On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, most tariff coverage reflects the views of Washington, D.C., or New York, overlooking fishermen, ranchers, and farmers who applaud the tariffs—a clear sign of the media’s government and urban bias. Trump’s talent as a dealmaker is perpetually underestimated. Additionally, it’s fortunate that four Supreme Court justices remain steadfast. No delegate or ratifier of the Constitution would have endorsed a document allowing a single judge, like Judge Boasberg, to wield power in such a manner. Also, the Israeli Supreme Court decided to freeze the firing of Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar until further notice. This court is disregarding the sovereignty of the people, using Stalinist tactics to undermine the elected Prime Minister, and being supported by Marxist-Islamist protesters and a radical media, all while posing as justices. This is a global embarrassment. Later, Retired Police Lieutenant Douglas Deaton calls in to explain that he warned Texas officials about the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) establishing a Sharia-compliant “mega-city” near Dallas. His testimony during a Collin County Commissioners Court hearing exposed EPIC’s ties to Sharia advocacy, prompting Texas Governor Greg Abbott to order state investigations, including a Texas Rangers criminal probe. Afterward, Iran’s fanatical fundamentalist Islamists have threatened our country with death again and again. Those who appease Iran, smear those who are clearheaded about Iran, and lie to the American people about what is truly at stake are the worst kind of demagogues — mouthpieces for an enemy that has declared its intentions. Iran’s leaders are the warmongers and those who lie for them are warmongers as well. Finally, Douglas Murray calls in to discuss his new book: On Democracies and Death Cults: Israel and the Future of Civilization.

Hello, America. Mark Levine here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. I’ll tell you what’s interesting. Tariffs are no tariffs. Most of the reporting on tariffs is done from the perspective of newsrooms, the perspective of Capitol Hill, the perspective of Washington, D.C., or New York or L.A. and so forth and so on. Not from the perspective of fishermen. Farmers. Ranchers. And so many others. Who are praising the tariffs. Again, whatever your view on tariffs. It just shows you how. Government centric and city centric. The media are in this country. It just goes to show you and something’s happening now that you see. We talked about it a little bit yesterday that that, of course, the critics never anticipated, which is now we have over 70 countries knocking on the door of the United States trying to negotiate deals on these tariffs. Trump is always underestimated as a dealmaker. Always underestimated. Look, you don’t always have to agree with him. I don’t always agree with him. But the fact of the matter is, we’ve never seen anything like this. We just have never seen anything like this. And we will find out how this turns out by looking back. But I think it’s going to turn out pretty well as long as he keeps the pro-growth agenda and he clearly is committed to it. Apparently, there are people on Capitol Hill, the old rhinos and the ruling class republics. Hey, I have an idea. What? What if we just increase taxes on the rich a little bit and see, this is what Reagan would not accept, the Marxist pablum. The class warfare crap. I spent time over the weekend and spent time here talking about the real figures when it comes to Trump’s first tax cuts and the impact on the various tax brackets. And the fact is, all this talk about tax cuts for billionaires, the billionaires got the least of it. Now, you might think that’s great. I don’t much care. My point is not to screw people. Not to attack successful people. Not to attack American businesses, which affects our employees and our industrial heartland and all the rest of it. I want American America to succeed. Not part of America, not some Marxist class. That set up. As part of America. I want all Americans. To do well. Maybe there’s a billionaire industry out there that creates life saving drugs. So why should they be taxed more? I’m just saying, it just doesn’t make any sense to me. We have the highest corporate income tax rates in the free industrial world. We have higher corporate income tax rates than they have in communist China. How does that help America? How does that help the employees of these companies? How does that help investors, those of you of our IRAs? It doesn’t help you at all. The Democrats do this because not only are they of the Marxist class warfare variety. But they do this because it’s propaganda. They get you worked up and get you upset while they screw you. That’s that’s the bottom line. I told you, this battle is not between the rich and the poor in this class and that class. This battle is between the ruling elite, the establishment, and we the people. That’s what this battle is about. That’s the battle that’s taking place right now in all sectors of our country, whether it’s the government, whether it’s the private sector, whether it’s the border. The battle is between the ruling class and we the people. It’s not an economic battle based on Marxist class warfare models. It