel to argue there’s no evidence that any of these records were declassified. Really no evidence that any of the records were declassified. There’s some huge holes in this argument. For starters, Kash Patel, a former top Trump administration official, told Breitbart News in a phone interview in May that the documents were declassified and he was present for the declassification. And I would add, ladies and gentlemen, he said the same thing to millions of millions of you on my own show, Life, Liberty and Love in did you not? Mr. Producer called Trump declassified whole sets of materials in anticipation of leaving government that he thought the American public should have the right to read themselves, Patel explained. The White House counsel failed to generate the paperwork to change the classification markings, but that doesn’t mean the information wasn’t declassified, Patel added. I was with President Trump when he said we are declassifying this information, unquote. Now, should the department be so stupid as to charge the former president? Obviously, Patel will be a key witness. The article goes on. Then there’s the fact that on January 19, 20 21, President Trump released a presidential memorandum titled, quote, memorandum on declassification of certain materials related to the FBI’s CROSSFIRE hurricane investigation. So clearly, there’s documentation of the process showing that at the very least, documents related to CROSSFIRE hurricane were, in fact, declassified. The whole world knows this. Nobody’s hiding this, the whole world knows what I just told you. Whether from my show, whether from now PJ Media, whether from Breitbart, whether from Kash Patel, the whole world knows this. And then I have to hear John Thune, one of Mitch McConnell’s flunkies, say there’s a process for declassification. There’s a process for declassification. These Republicans who’ve been in Washington way too long. Way too long, don’t even embrace the Constitution because Mark’s argument has been from day one. You cannot ignore Article two. The president of the United States is the executive branch. We’re actually going to have judges now second guess that. That if he doesn’t follow some bureaucratic process. Then they talk about him stealing documents under the Presidential Records Act. Now, folks, the fact that the Department of Justice pulled the trigger and turned this into a criminal investigation in and of itself is outrageous, absolutely outrageous. It’s disgusting. Letitia James, disgusting, January six committee, disgusting. Now we have an FBI agent who’s come forward and so they’re trying to destroy him. You see, the whistleblower act only applies to leftists. It doesn’t apply to patriots like FBI agents who might come forward. And we have one that’s come forward and he’s talked to Bongino, he’s talked to others. He’s come forward and he said, look, the FBI has put out the word all over the country. You’re to classify as much of this stuff as you can as domestic terrorism, if you will, spread out the data, figure out some way to link it to January six, even though it has nothing to do with January six and then send SWAT teams out, make examples. This is what your government is doing. This is what the Federal Bureau of Investigation is doing, the Department of Justice is doing. Then they have this phony January six committee, oh, we’ve got more bombshells, we’re going to get them going. So they’ve got October surprises, they hope to flop out their. Now, I read more and more that Donald Trump is leaning against. Running for president, whereas weeks ago I thought he was leaning towards it, I have not spoken to him about this. This is not hand information. I’m telling you what I’ve read. So they are trying to impact and interfere with the presidential election process while they pretend to be protecting it. I sure as hell hope you heard my monologue last Sunday on Life, Liberty and Levin on Fox. I hope you did. The very, very important. But what this government’s pulling, but this prosecutors pulling in the U.S. attorney’s office, this guy, Matthew Graves. The entire senior appointees at the Department of Justice are utterly and completely radicals, radicals, every single damn one of them an Obama retread. They’re not driven by what’s best for the country or the rule of law, they’re ideologues just like this slob in the attorney general’s office in Albany, TESHA James. That’s right, a slob. So here’s to obvious instances, as pointed out by Margolis at PJ Media. We have one witness who says he saw him declassified and a memorandum dated January 19 where everything related to CROSSFIRE hurricane, that is the Russia crap was declassified. What’s wrong are the three judges on the panel, the 11th Circuit, deaf, dumb and blind, you ever see the three monkeys with their eyes covered? Is that what they are? Apparently, Department of Justice knows this, but they plow ahead because they’re not about justice. In the least, and then you have the former federal prosecutors, I don’t give an S for a former federal prosecutor, they’re a dime a dozen. There are thousands of them roaming the countryside. Some are great. Some are not great. And I can’t help. But if Bill Barr has a. Has a personal grievance against Trump. That’s not that’s not how I call things writes a stupid book. Too bad what is Bill Barr had to say, who cares? So what did Donald Trump do, according to Cash Patel? Has he been interviewed by the Department of Justice? Not that I’m aware of. Why not? Why not the memorandum on declassification of certain materials related to the FBI’s CROSSFIRE hurricane investigation? That’s the memorandum subject title. What happened to that? Just because it’s three judges, that is three lawyers on a panel doesn’t mean anything to me. It just doesn’t. I saw how the court and the judiciary failed us in 20 20 with serious federal constitutional questions that chose not to take up in the face of a rogue court, particularly in Pennsylvania, but in some other places, too. But it will be a very important opening statement then Kevin McCarthy, who wishes to be speaker, and we wish him to be speaker because we need to win the House. Has some very interesting points. He wants to make things that the Republicans are going to run on now. So they’ve put together what is effectively their own Contract with America and they call it commitment to America. And we want to go through that as well as other questions. And then we have the great Joe Concha. I call him Mr. Media because he knows more about the media than most people. And Joe Concha will be on the program and he has discovered new things about Joe Biden. And that should be very, very important as well. So I think it’s going to be a very powerful program. And look, I know a lot of you are still now like to watch football. You can DVR the program. You can set it now well in advance. I do think it’s a very, very important show. And we intend to have or we will have Don Junior on in about 25 minutes. And then the next our third hour, we will have the person that we hope who we hope will defeat TESHA James. In the in the attorney general position in New York and folks, this is the way we have to fight back, we have to push back. She should have a slew of ethics complaints filed against her by now. That’s what the Democrats do to Republican lawyers. And I mean and to beat down Trump like this and then watch these former disgruntled Trump employees to pile on, many of them as grifters, writing books are going on The View or whatever. It’s disgusting to me. It’s the worst side of humanity. The only people who put out information about the classified documents are the people leaking the information from the Department of Justice. Isn’t that amazing? And then you have former federal prosecutors commenting on things they don’t even know, they’ve never, ever even handled a case like this. I remember when I would go on television in the late 1990s, like 98, 99 on FOX, on MSNBC, on CNN. And that’s when these stations, MSNBC and CNN, were real news stations. And I’d be on these debates would typically be two, three, four panelists against me, all of them former prosecutors, former defense counsel. This form of that, I was the only one that ever handled these independent counsel cases. They didn’t know their ass from a hole on the ground. It just went on and on and on like it does now.
