On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, Mahmoud Khalil, a Columbia University terrorist sympathizer, was detained by federal immigration officials. However, an Obama-appointed judge stepped in to rescue this non-student, green-card-holding activist, who supports overseas terrorist organizations and shouldn’t even be on Columbia’s campus—or in the U.S.—given his actions and affiliations. Khalil leads Columbia United Apartheid Divest (CUAD), a radical group that backs terrorist organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah. The Associated Press is attempting to portray him as a victim, but he’s far from it. Has he ever spoken out against the slaughter of minorities in Syria? Later, why is the U.S. dealing with Qatar? It’s about time the media asked: Who does Qatar influence? Who’s receiving their money? Qatar is the enemy and it’s at the center of a massive scandal in which it has bought off media, politicians, think tanks, law firms, lobbyists and businessmen. It all must be exposed. Additionally, Eric Trump joins the program to discuss his lawsuit against Capital One for cutting ties with the Trump Organization in 2021. He argues the decision was solely based on the Trump name and pledges to hold the bank accountable. Also, a study reveals Medicaid made $1.1 trillion in improper payments over the past decade. Democrats aim for one-party rule and may shut down the government as a tactical move to win a larger political war. Rather than protecting citizens, they seek to exploit people and their jobs. Finally, It’s unsurprising that Mark believes the U.S. shouldn’t negotiate with terrorists, as they follow no rules and don’t wage war like a traditional army. Negotiating with terrorists for hostages is a mistake, as it encourages them to take more captives in the future.

Segment 1
Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. Muhammad. I hear a little cage, a l. I’m not good with these consonants, with very few vowels. Names. Mahmoud, not Mohammed. Mahmoud Khalil. Got it. I think I got it. It’s not the Yiddish, you know. Mahmoud Khalil, the Columbia University agitator, detained by ICE for deportation. The Associated Press is trying to create a victim out of this. This punk. The American Criminal Liberties Union is trying to suggest to us that this is a First Amendment issue. I’m well aware of First Amendment issues. This is not that. Some idiot said, I’m a libertarian, so, you know, I’m not really good with this. Oh, okay. You’re a libertarian. You’re not really good with this. But it’s too bad you don’t understand the First Amendment. Not even a little bit. Over at the New York Post. They apparently do Christmas, he writes. The Columbia University grad taken into custody by federal immigration officials Saturday is a Palestinian former student. So there you go. His trespassing and known campus agitator. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, a two day Columbia owned apartment inhabited by Mohammed excuse me, Mahmoud Khalil, who fronts a radical group, Columbia United Apartheid, Divest C, UAD. Which sympathizes with terror groups like Hamas and Hezbollah and calls for the end of Western civilization. In other words, this is a terrorist front group. It’s a propaganda operation. If I had to guess. It’s funded by, at least in part, Qatar, Iran. All that quoted a link and Khaleel briefly served as a political officer with UNWRA, the U.N. agency that supports Palestinian refugees. Actually, to more accurately put it in New York Post that supports the Hamas terrorists, which was stripped of tens of millions in federal funding after an explosive report that some of its members took part in the October seven Hamas attack against Israel, in which 1200 people were killed. Calio and his group UAD, has been at the forefront of chaotic and at times violent campus protests at Columbia University and Barnard College. See, that’s not First Amendment for the geniuses out there dating back to at least last spring, which have resulted in injuries, damage to buildings and strike