On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, President-Elect Trump should get the cabinet and nominees he wants but if Mark sees a person that concerns him, he’ll speak out. It’s a good thing that Chad Chronister withdrew his name from the DEA nomination. He had a terrible background. Trump is trying to nominate Constitutionalists but Democrats and RINO’s have a problem with nominees who want to re-constitutionalize government.  Now, more smears against Pete Hegseth are coming out and Congressmen like Lindsey Graham are falling for it. This is unacceptable. Also, back in September of 2023, Mark predicted that President Biden was going to pardon Hunter in between the election and inauguration. Joe had to pardon Hunter to cover his ass.  Finally, some are saying that Biden should pardon Trump. For what? For illegitimate indictments and convictions in a rouge courtroom? Those convictions need to be overturned, and cases dismissed.

Segment 1
Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811.  877-381-3811. I see long form interviews are back. Mr. Producer, did you see that? Oh, yeah. See, I. Maybe it was five years ago. I don’t remember. 26 years ago. Um, I was actually asked to do a program on Fox. The CEO there, Suzanne Scott, is fantastic. Absolutely superb. Just superb. And she wanted me to join Fox. And I went to New York with my wife. I’ll get the other stuff. I’m just thinking about this now. Julie and we met. I’m not going to get into all the details is a private meeting, but we’ve met Mr. Murdoch and I believe Jay Wallace, the head of the radio group there. And and, of course, Suzanne, and they were talking about Fox Nation, what they were starting there. Well, I’d already started. Conservative review TV, which then purchased plays, and we came together in a fantastic digital TV platform called Blaze TV. And so when I was there, I said basically two things I listen to mostly, and they’re brilliant people, absolutely brilliant. And Mr. Murdoch was as sharp as can be. I mean, really. I mean, he was above me when he was talking about digital and digital and these going into these things and. I had no idea. But he certainly did. And you can see was right. Um, haven’t met him or talked to him since because I don’t bother these people. You know, I don’t call the CEO of Fox all the time or text them all that. I just don’t do that. Same with Donald Trump. You go people hanging around Mar a Lago. Talk show host, TV host, actors. I don’t do it. I just don’t want to be a pain in the ass. It just seems to me if somebody wants to talk to me or if I have something to say, it should be relatively important. I just don’t do it. It’s just not me. And so we talked about the kind of program I’d like to do. And I said, Look, I’d like to do a long form interview show. We don’t do that anymore. We have programs with lots and lots of guests and so forth. And they were so kind. They said, Do whatever you think. And I said, And we should pick a day and a time to test it out. That doesn’t necessarily rate that well. And so 10 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday. I mean, it doesn’t get much more of a test than that, Mr. Producer. And the rest is history. And so I do this long form interview. I used to do it with one guest and now we have two. And I only did it on Sunday. Then they asked me to include Saturday. So I do it on Sundays and Saturdays, basically 2 hours. That’s all I do and that’s all I really want to do. And for guests, total. It’s an hour. Everybody wants to do long form interviews. Everybody. And so you see now Bill Maher’s doing long form interviews. I’m not talking about his regular show, but his one on one interviews, other people wanting to do one on one interviews, long form interviews and so forth and so on. And so we didn’t trailblazers this this is the way it was done decades ago. I always found it to be very important because as a kid or teenager, I have to watch these programs often on government TV. But elsewhere from time to time, where they had these long form interviews with people of interest. And that really intrigued me and that really motivated me rather than these conga line of guests that just come in and politicians in the same one. And the cable, oh, the same thing. They networks the same thing. The Sun said, I can’t I can’t handle this. I’m not learning anything. And as a host. Me Now, you don’t convey anything. Now the elections are over. We burn a lot of gas on candidates. I’m not bringing a lot of guests on anymore. I know there were hosts that bring in the conga line. I guess that’s easy radio. Easy for them. I know Rush didn’t like to have guests. He just felt you’re tuning in to listen to him. And