On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump’s tariffs must be paired with major Trump tax cuts to avoid a recession and grow the economy. Tax cuts don’t cause inflation or deficits—government spending and money printing do. Ronald Reagan’s tax cuts prove this. Without tax cuts, a recession will hit, and Republicans will suffer in the midterms. This is the Democrat’s economy which Trump is trying to fix. Also, the Wisconsin Supreme Court vote was a tragic missed opportunity that could lead the state toward a California-like future. Non-voting Republicans failed to protect their communities, potentially dooming the state to soaring taxes and regulations, marking another instance of self-inflicted tyranny. Later, the media is shockingly defending criminals and terrorists, as seen when Leslie Stahl asked a hostage if Hamas starved him due to their own lack of food. Meanwhile, they ignore critical stories, like a young Palestinian murdered for opposing Hamas. You can’t believe the media. Additionally, ICE has deported over 100,000 illegal immigrants in the last 70 days under the Trump administration. While the illegal immigration crisis is improving, progress is hindered by the radical left as Judges continue to challenge Trump’s efforts to remove illegal criminals. Radical district judges claim that illegal criminals have a right to due process, aiming to clog the court system. These judges are bureaucrats hired by other bureaucrats. Finally, it’s of great concern that Russia will invade a small NATO country triggering Article V and testing our resolve, but simultaneously China will invade Taiwan, which would create a very, very serious set of problems for our country. Both countries are creating bases throughout the world, from the arctic circle to our hemisphere (including the Panama Canal), western Africa to the South China sea.

Segment 1
Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. I love what I do here. I really do. And Rush is right about this echo chamber stuff. It’s incredible. It’s incredible. What’s going on with the pushback? The backlash against these federal district judges is wonderful. It’s crucial. And it started right here. On the tariffs. I’ve made it clear the last time I made it clear was last evening when I said, you better have major, major tax cuts, the Trump tax cuts going along with this, or we will go into a very, very steep recession. And Reagan showed the way with this and the massive tax cuts, as I explained last evening. Tax cuts don’t print money. Tax cuts don’t create inflation. It’s the private sector keeping more of its money. That’s all it is. It’s you keeping more of your money. It’s not the same thing as government printing money and creating debt or taking money out of the private sector to fund all these bloated, fraudulent activities. There are two completely separate conditions, two completely separate things. You make $10. You get to keep $9. You spend it. That’s not inflationary. What’s inflationary is the government takes not only the $1 decides to take $3, how to get $10, and on top of that decides to print a whole bunch more money. That’s what creates inflation. That’s what creates in economic dislocation. I mean. How hard is it to explain this? It’s not at all. But of course, the media lie. That’s what they do. That’s what they like to do. And I notice the media is really hyper in their support of the Hamas terrorists as well as the Venezuelan gangbangers. So that’s where the media are. But a little bit of this on the tariffs. Trump at the White House today cut 14 go. My fellow Americans, this is Liberation day. Waiting for a long time. April 2nd, 2025, will forever be remembered as the day American industry was reborn, the day America’s destiny was reclaimed, and the day that we began to make America wealthy again. And to make it well, good and wealthy. For decades, our country has been looted, pillaged, raped and plundered by nations near and far, both friend and foe alike. American steelworkers, auto workers, farmers and skilled craftsmen. We have a lot of them here with us today. They really suffered gravely. They watched in anguish as foreign leaders have stolen our jobs, foreign cheaters have ransacked our factories, and foreign scavengers have torn apart our once beautiful American dream. We had an American dream that you don’t hear so much about. You did four years ago and you are now. But you don’t too often. And for many years and decades even, you didn’t hear too much about our country and its taxpayers have been ripped off for more than 50 years. But it is not going to happen anymore. It’s not going to happen. Cat 15 go. In a few moments, I will sign a historic executive order instituting reciprocal tariffs on countries throughout the world. Reciprocal. That means they do it to us and we do it to them. Very simple. It can’t get any simpler than that. This is one of the most important days, in my opinion, in American history. It’s a declaration of economic independence. For years, hardworking American citizens were forced to sit on the sidelines as other nations got rich and powerful, much of it at our expense. But now it’s our turn to prosper, and in so doing, use trillions and trillions of dollars to reduce our taxes and pay down our national debt. And it’ll all happen very quickly. With today’s action, we are finally going to be able to make America great again greater than ever before. 