fear into the hearts of Jewish students and faculty. What else do we know about this lowlife? After receiving his undergraduate degree in Beirut, Kaleo, born in Syria in 1995, enrolled at Columbia, where he earned his graduate degree at the School of International Public Affairs in December, was a driving force behind many of the anti-Israel protests building takeovers. And he campaigns that have plagued the school for more than a year. I’m a libertarian. My First Amendment. No, it’s not morons. Canada. His lawyer, Amy Greer Carlyle is a permanent U.S. resident with a green card. Green card? That’s trouble for him. He served as COO ad sets. The group lead negotiator with the Schools Administration on numerous occasions, including during last spring’s Gaza solidarity encampment, during which scores of tents were erected on the Ivy League schools. Campus lawn leaves him for trespassing before this guy got him for more. He was suspended from Colombia last April for taking part in the demonstrations, but it was reversed the next day due to lack of evidence. Carlisle told me, a BBC reporter at the time, Apparently there’s a lot of evidence on him now. He’s been a regular fixture on news programs discussing the group’s disruptive efforts, including an interview on Kids News Network cuts. Anybody know what cuts is? Are Google it? Which was done completely in Arabic. He’s been pictured on campus protest dating back to last April, speaking in bullhorns, taking part in dance circles, marching draped in a cafe headscarf. And according to reports, he is married and his eight months pregnant wife was in the couple’s apartment at the time. I took him into custody. Oh, I’m sorry, but she’s free to go with you. Of course. So he’s a thug. He’s the enemy. They have the bleeding hearts, of course. But he’s a thug and an enemy. There’s simply no question about it. Time for him to go. And there’ll be more. More of them are going to go. And of course, this thug, this punk. He didn’t protest what’s going on in Syria, did he? Where minorities are being butchered. Over a thousand people killed. Families, innocent citizens, including Christians, by the way. You don’t see any activity on these campuses, do you? Protesting. What? Islamic terrorists are doing. No, you don’t. Why is that? We know why that is. Because they’re supporting Hamas in other terrorist operations. That’s what these protests are all about. It’s not for free speech or equal rights or some kind of benefit. And what took place, God knows how many years. No, no, no. This is a forward movement funded by the enemy. Populated by the enemy, promoted by the enemy to take down our country. To take down our country. And I want to know why we’re dealing with Qatar. And I think it’s about time. The American media and others. Ask this question. Who does Qatar own? Who has Qatar given money to? What institutions has it bought? You want to hear really a bad one. I mean, it’s public record. They gave millions of dollars. Mr. Producer, this is going to make you sick. To the Medal of Honor. Organization that’s building a facility for. A monument for Medal of Honor recipients believe that. I wonder how many Medal of Honor recipients who fought in the Middle East think that’s a good idea? They’re not the only one. They have ownership stakes in professional American professional basketball. American professional ice hockey. This is how they try and mainstream their terrorism. In other words, they try and show one face to America and Europe and another face. To the enemy. They gave $1.8 billion to Hamas. That funding stream only stopped a few months ago. They gave a safe haven to five of Hamas’s leaders, the billionaires who led Hamas to a few months ago. They’re involved in negotiations on the release of the hostages while trashing Israel. While trashing Israel. They are aligned with Iran. They’re aligned with the terrorists who took over Syria from the terrorist who ran Syria, who are now slaughtering non-Muslims, minorities, Christians. Very little objection from anybody. I’ll be right back.
