On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, there was no need for an FBI SWAT team or criminal warrant to search Mar-A-Lago for documents, and the situation could have been handled civilly but AG Merrick Garland chose a different path. This was the most dangerous irresponsible SWAT act in American history and 100% unnecessary. Also, whistleblowers have exposed the Obama/Biden State Department for effectively committing treason by actively stopping the FBI from executing arrest warrants for people illegally supporting Iran’s efforts to build a nuclear weapon. Since Biden’s election America has lifted sanctions and poured billions of dollars into Iran and the terror groups they fund, which is why it is so important that Donald Trump wins this next election and why the media has worked so hard to stop him. Trump is not only fighting against Biden and the Democrat media but also the Biden Department of Justice and people like Alvin Bragg and Jack Smith.

Hello, America. Mark Levin. Here are number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. We have a breach at Quantico, FBI slash marine training facility in Virginia. We have Special Forces ops soldiers. Who are now being stalked. North Carolina confronting two Chechnyans who didn’t have any ID with them. We have a power grid in North Carolina that was shot up. 40,000 people went offline again. By immigrants. This is just a tiny taste of what’s going to happen in this country. A tiny taste. And it’s going to get worse and worse and worse and worse. Even long after Biden’s gone. Long after that whole crowd is gone. The implications. The consequences. What these people have done to our immigration system, that is the Biden regime, to our sovereignty, to our ability to find out who’s coming. Has been completely destroyed. In a world full of terrorists and a world full of enemies. Now they’re here. Criminals. Terrorists. Spies. They’re here. And I want you to keep something in mind. China is going to invade Taiwan. Taiwan is not being provided with the armaments that it needs to protect itself. China’s Navy’s larger than ours, its maritime forces. 50 times larger than ours. And that’s why she is sending. Single military age, communist Chinese individuals into our country. At the same time, Russia is way ahead of everybody in nuclear rising space, and they’ve got killer satellites up there, as does China. And we have nothing. They knock out our satellites, they knock out our GPS system, not just for us, we the people, but for our military. They’re blinded. We’re ready for none of it. None of it. There’s a breaking story on Fox News. I’ve got a lot of breaking stories here this evening. A purportedly never before seen Department of Defense memo from the Obama era appears to indicate the federal government already may have had original copies of the documents seized at former President Trump’s Mar a Lago home in 2022, raising serious questions about the pretext for the raid. Fox News Digital has exclusively learned. America first legal. Released today. What it says is a newly unearthed memo from the Obama administration Department of Defense confirming the government may have already had originals of the alleged classified documents involved in special counsel Jack Smith’s sham prosecution against President Trump, says the group. The document is titled Memorandum of Understanding and introduced by Presidential Information Technology Community Entities is from 2015 and followed in October 2014. Russian breach of the Executive Office of the President’s network. That would be Obama. Then President Barack Obama took executive action to create the Presidential Information Technology Community pitsea to better protect the executive branch from such attacks. According to the group now, the PITSEA, which includes representatives from federal agencies such as Defense and Homeland Security, effectively established. The president controls information he receives through the Pitsea network. The executive action was made public at the time, but the group said it obtained a never before seen memo confirming that the Defense Department has been, quote, operating and maintaining the information, resources and information systems provided to the President, Vice President and Executive Office of the President. Their point is this has all been digitized. This group. The various agencies had the very information. Already had the information. That they sent a SWAT team. Allegedly to to gather the memo could mean that the federal government has stored and retained executive office of the president documents including a substantial amount, if not all, the presidents President Trump’s classified documents, they said. When America first Legal is uncovered after months of investigative work, paints an unfortunate picture of the rule of law in Washington. A former president of the United States, the most democratically accountable officer under our Constitution, was subject to a politicized referral concocted by the Biden White House that led to