we were. And God, do I miss him as a friend? I miss him. Miss him greatly. I don’t have an ideology on this. I just don’t believe, unless it’s a really important guest, there’s something really going on. I don’t want guests. You’ll notice I never brought on a single pollster during the entire election. Two months out, three months out, two weeks out. They all said the same thing. It’s going to be close. They all look at the same data and it just becomes to me so thoroughly monotonous. People do this on TV too. They’ll have a segment or two, they’ll have one, two, three. Pollster They go on and on. It is utterly monotonous and none of them apologize. They were all wrong. It wasn’t that close of an election, was it? And they all said it was close. She was ahead one point, two point here he was had one point to point here. And then what happens is I wrote a book on this on freedom of the press. You get pseudo news. And what’s the pseudo news? The news is the pollsters. The pollsters say this. That’s the news. That’s not news. That’s not news. That’s filling time. That’s trying to draw people’s attention. That’s laziness. I won’t do it. I have too much respect for you. I just won’t do it. And notice none of them apologize. The pollsters don’t apologize. The hosts, TV or radio. They don’t apologize. The media. They certainly don’t apologize. None of them say, look, I was wrong, so forget it. And next election cycle. I’ll betcha a ton. Mr. Bruce. They do the same damn thing. The conga line will come in and we’ll have the pollsters. Oh, they told us. It’s like, good God. And so I’m more old school. So I decided to do the long form interviews on Fox. And the Fox management said, go ahead, see how you do. And thanks to you, we do very, very well. And again, that’s because of you, the radio audience that moves over to Fox. The Internet audience that moves over to Fox. The power of this format is so misunderstood and underestimated. And every time somebody has a book to promote, they want to come on this show. Why? They don’t want to go on a podcast. They want to come on this show. They don’t even want to go on a cable show necessarily want to come on this show because of you. When you listen to 3 hours of talk radio, it’s because you’re smart, because you’re. You’re dying to know what’s going on. You want to have a. A real discussion about philosophy and history and economics and all these different things. You don’t want to Oh, here comes a congressman. So here’s senator. Sounds like grandma, but yak, yak, yak, yak. And they all have their talking points. They all have their their agendas. You’re not interested in that. And neither am I. Neither am I. When I listen to talk radio when I was a young guy. I would tune in w abc or w. R w. Q At the time now 80. I could get one of the Chicago stations, one of the big 100,000 waters. I think it was WLS, but it wasn’t that at the time, I don’t believe. But who knows? Sometimes I even got one of our great affiliates in New Mexico. Which has a massive frequency. And I turn on my little RadioShack transistor radio. I would adjust the antenna and I would listen. It was it was a great life as a young person. Even when Larry King did his show, he didn’t have a conga line of guests. You know, he got famous on radio. Before he was on CNN, he would have one guest. He’d spend time talking to them, one guest. And that’s what I do. And that’s what I like. If I have a guest on radio, certainly when I do my FOX show. And you respond to it so well. That is you so appreciate it. And I appreciate the fact that you do, because it comes at a time when you don’t. I’m out. I don’t want to do it anymore. I should also tell you the radio business is getting harder and harder and harder. We have situations where when you look at Soros, he buys stations and then he wants to push his agenda. We have others who have an agenda. They want to push their agenda. They want to pick their hosts and do this sort of thing. So the history that goes with this program, almost a quarter of a century. Almost a quarter of a century. From the Tea Party for. It’s amazing when you think about all the things that have happened in the course of this program and how time really does move quickly. First, my close association with Rush F Lee Levin, the director of. Really commie legal department. There was no legal department. It’s just me. Then I starting on ABC and I’m moving out with the ABC radio networks and so forth and so on. There was a lot of collaboration back then, early, early on between Russian me. A lot. It only tell you that because looks like things are circling back. More and more people want to do long form interviews and they act like they invented them. They