16 Go. And now we’re going to pass the largest tax cuts in American history. And that’s what this is. What this is what’s key. Let’s go back to the top on that, Rich. This is what’s key. You can do these things. But you’ve got to grow the economy quickly, Begley. You’ve got to go big with the tax cuts, big for the 4,000,000,000th time. Tax cuts don’t create deficits. Spending does. Tax cuts don’t create inflation. Printing money by the government does. The government creates inflation. You, Mr. and Mrs. America, you don’t create inflation. You just work. You do your job. You run your business. You put your money away, but you don’t create inflation. They do. Enough with their propaganda over the decades. The Reagan tax cuts did not create. The yearly deficits, the spending debt, and he did everything he could to try and stop it. But the Republicans undercut him. The tax cuts are critical, absolutely critical. And if they don’t cut the taxes, two things are going to happen for sure. Number one, a deep, wide, bad recession. We already may get one as a result of what Biden and his thugs did to us. It may be inevitable. But it may not have been as bad as it would have been. But for the election of Trump, that is number one. Number two, the Republicans will get slaughtered in the midterm elections over the economy. Over the economy. People don’t want to talk about it. I’m talking about it right now. The Democrats are lying about the economy, trying to blame Trump for the economy, that this is their economy. Trump is trying to fix it. But that said. These kinds of tariffs have got to be offset for the American people with massive tax cuts. And Trump knows that. That’s why he is pushing this. And keep that in mind. They go hand in hand, hand in hand. So let’s start with cut 16 again. Please go. And now we’re going to pass the largest tax cuts in American history. And that’s where we’re relying on Mike and John Thune. And we will not cut Social Security, Medicare or Medicaid benefits. Now, he has to say that because the Democrats keep saying is Schumer is a filthy good friend, nothing psychotic liar. That’s what he is. Hakeem Jeffries also. I don’t know. Many more times a man has to say she’s not touching them. That’s going to be future Republicans that are going to have to fix it because the Democrats don’t care. They’ll take it down. But Trump’s let’s be honest, he’s bitten off enough here. The entire bureaucracy, the massive budget. The border, the economy. I mean, I’d say the guy’s bitten off a lot more than most can chew, that’s for sure. Go ahead. Well, because if they got in, the entire economy would collapse. This country is heading for a collapse under the people that you saw. They were horrible. I think one of the reasons people like the job I have my highest approval ratings is because I think they’re comparing me to the worst administration in the history of our country. So I appreciate that at least. Hmm. Cat 17, please go. But Speaker of the House Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader appreciated by John Thune have been fantastic, by the way, but they’ve been working tirelessly on taking the next step to pass the plan for our one big, beautiful bill. I’d like to name it that if you can. One big bill. I made that statement about six months ago and everybody calls that one big, beautiful bill. And it will be that it’ll have everything, the big tax cuts and every incentive there is, and it’ll be fantastic. And by the way, for the cars, we’re asking for an interest deduction on a loan. So if you build the car only in America we do it. Brian, if the cars are not built in America, you don’t get the interest rate deduction. But if you build the car in America, if you buy a car, if it’s built in America, then you get an interest rate deduction, tax deduction. And that’s a big thing. That’s going to be a big thing. I think that’s going to pay for itself very quickly. That deduction never happened. We’ve never had anything like that before. Somebody said, where do you get the idea? Because it’s so basic. You would think that would have happened a long time ago. It never did. And I’m very happy it didn’t because now I can say that was my idea and. I seem to recall before the Reagan tax cuts they did. But what do I know? And I think finally, although I’m enjoying this a great deal, I hope you are, but a lot of you didn’t get to hear this because it was earlier today. And most of the people in this audience are busy creating. Go to we’re going to get us closer to the debt extension. We have to get the debt extension passed. And I know you’re going to be able to do that, Mike, And it’s very important that you do that and all of the other things that the Senate budget plan gives us along with working. Because I know that working together John and Mike and the two bills are going very well together. We need to get our