On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, personnel is policy. The first battle President-Elect Trump faces is to get the cabinet that he wants. The Democrats and their media are trying to destroy Pete Hegseth and his reputation. This is the way Democrats and the media work. They don’t want Hegseth to reform the Pentagon as Secretary of Defense. Kash Patel would make a great FBI Director but anytime a Conservative is nominated they are said to be controversial. Mike Rogers for FBI Director is exactly what President-Elect Trump ran against, he’s an establishment RINO. Pam Bondi for Attorney General would be great! Also, the ICC is a corrupt, hard-left extremist, antisemitic farce that must be severely sanctioned by our government for the outrageous and appalling assault on Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the entire Israeli government with these Stalinist-like arrest warrants. The Republican House has already acted to punish the ICC, but their bill has been stonewalled by Chuck Schumer. Later, Dennis Prager had a horrendous accident, and is in very bad shape. Yet, People Magazine decides to smear him as ‘far-right.’

Hello America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. Two things on this cabinet matters, maybe three. Number one, I fully support Pete Hegseth. I think they’re trying to destroy him and his reputation. They smell blood in the water and alligators has stepped out. And this is the way the Democrats in the media work. HHS would be a fantastic secretary of defense. I hope he stays the course. I hope he continues to get the backing that he needs. He will from me. And no, I have not spoken to him. I’ve not spoken to him. Now FBI Director Mike Rogers, the gentleman who lost the Senate race in Michigan, gentleman who was in the House for a very long time. Mike Rogers is exactly what Donald Trump ran against. He’s a quintessential Republican establishment tearing. Among other things, he didn’t want to come on this program and talk to you folks. Conservatives out there. That’s not the reason I had problems with him. The reason is he will disappoint the president. He’s another Christopher Wray type. And so I can’t support a mike Rogers for FBI director. I can support a Cash Patel. Now, they say he’s controversial. Now, what did I say the other day? Any time you nominate a conservative, they’re said to be controversial. They’re said to be controversial. And I would say to the media out there, how come you didn’t pursue Doug Emhoff allegations of. His law firm, of which he headed in L.A.. Of sexual harassment allegations in his case. Of slamming a woman. How come that was a non-issue? I’m just curious. How come that was a non-issue? Outcome was a non-issue for both Clinton to get the nomination. And when the Democrat Party primary. When there were allegations of legitimate women coming forward of rape, molestation, sexual harassment throughout his time as attorney general and governor of Arkansas, that didn’t seem to be a big issue. I’m not a Big Mac Gates fan. You folks know I never have been. That’s not my point. My point is I want Donald Trump to get the people he wants. The people he wants. But I will remind the media of a very distasteful fact. But history is history, and I don’t choose to rewrite it. And that is that when John Kennedy was president, the United States ready for this? Mr. Producer, Ready for this media. He apparently had sex with an underage intern in the White House swimming pool. On more than one occasion. And encouraged one of his aides to do the same thing. I don’t like thinking about it. I don’t like talking about it. But the Democrat Party goes low and they go low all the time. And this isn’t a defense of Matt Gaetz. This is a. An effort to expose the Democrat Party for what it is. The Democrat Party has no morality. They don’t care about any of this, that the borders wide open women are being sold into sex slavery. Little kids are being sold in the sex slavery. Women are missing. Kids are missing. Do they seem concerned about it now? No, they don’t. But Mike Rogers is, at least from my perspective and I haven’t said this about anybody, a firm no for FBI director. Pete Hegseth would be a fantastic secretary of defense. That’s why they don’t want By the way, who is this senator from North Dakota? What the hell is his name? From Northcote. He’s walking around like he owns the country. I forget his name doesn’t really matter. Some are pubic. Kramer. That’s a Kevin Kramer. He said, walking around town. Everybody who’s in, who’s out, who’s ended, somebody’s elected president of the United States. Was he even up for the Senate this last time? I don’t think he was. And I hear from that jackass. Who cares what he thinks? I certainly do not. Here’s Pete Hegseth. He’s approached on Capitol Hill. Put a microphone in his face. Cut three. Go as far as the media is