On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Sen Chuck Schumer reverses course in the face of massive public condemnation and says he will not vote for a government shutdown. Now, all those Senate Democrats who said they must shutdown the government to save the government, and all the House Democrats who actually voted against the bill, look as pathetic and dishonest as they come. A complete political and PR disaster, and deservedly so. This 11th hour, sudden course reversal fools no one. The Democrat leadership and their lapdogs were against the bill, then for the bill, and now they’re all over the place. Also, Israel is facing an attempted coup by its deep state with the former head of Shin Bet threatening to expose private information about Benjamin Netanyahu if he fires the current Shin Bet chief, Ronen Bar, over Bar’s failure to prevent the October 7 Hamas attack. There’s coordination between deep state operatives and left-wing media to undermine Netanyahu’s democratically elected government. Later, Jewish Voice for Peace protestors reportedly flooded into Trump Tower, which the media are calling a Jewish group, is a horrendous anti-Jewish organization. The notoriously antisemitic and anti-Israel Jewish Voice for Peace is a radical left/Marxist organization that seeks the elimination of the state of Israel and is a major force behind the BDS movement. It has received funding from, among others, George Soros. Today, it is insisting on the return of the alien who was among the leaders of the riotous events at Columbia University on behalf of Hamas. Alan Dershowitz calls in to discuss Jewish Voice for Peace’s ties to anti-Zionism and terrorism and the radicalization of Mahmoud Khalil. Finally, a judge has ruled that thousands of fired federal workers must be immediately rehired. Professor John Yoo calls in to explain that this ruling constitutes an unwarranted and illegal overreach by the judge. The judge lacks the authority to instruct the government on how to manage its personnel.

Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. You know, I’ve not talked all day and I think it’s helping. Ladies and gentlemen, the Schumer Democrat Party Senate shutdown is hours away. This must be the first shutdown in American history. With a party shutting it down. The Senate Democrats, Schumer and the other Democrats, all but Fetterman. Are shutting it down because they do not want fraud, waste and abuse uncovered and stopped. They do not want upwards of 10% of the income taxes you pay. That’s going to. The foreign countries for outrageous things. $100 billion in Social Security. A total rip off. They don’t know where it’s gone. Up to half a trillion dollars a year, says the GAO. That’s a government Accounting Office says we don’t know where the money goes. And Donald Trump and the Republicans are saying, well, we want to know and we’re going to find it and we’re going to cut it. And because of that, the Democrats want to shut down the government. 2.4 to 2.5 million bureaucrats. They’ve never had a government wide reduction in force ever. And so the president of the United States, with the support of the House and Senate Republicans, he says, look, we got to shave the bureaucracy. We’re not going to eliminate it. Essential personnel stay. We’re not going to touch Social Security. We’re not going to touch Medicare. We’re going to get off of Medicaid, individuals, illegal aliens and others who are not supposed to be draining that system. We’re going to get them off of that system to save the system. We need more beds for illegal aliens. We’ve got the border secure. We need to keep it that way. I want to make sure there’s not a one penny tax increase for blue collar, white collar, middle class Americans. I want to give a tax cut. For senior citizens. No taxes on Social Security benefits, he says. No taxes on tips. No taxes on overtime. He wants to provide tax credits to help people who are looking after the individuals in their home who are ill. And the Democrats want you to believe those are tax cuts for billionaires and the rich. It has nothing to do with billionaires in the rich. It has to do with getting the federal government under control so they stop blowing your money. It’s your money. It’s to give hardworking men and women a break. It’s to make sure your taxes don’t go up, particularly an economy like this. And the Democrat Party under Schumer is going to shut down the government because they disagree with all of that. And they’re going to use their usual lies. Tax cuts for the rich. Every time they say that. How is not taxing Trump’s tax cuts for the rich? That’s your reply. How has not taxing Social Security benefits tax cuts for the rich? How is not taxing over time tax cuts for the rich. These are for people who earn modest wages. Or who are retired when they say he wants to kill Social Security? Asked them. When