shared priorities done, including certain permanent tax cuts. We want the tax cuts to be permanent spending cuts, energy and historic investments in defense, border and so much. Just listen to what he’s trying to do. It’s enormous and it’s critical, absolutely crucial to get done, because the consequences, if it doesn’t get done, they’re great for the country, great for the security grave, for the economy, and grave for the Republican Party. If they can get these things done, I think you’re going to see an explosion of vigor in this economy. I really do. And, you know, for these other countries that don’t like these tariffs, I get it. Just do it. Israel said, okay. No tariffs on any American goods. Now, by the way, as I pointed out last night, 99% of that they don’t have tariffs on. But they said, okay, we’re going to go down to zero. Other countries can do that, too. It’s funny how the Democrats don’t say a damn thing about these other countries. Have you noticed how rich? They don’t say that these other countries should cut their tariffs? They don’t. They never say it. Who said it. They just attacked Trump with his tariffs. But his tariffs are intended for two purposes. Number one, you tariff us, we tariff you, you tariffs at 50%. We’re going to tariff you at 50%. Number two countries, you’re allowed fentanyl to get into this country. Other things going on in this country. I’ve told you to cut it out. We’ve tried diplomacy. Now we’re going to smack you. No, we’re not going to go to war. We’re just going to punish you economically. I mean, what else is he supposed to do? Go ahead. He’ll be phenomenal. There’ll be no no Bill, like that’s going to straight. No one Bill is going to straighten out our country for many, many years to come. And we said, let’s just do it and let’s get it done. And some guys will love it and some guys will like it a little bit less because they’re not getting what they were exactly looking for, but they’re getting a lot. They’ll never if we get this done, it’ll be the most incredible bill ever passed in the history of our Congress and Senate and congressmen, the senators and the congressmen, many of whom are here today, will be very proud of themselves. I really believe that it’s going to set us on a whole new, prosperous path. We’re going to cut spending and right size the budget back to where it should be. We’re going to do that very strong. Mm hmm. It’s amazing to me how the. Crats and the Liberals circle the wagons around other countries. Look, I am in favor of a trade. So is Trump. I’m much more of a free marketeer than most people, but I don’t believe we should have free markets with the enemy. And if allies are really screwing us. Why are they doing that? Why are they doing that? For countries, a 700% tariff on any product whatsoever, whether it’s apples or cars or whatever it is they’re telling you they don’t want trade with you, period. And they insist that you buy their products. And Trump is saying not any more. Not anymore. We’ll get into that a little bit more in a moment. I’ll be right back.

CNBC here is reporting. The plan would set a 10% baseline tariff across the board and impose a steep tariff rates on many countries, including 34% on China. That’s in addition to the in addition to the 20% on China. I mean, China is still on this plan. I mean, they’re doing it criminally. They’re stealing our company’s proprietary rights. They still 51% of the company, I mean, 20% on the European Union, which is mostly socialist, of course, 46% on Vietnam, 32% on Taiwan. So how do you reduce that if you these countries then reduce here your tariffs? He just said it’s reciprocal. And he previously put tariffs on China and Mexico, I believe. That’s right. And so here come the stories. I’ll give you an example. CNBC Trump’s massive 46% Vietnam Tariffs Could Hit Nike, American Eagle and Wayfair. Country became a popular alternative for companies trying to avoid the crossfire of the U.S. and Beijing tensions. And so the duties were that companies at a time they right when many consumers had been value conscious and more selective about spending. Okay. So why are these these countries putting in these massive tariffs against us? You say he’s going to put a 46% duty on imports from Vietnam as part of the new wave of global levies? And you see, there’s no question this will raise costs. The argument that the federal government just gets money. The federal government gets money, which is true. But the price of the goods go up. That’s why he knows he needs this deep tax cut. And that’s why the Democrats are going to do everything they can to try to thwart it, try to get you to believe it’s for billionaires when it has nothing to do with billionaires or any heirs or anybody other than across the board. It’s not a Marxist class conscious tax cut. It’s tax cuts across the board. That’s what it is, you know, to help make all of this much more affordable to everybody. The Democrats know that they want to block it. They want you angry. They want to sink the economy, because first and foremost, they’re power hungry. Everything else can go to hell. They created this situation to begin with.