an armed FBI raid of his home where his wife and youngest child live is now subject to prosecution, said the group. And so now realize the Biden administration could have avoided an illegal referral process to recover records the government already possessed that. It could have used normal means to ensure that the records of the former president should be housed in his presidential library, not yet built, because of the hordes of investigations aimed at silencing him. We’re subject to a temporary hold for purposes of archives review, yet didn’t speak loudly to America. The law protects only those who follow the norms of one party. Mm hmm. And it goes on. And this is important in another sense. Julie Kelly came on this program after seeing. Documents are released in the case in Florida. She accurately reported. That the the memo, the directive that was given to FBI SWAT did include the possible use of deadly force. The attorney general of the United States today and others. They’re calling this a conspiracy theory that. Now, President Trump could have been harmed if he’d been there. And there were reports that said they wouldn’t have used deadly force anyway because the Secret Service was there. I dress this and I want to underscore it again. We have Merrick Garland, who came out of his, I guess, the bathroom and finally spoke. Cut eight. Mr. Producer, go. Most of us got a solicitation email this morning from the former president of the United States saying that the Justice Department had authorization to kill him during the Mar a Lago raid. First, can you give us some clarification on that particular point that he’s making and whether or not deadly force is authorized in other interventions, including that? It’s very interesting how the reporter asked this question, isn’t it? Snarky little bastard. Go ahead. Mr. Biden’s residence in the office. And the second question is, I had to win it one at a time. Okay. And that one, that allegation is false and it is extremely dangerous. The document that is being referred to in the allegation is a Justice Department standard policy limiting the use of force, as the FBI advises it, as part of the standard operations plan for searches. And in fact, it was even used in the consensual search of President Biden’s home. Let’s stop. The consensual search of Biden’s home. There was no consensual search at Mar a Lago, you said a SWAT team. Now I am perplexed as a former Department of Justice official. You would use your standard form, your standard operating procedure to send. Armed, heavily armed FBI SWAT team. Tamara Lago. With standard orders. And those standard orders apparently include. When to use deadly force. Why would you use a standard order? When you’re sending a heavily armed SWAT team to Mar a Lago. This isn’t a conspiracy question. I’m not saying they went there to assassinate. I don’t believe that. That’s not my point. My point is, look how irresponsible and dangerous this was. Then they say, well, the Secret Service was given a heads up. More reason to take your standard form because the Secret Service is involved, Mar a Lago is involved. The family of a former president or a president could have returned. It was involved. People at the club perhaps are involved even though at six in the morning employees. This was reckless. That’s the point. There was no need for an FBI SWAT team, period. There was no need for a criminal warrant of any kind. Period. It could have been pursued civilly. That’s why there was disagreement within the FBI at the lower ranks, raising questions about doing this. And yet they pressed forward and Garland signed off on it. They use a standard form. To send a SWAT team to the former president’s home where the Secret Service is present. You realize how irresponsible that was? You sent it to Biden’s home. It was consensual. What does that have to do with anything? It was consensual. The reason they sent the SWAT team at 6 a.m. under cover of dark was to surprise. The people who were there, they didn’t want them to touch anything. They got a secret warrant. The SWAT team acted in secret. It hacked that 6 a.m. and. Under the cover of Dark. With a standard order. Even though the Secret Service is there and even though they said they spoke to the Secret Service. So why did you have to conduct yourself this way if you spoke to the Secret Service and if you didn’t speak to the Secret Service? Further endangering everybody on the scene. This was the most irresponsible, outrageous. FBI SWAT Act. Ever. Ever. And 100% unnecessary. 