Hello, America. Mark Levin here, our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. The nation is watching. As this massive hurricane is about to hit Florida and I mean right on the precipice. And it is going to be a disaster of disaster. No question about it. And what are our politicians doing in Washington, D.C., fighting with each other, looking. The people are Florida. They’re very lucky they elected Ron DeSantis. He’s take charge. He’s like the George Patton of natural disasters. And he’s taken charge. And I just had to watch the president of the United States, Joe Biden, give a second speech today about the hurricane and the second time in 3 hours where he’s attacking Donald Trump. This is a pattern. Whether it’s the border, whether it’s Afghanistan, whether it’s the economy, they take responsibility for nothing. So I feel I have an obligation to respond to this. Biden and Harris are lying about what Donald Trump said about a hurricane. Helene. And there is simply no question that the Biden-Harris regime failed in its response to that hurricane. Biden was in Delaware. Harris was in fundraisers and never attended a pre-hurricane planning meeting. It took her four days to get back to D.C.. The people who suffered as a result asked over and over again, Where is FEMA? We saw them on television. From their own voices. The charities on the ground, the volunteers, the private pilots and the rescuers all said on TV and in-person that the government failed them. And then when the government showed up, it was interfering with their with their rescue efforts. Took a week. There. Send the military in a weak. Many of the people were and are despondent, not because of disinformation, not because of Donald Trump, not because of Republicans, but because their government failed them. The other incompetence and an attention paid to them. Until it was too late. By Biden-Harris. It was the DHS Secretary Mayorkas, who said that FEMA was out of money and not prepared for any more hurricanes. He said. The FEMA website revealed the provision of over $1,000,000,000 being used for illegal aliens, a manmade natural disaster created by Biden and Harris money that would have been available. To the people who are now suffering. And the list goes on. But Biden and Harris take no responsibility for the infinite failures, including the border, the Middle East, Afghanistan, inflation, food and energy prices, etc. And when they’re called out, they do the same thing again and again. Attack Trump. Attack. Misinformation. Attack. Attack. Attack. Even now. 30 minutes ago, Biden accused Trump of saying things he never said. He attacks him as un-American. And Biden and Harris. Well, they’re the ones with blood on their hands for the things that they have done and have failed to do. Yes. On the border in the Middle East, Afghanistan. People are suffering. And worse as a result of their decisions are in decisions, ideology and failures. They’re suffering. Even yesterday, 24 hours before Hurricane Milton is going to slam into Florida. And they’re going to it’s going to slam into Florida in the next 4 to 5 hours. Harris was basically making an ass of herself on Howard Stern. The view. After having made an ass of herself on 60 Minutes. That’s what she was doing. There’s a pattern here of utter failure, of incompetence, of incoherence, of laziness, just plain stupidity in the Biden-Harris regime. Now Biden is getting in front of the hurricane of hurricane melter. But make no mistake, Biden and Harris are personally accountable for the slow response to Hurricane Helene, president and vice president. That’s why they’re in full propaganda mode now to cover their asses with the help of their corrupt media. It’s amazing. The same media, the same Democrats, the same leftists. We’re saying that criticism like this. Criticism like this is dangerous. They didn’t say that during Katrina. About George W Bush. Did they? May God bless the people in Florida who are about to face the most dangerous hurricane in a century. And the people of North Carolina and Georgia and other states that have suffered at the hands of Hurricane Helene. May God get everybody through this. May God save this country. From Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and