On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden attempted to silence free speech by nominating Gigi Sohn to the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) to control the airwaves and destroy conservative talk radio. Sohn says she will shackle broadband providers and censor Fox News by preventing cable providers from carrying the network. If confirmed, Sohn will likely end free speech on the airwaves unless patriots speak up. Then, in March of 2017 when this program deduced from publicly available reports that candidate Trump had been spied on, we were attacked yet it turned out to be true. Despite the top intelligence and law enforcement officials being aware of these false claims they still injected them into their spheres of influence. Newly declassified memos show that current National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan delivered some of this false information to then-President Obama and others in the White House. This whole scheme was hatched by Hillary Clinton, the Obama Administration, and the Democrat National Committee and truly is the greatest insurrection in American history. Later, columnist Julie Kelly calls in with an update on the pretrial detention of the January 6th political prisoners. It’s nonsensical to think that the FBI was not involved since the FBI had so many informants inside of these various groups. It’s interesting to note that AG Garland wouldn’t comment on this when questioned in Congress. Was this attack actually instigated by the feds? Meanwhile, it seems abundantly clear that Kyle Rittenhouse did not murder anyone. In fact, the government’s star witness (a communist sympathizer) made the self-defense case for the prosecution. Afterward, former White House Press Secretary and author Sean Spicer joins the show to discuss his new book “RADICAL NATION: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s Dangerous Plan for America.” Spicer added that America can become radicalized right under our noses if citizens don’t pay attention and take action.

A number of things happening, ladies and gentlemen, that I want to make you aware of. The Biden administration wants to place on the Federal Communications Commission somebody who wants to destroy conservative talk radio. Somebody who wants to target the Fox News Channel. And here it is, the Wall Street Journal editorial media sensor for the FCC nominee Gigi Sohn. That’s my last name. So HLN wants more government control of the airwaves. I told you. That these people are Marxists. When I worked in the Reagan administration. The push was for less government control the airwaves, so you had a massive deregulation of the media. But of course, under Biden, things work the other way, negotiations over the multitrillion dollar spending bill are consuming Washington, but Biden’s effort to supercharge the regulatory state is also steadily advancing. The latest example, his nomination of progressive partisan. I don’t know why they can’t call these people what they are. American Marxist Gigi Sohn Associates and the Federal Communications Commission. The White House last month hailed her as one of the nation’s leading public advocates for open, affordable and democratic communications networks. Translation She favors deploying the agency’s regulatory power to shackle broadband providers and silence conservative voices. Sonde found the left wing group Public Knowledge and its long sought more government control of the Internet and media, she was a counselor to Obama, FCC chair, radical leftist Tom Wheeler, and was a driving force behind the so called net neutrality regulation that classify broadband providers as common carriers under Title two of the Federal Communications Act of 1934. Now, the Werlin rule banned broadband carriers from charging heavy bandwidth consuming websites like Netflix and Facebook more to carry their content. The enormous regulatory uncertainty caused broadband investment to decline, though it picked up after the FCC scrapped the rule. But Sann Association supports making the Wheeler rule even more burdensome. She told the media site PSINet last year. I’m not advocating for just reinstating old rules, we need to push for FCC authority to adopt policy to handle issues like zero rating and data caps. Marxists want the government to regulate broadband rates like electricity prices and sondes musings suggest she be on board. She also hinted at deploying the agency’s regulatory power to censor conservative media and revive a version of its mooted Fairness Doctrine. For all my concerns about Facebook, I believe that Fox News has had the most negative impact on our democracy, she tweeted last year. It’s state sponsored propaganda with few, if any, opposing views, quote unquote. Nissan seems to believe that the state is endorsing conservative speech by allowing cable companies to carry it. She also suggested using the FCC s power over broadcast licenses to censor conservative outlets after Tribune Broadcasting abandoned its merger with the conservative leaning Sinclair Broadcast Group. In twenty eighteen, she declared, and I quote. Today is a good day for every American who believes that diversity of voices in the media is better for our democracy and urged the federal government through the FCC to, quote, look