On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, Sen Chuck Schumer and his Senate Democrats are declaring that they will shut down the federal government and they do so to protest the elimination of waste, fraud, and abuse. They do so because they want higher inflation and more massive debt. They are prepared to stop funding Medicaid, food stamps, children’s lunch programs, etc., at the direction of their radical leftwing base! They don’t want to cut anything – they want to add – more billions out the door to their radical left-wing groups. The Democrat Party represents Washington D.C. and the massive bureaucracy. Later, Federal Democrat judges are out of control, and we are living under a judicial tyranny where they are creating their own power. Judge Beryl Howell blocked what was deemed an ‘unlawful’ President Trump order that targeted a law firm that had represented the Hillary Clinton campaign. The Judge does not actually possess the authority to make such a ruling. Also, suppressing the free speech, academic freedom, mobility, and education of others (Jewish students) through threats, intimidation, violence, organized mobs, barriers, face-coverings, chants of annihilation, bullhorns, trespassing, graffiti on public buildings, etc. is not, and never has been a protected 1st amendment right. And if you’ve helped organize any part of this, you’re obviously complicit. Mahmoud Khalil is a Hamas-supporting thug and should be deported. There’s precedent for the Trump lawyers dealing with the Hamas-Nazi rioters and other “protesters,” but this was used against Jews living in Judea and Samaria, who had not threatened anyone in their own country let alone in the U.S., and none of these phony 1st amendment frauds said a damn thing. Finally, Sheriff Mike Chapman calls in to give an update on Sudiksha Konanki, the U.S. college student who went missing in the Dominican Republic.

Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 866. The hell is our number seven? 877-381-3811. I just called Amex. My security has been breached. Mr. Producer, it seems like a lot of breaching is going on around here, my laptop and so but in any event 877-381-3811. Okay man there’s a lot going on. The Democrats have announced they’re going to shut down the government. Fetterman says he will not vote for that. He’s going to vote with the Republicans. Now, why there are 53 Republicans with Fetterman. That’s 54 who will vote to fund the government. And so they need seven Democrats. Chuck Schumer put out the word that they are not to vote to keep the government open. So they want to close the government in defense of the government. This underscores what I’ve been telling you for decades. The Democrat Party represents Washington, D.C. It represents the vast bureaucracy. It represents all those buildings, most of which are empty. It represents all that fraud and waste and abuse. It represents those 50 million condoms. It represents that. And worse. And they will not allow. To the extent they can stop it, they will not allow an end to the waste, fraud and abuse report after report year after year by the Government Accountability Office, GAO that a quarter of a trillion to half a trillion dollars a year. Think about that. That’s your money is wasted. They don’t know where it went. They don’t know where it went. Half a trillion dollars every single year. $50 trillion over the course of ten years. I want you to think about that. America. Not 50 trillion. 5 trillion. Excuse me. $5 trillion after over the course of ten years. They don’t want to cut anything they want to add. They want more personnel, more deadweight, more bloat, more grants, more contracts, shoveling more billions out the door to radical left wing groups. With associations with their favorite political hacks, Their favorite law firms, their favorite political causes. It’s a big deal. And the Democrat Party has said tonight we would rather not fund Medicaid. We would rather not fund the children’s lunch program. We would rather not fund. All these programs. That they used to say unnecessary. And so the Democrats are going to use the filibuster rule to prevent a vote, just to prevent a vote on the budget that was passed in the House of Representatives. They’ve taken the position. That you will blame the Republicans. They’ve taken the position. That the more pain you’re in, the better. That’s the position they’ve taken. So they actually believe that you’re going to believe that the Republicans want to slash Medicaid when they’re blocking the funding of Medicaid. They actually think you’re going to believe that. The Republicans don’t believe that the poor. Should receive any subsidies when they are going to block the poor from getting subsidies. They’re doing this because the radical left within the Democrat Party, the Marxist Islamists. Insist on it. And the Democrat Party is basically the party of. The bluest parts of New York City, the bluest parts of Washington, D.C., in the bluest parts of Los Angeles and Chicago. That’s it. They don’t represent anyone else or anything else. Tax cuts for billionaires, they say. I ask you, are you that gullible to fall for that Marxist claptrap? The answer is no. Well, spread the word. It’s Trump who wants to cut taxes on tips to eliminate them. It’s Trump who wants to eliminate taxes. And over time, it’s Trump who wants to eliminate taxes on Social Security payments. It’s Trump who wants to provide