First Lady Jill Biden’s guest at the State of the Union is someone who had to travel out of state to get an abortion. People leave states all the time to get medical care. Should an entire state accommodate the individual? Later, Sen Bernie Sanders joined the late night show to complain about capitalism. He says massive inequality makes him angry, but what is inequality based on? Could be based on many things. The great danger with Marxism is that the propaganda is always about the people, always about justice. When government has the power over the economy and decides who gets what – that means you have no power over yourself. Finally, a leftist reporter at the Washington Post declared that the party of Reagan is dead – it’s the party of Trump. This is the kind of low-IQ, uninformed propaganda we get. Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. The State of the Union confusion speech is 9 p.m. Eastern time tomorrow, so won’t be on this program. Obviously we’ll discuss it before and after. Typically they are forgettable occasions. Our president goes up there and brags about all the things he’s done and lies about it, and there’ll be no bigger liar, serial liar, psychotic liar than Joe Biden. And this speech is being worked on by his propagandists, a.k.a. speechwriters. His campaign is operatives and their ilk. They’re going to exploit the war that Israel, Israel’s fighting against Hamas. They’re going to lie about abortion in this country. You know, lie about the border. If only the Republicans would have supported the cockamamie. Ridiculous. Bill they call bipartisan because three or four senators fell for it and even Mitch McConnell voted against it. He really screwed up. They’re going to blame Trump. They’re going to talk about democracy’s at stake. I’m serious, folks. Democracy is at stake. We will lose our country that I saved our country when I was elected January 6th. It’s all so boring. Also predictable. Also, Democrat Party. I want to tell you about abortion in America. We’ve talked about it, but I want to underscore it and sort of be on non-stop display. The word is they’re going to have somebody in the gallery who had to leave the state to go to another state to get an abortion. Oh, it’s funny, Mr. Producer, I had to leave my state to go see a cardiologist in another state. You were there? Oh, yeah. It’s true. I literally had to leave my state to go to another state. Yes. Why aren’t I in the gallery? Why isn’t he calling on me? Good point, Mr. Bridges. Oh, well, people have to leave a state a lot of time for all kinds of. Medical treatment and medical care. I don’t view it as a huge burden. You’re going to have an abortion. Is it that much of a burden to go to another state? Or should the entire state accommodate the individual? I mean, come on, how hard is it, really? We got abortionists in this country. They’re ubiquitous. They’re everywhere. I’m going to prove it to you, ladies and gentlemen. Wait a minute. You had to leave the state for an abortion. Yes, I did. People leave states for cancer doctors. For other kinds of specialists, for heart doctors. That’s the great thing about America. There’s 50 states and some territories and you can actually get up and go to a place. That you believe serves your interests, your needs. You can actually move there. You can actually, at least for now, get in an automobile that works with a combustion engine and drive there. Plus, we have hundreds of millions of dollars poured into Planned Parenthood and other such front organizations that are more than happy to take you to these places. What exactly is the position of the Democrat Party on abortion? They want more abortions. Is that it? Is that it? Less babies, more abortions. Because I tell you, I have access to a report that everybody has access to. But I actually do my research. I put it on my social media twice. I used to do it on Fox once. I’ve used it on plays once. I’ve used it on radio once and I’m going to use it again. And for some reason, the knuckleheads, the Republicans on Capitol Hill don’t embrace it, don’t read it, don’t talk about it. And the organization is a left wing, pro-abortion organization. It’s called the Guttmacher Institute. Guttmacher? You have to believe me. Check it out. Guttmacher, talk. They put out the report, they put it out with a press release and hiding it. So since the Dobbs decision, there have been more abortions in the United States than before. Wow. Those Republicans are really good at blocking abortions. No, they’re not. Number of abortions in the United States likely to be higher in 2023 than in 2020. We actually know now that they are. This report came out in January of this year. In the first ten months of 2023, I’m quoting I’m reading from the text. There were an estimated 878,000 abortions in the formal U.S. health care system. 