Segment 2
We’re here with our friend Eric Trump. Eric Trump. How are you doing, brother? How are you, Mark? It’s great to be on. I’m doing great. Thank you. Your dad’s doing great, and I’m sure your family’s doing great. And Eric Trump, you’re doing great. You were you decided to take on Capital One and explain to the American people what’s going on there. I did. I did on Friday sued Capital One. You know, Mark, in 2021, we had over 300 accounts for Capital One. And I’ll never forget, I got a call from one of our guys in the office. And Eric, they’re shutting down all our accounts. What do you mean, they’re shutting down all our accounts? We’ve. We’ve banked with Capital One for well over a decade. Norfolk Bank before that, which they acquired Acquired Capital One and acquired North Fork. We had been with them for years and years before that. I’m saying they’re saying, you know, between the two banks, we were almost there for 15, 20 years. But you mean they’re shutting it down? What do we do? Well, you know, these are these are golf courses. These are residential buildings. These are. Nope, They effectively given us notice that you close the accounts. Otherwise, they’re going to forcefully close the accounts, send you a check with whatever’s in them. And I’m saying they’re saying, oh, you know, Mark, I have thousands of employees, right? I mean, it’s over 300 bank accounts. These are residential buildings, commercial buildings. You have your waiters and waitresses, you have housekeepers, you have engineers, you have, you know, caddies. You have I mean, go through the list. Golf clubs and and and stores and little escrow accounts and big commercial buildings. And and, you know, I mean, thousands and thousands of inputs every day. You know, tenants pay rent into an account and obviously you pay you their rent out to the employees and for taxes and everything else. And, you know, they pulled the rug out from under us. And they did so for one reason because we had the last name Trump as the only common denominator. None of those entities were politically affiliated. They weren’t. You know, I mean, the vast majority of them, again, were were standalone entities. Some of those entities we didn’t even own, we, you know, properties that we manage for for third parties, it didn’t matter. They were indiscriminate. They just wanted to hurt Trump. And and they wanted to cancel us and they wanted to bleed us. And I’ll never forget how much damage that caused. And and so, you know, yesterday or I’m sorry, Friday, I, I tried a major lawsuit against them. I mean, it violates everything that we should be as Americans. You know, you go on Capital One’s in all their their pages, our oath to our consumers, our oath to our customers. That will be fair, will be great, will be in part. I mean, they’ve got all this beautiful language about how stand up they are. And they didn’t give a damn about about thousands of employees. They didn’t give a damn about, you know, real breathing, living operational assets. You know, again, all they saw was the Trump name and all they wanted to do was to wipe us out. And again, the damage that does to a business is unthinkable. And so it’s just one of a thousand ways, Mark, that they they put us totally under siege. But, you know, this can’t happen in America. And tremendous damage was caused and I’m going to hold him accountable. Well, I think that’s great. I think one of the reasons this is important that you’re here is because we have millions of listeners, I suspect a percentage of the millions of listeners, all our customers of Capital One, because an awful lot of banks out there. You get to choose which bank you want to work with and which bank you don’t. And if Capital One had a problem with Trump because it’s Trump, then it had a problem with millions of us who supported Donald Trump for president United States. I think it’s very important for people to understand that you can speak to your money, too. Yeah. And Mark, at some point I should probably put out a list of the good ones and the bad ones. I’ll tell you, there should be other ones to follow. I’ll tell you, Chase’s is one of the ones that was a bad one as well. You know, they did horrible things. And First Republic Bank, which merged into Chase, they couple of years ago, they were also part of that cancel culture wave. And so, you know, you’ve got to be very, very careful. And the sad thing, Mark, is if they can happen to us, that’s got a lot of zeros on a on a balance sheet, massive company. A little guy doesn’t stand a chance. I mean, if they want to cancel you, not only will they cancel you, but by cancelling you, they’ll destroy your business. I mean, that’s just an area where you can’t pay their employees. Imagine your scenario where you can’t receive funds from checking into a hotel at 11:00 at night because there is no there’s there’s no one to process the payments. There’s nowhere for it to go. You’re gone. Right. That shuts down businesses that that bankrupts companies. Right. And they’re we’re fortunate. We’re well-established. We’re big where. But