is an American battle between American Marxists. Who have and I call them American Marxists who have sort of tailor made Americanized Marxism. That’s what it is. Now pull back on it. So I’m not going to waste your time about it here. Now, let’s talk about the courts. Thank God for our Supreme Court. And let me be more specific for members of the court in particular, John Roberts has been carrying his weight. He deserves kudos for it. But there’s four who’ve never bent. Clarence Thomas, Sam Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. They do not bend. They understand the Constitution. They understand how it’s supposed to work. They understand that the judges under them are not supposed to run the country. We’ll have nothing but anarchy mixed with tyranny. That’s what we’ll have. And I just want to underscore the fact that this is not what our Constitution provides for. This is not what was debated in Philadelphia. This is not what was debated in the state capitals at the state ratification conventions. There’s not a single delegate. Well, maybe one Hamilton, but really not any and not a single in the states ratify. Who would have agreed to a constitution. That empowered judges. Single judges to conduct themselves this way. And the only fallback the. The legal analysts on TV have. Is Marbury versus Madison in 1803, which was a bogus decision. You read your Constitution. Read it. It’s short. You will not find judicial review. They call it an implied power. Wait a minute. There’s the Constitution. Talk about implied powers. No, the Constitution talks about expressed powers. Express powers. Stay with me. Now there’s a clause. Clause 18. In Article one. The Constitution. The necessary and proper close we call it. S.E.. A certain proper cloth. So you know what the the modern the elastic clause. The elastic clause. You know what elastic does? Necessary and proper. So Congress has the power. To pass laws that they believe are necessary. Prop it. That’s not what it says. Congress doesn’t have carte blanche, can pass laws on anything they want. There’s nothing elastic about the clause. The whole constitution is built and constructed. In a certain mindset. Necessary and proper. Has nothing to do with carte blanche in creating legislation. It means that Congress or for that matter, the executive. Have the power. To use the means necessary and proper. To uphold a specific delegated power that they’ve been granted under the Constitution. The means, the necessary and proper means to uphold the Constitution. To exercise their delineated authority. To read it any other way is to destroy the entire construct of the Constitution. Separation of powers. Balance of power. The 10th Amendment and federalism. Later, which was added by the first Congress. And they took that very seriously. It would mean that there’s no restraint on Congress. It’s like. Judicial review, where Marshall, the chief justice, claimed that the Supreme Court had judicial review. It didn’t use the phrase, but that’s what he said. And implied power. It’s implied. I mean, if the court has the power to make decisions, that is to look at the various disputes, it has to have the power to make a final determination. But that’s not what the Constitution says. It says nothing about such an implied power. It says nothing about judicial review, nothing. And so these two things alone. They claim that Congress has implied powers. Basically to legislate on anything at once. Is a lie. And number two, that the Supreme Court has the implied power to have the final decision as another lie. Now, that’s the way it’s worked out. That’s what’s happening. But it’s a lie. Now, Mark, why are you getting in all this history? Number one, I like it. Number two, I think you’ll like it. But number three, it applies to these district courts. In the case of Marbury, we’re talking about a Supreme Court. Congress passes, the judiciary acts as is it as it has throughout our history, and creates these courts. The idea that a single judge in Washington, D.C., or Seattle, Washington, or Boston, Massachusetts, and Providence, Rhode Island, or Manhattan in New York, are you decide. Can issue an edict. Like a dictator. Not only outside his or her district, but applied to the entire nation and impose it on a president under a threat of contempt. Is so outrageous. It is so incongruous with the would the Constitution of the United States. It’s appalling. And we literally have three Supreme Court justices, the radical Democrats. The Three Stooges on the left and Barrett. Who don’t see it that way. Barrett uses sort of procedural arguments, sleight of hand, you know, to throw in with the libs. But it is what it is. And the fact is that she’s not only unreliable, she’s becoming more reliable for the left. I warned you about her before. Anybody else. Right here behind this microphone. Now people are wringing their hands. Great. Where were they three years ago? Nowhere. We have led this battle, you and me, behind this microphone and then on Fox and on Blaze. To get these courts under control. And I’ve done it not because I have power to do it, but because it’s the power of argument. It’s the power of explanation. It’s the power of history. That is the strength of talk radio. That is the strength of having the platforms that I use. The power