concerned. Part of the picture is simple. The matter was fully investigated and it was completely clear from the beginning. Okay. No, no, no. We’re not going to leave it there. We smell blood in the water. Let’s take out the people who want to take out, Hague said. Don’t care about any women or anything like that. The allegations, the falsity, whatever it is they don’t want, Haig said. They’re to reform the Pentagon. That’s why they don’t want them there. It’s that simple. They don’t want them there to reform the Pentagon. It’s that simple. The federal contractors, the special interests, the member of the House and the Senate. They like what’s going on. So keep that in mind, too. Then we’re told by the miscreants and malcontents, the reprobates in the Democrat Party, that Donald Trump didn’t win a mandate. We hear this from Vasser, man. Schultz That little puke. They go to the same Democrats, Eric Swalwell, who should be in prison. In my humble opinion. For sleeping with a communist Chinese spy while he was. In key positions in the House of Representatives. How did he how did he slip through that, Mr. Produced? I wonder. I just wonder how. I see Bill Clinton has a book coming out and he’s doing a lot of interviews. But of course, they’re not going to ask him. To go down memory lane when it comes to sexual assault and so forth. Why would they do such a thing? No. So it’s very distasteful. But this is where the Democrats drag us. Just remember the hearings with Clarence Thomas. That’s where they went. And now for something completely different and extremely important. There’s something called the international. Criminal court. It’s got three judges. They had judges from France that are to tell you a lot. France has basically thrown in with the Islamists. Their immigration policies have destroyed their country. The chief rabbi in France has told the Jews to get the hell out of there, and he says there won’t be a Jew left there in ten years. The chief prosecutor of the ICC. Has problems with sexual harassment. He’s under investigation. He’s a pervert. Among other things. I hear his brother is too. But what do I know? There is no investigation done in the state of Israel. There were no interviews taken. There were no on site visits, which is what the prosecution for the ICC is supposed to do. And even more than that, they have no jurisdiction over Israel, just like they have no jurisdiction over the United States. Sovereign countries have to agree that the ICC will have jurisdiction over them. We have not. Israel has not, and a handful of other countries have not. So this is a rogue court filled with Jew hating anti-Semites. That’s what it is. Iran has helped fund the complaint that was filed. Against Netanyahu and Galant, the former minister of defense. Iran. Through South Africa, South Africa. The government of South Africa is notoriously anti-Semitic. So the whole thing’s a setup. Now the Republican House of Representatives passed a bill. That would severely sanction the ICC. Chuck Schumer, we’re told, the first Jewish majority leader in the history, the Senate is busy undoing himself, you see, because he wouldn’t take up the bill. The bill passed in the House of Representatives has been pushed mostly by Gentiles to defend the state of Israel. The man leading the Democrats in the Senate is Jewish, and of course he’s throwing in with the anti-Semites. Now, I pointed out to you last night, 18 of these Senate Democrats voted voted to withhold $20 billion in arms sales that Congress already passed by and already signed. While the same administration has given about $200 billion either directly or refusing to enforce sanctions on Iran and Iran’s giving that to its terrorist surrogates, we’re still funding on Iran. We’re still funding the Palestinian Authority terrorist operations. And yet 18 Democrat senators did this yesterday after the election. They wanted to wait. And so the ICC saw this and they said, Now’s our turn. So what did they do? They actually issued criminal arrest warrants. Against Netanyahu. And this guy Galant, the former defense minister, arrest warrants. That means every country. In the entire in the entire universe. The entire world. That has signed on with the ICC is expected to arrest Netanyahu if he enters third countries, including France, which said they would. Including Canada. Trudeau said today he would arrest Netanyahu to. We’re going to take a break. I want you to hear Netanyahu’s response to this. Because it’s outrageous. And the Republican leadership in the Senate, John Thune, has been very good. So we’re going to fight this damn thing soon as we get control of the Senate. The speaker of the House has been outstanding. Same thing. Donald Trump has been outstanding. Same thing. So have his putative appointees. Biden puts out a statement and does nothing. The Democrat Party does nothing. I’ll be right back.