Segment 3
So, ladies and gentlemen, I would focus heavily now on getting your representatives and senators to cut slash the taxes. Because in my humble opinion, this can’t work without a massive tax cut. It can’t work for the economy and the consumer and the president and the Republican Party. He knows that. And because I talk to him, I don’t or I didn’t. It’s because it’s rational. And he’s proposing a massive tax cut. First of all, maintaining the tax cuts that were in place. The Democrats want to lift that to get a $5 trillion tax increase. That’s not billionaires. That’s on each and every one of you. If the Trump tax cuts are not held. If they’re not just out here, taxes are going to go up. You, Mr.. Mrs.. America, 30 $500. Can you afford that? The average American billionaires can afford that. I’m not talking about them. I’m talking about you. They will go up 30 $500. How come the Democrats don’t mention that? How come their media don’t mention what we know? They’re lying scum. That’s why. And that will be an absolute disaster. So they come out and they say tax will raise consumer prices and then they support the lifting of the tax cuts that were already in place for the last four and a half years, which would massively increase your tax burden by 30 $500. And what do you get in return for that? You don’t even get sneakers. They get nothing. While they’re busy handing out goodies to illegal aliens. That’s the Democrat Party. So they want you to believe Trump is crazy, is going to cut taxes for billionaires. And with tariffs. He just wants to raise the cost of your products, not what Trump wants to do. Actually, on top of everything I said is slash taxes further. He wants to tax the rate, reduce the rates on individuals. Which drives the Democrats nuts. Their entire power comes through the taxing power and the regulatory power. That’s where they are. The big administrative state tax and spend liberals, as Reagan would call them, I would call them tax and spend Marxists. But I’m not sure that’s popular enough yet, but that’s what they are. On top of this, Trump is saying he wants interest on car loans. Cars in America. To be tax deductible. He wants tips. Tax free. He wants overtime tax free. He wants. You know, it’s funny, they say he’s out to destroy Social Security, which he’s never set in his entire life. But they want to maintain $100 billion a year in graft and fraud in Social Security, which will kill the program. Kill it. McKinnis, people found almost 5 million people getting Social Security numbers, meaning cards. Who are illegal aliens. And hundreds of thousands of them are on voter registration lists. So this is the big Democrat Party scam. And so by cleaning up Social Security people, not getting people who shouldn’t get it won’t get it. You’re going to save extend the lifetime of Social Security. There’s not a single Democrat that supports that. I haven’t heard them. Or maybe it’s like, Yeah, we agree, but it’s always the but yeah, we agree. But you know, it should have been done a different way. And of course, doing it a different way means not doing it at all. That’s the black hole for the Democrat. Just do it a different way. And now when you find fraud. And bloat. And you do something about it. You’re a dictator. Excuse me. They got it all figured out. This is their propaganda. This is what they do. Oh, by the way, the Wisconsin vote is a tragedy. I don’t know what’s going to happen in Wisconsin, but it certainly could turn into the next California because that justice that’s going to be four, two, three. They’re going to ram home everything they want to ram home, especially to try and make it permanent. That majority, you know, I remember they they passed a proposition in California decades ago to control illegal immigration. It was under Pete Wilson who came under terrible attack. Great governor came under terrible attack. It was one federal district judge who ruled. All of it, if not part of it, illegal. California’s borders were blown open and you know the rest of the story. You know the rest of the story. And so they got their foot in the door. They got power in one election cycle. They changed the election system. They changed everything. And Wisconsin, you had the ability to defend yourselves. I’m not talking about those who did vote, talking about those who didn’t vote yet. The ability to defend yourself, to protect yourself, to protect your your towns, your cities. And you blew