94% as many abortions as were provided in 2020 930,000. Keep in mind, that’s ten months. So that will exceed 2020. I’m sure the abortionists are thrilled. Approximately 88,000 abortions have been provided and the affordable health care system per month so far in 2023. So with two months of data yet to be published, it’s very likely that the total number of abortions provided in 2023 was substantially exceed 2020 numbers. So what are the abortionists and their supporters in the Democrat Party complaining about? The actual increase in abortions is likely even larger. A left wing group that these numbers suggest, because these counts do not include abortions occurring outside the formal health care system like Planned Parenthood, which are likely to have increased substantially following the implementation of state bans and restrictions. There’s also state expansions, of course. Isaac Maddox, Zimet data scientist at the Park Project. He says an increase in abortion numbers is a positive development. If it means people are getting the health care they want and need. Oh, but it’s very problematic in this sense. However, folks, despite the fact that abortions are through the roof. Like never before since the Dobbs decision. We know, he says, that many people in 2023 had to overcome immense barriers to access care, often traveling across state lines to do so. Is that an immense hurdle, Mr. BLITZER? I just said. People go across state lines. To on vacation. They go across state lines to work. They go across state lines, maybe to go to a restaurant. They go across state lines to get other kind of medical care. I just spoke about my own experience earlier this week. I actually had to leave Virginia to go to Maryland. Place I never want to go. We have what’s called automobiles. We have trucks, we have trains. We have buses. We have airplanes. We have motorcycles. But you see, it’s an immense burden. It’s an immense barrier. Well. I’m sorry. Maybe we should have people go to their homes, Mr. Producer. Would that be better? I’ve talked about a home colonoscopy kit. Remember that, Mr.. And I encourage you leftists to go ahead and acquire one. And. Get on with it. There’s been no slowdown of abortions in America. There has been no incredible hurdles and barriers, immense barriers to overcome. We have 50 states. This is how it was intended to be. Some states have the death penalty. Some don’t. Some have income taxes. Some don’t. Some have. There’s some have that in terms of health care and medical care and all the rest of it. And some states are very thrilled and excited to have a burgeoning abortion business. Some states are not. And so those who seek want or need abortions. I’m sorry. There’s this immense barrier of going to a neighboring state, perhaps. But that’s the way it is. And I know the radicals and the extremists and the anti lifers. They want abortion on demand in every corner of the country. That’s because they’re sick. And they want abortion on demand. They want partial birth abortion. They want abortions 3 seconds before a baby is born. That’s okay by them. It’s not okay by me. We’ve had millions and millions and millions of millions of abortions in this country. And the Democrat Party wants you women to think, particularly women in the suburbs, most of whom have never had abortions. But for some reason, this is an obsession that it’s become prohibitive, that we have immense barriers to prevent it. It’s a lie. It’s a lie. The data demonstrates that it’s a lie. And I’ll try one more time. Since the Dobbs decision. Abortion in the United States has increased significantly. Almost 15%. Almost 15%. We discuss this in a sterile way, you know, in a data way. We discuss it like like the liberals want us to discuss it. It’s a woman’s right to choose. Well, that’s a flippant way to talk about eliminating another life. That has no voice. None. They can’t lobby Congress. They can’t bring lawsuits against the Supreme Court. They can exercise their constitutional rights. They’re disposable. I love the scientists, the CDC and their ilk. I love these people that go on TV and tell us about vaccines and COVID and all the rest. Follow the science. Follow the science, they say. And they’re never asked. It’s amazing. What is the science tell us. And but another human being, particularly in the last trimester. Just to put a fine point on the issue. Is that tissue? Or is it a human being? What does the science tell us? What does this science tell us? Tells us it’s a human being, just like the science tells us. If you have a penis, you’re a male, you have a vagina, you’re female. Oh, I’m sorry. Am I disrupting the applecart? That’s science. Biology, we call it. At least we used to. Now, of course, would ignore that science. The science of abortion was supposed to ignore that to. Let me repeat, there’s a reason why they don’t actually