100% unnecessary. May give you an example. Secret Service works for the Department of Homeland Security. The attorney general could have picked up the phone if this is what they wanted to do. I think the whole damn thing’s outrageous. Call the secretary of DHS and said, Look. I want your Secret Service to go collect those boxes. We have a warrant. We have a warrant that allows the Secret Service to do that. So the Secret Service center there, pick up the boxes and remove. I don’t think they should have done any of that. But if you’re going to do it, Mr. Producer, wouldn’t that be the smart thing to do? What are you sending armed FBI agents in SWAT when they stand in order in the cover of Dark at 6 a.m. in the morning to the former prison? And it’s home to hell. Is that all about? That’s the point. That’s the damn point. And so important were these documents so crucial, all the leaks to The New York Times, all the lies that they regurgitate all nuclear secrets. Yeah, right, Right. Sure. And they get the documents. And now we know they mishandled them. What’s the chain of custody? We don’t know. Why did they change the covers? We don’t know. Why were the documents out of order? We don’t know. How do we know anything’s missing? They mishandled classified information. Which could mean it was spoil the spoil the spoliation we call it. It matters what order the documents are in. It matters what covers are on the documents. It matters whose fingerprints are on the documents. It all matters. When you’re in a criminal case that’s based on the documents. But even more. Mishandling classified information. Where did they put it? How did they handle it? Because, Mr. Producer, if you’re not the president or former president of the United States mishandling classified information. Right. Doesn’t violate the Espionage Act. Oh. So many questions. Remember I told you when this flag type of started with Alito, The New York Times was setting the stage for the Democrats to demand that Alito recuse himself on all these crucial cases. Richard Blumenthal, Steve Cohen, Hakeem Jeffries. All the leadership is out of control. And so the Democrats like A Chorus Line. More like a conga line. This is what they do. They’re mobsters. Not to put down actual mobsters. Mobsters? I mean, there are mob. They’re far worse than mobsters. But the Democrat Party is now demanding that Alito recuse himself, demanding while they’re at it, that Clarence Thomas recuse himself? Oh, yes. They’ve had enough. They’ve had enough. Let’s get back to it, baby. There’s a lot going on and we need to get to it. Fox, Obama State Department blocked FBI from arresting supporters. Listen to this. Of the Iran nuclear program in the United States. An exclusive. The State Department blocked arrests of several individuals suspected of aiding Iran’s nuclear program as the Obama administration was negotiating the Iran nuclear deal. The Biden, the Obama Biden State Department actively interfered to prevent the FBI from executing arrest warrants on individuals illegally in the United States who are allegedly supporting Iranian financial efforts to develop weapons of mass destruction. Whistleblowers told Senators Grassley and Johnson. Mr.. But as you see, we get Johnson on tomorrow. Fox News Digital obtained letters Grassley and Johnson sent to Secretary of State Antony Blinken, FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland on the matter. The Obama-Biden administration began its joint Plan of Action, which served as the negotiating process for the nuclear deal with Iran that was signed by then President Obama in 2015. At the time, Obama said broader sanctions would remain in place, which the administration would, quote, continue to enforce vigorously. The United States for decades during both Republican and Democrat administrations imposed sanctions on Iranian individuals, companies and organizations for involvement in nuclear proliferation, ballistic missile development, support for terrorist groups and human rights abuses. It all changed America under Biden. All of it. All of it. Sanctions lifted. Tens of billions flowing into Iran. Putting out condolences when the president of Iran croaks. Responsible for executing tens of thousands of innocent Iranians. Special pleader for Iran. Funding Iran. Undermining Israel. I’m telling you, worse than the outrageous case. Grassley and Johnson received unclassified and legally protected whistleblower disclosures, which they say show that while the Obama-Biden administration publicly committed to preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons by raising the cost of Iran’s defiance, the international community, then Secretary of State John Kerry, actively interfered with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, executing arrest warrants on individuals in the U.S. illegally supporting Iranian efforts, including financial efforts to develop weapons of mass destruction and its ballistic missile program. We used to call this treason. We used to call this treason. The records, according to the senator, show that the Department of Justice and FBI leadership, including then Attorney General Loretta Lynch and then FBI Director James Comey, failed to take the necessary steps to stop Kerry’s obstructive efforts against law enforcement. Comey says that Trump is a danger to law enforcement. Comey is a. Homoerotic. Is a disgusting excuse for a human being. One email an unclassified FBI email from August 25, 2017, detailed at least eight instances connected to the Iran nuclear