their corrupt media. God, I hope so. Because I don’t know how much more of this we can take. I really don’t. Biden said. Earlier today, Trump led the onslaught of Hurricane Liz. No, he didn’t. He didn’t lie about anything. He’s criticizing them and he should criticize them. And J.D. Vance has a brilliant op ed in The Wall Street Journal today that I might read five time. And Trump was right when he said in Scranton, Pennsylvania today. And Harris and Biden are responsible for the worst rescue operation in history with this hurricane. They’re right. Now Kamala Harris and Biden said FEMA has the resources to deal with this hurricane. Well, what happened last week when. Mayorkas We played it, we heard it. We saw it, said that FEMA doesn’t have any more money and it can’t handle another hurricane. He said it not. Kamala Harris and Joe Biden say that’s not correct. Of course we can. That’s misinformation. That’s disinformation. That’s Donald Trump. He’s un-American. There she is on the Late Show last night whether Buddy Colbert. Telling victims you’re entitled to help. I beg you, please don’t pay attention to the misinformation. This is how propagandists and demagogues work. This is how they do it. The victims are the perpetrators and the perpetrators are the victims we see in the Middle East with Israel. And the terrorists, same thing. Then we actually had Mayorkas out there on CNN today. This information is demoralizing to the men and women at the federal level. No, you’re demoralizing to the men and women at the federal level, whether it’s on the border, whether it’s on the interior of the country with ICE, whether it’s the personnel on FEMA. Ladies and gentlemen, under this administration, we’ve seen an incompetent Secret Service like we’ve never seen before in American history. We’ve seen an incompetent FEMA with this Hurricane Helene, like we’ve never seen before in American history. We’ve seen incompetent treatment of the border like we’ve never seen before in American history. The incompetent attack on fossil fuels, on energy independence, the incompetent attack on capitalism, price gouging, which only occurs apparently when Biden and Harris are in charge. Massive inflation, the mismanagement of our economy. Oh, no, no, no. You don’t understand. It’s somebody else’s fault. It’s Trump. It’s Trump with his misinformation and disinformation. I don’t know how much longer you’re going to put up with this. We’ve never had anything like this that I can think of in modern American history, maybe American history ever. We have a president who has dementia and a vice president who just doesn’t give a crap. I have article after article, certainly not in recent times, and pastimes of her staff attacking her, criticising her to the media and the media reporting it. And among other things, the criticism is and was and has been. The Kamala Harris is lazy, that she doesn’t read her preparation books, that she doesn’t prepare for events. That she just goes in and shoots from the hip. I quote you from these news articles. And then when she she comes off as the fool or she embarrasses herself, she screams at the staff. It’s somebody else’s fault. Well, that’s how Kamala Harris treats her vice presidency. That’s what she did with Hurricane Helene. That’s also what she’s done with hurricane meltdown. Biden has enough sense left as little as it is as an old political hand to know they really need to get in front of Hurricane Milton. And he has. But not Hurricane Helene. Where? There he was in Rehoboth Beach. But don’t worry. He was on the phone for 2 hours. But he didn’t go to the pre-hurricane meetings, and neither did she. Which is what presidents and vice presidents do. This has nothing to do with misinformation and disinformation. People are suffering, suffering because this wasn’t handled right. The people of Florida have a governor who is a hands on governor, who gets into the nitty gritty, who gets into the weeds. And as he said today, he’s calling the shots. He’s in charge. He doesn’t do. I’m not accountable. I’m not. The borders are. No, I’m the governor. I’m in charge of this. And FEMA is assisting us. That’s what he said. And he’s right. And he’s right. I’ll be right back.