didn’t invent them. I didn’t invent that. I just brought them back. We do a lot of things here that have changed. It’s interesting. When I first came on radio, I do things differently. I called out politicians by names. You didn’t do that in syndicated radio. You just didn’t do it. I made the case about the outsiders versus the establishment because I’ve always been an outsider. When I was involved in political campaigns on my own for conservative candidates, constitutionalists and I fought these rhinos and I fought the establishment Republicans. And, you know, Boehner, John Boehner, who was a horrendous speaker. And I proudly had some role in having him removed with Mark Meadows. One day he can explain that to you when he comes out of hiding or wherever he is. I bring the same passion behind this microphone. And so when I talked about a Boehner wrote a book. He said. I used to get along with all these guys except when Levin showed up. And everything changed. And they wouldn’t play golf with me. Then they wouldn’t talk me. Yeah. Lavin showed up. In the outsider. And I’m still the outsider. I still don’t hang around all these politicians, although I am going to the speaker’s whatever it is, Christmas party. Because my wife wants to go on them. I’m happy to go. Uh, I think it’s this week, whenever it is. But I think it’s the first Christmas party I’ve been to in 20 years, Mr. Producer. Have I ever left here for a Christmas party? But because of the because I was encouraged to do it, I’m going to do it. Now, that said. I don’t fit in. With the Republican establishment because I don’t like them. I don’t care for Susan Collins. I don’t care for these people who participate in the degrading of our society in our country. I don’t care what flag they’re carrying. I really don’t. On the other hand, I am a constitutional conservative. I’m not some right wing bomb thrower who just thinks you blow up the place, and neither did the framers of the Constitution. I’m passionate about what I believe. I give it a lot of thought. I do my research. I do it myself. I’ve got two people who assist me on radio. Mr. Producer Richard Samantha has been with me since day one. He’s my engineer. He’s my producer. He handles the whole. Thing. Behind the scenes. And all that needs to get done. There’s nobody better. And I feel it. Relations man. Daron Milito. Nobody better who keeps in touch with our radio stations and, you know, passes on information. We train information because we work hard to maintain those relationships. That’s it. I don’t have editors. I don’t have writers. I don’t have any of it. None of it. The zero. When it comes to TV, again, I have the smallest staff of anybody. I don’t have people writing what I say. I don’t have monitors. I have none of it. It’s the most genuine show you’re ever going to see or hear. I don’t have ghost writers or ghost editors or people who put things together for me. I used to do that for other people on the side. But I don’t do that now. And so this format that you hear right now has become extremely popular. My format on Fox has become extremely popular. Other people want to do long form interviews. I’m all for it. By the way, they should. I don’t like this conga line of guests, mostly politicians and insiders. I don’t think it does a damn thing or pollsters and so forth. When we come back, we’ll get into the substance war. Here we go. We’re ready to go. I’ll be right back.

Segment 2
Me give you an example. I have said time and again the president that is President Trump should get the people that he wants. But when I see a person that concerns me, I mention that it concerns me very much. We’ll keep an eye on the person. But if that’s what the president wants to do, then that’s what the president wants to do. There’s somebody that they were nominating to head the Department of Drug Enforcement Administration, which I’m quite familiar with. It’s part of the Department of Justice. His name is Chad Chronister, and he had a terrible background, in my view. Terrible. He favorite amnesty. He didn’t favor the deportation mass deportation of illegal aliens. He was aggressive in implementing a DEA program in Tampa. I just said to me, it’s insane. It’s ludicrous. The president will get it all he wants, and if it doesn’t work out, I’ll be able to fire him. It was just announced that he’s withdrawn his name from consideration. As they head of the DEA. And that’s a good thing. Just for my $0.02, we’ve a great share from Loudoun County, Virginia, who spent most of his career at the DEA. His name is Mike Chapman. Chapman would be a great DEA director. I just thought I’d mention that. But it was wise of this gentleman to withdraw. We’ll be right back.