deal where they, quote, FBI slash DOJ, slash USG, U.S. government code and move forward with the cases. But the State Department chose to block them. John Kerry. According to the records, in six of these instances, the FBI lost the opportunity to arrest a main subject. These are people in the United States working for the Iranians to advance their nuclear program. We had a bead on them. And the State Department intervened, told the FBI no and that was okay. They have arrested them. While they didn’t get a search warrant. I mean, after all, I wasn’t Trump at know. The email says that one of the subjects the FBI was unable to arrest was on the terrorism watch list and another returned to Iran. The email further says the State Department blocked one planned FBI arrest while the subject was mid-flight and the subject was forced to leave the U.S. immediately upon arrival. The email also claims at least two targets were arrested only after state lifted their block since the new Trump administration took office. You see, it’s so crucially important we take back this government. I’m telling you, that’s why they’re fighting like hell. They are using every dirty, filthy trick they can. Them in their media. These warnings about the failure to arrest known Iranian subject to arrest warrants occurred as early as 2015 was allegedly done due to political reasons, Grassley said. A July 2015 email shows concerns were raised about the stand down orders to arrest criminal Iranians, criminal Iranians, the stand down order from the Obama regime. It says State has been blocking FBI actions where state has had a role for approval or or concurrence. Visas, Law ops. That email also noted the DOJ was surprised by this a bit because extraditions are ministerial functions and that’s something State would or should block. The point is that Kerry and his department went out of the way to protect these Iranians. Grassley and Johnson said additional unclassified FBI emails indicate the State Department’s alleged interference in ongoing FBI investigations became such an issue that then Attorney General Loretta Lynch had to discuss the matter with Secretary Kerry. An unclassified email from April 29, 2016, described the takeaway from a meeting between then Attorney General Lynch and Kerry. Quote, Now is not a good time to be requesting approvals for extraditions or laws on Iran CCB cases, the email said. Another email from May 320. Can you imagine all this slime going on under Obama-Biden? Can you imagine what’s going on today with Iran and against Israel? Oh, I’m going to get to that. With a great congressman is on top of this. Now you’ve got to hear about this from the Free Beacon. As you can see, I’ve been spending time today linking all these things together so they get a perfect picture of what’s taking place in our country. And it ain’t pretty. Grassley and Johnson said the records also show the Department of Justice and FBI leadership apparently allowed it to happen until the Trump administration altered its course. Oh, well, we can have that. And then in November 29, 2616, email from Shell Corporate to an FBI official within Comey’s office wrote the following It seems Trump Election Win having Impact on Doing Business in Iran. This is from the Shell Corporation. We’re going to assign a small D on Iran this week 5 million licensing agreement. We were in talks with a Japanese bank to handle the funds, but they’ve recently backed off unofficially citing coming Trump presidency. European banks feeling the same way. Small amount of money, but having a dampening effect on doing business in Iran. That’s the power of Trump. That’s why Iran. Once Biden and Blinken to remain sway communist China and all the evil. Genocidal maniacs who’ve taken over these countries want Biden to remain. Now, Grassley and Johnson are demanding records from email archives of Kerry now CIA Director Bill Burns, Wendy Sherman, and now Secretary of State Antony Blinken by June 4th. They’re also demanding records with terms like Mohammad Javad Zarif. The Joint Plan of Action, that’s the nuclear deal, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, Iran Nuclear deal, Iran and the and the list goes on. The FBI and DOJ confirm receipt of Grassley’s letter, but both declined to comment. And this guy, Blinken, was deputy secretary of state when all of this was taking place, folks. Deputy Secretary Now he’s the secretary of state, and it’s even worse. Much, much worse. Think about that. Now. Now, folks, I’m just getting started. I’m just getting started, baby. Stick with me. All right. Here was the piece I was looking for. It was actually at the bottom of the stack. And this is from Adam Credo, one of our buddies. He’s at the Free Beacon House, Republican Probe’s State Department, ready communication with radical pro-Hamas groups. Now, you saw the State Department running interference for the Iranian regime, running interference for their nuclear program. Now we’re funding their damn nuclear program. Oh, Mark, can you prove it? Yes. $100 