they’ll kill the little guy and they’ll do so because they don’t like what they’re the fact that somebody wears a hat. This is Make America Great Again, that, you know, they don’t like the fact that they have a big, beautiful American flag hanging off their back porch. We said, America, how is that? How is that freedom of speech? How is that, you know, for freedom to exercise a vote for the person that you otherwise think is the best to steal a country? Yeah, it’s not I mean, it’s it’s horrible. And it can’t happen in the United States of America. We’re a third world country when this kind of thing happens. And and so I’m going to hold I’m going to hold Capital One accountable, and I’m going to hold other banks accountable. And and again, as I said before, there’s there’s more. There’s more to come. I just want the public and I’m sure you obviously know the inconvenience of something like this is unbelievable to, you know, stop payment on bills. And they kind of move accounts around and even even changing checks and all the rest of it. It’s it is and terrible inconvenience. But it seems to me very simple. When a corporate entity decides that it wants to play politics, I think we should engage. So they want to play what they think. Mark, how much bigger it is for a corporate entity, right? If I if I had to change a personal account, that’s a whole little. Listen, it’s it’s horrible and it’s wrong and it’s inconvenient. It’s all those things right, and it’s damaging as hell. But think about when when you’re canceling bank accounts that are otherwise subject to loan agreements, right? It puts you in default of your mortgages on on on buildings that could be hundreds of millions of dollars in value. You know, think about having a building, a commercial building that has hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of tenants in them. And they have AC payment. They have direct deposit payments every single month. And and all of a sudden a bank account just gets shut in the middle of the night and those payments aren’t showing up. They’re getting lost in cyberspace. I mean, think about that and then think about every housekeeper you have in those buildings and think about all the people that you have working at the front desk, all the security officers, all the the janitors in the middle of the night. I mean, everybody that surrounds those buildings, the engineers, I could go on and on and on and then congratulations. There’s no one to pay them their checks. Stop showing up. And and then you multiply that one building and you multiply that times 300 different accounts, all with hundreds and hundreds of permutations. I can’t tell you the damage that causes. Right. And and again, they only call it be it for maintenance for projects that we simply manage that we didn’t even have ownership over, you know, buildings that we don’t own. But we we manage for third parties. It didn’t make a damn difference to them. They still wanted them cancel. They wanted to take them down. And why? These weren’t political entities, you know, these were beautiful operational businesses that had been in their portfolio some, you know, for over ten years in many cases. You know, Marc, it’s really it’s sad and it’s disgusting. Again, it can’t happen. Well, if you expand your litigation, let us know, because I want in the nation to right now, it’s capital one. Capital one is the one that cut off the Trump organization and management of other companies from the bank. Thank you, Eric. God bless, brother. And take care. We’ll be back.
Segment 3
Minutes ago a federal judge in Manhattan appointed by Barack Obama who else blocked the removal of ABC news, calls this guy a Palestinian activist. He’s not a Palestinian activist. You know, it’s amazing thing the media say there’s a difference between the Hamas terrorists and the Palestinians. And I’ve told you this over and over again since October 7th. And yet when it comes to the Hamas supporters, those funded to promote activists on behalf of Hamas and Hezbollah and the terrorists, they call them Palestinian activists. It’s sick because the media suck. Judge Block’s removal of Palestinian activists who was detained at Columbia University. He’s no longer a student. It was an activist promoting Hamas, Hezbollah and terrorism in this country. He’s on a green card. You’re on a green card. You’re in America. You have to actually behave or you can be deported. But a federal judge has blocked the removal of a, quote unquote, Palestinian activist from the United States while wearing a petition challenging his arrest. Mahmoud Kelly I’m telling you, if we can’t get rid of these people, it’s over. We can’t get rid of these people. It’s over. And I want to thank again John Roberts and his sidekick, Barrett. Four, at least for now, giving so much power to a federal district judge. So when we have elections, you know, we now have effectively a judicial tyranny. That’s what’s going on here. And it took the judiciary fix itself. It will remain a judicial tyranny in Israel. They have a judicial tyranny, and they get stronger and stronger