at whether Sinclair is qualified to be a broadcast licensee at all, unquote. She could also use the agency’s power to block mergers that expand conservative media’s reach. Left wing activists have petition the FCC to block the sale of a Spanish language radio station in Miami to conservative leaning America TV network, which Democratic Congress members suggest in a letter to the agency wasn’t operating the quote unquote, public interest and might a propagandised election misinformation, in other words. The American Marxists, their media, their Democrat party, their bureaucrats, their would be bureaucrats want to control speech. They want to control the press, which they control. Ninety eight percent as it is. They want to snuff out Fox in a Newsmax. They want to snuff out and undermine conservative talk radio. And this is the point of the spear. Gigi Sohn. And Chen. And her nomination is before the United States Senate next week. The FCC is currently split two to two, if she’s confirmed, Democrats will move quickly on the progressive agenda, a.k.a. markson’s agenda. Mr. Biden has also recommended Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel. Now she’s bad enough. She’s a radical kook, but san. Sun is a nutjob. Nissan’s strident partisanship would disqualify her from serving as an officer of an independent agency with so much power to control the public airwaves. There’s also a risk that Biden could designators chair after she’s confirmed, as he did with radical Lynagh con on the Federal Trade Commission. The Senate Commerce Committee plans to hold a confirmation hearing for son next week, and senators of both parties need to ask her some tough questions. So, ladies and gentlemen. Ladies and gentlemen. I would strongly encourage you. To call mansions offense and cinemas office all over the country. And tell them, of course, not to support the fundamental transformation of the greatest country on the face of the Earth, being pushed by Sanders and AOC, any other Stalinists, by the way, the phrases I’m using now are ubiquitous on talk radio. So I want to thank the bank Petch. Keep it up, baby, keep it up. But ladies and gentlemen, they need to also be told that you want an objective independent Federal Communications Commission and that Gigi Sohn Association that Gigi Sohn must be defeated. She must be defeated. She has no right. To sit on the FCC. And to use the authority like she’s a Stalinist. Against free speech and freedom of the press. So you see the difference between a Reagan administration and a Biden and Obama. Reagan wanted to open up debate, he wanted to open up. The exchange of ideas. Because that’s what we believe in, that’s what the founders believed in, but not the radical left in America, the American Marxists. The FCC is enormously powerful. Ladies and gentlemen, enormously powerful. And if you like watching Fox Areon or Newsmax or you like listening to this program and conservative talk radio, you best contact mansion and cinema and make it abundantly clear that this radical extremist. Must be rejected because somebody in the Biden administration is trying to shut down free speech and freedom of communication. It’s bad enough what’s going on in this country with The New York Times and The Washington Post, but that constipated news network and I myself stay with CBS and ABC and NBC, it’s bad enough. That they refuse to even acknowledge that half or more of the country shares beliefs different than theirs. But this woman will unleash war. Against speech, she’s a censor, she’ll unleash a war. Against cable programming that you like to unleash a war. Against conservative talk radio, she must be defeated, she must be stopped. I’ll be right back.

He’s from St. Paul, I believe it was March 5th, 2017, when I did a radio show using exhibits. Exhibits from the public media. Piecing together. What was an effort, a really domestic espionage and sabotage? Again, what was the Trump campaign and then the Trump presidency? You remember that? And you remember how I came under attack with very few friends in this business defending me, a couple at very. And. That’ll be five years come March. And the reason was. They knew that they were lying. They knew that they were covering up. They knew that they were doing the Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden. Plan. Russia collusion was hatched by the Clinton campaign in collusion with the Obama administration. That now is abundantly clear. Then it’s abundantly clear. These people are sleazeballs, look at Jeff Zukerberg using over 400 million dollars to try and effectively influence the election. They don’t play by the rules. And yet here we have a January six commission trying to take in as many people as possible. This is tyranny. Moving aggressively towards totalitarianism. I want to read something from Sean Davis, who is terrific over at the Federalist. And he wrote this the other day. I believe it was Sunday, maybe Monday. Over at the Federalist, the U.S. intelligence officials were so concerned heading into the 2016 election that the Russians were aware of potentially manipulating Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s plans to smear Donald Trump as a Russian agent, that they personally briefed President Barack Obama on the matter. Newly