did he say that? How’s he going to do that? When they say he wants to destroy Medicare, ask them. When did he say that? How is he going to do that? When they say he wants to destroy Medicaid, you ask them, why should we pay for illegal aliens on Medicaid? That’s not destroying Medicaid. That’s saving Medicaid. Why won’t they pay for more security on the border? Because they want open borders. It’s the same old radical Democrat Party. It’s the party, the Marxists and the Islamists. It’s the party of Bernie Sanders and AOC. That’s what it is. What’s their agenda, America? What is it that they’re offering Americans? What is it that they say every day that appeals to you, that intrigues you, that interest you? They say nothing. Nothing. They try and create boogeymen. With Elon Musk. Elon Musk, we’re going to save you every single American $1,000,000,000,000. And so they attacked. This is the big government party. This is the Washington, D.C. party. This is the ruling class. I said they’re going to shut down the government. And claim that they’re protecting the government. Now. I’m Mark Levin. I don’t run anything. I’ve got no problem. And go ahead and shut it down. But I am pointing out who they are and what they are. Think of their logic. They want you to believe. They want you to believe. They think you’re so stupid. They want you to believe. That they’re going to shut down the government to save the government. They want you to believe they’re going to hand out pink slips all across the government in order to save the bureaucrats. They want you to believe that they are going to freeze payments under Medicaid and all these other programs. Because they’re protecting those programs. These are cheap, pathetic politicians. They’re shutting down the government because they want somehow they and their corrupt Democrat Party. Al Jazeera Pravda Media. To give them air cover. To blame the Republicans and Trump. But the Republicans passed a funding bill in the House. Last week. The Senate Republicans can pass. The spending bill in the Senate, although that kook you know, Rand Paul, who endorsed Trump like 14 minutes ago, he’s going to vote with the Democrats because there’s not enough. Yeah, we know. Get off the stage, you moron. Anyway. John Fetterman is going to vote with the Republicans. So that’s a neutral. But they had the filibuster rule in the Senate. So even though a majority of senators will vote for the bill that came out of the House and President Trump is prepared to sign it. The Democrats, the minority in the Senate are going to use the filibuster rule. To affirmatively shut down the government and try and convince you that they’re shutting down the government to save the government. When in fact all they’re saving is waste, fraud and abuse. They. We’d rather cut your services. They reduced the federal bureaucracy by one bureaucrat. They don’t represent you, America. They don’t represent you, Mr. and Mrs. America. And this is going to prove it. The Chuck Schumer Senate Democrat shut down. They’re not going to convince anybody that what they’re doing is sincere. They’re not going to convince anybody that what they’re doing makes sense. They’re not going to convince anybody that what they’re doing is earnest. No way. No way. And I’m not the only one who knows that. Senator Gillibrand of New York. She is aware of it. Aisha. Hosni. Reports from Fox News. A very damn good reporter, by the way. She tweets. Gillibrand is screaming so loud we can hear her through the thick wood doors. That’s Aisha Hosni. Top reporter. Andrew Desiderio. He posts. I can hear Senator Kirsten Gillibrand speaking quite loudly inside the Senate Democrat lunch. She seems to be making the case against allowing the government to shut down. She is screaming at the top of her lungs what she’s good at. She does that often, but she’s screaming at the top of her lungs at the Democrat Senate lunch. That this is insane. That their strategy is incoherent. That we, the Senate Democrats, are going to get blamed for this. That this is going to be politically painful for the Democrats because, of course, that’s all they care about. And yet you watch. She’s still going to vote for the shutdown despite screaming in the back. I told you before in the great book that I wrote the last When the Democrat Party Hates America, the Democrat Party. Not all Democrats. The Democrat Party. The leadership, the masterminds, the institution, those who run it, they hate America. They really hate America. They want this bloat. They want this massive fraud that’s taking place. They want the money pouring out to countries we’ve never heard of before for work, things like sex change operations and condoms and God knows what else. They have spent billions of dollars on DIY. Indoctrination. Illegal racism. You folks understand that when they shut down the government, there will be essential