Here’s Netanyahu in a video statement today in response to the criminal arrest warrant issued by the ICC. Go ahead. anti-Semitic decision of international court in The Hague is a modern Dreyfus trial, and it will end the same way. 130 years ago, the French Jewish officer, Alfred Dreyfus, was falsely accused of treason by a biased French court in response to these false accusations. The great French writer Emile Zola wrote his monumental essay, J’accuse. He accused the French court of anti-Semitic lies against an innocent officer who was later exonerated of all guilt. Now, an international court in The Hague, also headed by a French judge, is repeating this outrageous offense. It is falsely accusing me, the democratically elected prime minister of the state of Israel, and Israel’s former defense minister, Yoav Gallant, of deliberately targeting civilians. This one we do everything in our power to avoid civilian casualties. We issue millions of text messages, phone calls, leaflets to the citizens of Gaza to get them out of harm’s way while the Hamas terrorists do everything in their power to keep them in harm’s way, including shooting them, using them as human shields. The court in The Hague accuses us of a deliberate policy of starvation. This one we have supplied Gaza with 700,000 tons of food to feed the people of Gaza. That’s 3200 calories for every man, woman and child in Gaza. And these supplies are routinely looted by Hamas terrorists who deprive their people of much needed food. Yet just in the last few weeks, Israel facilitated the vaccination of 97% of the people of Gaza against polio. This doesn’t prevent the core of accusing us of genocide. What in God’s name are they talking about in The Hague? The truth is simple. No war is more just than the war that Israel has been waging in Gaza. After Hamas attacked us unprovoked, launched the launching the worst massacre against the Jewish people since the Holocaust. The decision to issue an arrest warrant against me, the democratically elected prime minister of the state of Israel and our former defense minister was made by a rogue prosecutor who’s trying to extricate himself from sexual harassment charges and by biased judges were motivated by anti-Semitic sentiments against the one and only Jewish state. These judges did nothing. They did nothing against the real war crimes committed against the millions who have been murdered or uprooted by the dictatorships in Iran, Syria and Yemen. Instead, they falsely accused the one democracy in the Middle East, Israel, thereby imperiling the right of all democracies to defend themselves against murderers, terrorists and tyrants. Nor did the court do anything against the Hamas terrorist who raped our women, beheaded our men, burned babies alive in front of their parents, and kidnapped hundreds of men, women and children to the underground dungeons of Gaza. They’re still holding 101 hostages. Citizens of many lands, including the United States. Come to think of it, the court did issue one arrest warrant against Hamas. Now hear this. They issued an arrest warrant against the corpse of the Hamas arch terrorist, Muhammad. His corpse? What an absurdity. No biased, anti-Israel decision in The Hague will prevent the state of Israel from defending its citizens. I want to thank our many friends around the world, especially those in the United States, who have condemned this outrage and who have said that this decision will have severe consequences for the ICC and those who cooperate with its decision. Israel does not. Israel will not recognize the validity of this decision. We will continue to do everything we must do to defend our citizens and defend our state against Iran’s axis of terror. Iran and its terrorist proxies, which include Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis and others. Our enemies are your enemies, and our victory will be your victory. The victory of civilization over barbarism. Intuitive. Just a brilliant response, of course. Now, I read some of the media coverage of this. It’s grotesque. Absolutely grotesque. They keep talking about the 44,000 civilians that have been killed in Gaza. According to now, they rate local health sources. Now, that’s according to Hamas. A Hamas leader said six weeks ago, and I reported it to you behind this microphone, that the vast majority of those who have died, 80% of whom are terrorists and or members of terrorist families. We’ve had statisticians on this program have brought them to your attention who’ve gone through the numbers and say these numbers are impossible, that the media keep reporting, but they keep reporting it regurgitated because the media in America hates Israel, hates Netanyahu, backs the Democrat Party, which hates Netanyahu and hates Israel. Good job. The breaking news is President Trump has nominated Pam Bondi for attorney general of the United States. And my Julie and I have gotten to know Pam Bondi, especially Julie. She is fantastic. Now watch them try to destroy her. But, you know, we got to start coming to the defense of these people, folks. I mean, I’ve been doing it now since day one, but we all do. We all do. But I think she’ll be fantastic. I really do. And we’re going to continue to stand behind her, too, on this program. No question about it. You heard what Netanyahu had to say. Justin Trudeau is a. When it comes to leadership. He’s a dwarf. I don’t mean a physical dwarf. I mean a mental dwarf. 