show abortions on television, on PBS. Or any documentary. On all the thousands of channels there are. You’ll get everything. But why is that? It’s her right to choose, right? It’s not a baby, right? It’s harmless. It’s painless. Right. Then show us. But they won’t. But you Democrats should be thrilled. Joe Biden practicing catholic a salvator. Nancy Pelosi. Likewise. You’re going to go hear them wringing their hands and talking about the Republicans want to take a woman’s right to choose away. While it’s ubiquitous. So the Democrats actually seem to be saying. We don’t have enough abortions. We need more. The more, the better. After all, it’s not a life. It’s a choice. It’s non-existent. Unless we say it’s existence. You have to twist your mind into pretzels. To believe as these vile, immoral. Dehumanizing radical leftist belief. I don’t care what your faith is. Follow the science. Follow the data. So much of what we hear is propaganda. It’s lies, it’s pseudo events. So much of what you don’t hear is based on censorship, disinformation and misinformation. Like the entire abortion debate issue is phony. Silver linings. Why? Because it helps the Democrats. That’s why the entire debate about abortion. As they say, the vast majority of you have never seen what an abortion looks like. And you’re told it’s perfectly fine, it’s safe, it’s a civil right. And they do this because they believe suburban women. And according to surveys, suburban women support abortion. Maybe not on a demand, maybe not by teenagers without parental notification, but as a general rule. So every time they hear abortion, they know you’re opposed to it. That goes for it. I’m voting for Nikki Haley. Okay, great. I’m voting for Larry Hogan. And. It’s a woman’s right to choose. Excuse me. A couple of points. A woman has a right to choose, but there needs to be a moral debate about the other person. It’s not a person. Well, isn’t that convenient? It’s not a person. What does the science tell us? It is a person, particularly when it’s easy, right? Particularly after three months, particularly after one month. But I don’t even need to go that far. I’m just saying they don’t support limitations on abortion, on the left, the Democrat Party. So this is how they feel they’re going to get women to vote. And they do. And I wish women would really start paying attention, those who fall for this. For this propaganda to the facts. To the actual facts. If this is your big issue, I feel sorry for you. If somebody’s having to go from one state to another is an immense barrier. I feel sorry for you. I’ll be right back.

Now, of course, Slow Joe is going to be talking about democracy that he saved democracy once already from MAGA, trumping the extremists from the January six insurrection. As I can hear it now, I could write his speech. He saved us. And we must not must not allow them to threaten us again. Autocrats. We must not allow them. Maga. Make America great again. Hitler. He won’t say it. He’ll imply it. They threatened our country once before a revolution. They tried to prevent the peaceful transfer of power. You hear it? I hear it. We know it. No. Let’s talk about this. There’s a great piece today at town hall by the indefatigable Byron York. It’s called Trump Lawfare. Update. So this is interesting. And indeed it is, says former President Donald Trump’s victory in the Supreme Court 14th Amendment case. Together with delay and disorder in the criminal cases against him, has set off panic among Democrats who hope to use prosecutions and other legal maneuvers to keep Trump from winning a second term. I hope Supreme Court justices are listening. Not the Three Stooges, the others. Supreme Court ruling Darkens Critics Hopes for a Judicial Curb on Trump. Read one headline in The Washington Post. Because the media is in on it. It’s a state supporting one party media like you see in other tyrannies and totalitarian regimes. That’s all we have now. You might find it outrageous that people in positions of great power and responsible in the midst of a campaign would use the judicial system, the justice system, to curb one of two major presidential candidates. You might find it outrageous that those people, a coalition of elected Democrats, Biden administration appointees, Democrat Party activists and career lawfare specialists are in fact desperately pushing the system to work faster to win verdicts by Election Day. But there it is. But there it is. It’s now acceptable for Democrats to put the Republican nominee in prison or to get them off a ballot. If they could, they would. And this is the party that hates the Constitution, hates the founders, but tell you that they’re upholding the Constitution, Marxists like Jamie Raskin, who’s a coward. The anti-Trump coalition has launched six main attacks on Trump. Attacking. Number one is the federal indictment