classified CIA documents show CIA officials also requested the FBI investigate Russia knowledge of the Clinton campaign’s collusion smear operation. So Barack Obama knew from day one that this was phony. Brennan knew from day one that this was phony. They knew it was phony. And they knew that this was coming from the Clinton campaign. Newly declassified handwritten notes from former CIA Director John Brennan show that the U.S. intelligence community knew in 2016 that Russian intelligence was actively monitoring and potentially in injecting disinformation into Clinton’s anti Trump collusion narrative. The intelligence concerning Russia’s knowledge of Clinton’s campaign plans was so concerning to Brennan and other national security officials. That they personally informed Obama of the matter in the Oval Office in the summer of 2016, that handwritten notes from Brennan were declassified by Director of National Intelligence DNI John Ratcliffe and provided to Congress on Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday afternoon. Brennan was all over TV pushing this narrative, wasn’t he? Obama was all over the place pushing this narrative about the Russians, the Clinton campaign and their media. This is the biggest fraud ever committed against the American people ever. You talk about an insurrection. This was an insurrection, according to the declassified notes, Brennan and U.S. intel community knew months prior to the 2016 election that the collusion smear was the result of a campaign operation hatched by the campaign of Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. We’re getting additional insight into Russia activities from Redact Brennan’s handwritten notes state site alleged approval by Hillary Clinton on 26 July of a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security services. You know who that foreign policy adviser was, ladies and gentlemen? We now know today Jake Sherman. The national security adviser who currently serves, who currently serves under Joe Biden. The notes appear to have been prepared by Brennan to memorialize a meeting he held in the White House with the president, his top national security advisers. Included in Brennan’s notes are the responses of other participants in the briefing, including those of former White House National Security Adviser Susan Rice, former White House chief of staff Denis McDonough. Former DNI James Clapper for those responses are redacted. This is what we need a commission to investigate. At one point, Obama asked whether there was any evidence of collaboration between the Trump campaign and Russia, but any response that may have been recorded in Brennan’s notes is redacted. Moreover, the CIA and other intelligence agencies also suspected early on that many of the key claims underpinning the collusion narrative could themselves be the product of deliberate Russian disinformation. Last week, Ratcliffe released a declassified memo based in part on Brennan’s notes, noting that Russian intel was aware of the Clinton campaign’s plan. Let me get the data this correct because I blew it. This is last year, October 2020. I’m just underscoring this right now. Well, the Clinton campaign hired Christopher Steele, a foreign agent in the pocket of sanctioned Russian oligarch, to concoct a dossier of allegations against Trump. The primary source of most of the salacious and damning allegations of treasonous collusion came from a suspected Russian spy named Igor Chanko. Who has since been indicted? So the just to understand, this was released last year, the documents obtained Chanko in the Sussman. Michael Sussman, a partner of Mark Elias. Now we have this guy, Jake Sherman, the national security adviser, in other words, ladies and gentlemen, this entire fraud, this entire fraud that went on for years, that involved a criminal investigation, that involved Democrat hearings, that involved a poisonous, corrupt anti American media, was all hatched by Hillary Clinton, the DNC and the Obama administration. I keep saying Jake Sherman, it’s Jake Sullivan, of course. And here’s the piece in today’s New York Post. President Biden’s national security adviser, Jake Sullivan, is referred to in one of the indictments obtained by John Daum and his investigation into the origins of the Russia probe of former President Donald Trump. Fox News reports. The revelation, which echoed a September piece by Post columnist Paul Sperry, Impulse Perry is a tremendous journalist, immediately raised questions about Sullivan’s future in the White House. I don’t think so. The probably promote him, Sullivan is unnamed, but Fox cited two well-placed sources who identified him as the foreign policy adviser referenced in the charges against former DNC lawyer Michael Susman. And the development marks the closest the dorm has come to anyone directly associated with a Biden administration. No, no, no, no, that’s not correct. Barack Obama Barack Obama knew about this in 2016. Sussman’s indictment details how an unnamed Clinton campaign lawyer exchanged emails with the Clinton campaign manager, communications director and foreign policy adviser concerning the Russia Bank, one allegations that Sussman recently shared with an unnamed reporter. This is citing sources who identified Sullivan as the unnamed foreign policy