20 years. He’s in many ways destroyed Canada. He’s admitted that his immigration policies were destructive. He’s very unpopular in that state. Now. He doesn’t believe in civil liberties. Has the people in Canada saw what he did to the truckers up there and other protesters who challenged the mask, mandates and other pandemic excesses that that government participated in in a very significant way. And so listen to what he says about Netanyahu and the International Criminal Court, such as it is cut to go now that the ICC has issued warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former defense minister, Yoav Gallant, Canadian law enforcement is obligated to arrest them should they come to Canada. Will you allow that to happen or will you step in to prevent an arrest? First of all, as Canada has always said, it’s really important that everyone abide by international law. This is something we’ve been calling on from the beginning of the conflict. We are one of the founding members of the International Criminal Court and International Court of Justice. We stand up for international law and we will abide by all the all the regulations and rulings of the international courts. This is just who we are as Canadians. So he would literally arrest. Benjamin Netanyahu, Canada. I remember during the Vietnam War, Americans, some not many, but some would run to Canada. They felt it was freer. They could avoid the war that way. Now I see Canadians are running to America. Have you noticed? Said Mr. Producer. They’re running to America for their freedom, for free speech rights, the right to protest or running to America for actual health care. They’re running to America because they can’t stand this S.O.B.. And so what he’s saying is, yes, we will arrest Benjamin Netanyahu. France has said the same thing. The fact that this decision is beyond unjust, the fact that this decision is based on hate. And thousands of years of anti-Semitism. Doesn’t apparently bother them. Doesn’t apparently bother them. I thought you ought to hear this. You don’t hear from me, you’re not going to hear it from anybody, I don’t think. Now the Republicans notice you’re not hearing from any Democrats, are you? Over at our friends. The Free Beacon. You can expect a strong response. Republicans weeks away from a trifecta that is all branches of government ready ICC sanctions following Beeb arrests more. But they have to wait till they they actually get the Senate and the presidency because Biden and Schumer will not do anything. Adam, Creator The International Criminal Courts decision to issue arrest warrants for Israel’s prime minister and former defense minister sparked a flurry of promises from Republican leaders to sanction the court and erode its legitimacy on the world stage. Again, you won’t see an article about Democrats saying this. And I’ve got the Sunday shows will come to Israel’s defense either. Instead they’ll give the give a floor I’m just predicting to Bernie Sanders and the other big mouths. The GOP controlled House passed a bill earlier this year that would do just that, though Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer blocked it from coming to a vote in the upper chamber. I might add, he’s Jewish. In a matter of weeks, Schumer will be in the minority and Republicans will control both the House and the executive branch. Incoming GOP leaders in the House, Senate and White House make clear that come January, the ICC will face sanctions and other punitive measures. The ICC has no credibility and these allegations have been refuted by the United States government, said Representative Michael Waltz. President elect Donald Trump’s incoming national security adviser. He said in reference to that court’s determination, Israel’s lawfully defended its people in its borders from genocidal terrorists. You can expect a strong response to the anti-Semitic bias of the ICC and UN come January. You see, folks, the ICC is an appendage to the United Nations. House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, Republican Minnesota, echoed Waltz, telling the Washington Free Beacon Republicans in the lower chamber will continue to do everything in our power to combat this pro-terrorist, illegitimate court. House Republicans passed bipartisan legislation five months