This program’s heard all over the state of Florida from Key West all the way north to Jacksonville, beyond. It’s heard in the Panhandle here in central Florida, west coast, east coast of Florida. And so there are people in their vehicles listening to this program right now. You got to use your animal instincts to survive. Use your brain. But we know certain things are going to go wrong. Stay away from it. At this point if you haven’t left. I don’t know what you can do, quite frankly, but if you’re on the road, just keep going. And Governor DeSantis is giving you very, very good advice and directions. He said there are about 150 locations throughout the state. Many of them might not be too far from where you are, where you can find secure housing over a period of a couple of days and so forth. You should take advantage of that. Most of the hotels along the way, as I understand it, are full. But here’s the thing. Whenever I leave the state of Florida, I always leave our automobiles. Filled the gasoline filled to the top. Because, you know. We know what’s going to happen. Always lead the gasoline in the cars filled at the tap because when there’s a problem, it’s too late. And this is really a lesson for everybody around the country where there are earthquakes and tornadoes and hurricanes and so forth. You don’t wait till the last minute. And for people used to laugh about putting aside you see some of these companies that talk about putting aside provisions, including food and water. That can last 20 years. I don’t even know if my family knows that I have several buckets of this in my closet. And because I intend to use it because I want to use it. But you have to be prepared. And it also is a lesson for what happens when the electrical grid isn’t protected. We’ve enemies who will attack it or threaten to attack it or terrorists who will sabotage it. Everything will go down. All forms of communication. All forms of refrigeration. And I’ve done many shows on this. The entire system collapse. You need to be prepared. To protect yourselves and protect your family. And again, when you have an extraordinarily competent governor who gets into the weeds, every aspect of this, like a DeSantis, like a Kemp. But especially to senators. I just know as a citizen of Florida, I’m not there now because my accident occurred in Virginia. And pay attention. I don’t get the sense that the governor of North Carolina was on top of the situation the way that DeSantis and Kemp and McMaster have been. You cannot rely on the federal government. You can’t rely on the federal government to secure the border. It’s not because we’re anti-government. It’s because we see the incompetence, the bureaucracy, the red tape. They’ll be very few follow up stories for those people in North Carolina, eventually Florida, to see what really FEMA does. In the end, there’ll be very few stories because that will prove the problems that exist in this administration. There’s a reason why there’s a pattern of failures here. A pattern of failures here. And they take responsibility for nothing. They told us that the border was secure for three years and now they tell us they needed to pass a phony piece of legislation to secure the border after they burned the border down. They blamed Donald Trump for their failed exit, their surrender in Afghanistan that caused the lives of 13 great heroes. And God knows how many American citizens who are still kidnapped in Afghanistan and allies of ours. Nobody ever talks about that anymore. They took the situation in the Middle East and they funded the enemy. There’s a piece out now if I have time to get to it. By Richard Goldberg. So he blackmails our ally. These are very bad people, very dumb people, very illogical people. And they keep calling Donald Trump un-American all he wants. Donald Trump got to Georgia in North Carolina before FEMA. Donald Trump got to Georgia and North Carolina. Long before Biden and way before Harris. And he brought a trailer, a trailer full of of goods and needs. And he got his friend, Elon Musk, to get StarLink up so people could start communicating. He was there before the federal government. You know, one of the things that is really not debatable, Donald Trump was an extraordinarily competent president. Extraordinarily competent and compassionate. And I know what the media try to do. They try and change the entire history, rewrite it and all. But he didn’t let things slip through the cracks. He wouldn’t have been on the beach hours before a hurricane. He wouldn’t have been away. From Washington for four days fundraising. I just read the Kamala Harris has now raised $1 billion in her campaign. $1 billion. Kamala Harris for Kamala Harris every step of her career. So excuse me, J.D. Vance, The Wall Street Journal today. It’s an excellent piece. During times of crisis and war, presidential leadership is critical to cut through competing bureaucratic fiefs and protect Americans from death and devastation. The Biden-Harris response to Hurricane Helene, the deadliest storm since Katrina, has the people of the Southeast, especially Appalachia. And that’s where he was born. Paying an extraordinary price for the administration’s incompetence. Shortly after Helene made landfall in the U.S. on September 26, Joe Biden was at his house in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Vice President Kamala Harris was flying between ritzy California fundraisers, hobnobbing with celebrities. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was in Los Angeles, presiding over an awards ceremony before the storm as Harris had blown off her disaster response briefings, which were a staple of the Trump administration’s disaster response planning. The lack of prioritization had real world ramifications. Now, this is very important, which is exactly why the media are ignoring this. And so I’m reading it to you. Promise. Harris and Mr. Biden flouted their duties. A bureaucratic bottleneck was delaying the deployment of active duty military personnel to the western mountains of North Carolina. On October two, six days after the storm made landfall, the Defense Department announced that 1000 troops have been authorized to deploy to the hurricane response zone, including elements of the 82nd Airborne from Fort Liberty, North Carolina. These troops bring with them debris cleaning and water purification equipment, critical resources for communities with blocked roads and orders to boil drinking water. As evening fell on February excuse me, on Friday, October 4th, fewer than half of the 1000 troops were conducting operations and actually deployed to western North Carolina. Now, honestly, folks, if he hadn’t written this and I wasn’t reading it to you wouldn’t know anything about this. The particulars. What? Failed to take place. Deployment delays became severe enough that North Carolina senators Ted Budd and Thom Tillis issued a joint statement on October four calling for, quote, an active duty military leader who has extensive experience with operations of this magnitude to lead moving forward, unquote. The statement seemed to have an effect. The rest of the active duty forces were deployed by the evening of October six, and the Pentagon authorized nutritional 500 coding advanced command and control resources now in disaster response. Every second counts. A week went by while the citizens of North Carolina suffered without the equipment and soldiers needed to save lives and begin recovery. This is the sort of bureaucratic hiccup that engage political leaders solve. A competent leader would have ordered those men and women in a motion earlier. Bureaucracy be damned. Miss Harris and Mr. Biden treated the situation like a public relations disaster instead of a real one. And they’re still doing that. Even the Obama administration was better at deploying assets in disaster zones when an earthquake struck Haiti Haiti in 2010. It took just two days to deploy troops, including the 82nd Airborne from Fort Liberty, then known, of course, Fort Bragg to help with disaster recovery. Large numbers of active troops were deployed more rapidly during the Katrina response, which was sharply criticized that time for being insufficient. And I’m sure Joe Biden was part of the cacophony. Federal Emergency Management Agency. FEMA staff are working hard. The agency’s response to Helene has been praised in some quarters and criticized elsewhere. But it, too, has been the victim of misplaced Biden-Harris political priorities. Is Harris a mr. Biden? FEMA’s funneled millions of millions of dollars to non-governmental organizations who stated goal is to facilitate mass migration into the United States. The effort stems from a White House directive to reorient to reorient FEMA’s institutional focus away from U.S. citizens and toward aliens who either have no legal right to be here or whose legal status depends on the say so at the Biden-Harris administration. Now, Mr. Biden and Ms.. Harris have been sending that message since the beginning of their tenure. In 2021, Mayorkas directed FEMA to participate in a, quote, government wide effort, unquote, to receive and shelter migrants by 2023. FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell was testifying that although FEMA’s not an immigration agency, it would, quote, continue to focus on supporting jurisdictions that are managing they care, migrates migrants through our shelter and services program, unquote. Now, while some have claimed that the funding going to these programs is distinct from disaster relief funding, the same cannot be said for the attention and focus of the Biden-Harris officials. That all comes from the same limited supply. TV even seems to be picking winners and losers among the American people. In March 2023, FEMA hosted a panel titled Help in the LGBTQ Hour plus Community Before Disasters, Preparedness and Mitigation Considerations. Ordinary Americans of all backgrounds know that, especially when it comes to disaster relief, federal agencies exist to serve all Americans, not to give some groups special treatment. President Trump and I are realists, writes Vance. We know there’s no perfect disaster recovering that a storm like Helene will bring hardship to American towns no matter how well the government response. But this wasn’t the response that the people of Western North Carolina deserved. As Hurricane Milton barrels toward Florida coast and Secretary Marcus claims FEMA’s running out of disaster funds. It’s time the Biden-Harris administration got its act together. It is right on point. And now you know why all the noise, all the attacks on Trump, all that. Trump is