brought by the Justice Department appointed special counsel Jack Smith, charging Trump with 40 felony counts in the classified documents case. Number two is the federal indictment also brought by Smith, charging Trump with four felonies in the 2020 election and January six case. Number three is the sprawling 13 felony count racketeering indictment based on the 2020 election brought against Trump and 18 co-defendants in Georgia by the elected Democrat, Fulton County D.A. Felony. Willis Tech number four is the 34 felony count indictment based on the payment. He calls it hush money. It’s a nondisclosure agreement in the 2016 election brought by the elected Democratic Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg. Number five is the effort launched by various activists around the country to remove Trump from presidential ballots by declaring him an insurrectionist under the terms of Section 3/14 Amendment. And number six is the effort to bankrupt Trump by way of a lawsuit brought by the elected Democratic New York State Attorney General, Letitia James. You know, when you just read that excuse me, when you just read that, it’s horrendous. And of course, the media supports it every step of the way, but it’s horrendous. Now, are there efforts in the news daily? It might be a good time to see where things stand. Go through them in reverse order of importance that is starting with the cases least likely to hurt Trump this year. He writes 14th Amendment removal campaign is over. Having all nine Supreme Court justices agree that no state can take Trump off the ballot is a disgrace, is decisive as it gets still. And keep an eye on this. You might see the 14th Amendment argument revived. If Trump wins and congressional Democrats look for a way to prevent him from taking office. Ladies and gentlemen, does it sound like they care about democracy? They only care about democracy if they win. When they lose, they don’t believe in democracy. All right. Let’s keep at this the Georgia case. What can be said about it? Right now, everyone is waiting for a judge to decide whether to remove Willis from the case on the basis of charges of misconduct raised by a number of defense lawyers. If Willis is removed, the entire case might collapse for want of another prosecutor to pursue it. The federal classified documents case was always going to be hard to do this year, given that it involves millions of documents, security clearances and special handling of evidence. The judge in the case says entertain suggestions of starting the trial mid-summer. It seems extremely unlikely in a verdict before Election Day seems even more unlikely. The New York lawsuit, unlike the others, this has been a ringing success for the people seeking Trump’s financial ruin, trying flimsy, completely unfair charges before a compliant judge. Under New York law, Trump did not have the right to a jury trial. James, When a $454 million judgment against the former president, even if he manages to reduce the award on appeal, Trump has been damaged. And James is having a ball touting him on social media. The federal 2020 election and the January six case. This is the showpiece case, the one so many anti-Trump forces have pinned their hopes on because they see it as the prime vehicle to hold Trump, quote unquote, accountable. One of their favorite words for his efforts to challenge the 2020 results hold him accountable. Trial was originally scheduled to begin this week, but it has been delayed by Trump’s claim that he should be immune from charges over the acts he took as president. Smith is scrambling to keep the case on track, but the Supreme Court will rule not only on the immunity issue, which Trump is expected to lose. Excuse me. He may lose it and he may lose it for two reasons the intimidation being applied by the media and the legal analysts saying that he doesn’t have a chance to win. So a lot of these justices are watching this and listening this, and it becomes more and more difficult to do the right thing. But also on two of the four charges against Trump, that is the Enron obstruction charges, which are preposterous. Which some argue simply do not apply to the case. And they don’t. And they never should have. Congratulations to the phony partisan judges in Washington, D.C.. Then we have the Manhattan case. Bragg was the first to file criminal charges against Trump. Safe to say he got little respect for it. Even Trump’s adversaries admitted that the brag charges were weak. It’s really a bunch of misdemeanors that Brad conjured into felonies. Three legally questionable remover. And by the way, all these efforts. To use the law this way to create first impressions to drag in the Constitution. All these efforts defy and undermine advice. That the legal system, the Justice Department, the bar in the past has given, which is you better be