credits to individuals who have to stay home to take care of family members who are ill. None of those are Democrat proposals. The Democrats say. Billionaire tax cuts. They talk about Elon Musk, but they never talk about George and Alex Soros. Why is that? Elon Musk creates tens of thousands of jobs. Hard working blue collar jobs at Tesla, hard working blue collar jobs at SpaceX X and before that, PayPal. He’s literally created things. What is George Soros created? I don’t think chaos and mayhem. Seriously? What has he created? They don’t care about billionaires, ladies and gentlemen. The waste, fraud and abuse. Trillions of dollars. Already we see the tip of the iceberg that’s been uncovered in the course of weeks. That’s what they stand for. And nobody should have to pay for that. Hard working, middle class, blue collar workers, white collar workers, billionaires or billionaires. Nobody should have to subsidize graft and corruption. Nobody. Billionaires they concerned about. I’m concerned about big government. If the guy next door to you is a billionaire, what does it matter? Has he taken something from you? No. He or she have done something which attracts all kinds of voluntary money. Nobody’s forcing anybody to buy anything except the federal government. You don’t pay your federal taxes, they take your home. They take everything and they throw you in prison. No company can do that. Bernie Sanders sees all this and what’s his answer? More Marxism, more centralization of power, more departments and agencies. More more bureaucrats, More regulations. Resistance. The man resists freedom. He resists free will. He resist freely, resist the market system. So the Democrats tonight are taking the stand. Four more inflation, more unemployment, higher prices in our grocery stores. They’re taking the stand. That it is they. It is they who will shut down the federal government. Now footnote The federal government never shuts down, but we’re going to talk like them for it this evening. Is that okay? We’re going to do to them what they do to us. They’re going to eat this every damn bit of it. Every damn bit of it. And so the Democrats are telling the United States military, so what? They’re telling the Border Patrol. So what? They’re telling the FDA. The FAA. They’re telling the FAA, shut it down, shut down the airlines, shut down the travel. That’s what they’re telling them. That’s correct. Because the Democrat Party wants waste, fraud and abuse. It demands it. It demands that not a single bureaucrat be removed. Not a single program, whether it’s condoms for Botswana or whatever the hell it is. Nothing’s to be cut. Nothing. Zero. If you’re a union worker, they don’t give a damn about you, a non-union worker, even less whether you’re a truck driver, a cop, a firefighter, a plumber, electrician. They don’t care. Senior citizen receiving Social Security. Right. They could care less. People on Medicaid. They say they care about you. Is that what you’ve heard them say? Well, now watch what they do. They will blame everybody. They’ll throw a thousand things in the sky and hope that one of them catches your eye. In order to distract, distort and lie because that they’re good at they get a triple plus. And their media will fall behind them. But their media have lost all credibility, all of it. Because many in the media come right off the hill and work into the media. They come right out of Democrat administrations, Democrat think tanks. Many of them are Democratic contributors. Many of them are just registered Democrats. Many of them are just Democrats. And they try and conceal their entrails, but they are what they are. They don’t want Trump to succeed. They don’t want his plans put in place. They were blaming him three days ago for the price of eggs. Now, the price of eggs have plummeted. Have you heard them? Have you heard them? Reverse course now. Don’t blame them for the Biden economy when he’s doing everything he can as president through executive orders and deregulation to save the economy. To strengthen the economy. Now he’s trying to get the bulk of his programs through Congress, and they want to sabotage him. They’re already talking about impeaching him. That’s the Democrat Party, a loathsome, pointless, evil waste of a carbon footprint. And you watch these people come to the microphone. Do you have respect for Schumer? You have respect for any of these people? They’re buffoons. Just remember what I’ve always told you. This is very, very important. For the Democrat Party, it’s party first, second and third countries not even in the equation. Why else would they have open borders with fentanyl pouring over and terrorists and criminals, including murderers? Why would they do that to our country? Drain our resources out of our cities. Drain our resources out of all of our communities, our schools, law enforcement, our hospitals. Why would they do that? Because The New York Times said they’re trying to reshape the population and reshape the voter. That’s why they do it, because the Democrat Party is like a Communist Party. I’m sorry. It’s true. The party comes first. The general secretary, the party’s number one, not the leader of the country, the general secretary, because the general secretary is the de facto leader of the country. They want one party rule. That’s what totalitarian regimes are all about. You can’t have a republic, let alone a democracy if you only have one