ago to sanction the ICC for unlawfully targeting our ally. Yet it has done nothing but collect dust on Chuck Schumer’s desk. By the way, they could do the same thing to Trump. Senator Lindsey Graham also took aim at Schumer. It’s time for the U.S. Senate to act and sanction this irresponsible body, he said, And act now. And following months of debate, the ICC determined that Israel was intentionally starved Palestinians in the war torn Gaza Strip. The charges carry little legal weight as the United States and Israel are not members of the court. No standing, no relevance. Our path, Fetterman wrote. Fetterman is the one Democrat who speaks out. Fetterman. Good for him. In addition to pushing for sanctions, Senator Graham has led his own investigation into ICC prosecutor Karim Khan. Remember, I in part broke that news here. He’s accused of sexually harassing female colleagues. That investigation is also likely to ramp up come in January. The ICC in a bid to appear neutral, also issued arrest warrants to several Hamas leaders. As if there’s a. A legitimate connection. In terms of the Israeli leaders and the Hamas leaders. So. This is just sickening. Military chief Mohammed Diab. Ibrahim Amrozi Yabba dabba doo, also known as Yabba dabba, who cannot face charges because he’s dead. Israeli leaders quickly condemned it. And, by the way, all major Israeli leaders. Lapid, Gantz, they all came out and condemn this. So in this, the Israelis are united. For once in this, they are united in the amount of food and water and medicine the Israelis have poured into the Gaza Strip. Israeli unimaginable in a time of war. It’s unimaginable. It’s an enormous amount. So that’s the situation. And as I said, this ICC could do exactly the same thing to any American soldier. Any American politician. Any American. Public official. They could do a DA president. They don’t have the authority to go after anyone in the United States or Israel or a nonmember or a non. A country that is a non-member, the ICC. But they did it anyway. And they did it because Iran funded the complaint through South Africa. Algeria, Ireland, all those countries that have filed complaints against the state of Israel, you might as well have the whole conga line of reprobates and genocidal monsters at the UN sign the complaint because it’s the same damn thing. It’s the same damn thing. It’s actually quite unbelievable. And yet here we are. The Democrats sit on their hands. And isn’t it interesting they waited until after the election, the ICC, to do what it did. Isn’t it interesting? That the ICC. Was the only one that waited after the election. But last evening’s vote by the Democrats 18 allow them to try and withhold all weapons sales all to Israel was done after the election as well. Isn’t that interesting? Now it’s. Conniving. It’s grotesque. It’s immoral. I shall return.

Great Life, Liberty and Levin Saturday and Sunday. Saturday we have Victor Davis Hanson. Davis Schoen, one of the great constitutional civil rights and defense lawyers in the country. We’re going to discuss the strategy that’s being used by the lawyers in New York. I like these laws a lot. I like tard blanche a lot. I just have a slightly different view that I don’t think they should. Should Mershon not rule favorably? I don’t really think they should be playing around in the legal waters of New York. I mean, they can do that, but they need to simultaneously move it into the federal system. And by that, I don’t mean federal district court. I don’t mean the Second Circuit. No, I mean to the Supreme Court where the Supreme Court could say no. But I think they’ll say yes. There’s just too much at stake of what’s going on here. And I don’t think they’re going to like the fact that a local prosecutor and acting state judge are flopping all over the federal jurisdiction, including the office of the presidency, the federal Constitution. I don’t think they’re going to like it at all. But if they duck. They’re going to pay a price for it, which means this issue is not going to go away. It’s just not going to go away. And so I point that out. I want to ask you folks a question. Why do they keep bringing Wasserman Schultz? She’s on CNN today. Eric Swalwell. He’s on MSNBC today. Why do they keep bringing these same people on TV? I just. I just need to understand. I mean, what is the point? And I guarantee you the Sunday shows are going to bring in the Bernie Sanders of the world and the other reprobates, the other Marxist Stalinists, Islamists. Are the media going to learn? I don’t think the media are going to learn. I think there may be some corporate movement movement here. I think it’s important. We talked about it extensively last night. Spin offs and so forth. Maybe they’ll change corporate hands. But I think fundamentally, unless they get rid of some of these hosts. It’s not going to work. Now you can