to explain and persuade. And to encourage activists. Among the people, judges and justices who take an oath. To do their jobs. That’s why free speech is so important and why the left hates it. That’s why this format of conservative talk radio is so important, which is why the left is constantly trying to put it out of business. But we are the this program reaches all over the world in every corner of the country. You know, the media put out this this phony magazine, Talkers magazine, their phony list, I should say, and even say we’re not sure. You know, it’s based on our experience bull crap. This show is either the biggest or the second biggest in the world. Our weekend show on FOX. Is a powerhouse. It is. We go up against. March Madness. We go up against Sunday Night Football. We go up against it, baby, because we’re on 8 p.m. Eastern time, Saturday and Sunday. Pounding, pounding. We make our case. Make our case. And if it wasn’t for you and other Americans, patriotic America concerned about this country, concerned about your family, protecting your faith. I wouldn’t be here, I. Now. I wouldn’t. This should give you a lot of hope. Now we don’t rest on our laurels. These battles are constant. You know, I love these people say, and the never wars. Here’s the problem. They never ending wars a never ending for a reason. Often. That’s because of the incompetence of a commander in chief or the imprudent decisions of a commander in chief. But let’s not fool ourselves. The battle between good and evil will never end. Those of you who are of faith, regardless of your faith, you know this to be true. It’s in the Torah. It’s in the Bible. It’s in the Koran. The battle against evil. Is never ending. It’s a never ending war. That’s what it is. You have modern day secularists. Or. Buffoons who have microphones, who have platforms, who go on and on and on telling you. That all we need to do. It’s pretty quiet. All we need to do is back off. All we need to do is not be this or not be that. They don’t understand good versus evil. Because if they’re right. Evil will cover this planet and there’ll be no pushback. I’ll be right back.
Segment 2
Here we be. We be here with the look of what’s going on with the Israeli Supreme Court. It’s our court in ten years, I think, Mr. Producer. I think we’ve posted that now. If you look at the last post I made, you have the Israeli Supreme Court that has just put a stay on the prime minister’s right to fire his equivalent of an FBI director. This would be a man who was the equivalent of an FBI director, the Israeli domestic security forces, who didn’t see October 7th. And if he did, he didn’t tell the prime minister about it. And Netanyahu seeking to fire him after a report came out and the Supreme Court steps in and says, I’m sorry, we have to look at this more carefully. The Supreme Court of Israel has no authority to do that. But it did it anyway because there’s no restraint. I’ll be right back.
Segment 3
I am well aware of the power of propaganda, particularly in the hands of a 99.9% monopoly media. And when I say monopoly media, I mean ideologically monopoly media. There’s simply no question if you read freedom and freedom of the press, the extent to which the Democrat Party is the media and the media are the Democrat Party, there’s simply no question. And so you either have people who fight this and I don’t mean physically, violently, but fight it from the bottom up. Organize. Excite people. Help lead people. Or you surrender to it and just whine all the time and wring your hands. I was writing a friend just now. Ladies and gentlemen, conservative talk radio was not handed to us. It was not handed to us. It wasn’t like somebody had a quick idea that they were to take these these AIM stations that are struggling, trying to figure out what niche they are should be. Now that fame has come along and of course, now we have a satellite. Beyond that, you’ve got live streaming and podcasting and all the rest of it. That’s not how it happened. It started with local hosts all over the country. In the 1940s takes time. And then the building of ratings because the conservative hosts, while they may not have said, hey, I’m a conservative, but they had their conservative ideas were more electrifying, were more intriguing, were more interesting, more compelling than the others. And so they created a little niche. That wasn’t their intention. But they did. Then you had some really smart people who came along. And they bought a handful of stations and they decided, you know, we’re going to take some of these local hosts and we’re going to put them on five stations. They’re that good. Or maybe more. Now, these original pioneers of conservative talk radio took a hell of a beating. In New York, for instance, Bob Grant. Now, he wasn’t the only one, but there were others across the country. They took a beating. They were often fired. Ridiculed, attacked by the same media we deal with today. They tried to. Paint them as extremists out of the mainstream and on and on and on, because that is what they do. But they never relented. They kept at it. More and more people heard them. More and more people heard them. It wasn’t a matter of money and having money. It was a matter of persuasion. It was a matter of yes, even entertainment. And by entertainment, I