billion does that. A House Republican. This is Brian Mast, my congressman in Florida. This guy is great. He is great. This guy is a hero. He is a patriot. He lost both of his legs. And this guy doesn’t stop. Nothing sets him back. He’s a great, great role model. A House Republican asked the State Department to turn over, quote, all records and correspondence it has had with radical pro-Hamas groups linked to the funding of the anti-Semitic protests that have exploded across college campuses in recent months. The Washington Free Beacon has learned. Representative Brian Mast, Republican Florida, a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, requested that the State Department produce a range of records and internal documents that will show if United States Biden regime officials have been communicating with organizations that have been bankrolling anti-Israel demonstrations on college campuses throughout the country. You see, ladies and gentlemen, we have a fifth column. We have a fifth column and it’s in the government. It’s in the government. Now, this includes any communication the State Department has engaged in with Students for Justice in Palestine and American Muslims for Palestine. These two groups are front groups for Hamas. Both of which are on the front lines of the campus anti-Israel movement, and I might add, anti-American movement providing support to student agitators. Israel terror victims are suing the two organizations over allegations they serve as collaborators and propagandist for Hamas and the United States. It’s true. We even told you which professor who founded them. Out in California. Among the groups masters seeking information about are the Council on American-Islamic Relations. This was founded by Hamas in a motel in Philadelphia right near the Philadelphia International Airport. We know this because the FBI was wiretapping the meeting. Hello. Hello. Council on Islamic. American Islamic Relations Palestine Legal. The Dollar Justice Project. Rockefeller Brothers Fund. The Tides Foundation. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. And the Westchester Peace Action Committee. Each of these groups has been identified as primary funding networks for anti-Israel activists and activities in the United States. Congressman Mars probe comes less than two weeks after House lawmakers launched a separate investigation. And many of the groups, many of these groups named for possible instances of money laundering or material support for terrorism. But the campus protest movement drawing national attention. Many Republicans in Congress are seeking to identify how these funding channels function and whether the Biden administration has been coordinating with any of these groups behind the scenes. You understand? Congress. Hamas says the State Department’s internal records are necessary to determine if U.S. officials are coordinating their policies with anti-Israel advocates. And again, it’s too anti-American, too, particularly in the wake of the Biden administration’s decision to pause some hours. Arms sales to Israel. Each of these groups has been identified. As either a supporter or funder, writes mast of anti-Semitic protest movements seen across college campuses nationwide. He said. Given the anti-Israel stance increasingly being adopted by the Biden administration, Congress needs to know if State Department officials have been in contact with these organizations or their representatives. I want to warn everybody out there. The Democrats take the House. This will come to an end. That is the ability to find out what the hell’s going on. It’ll all be covered up and it will all be advanced at warp speed. It’s Congress’s responsibility, Robert Mast, to discern whether State Department officials met with representatives from these groups at a President Biden’s decision to withhold precision weapons from being transferred to Israel. Congress must be made aware of the deliberations that took place regarding the president’s decision. The West Chester Peace Action Committee Foundation, one of the organizations named in mass investigation, raised 2.4 million in 2022 and was identified by the Free Beacon as an official fiscal sponsor, National Forest National Students for Justice and Palestine, the umbrella organization of campus protests. The group was named in a lawsuit filed by a terror victims. The Open Society Foundation, which is funded by billionaire George Soros, has provided hundreds of thousands, actually millions to groups that accuse the Jewish state of genocide masks. Probe could show the State Department has coordinated with that group, which has been pushing for a cease fire between Israel and Hamas. And it goes on. Kudos to Brian Mast and everybody in Congress who is supporting this effort. We want to know where the fingerprints are and where the DNA is, because we’ve a fifth column in our country that is organizing with Hamas, Iran, and it’s organizing what Qatar, the State Department has always been a rat’s nest of America and Jew haters.