Segment 3
I misspoke and been corrected by wifey here. Speaker Johnson’s event is a reception honoring Sir Winston Churchill. The Christmas party, which follows is American First Legal. So that’s what’s going on. You know. You’re hearing the same noises, the same arguments, the same people. Right now speaking out in the media. Every budget cycle. Every election cycle. Same thing. They’re added again over and over. Repetition. So President Trump has nominated Ross Voight. Who’s a constitutional conservative. He’s nominated other conservatives. They don’t have any problem with the liberals or the the bipartisan senators or that sort of thing. They have a problem with people who want to come into government. In re constitutionalist, if I may coin a phrase, reconstitute, analyze it. So fiscal conservatives, constitutionalists are now extreme right wingers who seek to eliminate government, who do not believe in compromise. This, folks, is why government is never constrained. And completely out of control. Because the people who have the guts to stand up in or out of government to try and take this on, this leviathan and all the hangers on and all the leeches, whether they be politicians voting to steal your money and redistribute wealth, whether they be bureaucrats and enrich themselves and empower themselves, whether they be the individuals, the federal contractors, the special interests, or there with their hands out. The non-governmental organizations, the ethnic front groups, they all get their share, the big money. They love what’s been taking place and they don’t want anybody to disrupt it. Nobody. Nobody. And so when people object to these continuing resolutions, to these stopgap spending tactics, when they say, no, that’s enough, we got to control the government, we’re spending way out of our minds here. This is this can’t go on forever. And they say we’ve got to put the brakes on this. And now here we are at the 11th hour. The 11th hour and the. The 59 second. And we’re told either you pass this bill or the government is going to shut down. Then they’re accused of wanting to shut down the government. They don’t want to shut down the government. They want constitutional government. They’re not abolitionists. They don’t believe there should be no government. After all, it’s we, they constitutionalists who support a constitutional government. And so they’re attacking this guy, Voight, as they attack all conservatives because they say he wants to fire workers. So you’re not allowed to have a reduction in force in the federal government. You can have it in the steel mills. You can have it in the auto industry. You can have it at hospitals, you can have it at IBM and Microsoft can have it anywhere in the private sector, but not the government. No, that’s a lifetime appointment with a lifetime salary, with a lifetime pension, a lifetime medical care. And you better not in any respect or any way chip away at that period because it’s the Democrat Party that’s effectively created this with the support of rhinos, establishment Republicans. And they’ve created this monstrosity and they will fight to the death to keep it because their power doesn’t come from the people. It comes from the people they subsidize. So now we have the attack dogs in Congress. The Collins’s and even the Lindsey Graham’s. We have the attack dogs in the media where taxpayer funded special interest groups. Nongovernmental organizations, so-called nonprofit organizations, the leeches of our society. That are telling us the sky’s going to fall. We have no accountability. With these politicians. We have elections. But remember the Senate so third up every time. No accountability in the media. Even though conservatives and MAGA folks are rubbing, they. Oh, look at that. We’ve got a complete transformation. No, we don’t. No accountability with the pollsters. The conga line of pollsters that we’ve heard for six months. No accountability in the bureaucracy, no accountability with these subsidized special interests. And so some people are saying we’ve got to deal with this before the sky really does fall. The value of the dollar is decreasing. President Trump’s talking about putting tariffs on any on any countries that are going to reject the dollar as their basic fiscal currency. But that’s not going to work forever. If the value of the dollar hurts us here at home, it’s going to hurt them abroad no matter how many tariffs you slap on them. This is our responsibility in Congress. The spending’s got to stop. This kind of spending has got to stop. So anybody who’s got. Two brain cells to rub together and seize it and knows it. And says, we’ve got to get this under control. They’re smeared. Their character assassinated. And the more likely effective they are to be, the more they’re attacked. The more they are reform minded and want to bring, for instance, the FBI back to its true mission or the Department of Defense back to its true mission. Well, they have to be literally destroyed no matter what. Now, Pete Hegseth, we’re told, is a drunk. Now we’re told he’s a pervert. Now we’re told say he’s a womanizer. Now, this is a man who’s a war hero who’s got two Bronze Stars. This is a man who fought in Iraq and fought in Afghanistan. He didn’t turn his ass and run like that clown tampon waltz or whatever the hell his name is. He stepped up. He stepped up. There’s a Harvard man. The smart guy has written a brilliant book. She’s my friend. Incredible. They’ll overlook Joe Biden’s little insanity. They’re overlooking it now. He’s the president, believe