don’t mean slapstick. I mean. Being able to tell stories and to explain things and so forth. That was the great talent that Rush Limbaugh had. But there were pioneers who came before Russia 20, 30 years before Russia. What Russia did is he turned it into a massive. Syndication. And so just like everything else, talk Radio AM has gone through stages. It goes through evolution. And so now you have other syndicated talk show hosts. Why? Well, because Rush could fill, depending on your time zone 12, two, three, three, two, six, whatever it was. But you have 24 hours of broadcasting on the radio. And even if you’re just going to do 6 a.m. to midnight. That leaves a lot of a lot of real estate. And so. People talk with ratings make you. If you don’t have good ratings. You’re not going to make it. So what is the answer? How do you get good ratings? By being yourself. Not being somebody else. And if you yourself and you work hard and you’ve got ideas. You’re not just painting by the numbers, you’re not just treating this as a job. You will succeed. It’s like any other job. If you really are motivated, you really work hard. Look, you’re going to fail. I don’t know of any human being. Has it failed? Rush said he was fired seven times. You’re going to fail. But then you pick yourself up and you keep at it. If you keep whining that the other side has more money, if you keep whining that they’re better organized, that they’re going to have more money, they’re going to be better organized. Success breeds success. Success breeds success. Everybody wants to be in at some point. If you’re successful. Which raises a whole different bunch of issues, but I don’t need to go there. So the point is, success breeds success. And so the format. Became bigger and bigger and bigger. You can’t rely on one person, one billionaire, one president, one whatever. To make changes. I’m just talking about talk radio. But to make changes in a society, they can make changes and they may have. A tremendous impact. Look at what we’re going through right now with Trump. It’s unbelievable. Look what we went through with Reagan or Abraham Lincoln and so forth. And so but ultimately, it’s up to we the people. Isn’t it? We the people. If we really want something, then it will be produced. The market will respond. If we really oppose something. Then at some point it will be diminished. Assuming we show our numbers and we show our clout. That’s the whole point. The people being the sovereign. Now, we have a lot of people in this country. Maybe it’s half the country, maybe it’s 40% of the country who hate us, who hate the country, who hate capitalism and so forth. So what are we supposed to do? Complain about it. Whine about it. Look for a savior. It’s not going to happen. Donald Trump is president of the United States because of you. He did something that hasn’t been done in over 100 years. He won a second term in Non-consecutive second term. And it’s because you didn’t care about lawfare. To the extent you did care, you got very angry about it. It wasn’t going to stop you. We the people, while we still have a republic. We get to decide. So many things. This is why we rise up, you and I. This program behind this microphone, Life, Liberty, living behind the TV camera, the blaze, our digital presence on the Internet. This is why. I took up. The cards are taking on these federal district judges where other so-called legal analysts were saying, well, you just appeal and so forth. You appeal and you may or may not win. But the judges need to know what the people think. The appellate judges and the Supreme Court justices need to know that this is intolerable to us, the sovereign, we, the people. They need to hear from us. They hear from the other side when it comes to abortion. Here from the other side all the time. They need to hear from us. And they did. That’s not to say some of them weren’t already there. They were. At least one of them wasn’t. That’s why. Speech. Ideas. Freedom of thought. You are so critical. Are so critical. When you look at the Marxist movements that have taken place all over the world, this diabolical ideology that isn’t even coherent, it has resulted in the death of 100 million people. They didn’t start out with a lot of money. They didn’t start out. It’s part of the majority, in fact. Those revolutions from dirt poor. It was started typically by intellectuals or teachers or professors or thinkers or quote unquote. But they were in the wilderness. Our opponents don’t sit around and say. Well, what’s the point? There’s more of them than us. And they’ve got the presidency. Know. They never say Uncle. And we should never say uncle even. We’ve got immense power. Immense power. You look at Israel, they have a judicial politburo right now. It has literally seized the power from the people and the elected branch for itself. It is now dictating to a prime minister the most popular, longest serving prime minister in the history of that country. Whether or not he can fire the equivalent of an FBI director that failed his country and the people of Israel on October 7th. So what do you do? What do you do? Maybe 35% of the people think that the prime Minister should defy the court. Well, those 35% need to speak out. But they’re not speaking out. What people need to organize them. You need