and stronger. In our country, the originalists usually step up. We thought Roberts and Barrett were rejoice. Apparently not. So I can’t get fixed unless they fix it. Unless Congress is able to cobble together enough votes, including a supermajority in the Senate, which it’s not going to, to restrict the jurisdiction of these district courts, which they created. Mahmoud Khalil was arrested by ICE at Columbia University over the weekend. He’s not even a student. What’s he doing there? Despite having a green card, they said. A green card isn’t a ticket to do whatever you want. Sparking an outcry from civil rights groups. This is the way it’s written. The vast majority of Americans support this and outcry from civil rights groups. They mean radical left wing organizations, including those that promote the same thing that this piece of crap promotes. They filed a habeas corpus petition challenging his arrest. This is normal procedure for the left wing Democrat lawyers to preserve the court’s jurisdiction pending a ruling on the petition. Petitioners shall not be removed from the United States unless and until the court orders otherwise, said Judge Jesse Furman. Now, it’s interesting they don’t mention that Jesse Furman was appointed by Obama. They never mention when these guys are appointed by Biden or Obama or Clinton. Never. ICE agents arrested Carlisle, a leader in the Manhattan University’s encampment movement. More than the candle lit movement. You all. Can’t you ever tell the truth? On Saturday night claiming a student visa had been revoked. Not even a student. Now, however, Khalil is in the United States on a green card and not a student visa, despite informing agents about his legal status. ICE detained him. So what? A green card doesn’t give you carte blanche. Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Trisha McLaughlin said. Carlile is a former Columbia graduate student, was arrested by ICE in support of President Trump’s executive orders prohibiting antisemitism. Used to be, Ladies and gentlemen, the civil liberties movement fought people who were spreading violence against Jews and violence against any minorities. They used to be out there talking about hate crimes. Not now because it’s Jews. It’s okay. Colored activities aligned to Hamas, a designated terrorist organization, McLaughlin said in a statement. It’s funny, they have to have the the DHS spokesperson mention that. But ABC News didn’t report it as news news. ICE and the Department of State are committed to enforcing President Trump’s order. But here, OSBI, one of the lawyers representing Carlyle, called his client’s alleged line with Hamas false and preposterous. It’s neither false nor preposterous. His attorneys fight a habeas corpus petition on his behalf, challenging the validity of his arrest and detention. I wonder who’s paying for these lawyers. Can we find out who’s paying for these loans? Yes. And then they tell us about the event. His wife went upstairs to retrieve his immigration documents. That shows he’s a lawful permanent resident, which appeared to surprise the agents, according to the filing. In other words, to the wife, Jane, the documents, the agent who was talking to someone on the phone, the agent looked confused when he saw the documents and said he has a green card. Again, these are words of the wife. However, the agent stopped, proceeded to detain. Khaleel, did not give his wife any information at all as they had to find out where her husband will be taken. On what grounds? Well, why would they? They’re arresting him, not her. Then he had to tell her a damn thing. You know, it is amazing to me. The media are all in. For Hamas, Hezbollah, their front groups care. Students for Justice in Palestine, and they’re all in. They’re all in. I use arrest and detention on. My move follows the US Government’s open repression of student activism and political speech. Jewish students running in a library. Locking themselves in. Locking their dorm doors. Not leaving their dormitories. Jewish students physically abused. Jewish stars ripped from their necks. Counterprotesters with Israeli flags or star of David John flags attacked. The most hate crimes committed in this country, over 50% against a tiny population of Jews. Especially since we’ve had open borders. And look how the media conducted themselves and look how this judge conducts himself. Jewish judge, by the way. Of course, gives cover to the anti-Semites. The Council on American-Islamic Relations quote the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy group who says they do called for Carlyle’s release. Now, this is a group founded. By Hamas operatives. In a hotel outside Philadelphia airport. That was bugged by the FBI. The records were released. They were in open court. Funding by the Homeland Foundation. That is terrorism money. And so ABC quotes them without even mentioning who they are. The Council on American-Islamic Relations is effectively the neo-Nazis of the left of the Islamist movement. Department of Homeland Security’s lawless decision and they go on. So there’s care. Like I