On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show: It’s time to go on the offensive about birthright citizenship. Congress has the broadest power under the Constitution to pass a statute and put an end to birthright citizenship; they have the final say and it’s time they did something. It’s amazing how people push birthright citizenship policy and pretend the Constitution is on their side and we’re the ones that have to amend it, when in reality it’s the other way around. Mark is joined by Professor Edward Erler, Senior Fellow for the Claremont Institute, to discuss birthright citizenship and the 14th Amendment. Also, one of the side deals to the Iran nuclear agreement has been leaked, and it allows Iran to self-inspect nuclear sites. Even worse: John Kerry was briefed on the deal and endorsed it, probably without even reading it. Later, Hillary Clinton revealed more classified information than Edward Snowden. Her unsecure server made top secret information accessible to the entire internet, including foreign enemies. The longer this goes on and the wider the scandal becomes it’s time for a grand jury to take charge of the investigation.