to have leaders, need block captains, you need neighborhood captains. That’s how it’s done. And that’s what we have, the Tea Party movement. Perfect example. Spontaneous enough is enough. The Tea Party movement. Now, this may not succeed in one society or another. But it’s all you have. The people. You’ve got to keep making your case. You’ve got to keep explaining where you’re coming from. You got to keep defining the other side. You got to keep talking about liberty. What is liberty versus tyranny? What is that? Well, who they are. You got to keep it up and keep it up. He got to be as persuasive as possible. You need to be heard, whether it’s in the newspapers, whether it’s on radio, whether it’s a podcast, whether it’s a TV program. Well, they own everything. No, they don’t own everything. They don’t own your mouth and they don’t own your mind. Pamphleteers. Pamphleteers and what had the biggest impact in this country persuading the people to revolt against the British pamphleteers? There was no TV, there was no radio. There were no billionaires. Or you can keep whining about it and complaining about it. Woe is me. There’s never going to be one savior. One person who can fix everything. There’s going to be leaders like a Netanyahu, like a Trump, like a Reagan, like a Thatcher and so forth. But Thatcher is gone now and look what they have. And one day Trump will be gone and it’s still left to the people. We, the people. Right. I mean, I. I look at the state of Israel. They’re outnumbered. The Arab countries have far more money. They surround Israel. But Israel wins. So the spirit, the ability exists in the people. Maybe not all the people, that’s for sure. Same with our country in any democracy, but in the people. Same with America. When we were attacked, the Pearl Harbor, when Hitler had already built this massive military machine and was on the march when Tojo had done the same thing. They had a big lead on us. A big lead on us. Our Navy was almost decimated. We were an isolationist country. We didn’t have. A million, 2 million, two and a half million men in uniform, well trained and ready to go. Our industries weren’t ready to go. Nothing was ready to go. Just like the isolationists today. We had them back then and the enemy took advantage of us. And quite frankly, as a result, we lost a lot more men than we should have. Because we weren’t prepared. Presumably we’ve learned from that, but apparently some people have not. I hope this makes some sense. I’ll be right back.
Segment 4
How do I know these federal district judges are violating the Constitution? Because I read our history. That’s how. That’s simple. I didn’t make it up. They are diabolical. They are evil. You’re not supposed to talk about judges this way, but when judges cease being constitutional judges. No, they need to be called out. Because what they’re doing. Sabotaging an elected president means they’re sabotaging we the people, doing the same thing in Israel. They’re sabotaging the electorate. Now, some of the electorate there. Of these left wing groups, left wing minority groups that cobbled together as many as they can. And they’re happy with it. And so are the Democrats in our country. They’re happy with it because power is power. Never really bought into this whole idea of a constitutional republic. They’ve been fighting separation of powers. They’ve been fighting free market capitalism. They’ve been fighting national sovereignty and certainly the sovereignty of the people almost from day one. Why do you think they celebrate Hamilton more than they celebrate Jefferson and Madison and so forth and so on. But that’s not my point. My point is that these judges, they know what they’re doing. I know what they’re doing. And now you know what they’re doing. They are the antithesis. Of constitutional government, they are damaging it severely. Severely. And then they claim if you don’t follow our orders, you’re in contempt, and then they get their legal analysts on TV. There they have them. POM pom Legal analyst. All dancing and stride. All marching in stride, going on and on about how defying a court order is outrageous. And I would ask them this the anarchy, these lower lower court judges in defying the Constitution. You’re not all that worked up about. But if we violate we, we meaning you and me as a whole, as a society, if we violate their order, then that should be punishable by imprisonment. Not them violating the Constitution. So my question is a simple one to them. Why is it that them violating the Constitution? It’s just subject to appeal. That’s okay. But if you don’t follow their order while they’re violating the Constitution, you should go to prison. Unfortunately, I can’t do anything with a minute, so we’ll have to wait. All right. We got a lot more to talk about here. We actually have some great guests to work out a lot. And I never have the ability to finish it, but, you know, that’s a good thing. Mr. Producer pulls together clips. I send him some stuff for clips. I send the links, we pull the links together, I do on the articles and so forth. Every now and then we have guests. Day three Our show could be a five hour show. I hear people who just get in the radio how 3 hours is so hard. It’s so tough. 3 hours is a cakewalk if you love what you’re doing. I’ll be right back.