it. It’ll cost us two members of Congress, but it’s going to cost you the entire future of the state. You blew it. Your taxes are going to go through the roof. Regulations are going to go through the roof. All this California stuff will now be done to Wisconsin. I mean that justice all but said, sir. 423 vote on the Supreme Court. There’s nothing I can do about it. Nothing anybody else can do about it, especially those of us who don’t live in Wisconsin. But. Those Republicans who didn’t vote. You just you just you just screwed yourself and your families and future generations. I don’t live there, but it’s sad. We follow Americans there. And I always feel bad for the people who do fight these things, who do vote, come out on the on the short end. The Republicans who did vote, the conservatives who did vote, they did everything they could. But the rest of them just didn’t give a damn. They will now, but it’ll be too late. Won’t be the first time people vote for their own tyranny. Unfortunately, human history is filled with examples like this, and then they wonder when they wake up, How did this happen? Well, you did it. What do you mean? How did this happen? All you had to do is vote in and vote. Now, look, now your votes are really going to be affected. You won’t want matter. The problem. Big problem. Carolyn Levin at the White House today. You know, this this story about this Maryland father who was an Ms. 13 leader and of course, the media run with it. Democrats push it, as I said the other day, not a word can they tell us one woman who was sold in the sex slavery, Do they know the name of one woman? Of course not. But thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands have been. Do they know the name of one unaccompanied minor who was sold in the sex slavery? They don’t have the foggiest idea. But this Ms. 13 leader from Virginia, Northern Virginia, says Fantastic family man and he gets due process. Well, yeah, Yeah. What are they trying to do to him? The Democrats. The same Democrats. Who supported defunding the police when that was a catastrophe we all know would be then they said we never said defunding, which of course they did. All he said is cut their budgets. And then that changed. Now all we said is stop police brutality. So the border. Wide open. Don’t deport anybody. Then you point out, Oh, my God, look what’s secure. Well, wait a minute. It’s wide open, are secure. And we need bisexual legislation. I mean, bipartisan legislation to fix it. No, you don’t. Yes, we do. And obviously you don’t. And these are the people now who are talking down the economy. Talking down the Trump plan. You’re not going to get one Democrat who votes for the Trump budget. They didn’t in the House and they didn’t in the Senate. You’re not going to get one Democrat who votes for the tax cuts for you, the people, and they will hide behind billionaires. Billionaire. And yet they’re the party of billionaires. You know, it’s funny. I can name. Billionaire Democrats and I camp billionaire Republicans. Mr. Pitt is. I can name more billionaire Democrats and billionaire Republicans. But what’s the difference? They’re not tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires, a fact that, yes, because he’s reducing taxes on everybody. But it’s not a billionaire’s tax reduction. It’s a tax reduction for everybody across the board, plus. Plus. People who get tips. How many billionaires get tips? People who work overtime to get a salad paid for that. People who help a family member who’s ill. And the amount of time that these people have to spend. I’ve seen it in my own family. They’re going to get a tax break. Billionaires. Funny. The class warfare Marxists. They’re the bourgeoisie. They’re not the proletariat. They’re the big money guys. And they’re not the little money guys. Carolyn Levitt today. Cut one. Go. The administration has expressed a complete confidence in how all the deportation flights to El Salvador were conducted. But now that the administration has conceded that there was an error of one Salvadoran national police, stop right there. So you have. Ten, 15, 20 million people coming into this country illegally. I don’t know. Does anybody really know there are 11 million illegal aliens in America? I’ve been hearing that number for 30 years. So that can’t be true. They got one Salvadorian Nash And by the way, we’ll get she’s going to explain who that is in a minute. One, one, one. Hundreds of thousands