it or not. That’s okay. They’ll tell you over and over again Kamala Harris is qualified to be president when she’s not even qualified to be vice president. They’ll lie. The lie about pardons, the lie about Trump, and so called crimes. This is what they do. They’ll tell you the border secure for three years and all of a sudden they’ll say, But for Trump or the Republicans, we would have secured it with a bipartisan bill. Well, which is it? It’s neither. They’re liars. They’re liars. Lindsey Graham see playing golf with the president. He enjoys Mar a Lago. There’s no question about that. McFarland news. Graham I think some of these articles are very disturbing. He’s talking about Hegseth. He obviously has a chance to defend himself here, but some of this stuff is it’s going to be difficult. You know, time will tell. I like Pete. Some of the things have been addressed. I mean, we want to do is make sure that we have good order and discipline. Been in the military for over 30 years. Leadership comes at the top. And I want to make sure that every young woman who joins the military feels respected. So there is Graham that sound like a supporter. Does that sound like somebody who’s out front? Why don’t you compare your record, Mr. Adjunct Judge, or whatever you are or were? To combat veteran status. A Pete Hague said there is no comparison. There’s none. From being in the judicial system, in the military, and being in the field in combat. Shooting bullets and having bullets shot at you. None. And by the way, this is the same Lindsey Graham is working with the Saudis to do a two state solution which will destroy Israel. I’m keeping my eye on Graham. I don’t care how many times he shows up on this show or that show. I don’t care. Not my show. Keeping an eye on him, especially when it comes to our foreign policy. And I think one of the reasons he has issues with Pete Hegseth, because Pete Hegseth, he’s not into this two state solution stuff. He’s all in for the state of Israel, not for the Palestinian homeland. Backed by the. Saudis. We’ll be keeping an eye on this, Lindsay. I can promise you that. But your subtle stabbing of head sets in the back is unacceptable. Unacceptable. And you’re the guy who sits there and basically rubber stamps every asshole judge nominee that the Democrats put up. Stamp You have a right to who you want. Stamp, stamp, stamp, stamp. But Hague said these articles, these articles, this guy Graham, knows how it works in Washington, D.C.. What does he think these articles come from? What does he think these emails come from? This is a major smear campaign. Now, this is what separates the men from the boys and the women from the girls. Those of us who see it and stand up to it and those who play along hedge their bets and then help push the guy over the edge. See, ladies and gentlemen, I don’t play these games. Not here behind the mic. Not before I was on radio. Not after I’m on radio. And I do call out the individuals. Susan Collins. On spending in the budget. She’s a disaster. That’s why they love her in Washington. That’s why they love her. Same with Lisa murkowski. That’s why they love her. These Republicans are meaningless. They’re useless. They worked for the Republican leadership. They don’t allow a radical Democrat to fill their shoes or their high heels, which is a good thing. But Ron actually comes to doing the tough things. They’re a disaster, a complete disaster. Cash Patel. Oh, I hear Trey Gowdy said he’s a good guy. Did you hear that, Mr. Producer? So he must be a good guy. That’s what I hear. Benghazi. Remember Benghazi? Mr. BLITZER How did that turn out? How did that oversight committee turn out? How did they do? Did they do a good job? I was behind this microphone then, too, and I was very unhappy with what that committee failed to do. Kash Patel’s a good guy because Kash Patel’s a good guy, period. He’s got great background, he’s got great experience. And so they hate him. When you have a jerk like Andrew McCabe, who in my view should have been charged. I mean, leaking and then lying about it. Is that what we went from an FBI deputy director? No, I don’t think so. When he comes on CNN, which is completely discredited with no ratings whatsoever and trashes Kash Patel, that should be a feather in cash. Beatles cap. In his cap. Oh, yeah, I’m fired up, but I’m always fired up. Let’s be honest. I’ll be right back.

Segment 4
I’m sorry to see Costco, although they seem to be going back and forth on whether they gonna sell books anymore. Or whether they’re going to sell them year round or whether they’re going to sell them in all their stores or some of their stores. I’m not sure what the issue, as they say, manpower. It’s a labor intensive. Jobs, put books on a table and remove them from the table, I guess. I suspect and they’ve been extremely good to authors of all views, including me, extremely good, unlike Barnes and Noble. And I’m guessing they want to get out of this game where people start. Boycotting them because they don’t like my book or some left wingers book or something like that. I don’t believe in boycotting books. There’s a lot of books out there I cannot stand. There’s a lot of authors out there who are grotesque. But you either buy their book or you don’t cares if it’s on the shelf or not, or in the stack. But, you know, I always enjoy going to Costco. Don’t you like going to Costco? Mr. Producer, don’t you need 25 pounds of grapes? I mean, or 400 rolls of toilet paper? I mean, come on, folks, Be honest about it. All right. I’ll be right back.