employees. But that said. Isn’t it funny how they talk about the FAA and the men and women in the towers at the airports? I don’t think they’re going to be real happy, those people. The Border Patrol. TSA. I wonder if they’re going to shut down the airports. Do we even know that, Mr. Producer? I’m just telling you, ladies and gentlemen. The Democrat Party is doing this not for good reasons, not because they want to cut government, save the country from bankruptcy, not because they want to cut the debt. Which is creating inflation and destroying our currency. It’s because they think we don’t have enough waste, fraud and abuse. Tommy one time Chuck Schumer came out and all these findings, hundreds of billions, tens of billions here and there and said, thank God Elon Musk has found this waste, fraud and abuse punished these people not once. Not once. So they’re hoping by punishing you. That you will take it out on Trump. When Trump’s bill passed the House, it’ll get a majority in the Senate. But Chuck Schumer. And Kirsten Gillibrand. And all the other Democrat senators except for Fetterman. Our going to support the shutdown. Let’s be absolutely clear about this. Absolutely care. Clear. The Border Patrol won’t get the money it needs. The military won’t be funded as it should be. And Rand Paul hates the military. He does. All these guys do. They all come out of this weird Coke Soros cabal. They kind of hanging around, you know? They support Russia over Ukraine. They support the Palestinian terrorists over the Israelis. They have an affinity for communist China. So what if they take Taiwan after all? And who cares about South Korea? It’s matter of fact, like Mike Lee says, we ought to get out of NATO, President Trump said today. Stay strong, NAITO But Mike Lee’s out there. He’s joined the crowd. It’s unfortunate. How can you be an American first? Or in fact, Russia? And China and the Islamo Nazis and North Korea. These clowns want us to believe they’re American first. That’s an American first. You know what that is? And mental illness. A mental illness. I want to read you something from the Times of Israel. Jewish Muslim groups contempt condemned Trump’s use of Palestinian as a slur to put down Schumer. So the other day we played the audio of President Trump. Said Schumer’s not really Jewish and he’s a Palestinian. So of course they go to Islamists and left wing. They go to Islamists and left wing Jewish groups who all say that’s anti-Semitic, that sent Muslim. Our friend, Ambassador David Friedman, says, no, it’s not. Seems pretty accurate. And of course, last night on this program, I said it was not only accurate, it was hilarious. Chuck Schumer has spent the Obama years in the Biden years ready for this. Ready? Can you handle it? Undoing himself. And I say this as a Jew, undoing himself, undermining the state of Israel as it come out strong against what’s going on at Columbia, has even gone to Columbia and made a statement. No, he hasn’t. He’s a Palestinian.

There’s a ton going on. We’re going to get to all of it. We’re going to need all three full hours, all of them. And we will do it. I’ve forgotten what’s going on at Columbia University. What is that group calling in Jewish Voice for Peace. So I want to tell you about the Jewish voice for peace. And this will be the Islamist voice for peace. But I’ll get to that in due course. Has anybody heard from Chuck Schumer, the Palestinian? How about what’s going on at the University of Columbia College, I should say Columbia University? Is anybody heard from him? Hmm? Anybody? No, I don’t think so. And so we have. One of these Israeli newspapers. They’re all hard left except for one or two. And. They go to the Anti-Defamation League, which is led by a former Obama hack. They go to care. They go to all these groups. What’s your opinion about what Trump said? Well, that’s anti-Semitic, said the left wing goofballs in my faith. Oh, it’s anti Muslim, say the Islamists. Pastor Friedman says, no, I think it hit it on the head. I said last night, no, I think it hit it on the head. And I added today, no, I think Schumer’s gone a long way in undoing himself. That’s just the way it is. Especially during the Obama but Biden administrations, the two worst administrations in the history of American Judaism and certainly Israel. Which means. Which means some of the. Some of the goons and thugs on the hard right. Remember what constitutional concerns they may have a lot in common with Schumer. Want to read something to you from Professor Moshe Cohen. Ilya. This is going to shock you. You got to stick with me on this. Now. Sunday, I did a show on Fox. We talked at some length. With our friend Mr. Tabb, who writes for the Jewish News Service and is on Channel 14 from time to time in Israel, is a good man, and he talk about what they’re doing to Netanyahu. And people in this country don’t know because