un-American, Biden says today. Who the hell is that bastard think he is, anyway? un-American. So you think he is? Compass for more money. Put his life on the line. More time. I’m trying to save this country than Biden ever has. Biden got rich being a senator. Donald Trump got indicted. He tried to steal his business and his money. And he got shot. And Donald Trump’s un-American? No, I don’t think so. Donald Trump was and will be an extraordinarily competent president. Period. He prides himself on it. He doesn’t tolerate fools and incompetence. He fires people. Biden promotes them. Just like Kamala Harris should have been fired a long time ago. But there she is. And what is she doing? Picking a fight with DeSantis. What is she doing on the Colbert? Attacking Donald Trump and DeSantis? What is she doing? She does nothing. What has she ever done as vice president? Nothing. The border. I’m not. The borders are. So then she runs down there for an op, for a photo op. She says she makes a call to the governor of Florida, who’s already been in touch with Biden and FEMA. Says he didn’t get a call, but he says, even if I did. To what end? What was the purpose? Yesterday, 24 hours before this horrific hurricane is about to hit Florida. She was on the Howard Stern Show. Howard Stern, who humiliated women, who was a misogynist, who couldn’t stop talking about pornography and lesbians. And that’s how he became rich. That’s how he became famous. Now, Howard Stern woke liberal, pathetic, monotonous. Trying to rebuild him to south. Change is his legacy the way Kamala Harris says. Then she goes to The View. Nasty, failed, pathetic women on this show that have destroyed their program. Barbara Walters started The View. The View was supposed to be many views, not one view, But there you go. And then on Colbert, she uses the opportunity to show you that she can sip a miller beer, sip it. And then, of course, attack Donald Trump. And this is the same Kamala Harris. The same Kamala Harris, who abuses her staff in the most horrendous ways, and her husband, her husband, CNN, MSNBC, New York Times, Washington Post. All the rest of them won’t report on it. Even some of our friends from reporting on it. Her husband has a problem. He brutally slapped the woman. That’s the allegation in the Daily Mail. He’s free to sue them for defamation if they’re wrong. So hard that she spun around. He impregnated his. His kids babysitter. They kept that secret with a non-disclosure agreement. Gee, isn’t that a crime in Manhattan? And now, of course, people are speaking off the record because they don’t want retribution from his law firm. He was the head of litigation in a major law firm in L.A. and they write the Daily Mail from their sources that he was crude, that he was perverse, that he was a scumbag in the way he treated women. In the way he treated women. But of course, we can’t have that out there now, can we? No, we can’t. My goodness. What if the word got out? Then what? Then what? Just a quick comment. I’ve never been a big fan of Chris Cuomo, but I watched a clip of his. On One Nation. I don’t know if it was from yesterday or the day before. And I just want to say this. Kudos to you, Chris. I don’t know you. I’ve never met you. But what you had to say about October 7th and what you had to say about the terrorist supporting violent. Violent individuals in the street beating Jews, pulling the American flag, pulling the Israeli flag from them. You deserve kudos from me. Keep it up and you’ll get more kudos from me. But what you said was was really profound. And I mean that. I’ll be right back.

She’s just led the worst rescue operation in history in North Carolina. The worst. And we have another big one coming in. But the worse, the one in North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Virginia, it was pieces of Florida got hit. I mean, it’s regrettable. Worst the worst ever. They say they had no money. You know, where they gave the money to illegal immigrants coming in, many of whom are killers, many of which, by the way, this is all true. They’re attacking him. That these are lies. No, it’s true. It’s true. Now they’re saying they have the resources. How could it be that Mayorkas said and it’s on video? How could it be that he says a few days ago that they don’t have any money? And now they say, Oh, we have the money, we have the resources, we can deal with it. How is that possible? And you and I are supposed to pretend you never said it. Pretty incredible, don’t you think? Go ahead. If whom are gang members and many of whom came out of prisons from all over the world? Is that not true? What are the Venezuelan gangs come from? They’re flying people into this country. They’re giving them apps so they can come in the port of entry. They don’t count them as illegal aliens. They’re bringing them in here. Bill Whitaker, CBS, 60 Minutes. He was right. Four times as many illegal aliens as under Trump. That’s not a lie. That’s a fact. They’re been exposed. So Biden today comes out viciously attacking Trump that he’s led the onslaught of hurricane lies. He’s un-American. Kamala Harris on the. On CNN today going on about FEMA has the resources. It’s a lie for people to say otherwise. Your administration said it. She’s on The Late Show last night. Talking about how can Donald Trump conduct himself this way?