say, I wonder who’s paying for these lawyers. I wonder, I encourage the administration, keep at it. Keep at it. Just it’s just a if our legal system. Cannot function properly. To truly protect our constitutional rights, the constitutional rights of the people who are being targeted. Carlisle wasn’t targeted. He was targeting Jews. He was targeting innocent. Civilians. Jews. On the campus. Columbia University. We all saw it. He was instigating. Right. It’s behavior. That’s what he was doing. There are other criminal laws. That can be applied even to U.S. citizens who conduct themselves this way. So I would encourage Pam Bondi. Whoever is in charge of the criminal division, Kash Patel over at the FBI and whoever the acting U.S. attorney is, the Southern district of New York, when they’re not going after Mayor Adams. To go dig up these laws. There’s at least two of them. Probably more. Existing federal criminal statutes that can be used against this guy. If he doesn’t want to just be deported, then he can be prosecuted. That’s my view. Donald Trump. I stand with Donald Trump. Who just a few years ago. In his first term as president. June nine, 2017. Called out Qatar. Called out Qatar to end its funding for terrorism, something I’ve been talking about now for years. Something. I’ve done an entire show on twice. Something I talk about on radio in The Blaze. President Trump himself. I stand on his shoulders when he calls out Qatar. June 9th 2017. Hat tip memory MRI. Outstanding site. Dot org. Got one go. I addressed the summit of more than 50 Arab and Muslim leaders. A unique meeting in the history of nations where key players in the region agreed to stop supporting terrorism, whether it be financial, military or even moral support. The nation of Qatar, unfortunately, has historically been a funder of terrorism at a very high level. And in the wake of that conference, nations came together. And spoke to me. About confronting Qatar over its behaviour. So we had a decision to make. Do we take the easy road or do we finally take a hard but necessary action? We have to stop the funding of terrorism. I decided. Along with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, our great generals and military people. The time had come to call. On Qatar to end its funding. They have to end that funding. And it’s extremist ideology in terms of funding. I want to call on all of the nations to stop immediately supporting terrorism, national, military or even moral support. I second that. And Donald Trump was on to Qatar before. I was so good for him. Good for him. In guitars there in the Middle East right now. You know, Joe Biden extended, I think it was for ten years, if I recollect. The lease on that military base in Qatar. Why don’t we have a military base in Qatar? We could put it anywhere. Why is it in Qatar? We literally have a military base in Qatar while Qatar is funding Hamas or was protecting its leadership and aligned with Iran. I mean, to be truthful about this, I’d rather have a military base in Saudi Arabia than Qatar, because Saudi Arabia hates Iran. Saudi Arabia is not funded. Hamas. Hey, look, I’m no Saudi Arabia fan either. America. I think I’m one of the few hosts who actually comes on here and calls a spade a spade. I really am. I just got to put a wet finger in the air and figure out what they think they should say. That’s not me. And been calling out Qatar for years. In calling out Saudi Arabia for years. But in this respect, why do we have a military base? Why did Biden extended for ten years? Well, somebody told me that. What’s that all about? Because all these politicians are on Qatar’s payroll. That’s what it’s all about. Or they want to be on Qatar’s payroll. That’s the truth. It’s hard enough money. Nobody give it crap. Could care less. But you look at a country like Bahrain. Bahrain doesn’t support terrorism. You look at a country like the UAE. These are tiny countries, but very wealthy. They don’t support terrorism. But Qatar does. It’s disgusting. And by the way, members of the media. Had been fed by Qatar, taken junkets, paid for by Qatar and been brought to Qatar, have played golf in Qatar. The media to you know, Politico was on the take by the U.S. government, U.S. aid and other organizations to media organizations, the media organizations and reporters. You know, Al Jazeera is the state owned, state run media propaganda mouse for Qatar. Pushing its anti-Semitism, pushing its anti-Americanism. Constantly. That’s our ally. Seriously? We need to get this right. I’ll be right back.
Segment 4
Hey, to all my conservative friends and conservative talk radio agree with me about Qatar. Hmm. Do they missed reducing? They’re awfully quiet, I think. Why? My brothers and sisters on TV. Hello? Hello. I notice even liberal sites like mediocre, right? Dan Abrams. Not a word. Silence. The sludge report? Nothing. Silence. She. Don’t talk about Qatar. You might upset the Democrats. You might upset the Republicans should you might accept broadcasters and broadcast companies. Stop it. Stop it. Yeah, but we’re patriots here. We’ll be right back.