adviser, Sperry’s Post column further suggests that he may have committed perjury during closed door congressional testimony in December 2017. Nunez, the then ranking member of the Intelligence Committee, said It seems like a lot of the key Russian hucksters fall upward and got promotions in. The Biden administration of Jake Sullivan was involved in the hoax. He should come clean and give a full, honest account of his role, but I won’t hold my breath that time. Sullivan reportedly denied knowing any specific details about the campaign’s opposition research efforts or that Sussman’s law firm was working for the campaign until October of that year. During Tuesday’s White House press briefing, Deputy press idiot Karen Gene Palmer was asked if there’s any conflict here that would preclude Sullivan from being able to carry out his duties. She was unaware of the Fox report, which had yet to post at the time and declined to comment. She was also asked about the largely discredited dossier of opposition research on Trump compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele, one of whose sources, Russian analyst Igor Tenancingo, was arrested in connection with the Dawn probe. I refer you to the Department of Justice. I’m not going to comment on that from here. The Department of Justice wouldn’t return requests, request for comment. This is the greatest scandal, the greatest coup effort, the greatest insurrection effort in modern American history, they can talk about January six all they want. This came from the top. This is one of the reasons Liz Cheney wants nothing to do about this, has never asked to look into this ever. Instead, they’re subpoenaing more people. More people around Donald Trump. They’re not trying to get the facts they’re trying to create. A non-existent scandal around the president. For which there’s already criminal investigations going on, not one of them is pulled him in. But listen to what was done by Hillary Clinton, the DNC. Listen to what was done by the Obama administration and Obama himself was well aware of this and played stupid the whole time. It is amazing. And of course, Biden didn’t have to play stupid, but he was aware of this to. And these people were on TV. Pushing this conspiracy theory, pushing. On TV, pushing the conspiracy theory when Brennan and Clapper knew there was nothing to it. In fact, their own agencies were concerned. That the Russians were spinning and giving information to the Clinton campaign to use against Trump, you know, it never made sense to me here. I said, why would the Russians. One, Hillary Clinton is president and excuse me, why wouldn’t the Russians want Hillary Clinton as president? Why would they prefer? Donald Trump has never made any sense because Hillary, like Biden, gives them anything they want. So this is an amazing thing. Now that we have clips of that May 5th radio show, don’t we, Mr. Producer? But I’m trying to remember they’re fairly extensive, aren’t they? So it was before May 5th. Excuse me, March, March 2nd or 3rd. Why don’t we see if we can find that and let me know how long those hard but in the meantime. In the meantime, Morgan Ortigas was on The View. Filling in for somebody and there was Adam Schiff. And I want you to listen to this, because this is important. Cut 11 go. You’ve been really prolific over the past two years, being the head of the intel committee and you’ve defended, promoted, you even read into the Congressional Record, the Steele dossier. And we know last week the main source of the dossier was indicted by the FBI for lying about most of the key claims in that dossier. Do you have any reflections on your role in promoting this to the American people? Well, first of all, whoever lied to the FBI or lied because we still should be prosecuted and they are. And unlike in the Trump administration, if they’re convicted, they should go to jail, not be pardoned. So Donald Trump pardoned Roger Stone for lying. He pardoned Michael Flynn for why this is called creating a distraction. She asked about him. Go ahead to go to jail, but at the beginning of our investigation, I said that any allegations should be investigated. We couldn’t have known, for example, people were lying to Christopher Steele. So it was proper to investigate them. And let’s not forget what we learned in that investigation. We learned that the Trump campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, was giving internal polling data, campaign polling data to Russian intelligence while Russian intelligence was helping the Trump campaign. To be clear, he was fired halfway through the campaign. Well, he may have been fired. How was he? How was Russian intelligence helping the Russia the Trump campaign? I’m just curious now Joe Biden gives them a pipeline. Seems to me that’s worse than giving polling data, isn’t it, Mr.. But nonetheless, go ahead, continued and even beyond the effort to get Russian help, but you also take it on yourself for years by promoting this. I think that’s what Republicans and what people entrusted you as the intel committee chair are so confused about your culpability in all of this. Well, I completely disagree with your premise. It’s one thing to say allegations should be investigated. And they were it’s another to say that we should have foreseen in