party. Oh, you can have another party. You can have another party if they’re like the Washington generals playing the Harlem Globetrotters. Oh, that’s the Washington Generals Party. In other words, a party that exists but cannot win. That’s why they want to change the Supreme Court. That’s why they want to change the Electoral College. That’s why they want to add Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico to the Senate for four more Democrat senators. That’s why they want after vote counting. That’s why they want to nationalize state voting, because they want to put the fix in. So we can never win again. And when that doesn’t work, they rely on the unelected parts of government, the massive bureaucracy that they’re prepared to shut down the government to protect. The radical cut judges. The Biden judges, The Obama judges. Who seem to think. That just because Biden put a policy in place or a regulation in place. That it is protected by the Constitution and federal law and that another president. Who defeats Biden? Who wins by a landslide. Cannot and must not reverse the course that Biden has set us on. Off the edge of the earth. Because they pretend they have constitutionalist and legalized their left wing policies. They insist that the bureaucracy be immune from elections, be immune. From the laws of economics be immune from cuts and reductions. And so this has been crystallized tonight. When Chuck Schumer has announced that they will not provide the votes. They will not provide the votes. To break a filibuster where they need 60 votes, Really? 61. Even though the Republicans have a majority, he’s told his. His goose steppers. That’s right. That’s what they are. He’s told us goose steppers. Nobody. Nobody. Goose and steps better than the Democrats. In the last 50 years, the last half century. They’re very good at. He’s told them, get in line. And step. Do what you’re supposed to do for the party, claim it’s for the country like the Communists do, but it’s for the party. So I ask you, America, will they succeed in this diabolical plot? Will they succeed in trying to sabotage the election that just passed and the Trump agenda not even giving them a chance in it, blaming them for all the problems that Biden created? Are they going to succeed in such loathsome? Vile politics. It’s up to you. I’ll be right back.

President Trump. You know, this man is really historic. And I just want to say this. Things you’re doing, he’s doing Rather talked about the hostages again today, talked about Hamas. What his government, his administration is doing to try and wipe out anti-Semitism is utterly unprecedented. It’s amazing to me that the Democrats, their media, the slip and fall lawyers, the same people who hate Trump and hate you and me are coming to the defense. About Hamas Nazi supporting thug. Against innocent. Innocent students, most of whom are Jewish, who’ve run for their lives. The lock themselves and the librarian in their dorms have been prevented going to class. Meanwhile, the Hamas Nazi supporting thugs have spread graffiti on the campuses, have taken over buildings, have done severe damage, committed acts of violence. As I said, they’ve done a hell of a lot more than happened on January 6th.

You know America, these federal judges, these Democrat judges are completely and utterly out of control. And so I want to announce tonight that we live in weathers and to a great extent under a judicial tyranny. It doesn’t mean sometimes judges do the right thing. Supreme Court certainly does from time to time. But that’s not my point. My point is they’re creating their own power. They’re creating their own precedent, and they’re going to continue building on it. And I need to call them out because if I don’t, nobody else really will, certainly not on a consistent basis. And so end judicial tyranny has been unleashed by the Biden, Clinton Obama judges with the help of some of the Never Trumper judges, the handful of Republican judges, and they’re doing it out of our metropolitan areas, especially Washington, D.C., New York, but especially Washington. ABC News judge blocks quote unlawful unquote. Trump Order targeting Clinton 2016 Law firm. Now the judge is barrel house. She’s on senior status, meaning she’s an old lady. Meaning she’s supposed to be working part time. She used to work on Patrick Leahy staff. He retired. He’s an old man. But it was a radical left wing kook out of Vermont. Which reinforces my proposal last night that rather than rather than try and make Canada a 51 state, 51st state, which would mean they get two senators and a whole bunch of congressmen. And it’s a very liberal country. I think we should go from 50 to 49 states and give Canada, Vermont, and they can take the two damnable senators and the one damnable congressman with them. With one exception. We keep the maple syrup, Mr. Producer. But that’s it. That’s it. I need to tell President Trump of that proposal, not you. That which. Federal judge this evening entered an emergency order emergency barring the Trump administration from implementing major parts of its executive order that sought to target the law firm of Perkins Coie, a big time Democrat law firm, over its representation of Hillary Clinton’s campaign in 2016. Now, I want you to keep something in mind. There’s this project 65 or whatever it was called, funded by dark money, a whole bunch of radical left wing lawyers. Alan Dershowitz on this