of unaccompanied minors missing. They don’t even talk about it. Hundreds of thousands of women sold under sex slavery. They don’t even talk about it. One. If they’re right and they’re wrong. Go ahead. But did it and does the president express any thoughts on the one error that was disclosed in court last night? Well, first of all, the error that you are referring to was a clerical error. It was an administrative error. The administration maintains the position that this individual who was deported to El Salvador and will not be returning to our country was a member of the brutal and vicious MS13 gang. That is fact number one fact. Number two, we also have credible intelligence proving that this individual was involved in human trafficking. In fact, number three, this individual was a member, actually a leader of the brutal Ms. 13 gang, which this president has designated as a foreign terrorist organization. Fact number four, what protections in the United States of America anymore? And it is within the president’s executive authority and power to deport these heinous individuals from American communities. It is a promise he campaigned on. It is a promise he is keeping. And every single person in this room should be grateful for that, considering especially Ms. 13, is very prevalent and prominent here in the District of Columbia, in Maryland and in Virginia. And the president, the attorney general, everyone who has been involved in these operations is focused on eradicating these criminals and terrorists from our communities. You know, it used to be that that was a. 90% position for the country. I think it’s now 80%. But in the media, it’s a 10% issue. Maybe 2%. They’re interested in. Gotcha. They’re not interested in life and death. They’re not interested in the misery these people cause. They keep turning around due process rights. Ladies and gentlemen. Did you ever hear them throw around due process rights when Obama was deporting people? I don’t remember that, Rick. We’ve been here a long time. I don’t remember that being an issue. Do you? Not once. Not once. Folks, I hope you’re going to listen to Life, Liberty and live in Saturday and Sunday, Saturday 8 p.m. Eastern. We’re going to have Gordon Chang. I want to get into what China’s doing now. But we were second guest on a second guest who you’ve probably not seen on Fox, which means after they’re on my show, it’ll be non-stop and good for him. He should be. But that’s not the point. The point is he and I are going to discuss due process on these matters. He’s an expert and you’re definitely not going to want to miss this. I don’t want I don’t want him used by somebody else before I introduce him to you. And we have a good, smart discussion, not like a two minute hit, but, you know, like a 12 minutes over two segments and go through this stuff. So you actually know what we’re we’re dealing with here. It’s just incredible. Oh, due process rights. Well, we’ll get into those so-called due process rights. I’ll be right back.

Have you ever gone to the ION Network. Mr. Producer? Because I’ve talked about it before I own. I strongly encourage people to go there. All my favorite shows are on that that network. I mean, I like, don’t get me wrong, some stuff from the History Channel on any and obviously Fox. But what I’m saying is. The FBI show that they have and these are reruns. And I just love watching them. So does my wife on Monday nights are unbelievable. Chicago fire. I believe that Tuesday night I make it to my den matter. Unbelievable. The Reagans, Wednesday night, Tom Selleck and the crew, they’re fantastic. They’ve canceled that show, which is disgusting, CBS says. But these are the reruns. Thursday night, Chicago PD. I really, really like that show. So Monday through Thursday, 9 p.m. when I can. Which is not lately because I’ve been working on my book, but when I can I watch iron. 9 p.m. Eastern. Unbelievable shows. By the way, I see the mayor of New York City is in the complete clear, Mr. Producer. And I told you folks this was a mickey Mouse case that was brought against him. So I think he’s in second place. Cuomo’s in first. And I think it’s really they’re both in the very low numbers. I just don’t know how people are going to vote for Cuomo. I don’t get this guy. I really don’t let the personal with me. I don’t even know him. I don’t know his brother. I don’t know anyone. But I know what happened. People want to sweep it under the rug. I got it.