our media suck. That’s why. And so too there’s. And he writes, Dear President Trump, you should be aware this is going to shock you that at this very moment Israel is experiencing an attempted coup by elements of the deep state against the democratically elected government of the Israeli people. About one hour ago, the former head of Shin Bet, Israel’s equivalent of the FBI, Rudy. So their equivalent of the FBI director, quote, publicly threatened to expose private information about Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if the prime minister takes actions that he deems illegal, meaning the FBI director. In other words, if he dismisses the current head of the Shin Bet, Ronen Bar. The equivalent of our CIA who failed disastrously on October 7th. This guy failed. To see. That the. Hamas Nazis. The Palestinian terrorists. We’re preparing to attack. He blew it. There were underlings who were trying to get his attention. He brushed them off. Netanyahu would like to fire him. So the head of the equivalent of the FBI says you touch a hair on his head. I’m going to open files on you and make them public. Mr. Producer, you’ve ever heard anything like this? Is that not blackmail? That’s a crime in the United States. The professor writes this This just happened. This blatant act of extortion was broadcast on Channel 12, Israel’s equivalent of NBC. Which is similarly dominated by woke ideology. He says, I urge you to express solidarity with the people of Israel, with Prime Minister Netanyahu, to make it clear that from the perspective of the United States, the democratically elected prime minister is your legitimate partner and ally. Israel has never before never witnessed such a severe and public attack, a blackmail by deep state operatives who are working in coordination with left wing media to preserve their old hegemony over the country. I may scholarly writes of comparative constitutional law researching deep state practices world wide. Israel represents the most extreme case of deep state in elite rule in the world with the judicial system is used as a tool to persecute political figures who challenge its dominance, most notably Prime Minister Netanyahu. He’s posting that at real Donald Trump. Copy. Elon Musk. Copy. Mark Levin. This happened an hour ago. America, the equivalent of the FBI director, goes on the equivalent of NBC News in Israel. And says that if Benjamin Netanyahu relieves this guy, their head of their CIA, of his position because he blew it on October 7th, he’s going to open a file, make a public Benjamin Netanyahu. And wonder what Schumer has to say about that. You know, he says he’s the first Jewish leader of the Senate. By the way, never even says she’s the first American patriot of the Senate. This guy’s pathetic. How do you like that? And he like that America. They’re blackmailing the prime minister of Israel because he wants to get rid of the head of their CIA. For his disastrous failure on October 7th. The 15 members of their Supreme Court. It’s a 15 member Politburo. They’re all left wing ideologues. They all appoint each other and the bar appoints them. They’ve told the Knesset that they’re not free to reform the judiciary. They’ve stolen the legislative powers from the consent. They’ve stolen the executive powers from the Prime Minister. Israel not only doesn’t have democracy, it has a politburo tyranny. That’s not a court system to politburo. It’s a one party politburo. Netanyahu wins election after election after election is the longest serving prime minister in their history, and it’s driving them nuts. You need to understand Israel was founded by European socialist Jews, pretty much. Ben-Gurion was a socialist and so forth and so on. So that string of victories was broken first by Menachem Begin and then by, I would argue, Netanyahu. There were others, but I would argue those are the two. Major ones. And they’ve never recovered. The electorate doesn’t want these far left parties. And so what do they do? They cut the electorate out of the process. Sure, you can vote. Sure, you can elect Netanyahu and the coalition parties. Sure. You can have a majority in our parliament. That could asset. But when it comes to the final decisions, we. There are 15 Politburo members of the so-called Israeli high court will make the final decision. Ladies and gentlemen in our country need standing to get to the court. In Israel, the court has said anybody can file a petition on anything. So they sit there and they cherry pick from a left wing ideological perspective, an anti conservative perspective and anti-democratic perspective, and mostly an anti Netanyahu perspective. What it is that they’re going to rule on. Oh, and get this. So you now have the equivalent of the FBI director blackmailing Netanyahu, who wants to remove the CIA director. So, in effect, the FBI director and the CIA director are independent. They