program explained it before. I’ve explained it as well, targeting one Republican attorney after another who were involved in the 2020 challenges, one after another after another, forcing them to defend their license, forcing them to fight all these ethics complaints. Some of them were disbarred. Some of them were sanctioned. Some of them were suspended. And not a single friggin federal judge did a damn thing. Not one. And now look what we have. That old lady has been on the bench for forever. Used to work on Capitol Hill, part of the ruling class. She’s a judicial tyrant. Judge Beryl. How? Nice name, by the way. Ruling from the bench found that attorneys for Perkins Coie, who filed suit earlier this week, had met the bar to enter a temporary restraining order determining they would suffer immediate and irreparable harm. It provisions of the order targeting the law firm’s work with government contractors, as well as restrictions on the attorneys access to government buildings were implemented. This is how ABC News reports this in an extraordinary hearing in which the Justice Department pushed for an attorney general, Pam Bondi, Chief of Staff Chad Mosley to present its arguments, has repeatedly questioned the logic and legality surrounding the order, which said she had extraordinary breadth and whose language was unlike any other order she’d ever read. Obviously, reading is fundamental and she’s not capable of it. Regardless of the president, dislikes the firm’s clients, issuing an executive order targeting the firm based on the president’s dislike of political positions of the firm’s clients. I guess this lady was sleeping all through. The Hillary Clinton scandals and what that law firm did and what the lawyers did. I guess she was sleeping through all that. Mr. Producer. What happened to the emails? What happened to the iPhone? That her ruling blocking parts of the executive orders she found unlawful right at the bench. That’s unlawful. What did I say when I started the program? They’ve institutionalized and legalized the policies. And actions. A Democrat Party regime’s. You now can’t undo their spending. You now can undo their hiring. You now can undo their policies and their priorities. They’re all protected by the Constitution, don’t you know? Their law firms are protected by the Constitution. The president has to give them access. Too confidential and even more secure information. She says the president is certainly entitled to his own belief, entitled to his preferred cause, as he’s entitled to hold tight on to his own dislikes. But the Constitution protects all of us from the exercise of his targeted power based on those tests like to shoot his saying she’s writing a man who is targeted by her party. She understand she’s writing to a man who they tried to throw in prison with phony charges, phony statutes. The statutes were phony. In their application against Trump. The ownership. Does you understand? What took place in New York against Donald Trump, both in civil and criminal court. She’s talking about. He doesn’t get to target his opponents. During his changes with the judge, McSally argued that the order falls squarely within Trump’s executive powers, suggesting that the courts had no jurisdiction to intervene in the matter. President of the United States is authorized under the Constitution to find that there are certain individuals or certain companies that are not trustworthy with the nation’s secrets, he said. That’s something the president is afforded to do under the court. Jazz how press miserly how Trump’s order did anything to address a so-called threat from Perkins Coie. Given essentially all the individuals involved in representation in Hillary Clinton’s campaign have left the firm. One exchange house said to myself that the sweeping nature of some of his arguments sent chills down my spine. Well, we can’t have that. Chris MATTHEWS had chills up his leg. This judge has chills down her spine. How about that? But they’re all a pain in the ass. Have you noticed that Mr. is. They made a finding that there is a national security risk with a particular law firm, then. Yes. He says they have. Zali further sought to downplay the damage. Perkins Coie said it has already suffered as a result of an order speculative. We put up with a bunch of what ifs and boogeymen. Then we’re having to fight about none of those goes Syria. The bogeymen are not real. The attorney representing Perkins Chui Dahn. But Weinglass. Very nice. From the law firm of Williams and Connolly. Another Washington. Law firm laid out in stark terms their already sweeping damages said the order has caused see there always damage. They try to destroy Trump. They try to crush him, crush them financially, crush him personally, go after his family. That’s what the federal government did. That’s what these other local prosecutors did. One after another, they were cheered on. It’s great. You never heard a single federal judge say, wait a minute. You’re targeting him? Not one. Not one. Now they’re concerned. Now they’re concerned. This judge does not have this power. I don’t care what they might say over at National View or anywhere else. This judge does not have this power. She may not like it. She may not like what the president did. But that’s too damn bad. So according to all these federal judges, in the aggregate, the president doesn’t have a right to cut budgets. He doesn’t have a right to data in