very, very careful. When you take on a former president, when you take on a candidate for president, when you intervene in an election which you’re not supposed to do, and you can see every one of those barriers has been bulldozed, every one of them. We don’t discuss it anymore. The other cases, bad as some of them are, got more respect and attention. And Bragg stepped into the background, offering a delay, trying his case while the others went first. But now all those cases have encountered problems and Bragg is steaming ahead to March 25. Trial date less than three weeks away, America. The reason for the Democratic panic is this some in the party think, sure, President Joe Biden is weak in his polls, a terrible. But if he falters, there’s always lawfare. How many times have I said this, Mr. Producer? So they’re counting on the perversion of the criminal justice system to win the election. How many times have I said this? Now, there’s been a lot of movement with the big six cases. Five of them may not be resolved or resolved in Biden’s favor before the election. So could be that the entire hopes of the Democrat Party and all those who seek to bring down Trump before election rests with Bragg. Now, I will say this. You’ve got these incredibly unethical federal judges and New York state judges. Chunk in the key one. And she knows what her what her obligation is. She knows what her. Pass master in the case of Joe Biden and the Democrat Party require of her. And she will dispense with motion very quickly and she will force this trial early and do everything humanly possible to do it and get a conviction. That’s what she’ll do. Because she’s not a judge. She’s a hack. Like so many in D.C. are. The judge in the Bragg case. Is an Obama Biden supporter. He’s another one of these elected, low level trial judges. And the idea that a district attorney in Manhattan. Can use federal law to create, to invent. Federal state of Kansas, which is what he’s trying to do, which is what Smith tried to do against John Edwards. Because they are they all learn from this, this punk, the sleazeball Smith. The idea that Trump can get a fair trial there is really quite preposterous. If he does, it’ll be a blessing from God. Seriously? And then, of course, the Washington, D.C. case where the population voted over 90% for Biden. They voted for Nikki Haley, another reprobate. I’ll get to her later. It’s pretty incredible that a president of United States is facing this. And on top of all that, I want to remind you, he already faced a criminal investigation. Investigation Mueller when he was president. They came up empty because all the information was planted by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the media. That was horrendous in and of itself. The Russia collusion. Prosecution. We already know that the Foya court excuse me that the FISA court was abused to try and take out Trump and his supporters. We already know that. We already know that these two impeachments against Trump were phoney, fraudulent. One of them, the Senate, took it up when he was a private citizen. We’ve never had that before. They charged him with insurrection. The Democrats in the House before they lost their majority right before. Right before they set up the January six Stalinist Commission, which has destroyed massive amounts of the information that it gathered, including interviews and videos, texts and emails. Talk about obstruction of justice. But the system is fixed, you see, because they can’t commit obstruction of justice. They pass the laws. That exclude them protected, you see, by the speech and debate clause. They destroyed documents. They destroyed information. They destroyed videos. But does it matter? The federal judges in Washington, D.C. press ahead with throwing protesters. And I’m not talking about violent protesters, protesters in prison. With massive sentences state. Even a panel in the circuit court said, Hold on, boys and girls, you get a little carried away. That doesn’t even apply here. So pull it back. Oh, justice. It’s blind. Now justice isn’t blind. You’re blind. Partisanship and blind rhinos all throughout the judicial system now. That’s what’s going on. And that all has to be overcome in order to win this election. I’ll be right back.

Please. We see enough. Trump is a liar and a marketeer. Then we have John Heilemann. High. Heilemann. Part of the circus act over there at the Morning Schmo. Trump movement isn’t what it once was. Okay, there he is. Then we have Nikki Haley. She’s the worst of the bunch. You want to know the truth all. But if we don’t like Trump, there’s always Nikki Haley. What does she stand for? I stand with her firmly. What does she stand for? I don’t know. But I firmly stand with her firmly and very firmly with her. She and I agree on the issues. What issue? I don’t know. But I’m for Nikki.