advance that some people were lying to Christopher Steele, which is impossible, of course, to do. But but let’s not use that as a smokescreen to somehow shield Donald Trump’s culpability for inviting Russia to help him in the election, which he called for inviting Russia to help him in the election. He was mocking the whole attack on him. Just look how this guy, Sabbahi, he should be working for the old KGB. Sometimes you wonder if he isn’t. Look at the spin. So Trump says if the Russians want to help me, they can help me or something to that effect as a as a mocking joke about the harassment he’s dealing with, that the Russians are involved. The Russians are involved. It’s came flat out of the Clinton campaign. The funding for the dossier came flat out of the Clinton campaign and the DNC. Hillary Clinton and advisers around her were involved in this. One of them now an adviser to Biden, they knew it was a lie. Brennan knew it was a lie. Clapper knew it was a lie. You have to believe these senior officials at the FBI who wanted to take out Trump, they knew it was a lie. And you wonder why Trump tweeted the way he did and lashed out the way he did against his enemies. Imagine if you were treated like this. Then they have a criminal investigation against a man who didn’t do anything. Nothing, nothing. They drag his kids through depositions. They did nothing, absolutely nothing. Then they want his tax records. He did nothing. The Democrat Party. The Obama administration, the media in America, the iron triangle of totalitarianism and tyranny, they’re the ones who did this and dragged the American people through it day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year. And listen to this for. Go ahead. We’re trying to coerce Ukraine into helping them in the next election, which he did into inciting an insurrection, insurrection, which he did, none of that is undercut. None of that serious misconduct is in any way diminished by the fact that people lied to Christopher Steele. No, I think just your credibility is. I think the credible your question of credibility, of your question, isn’t that good for her? She nailed him. She nailed him. Outstanding. I mean, really, folks. This is the greatest fraud. Fraud ever committed on the American people, and it took the Obama administration using federal law enforcement and intel agencies, as well as the Oval Office crowd. It took the Democrats in Congress who were in on it. And the Hillary Clinton campaign, she has to be the sleaziest human being. On the face of the earth, always involved in. You know, Joe Biden says the American people don’t really understand how the supply chain works, and my friend Jen, she reminded me of how many times I have played the. The six minute clip I pencil on this program over the course of almost 20 years. That we, in fact, do understand how the supply chain works, it’s that Biden and his ilk. Have no comprehension of how a pencil is made or anything else, for that matter. None. None. We have a guest next hour. Her name is Julie Kelly. She writes that American greatness and she’s very much hated by the. Corrupt, phony media in this country because she’s done more reporting and better reporting than anybody else and what’s going on? With the detainees, the January six detainees, and she should be getting a Pulitzer Prize. Which raises the question the Pulitzer Prizes were handed out to reporting on Russia collusion. Will they be returned? Because if they’re not, they’re in essence. The same as a scarlet letter. For these corrupt bastards in the media that pushed this agenda, how many times did we hear the legal analysts tell us that an indictment was on the way? How many times did we hear the legal analysts refer to the dossier? How many times do we hear from the legal analysts that Trump was obviously paid off by the Russians and he wasn’t being tough on the Russians? As Hillary Clinton. SAT there with that stupid and trying look on her face. I actually feel sorry for Bill Clinton, you want to know the truth, but that’s a whole nother story. As Klaper and Tapper. And Rudolph and whatever. As they sat there and they knew these were lies, as Obama sat there, I knew these were lies, as Biden sat there and knew these were lies, Comi knew they were lies. Every one of these bums should be rounded up. They’re the ones who should be getting subpoenas. They’re the ones who should be compelled to testify. That is the greatest insurrection in modern American history. Led by the Democrat Party, by the Obama administration, through and through, by Hillary Clinton and the miscreants and malcontents she surrounded herself with, that’s the greatest insurrection. That’s the greatest insurrection. There is Liz Cheney, I’ve come to detest her. And they all the other members of this committee. This is a select committee selected personally by the Democrat speaker of the House. Eva Stretch Pelosi. Selected by the committee following her orders. Following her orders. To go after Donald Trump yet again, to go after the people around him yet again, to bankrupt them with legal fees yet again. And what is the closest thing to a Stalinist response? That we’ve ever seen in this country ever. That’s what’s taking place now. It’s really quite unbelievable, actually. And yet it is what it is.