order to determine if people are actually working or not. Or to determine if there’s fraud taking place. He doesn’t have the right to stop money from going to foreign nations. That’s already in the channel. He doesn’t have a right to offer severance, although that judge reversed himself. That judge reversed himself. He doesn’t have a right to take out the AEI because that’s a Biden policy. So it’s got to stick. It’s constitutional now. It doesn’t have a right to do that with wokeism and so forth in the federal government. Only the federal judges have that power. Not only liberal Democrat judges have the power to create all these rights. All these radical left wing policy spending. Regulations Wokeism. Wrap them in the Constitution and then they’ll have their judges. When you have judges doing something like this, which Woodrow Wilson said they would just get them appointed their lifetime appointments, there’s no effective way of countering them. If we win elections, great. We can do what we want to do. We can do what we want to do. But if we lose, we still need to do what we want to do. So they dig up. Brush the dirt and dust off a district judge barrel. How used to be the chief judge there? Many questions raised about her conduct during the investigation of Donald Trump relating to January six and the documents many. But she’s answerable to nobody. Nobody. And John Roberts and Barrett. Oh, she’s not only enemy of my God now, she’s the enemy of constitutional conservatives. Media. I know you’re too stupid to understand the difference. And even if you did, you’re propagandist for Oliver. Follow the law and follow the Constitution, won’t you? These judges are out of control. They’re being cherry picked for a reason by Democrat Party, by Democrat law firms, by Democrat public sector union bosses to get the result they want. And if this stands, they’re going to destroy the power of the office of the presidency. They’re going to be rewriting through the back door the power of the executive branch. That’s what they’re doing. And what was supposed to be the least dangerous body becomes the most dangerous body like in Israel right now. They have an absolute judicial politburo. An absolute judicial politburo of 15 Supreme Court justices who appoint themselves. Who rule whether the what they’re doing is legal or not. Get involved in military decisions, legislative decisions, executive decisions. That’s exactly what’s going on here right now, because the Supreme Court refused to put its foot down two weeks ago. Judge Beryl Howell is out of order. Completely and totally out of order, as are all these judges. We’re doing their very best. The usurp the authority of an elected president of the United States? No, he’s not a dictator and he’s not acting like a dictator. He hasn’t violated any law or the Constitution in any respect. Fact, he respects the decisions of the court, even courts that don’t respect the decisions of the people or the Constitution of the United States. Add General Add Judge Beryl Howard to the list. Donald Trump was in the Oval Office today as he is every day at a press event. He has at least once a day. And he was pure Donald Trump. Pure Donald Trump. I want you to listen to this. I love it. Crack cracked me up. Cut one, Go. These people are sick. They don’t know what’s happening. Meanwhile, the Democrats and the budget Democrats have to get their act together. And if they don’t vote, then what you got to do is you’re going to have taxes that are going to go through the roof. You’re going to have a very bad time. You’re going to have some very bad things happen and people are going to blame the Democrats. And Schumer is a Palestinian, as far as I’m concerned. You know, he’s become a Palestinian. He used to be Jewish. He’s not Jewish anymore. He’s a Palestinian. Yes, That is hilarious. Isn’t that funny, Mr. Producer? We should still add from the present schmuck our nation’s first Palestinian Democrat majority leader. So you got him in there As a Palestinian, you’ve got Pocahontas Blumenthal having a hell of a time laughing here. That little Dick Durbin from. The land of Lincoln, Illinois. I’m just laughing and got all kinds of stuff going on on the Senate side there. And I want to repeat, instead of trying to make Canada our 51st state, I suggest we give Canada Vermont so we can get rid of Bernie Sanders and the other Marxist political hacks there. I think that’s a great idea. I know conservatives listening in Vermont to our affiliate there in Burlington. I know you’re upset with me. Don’t be upset with me. This is nothing to do with you. Nothing to do with you. Matter of fact, I think we should give Vermont and you keep your American citizenship. Does that make happy? You’re not representative of Vermont anyway. I mean, Bernie Sanders basically represents the darkest red areas, the Moscow. By the way. You notice how they switch that. When you call somebody a red, you’re calling them a communist because of the hammer, the hammer and sickle or red in their flag. So they switched it. Now we’re from the red states and they’re from the blue states. See what I mean? Also, the blue was the Union during the Civil War. The gray was the Confederacy. But now we’re suddenly red. I mean, we go along with it. I got to go along with them. I have to. I’m just saying how they change the language. They’re the reds. We’re the blues. So they switch uniforms. Now they’re the blues.