think. If the government. And the attorney general is independent. Of the Prime Minister. So at least in our country, the FBI director, the CIA director, the FBI excuse me, the attorney general, they’re appointed by and appointed and report to the president in Israel. They’ve said they’re. Yahoo! You don’t get to a point. The head of the CIA, you don’t get to appoint the head of the FBI. You don’t get to appoint the attorney general. You will do what you’re told. So when we say Israel surrounded by seven enemies, it’s surrounded by eight. One within. It’s the enemy within. And this professor, Moshe Cohen. Ilya is 100% right, 100% right. This is a deep, deep state in Israel. In other words, the hard left, just like our Democrats are going to shut down the federal government to protect the deep state. That’s what they’re doing. They want to protect the people at the FBI, the Justice Department that unleashed that horrible injustice against President Trump. They want to protect the Department of Homeland Security that refused to secure the border. They want to protect all their buddies in these nongovernmental organization, all these these environmental Marxist, no growth left wing groups that are getting billions and billions of your tax dollars. They’re not shutting down the government to save anything related to you. They’re shutting down the government to save their own asses, to save their own infrastructure, to save their own edifice, to save what they’ve created. When your tax dollars that have finally been exposed. Over the last six weeks. That’s what this is a reaction to. We will not vote. We will not vote to cut taxes on TAPS. We will not vote to cut taxes on Social Security. We will not vote to cut taxes on overtime. We will not vote to help people. Who are loving family members seeking to take care of another family member who’s not well. We’re not going to help them. And we will wrap ourselves in the welfare state. Oh, we’re the ones protecting. Protecting nothing but waste, fraud and abuse in their own political power base. That’s it. They’re not protecting the electorate. They’re protecting the unelected. The people who lord over us. This is the Marxist mentality, America. These are the American Marxists. They’re on full display in the Democrat Party. They’re Hollywood. The people are, as they would say, the proletariat. They see you as a mass, the workers to be taxed, to be pushed around, to be told what to do for the good of the nation. They say, no, no, no, no. It’s they go to Washington, they go to the Democrat Party, the good of the ruling class. I’ve said it over and over again. People are misdiagnosing it all. Which populism versus this? It’s. No, it’s not. It’s we the people versus the Washington, DC ruling class. We the people. Against the Washington, D.C. ruling class, just like what Netanyahu’s having to put up here with his own FBI director blackmailing him. Blackmailing him. Donald Trump’s trying to give us our republic back. There’s no pretty way to do this. I love the way the Democrats say. I don’t mind what he’s doing. These are the guys that comment on it. I just wish he’d do it a different way. Oh, really? And what should he do? A different way. There is no different way. Because it’s never been done before. And I love it when Democrats say do it a different way. They don’t do it anyway. They just keep larding it up, bloating it up bigger and bigger. So the whole damn thing is going to explode. Then the economy craters. And then guess what? Remember the pandemic? Then they grab all kinds of civil liberties and stick them through the meat grinder. I know who they are. Now, you’re not your patsies. You’re the worst of the worst. Yeah. The worst of the worst. I know who you are. I’ve always known who you are. By the way, why did you settle that lawsuit care? You didn’t want discovery. Anybody who’s ever sued by care. Number one, counterclaim them. Number two, don’t settle. Number three. Undertake extensive discovery deposition from Nihad Awad. Whatever the hell that guy’s name, it doesn’t matter. Get their texts, get their emails, get their funding documents, get everything. The dumbest thing they can do is sue. Somebody like me because I’d actually enjoy it. You got that care? Been telling you that for 25 years. You know, there was one guy, very wealthy guy. I’m not going to even come close to identifying this person. It was a private conversation. This guy says to me. I don’t have to do X, Y, Z. I’m used to litigation and I’ve got a lot of money. And so what I said to this guy, Mr. Bruce, But you’ve never litigated with me. I’m not going to settle. I’m going to counterclaim for tens of millions. I’m going to get into your business and I’m going to look at every aspect of it. I’m not intimidated by anybody over anything. I’ve got one life to live and learn to live it to the fullest. Period.