attack on the left. The Scarborough’s all you want, and they’re being attacked for being disingenuous, being unprincipled. That’s fine. They set themselves up this way. I mean, how many times did I come on the air here, Mister Producer Intel. Joe Scarborough, What are you doing? Yeah, Yeah, repeatedly. Especially after we met on the airplane. I said, What are you doing? You know, you don’t believe this. Why are you talking this way? Why are you doing these things? But, you know, he went in one direction and now he’s moving in another direction. So people are criticizing it, but on the left, they’re criticizing it because they want them to continue to throw mud balls. And this group on the left, that shrinking, shrinking shrink. But it doesn’t matter. Remember, it took Castro about 20 or 30 Marxist quote unquote, guerrillas in the. In the jungles to overthrow an entire government. It doesn’t take much, does it? Take a lot. They’re never in the majority. The Marxists on the left. They’ve never been in the majority when they overthrow governments. Mao wasn’t in the majority. Lenin wasn’t in the majority. Even the Islamo Nazis in Tehran. They weren’t in the majority, but they seized the. The tools and the the the the levers of power. And that’s what the Democrats are waiting for and being and being perfectly honest with you. You may have a few out there saying, hey, hey, we’ve disconnected, hey, you know, we’re not, but that’s fine. But they’re not the ones who are going to drive the agenda. The Democrats smell blood in the water now like Gates stepped down. And it’s very important that we in this audience, we rally around Pete Hegseth, we rally around these other folks because they’re going to try and pick them off One at a time. One at a time. And you get these Republicans like this idiot in North Dakota, whose name I still don’t remember, whose name is not worth remembering, quite frankly. He’s another rhino. Another rhino Like this guy. Mike Rogers. I hope Trump doesn’t appoint him as the FBI director. I mean, it’s possible. I don’t call Donald Trump and say, don’t do this and do do this. I leave it to other talk show hosts that think they they should be doing that sort of thing. And many of them do. They’re in his ear constantly, day in and day out. I don’t know if he likes it or not, but that’s not the way I treat the president. He’s the president. If he wants my opinion, I’ll ask for my opinion. He’s done that at times. And I told your folks before about the attorney general position. That’s not something, you know, people even on the Internet have been saying, well, Mark, you should do this. I’ve had friends, kind of powerful friends said, no, that’s not happening. I’m not interested. I was already over there. And I was asked about this some time ago by the top dog. I said, No, it’s not something I’m interested in. Didn’t offer. It just it was something I’d be interested in. No, I like what I’m doing. I think it’s important that our people have air cover on radio and on TV and on digital. And that’s what I do. And that’s what I’m doing now. I’ve already been in government. I already spent eight years in the Reagan administration. I’m not going back. I talk about fresh faces, fresh voices. There’s a lot of statesmen, leaders. There’s a lot of conservatives out there, Constitutionalists. Give them a chance. Let them do what they need to do. The president knows who he wants. Let him have who he wants and so forth and so on. Now, Pam Bondi was the attorney general of Florida. She’s a very, very nice person and a very smart person and a damn good lawyer. And a damn good lawyer. And she should get our full throated support. Period. Period. This is who the president wants. She’s a thousand times better than Merrick Garland. A thousand times better. You might say, Well, who isn’t? Well, some of them aren’t, but she is. And I think she could do an excellent job over there. As somebody who was chief of staff to an attorney general. Attorney General Meese. As a matter of fact. So now we have a sort of a an echo going on, a mantra going on among Democrats in and out of the media, which is that Donald Trump didn’t win a wave election. He doesn’t have a mandate. It wasn’t a landslide. And they’re going to keep this up. Keep this up because why? Because they’re liars. They’re propagandists. They’re demagogues. It was a massive landslide. It’s the biggest landslide you could possibly have in modern politics with the change of the demographics, the change in in the nature in which these elections are run, there couldn’t have been a bigger one. He swept every one of these purple states, these battleground states, and he almost swept New Jersey and Virginia and some of these other states came very, very close. And in every demographic, he either won them or he did better than he had before. It’s amazing. I’ll be right back.
