On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced that he is initiating an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. Joe Biden knew, as a matter of fact, that Hunter Biden was representing officially or even unofficially numerous foreign businesses, which is more than enough to be required to register under FARA. Joe Biden assisted his son in violating FARA, which does not require a payment of any kind and is not a specific intent crime — a co-conspirator. The list of Biden impeachment issues is far more compelling than any information that was brought against Donald Trump. Speaker McCarthy calls in to discuss the Biden impeachment inquiry, Joe’s direct involvement in his son Hunter’s business dealings, and the overall corruption, obstruction, and abuse of power committed by Joe Biden. Later, according to a whistleblower the CIA bribed its own COVID origin team to reject the lab-leak theory. Every one of our institutions in Washington D.C. has been corrupted, they all need to be broken up. D.D. is a politically, and economically corrupt place. There’s no reason why D.C. should be ruling over every corner of this country. None of these agencies think they are answerable to Congress. Afterward, Biden is giving $6 billion to Iran, but don’t worry, they tell us, there are strings attached. How do you have strings attached to a regime like this? They can only use it for humanitarian use but they define humanitarian as killing us.

Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811. 877-381-3811. Speaker House Kevin McCarthy obviously has announced that the House will open a new impeachment inquiry. And before I play what he said and he’s asked to be on the program and he will be in about an hour and a half, I want to tell you what I just posted. The Ukrainian prosecutor who was fired as a direct result of Joe Biden threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid. Has specifically stated he was investigating Burisma, the corrupt company that Hunter Biden was serving on. Joe obstructed that investigation. According to Ken Buck and his new friends in the Democrat Party media. He’s a Republican from Colorado. This is not evidence of anything. Joe Biden spoke to an untold number of Hunter Biden’s foreign clients, including top officials with ties to the Communist Party regime in China. But there’s, according to Ken Buck and his new friends in the Democrat Party, media is not evidence of anything. He took an all told number of trips would go on Air Force Two. We met with numerous foreign officials and countries and with governments in which he was doing business or wanted to do business. Comer, did Ken Buck and his new friends in the Democrat Party. So what Joe Biden knew, as a matter of fact, that Hunter was representing officially or even unofficially, numerous foreign businesses. That’s more than enough under the very broad language of FARA, by the way. Were you supposed to register as an agent? That’s more than enough to be required to register under fire. Therefore, Joe Biden assisted his son in violating FARA, which does not require payment of any kind. It is not a specific intent crime. He’s a co-conspirator. In other words, if you do it or you don’t. It’s a registration requirement. Joe Biden staff and Hunter’s business associates were in constant contact. I guess they were just buddies. And there’s a ton more. Of course, for impeachment purposes, you do not require evidence of a crime under the Criminal code. Ken Buck might not know this, but there was no federal criminal code when the Constitution was ratified. Nor is it a requirement of the kind of evidence required to convict in a courtroom or beyond a reasonable doubt standard. But let’s be clear. The list of Joe Biden excuse me, the list of Joe Biden impeachment issues that I just quickly assembled here is far, far more compelling than any information that was brought against Donald Trump. He neither blackmailed the president of Ukraine. Zelensky said he was not blackmailed. Biden did. On tape. Nor did he commit high crimes and misdemeanors on January six, when there was no House inquiry, just a railroad job by the House Democrats with support from a mere ten Republicans. A quick vote for a bi Stalinist trial in the Senate. While Trump was a private citizen in which Trump was found innocent. Now, as for Kevin McCarthy not taking a vote of the House to initiate an impeachment inquiry. Nancy Pelosi set the precedent for this. This sword cuts both ways. And in this case, it certainly should. As an aside, Matt Gaetz is whining all the time this time that McCarthy was too slow to act or whatever. Actually, his beef is with Jim Jordan. James Comer, Jason Smith, the three investigative committee chairmen who have specifically said they need time to build a preliminary case before an impeachment inquiry. So I don’t know why we’re shooting each other at this point. Plough forward with the impeachment inquiry. And on my show Sunday on Fox, I asked Jim Jordan specifically if there would be an impeachment inquiry, and he said yes, he felt this month. I asked him if there would be a vote, he said, or if he had a majority, if he had enough for the vote. He said he thought they did. So McCarthy decided to do a Pelosi. And that’s good. Because it’s the only way to stop the Democrats. The only way you do to them what they do to you. Now there’s a piece by Bill McGovern. And The Wall Street Journal is probably the last remaining. Maybe there’s another one. Serious editorial writers there. He says. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell says impeachment should be rare because normalizing impeachment isn’t good for the country’s right. But House Speaker Kevin McCarthy is calling for an impeachment inquiry, which he says is a natural step forward based on evidence that has been uncovered by the House committee investigating Oversight Judiciary in Ways and Means. This includes learning that Joe Biden lied during the 2020 debates when he categorically denied Hunter was paid millions from China and said the laptop was Russian disinformation and that the then-Vice president had denied. I had not read this before I wrote my piece, but it doesn’t matter. The evidence is obvious to everybody and that the then-Vice president had dinners with his son’s business partners and spoke to them on speaker phone when he called, and that is two internal IRS agents have testified. The Justice Department sandbagged an IRS investigation and that a Biden staffer emailed Hunter business associate Eric Schwerin confirming that the vice president had signed off on talking points Mr. Schwerin had supplied about Burisma. All this from a man who claims he knew nothing about his son’s business. Folks, any one of those or any one of the issues I mentioned is enough for an impeachment inquiry. Based on the scandalous attack on Trump and the first impeachment, but even based on more so when I hear these RINOs, right, Karl Rove and his buddies. Or when I hear the Republicans in the Senate who are lazy and useless. When I hear this guy, Ken Buck, I scratch my head and say, What are you all stupid? What’s with you? With three House committees already investigating, an impeachment inquiry might appear superfluous, but there are practical advantages to name one would enhance the power of House subpoenas. Congressional oversight must be tethered to a legislative purpose, and that includes the subpoenas for information such as the tax and bank records House investigators are asking for. And they’ve been blocked. By contrast, when a subpoena is part of an impeachment inquiry, Congress is acting at the apex of its power and its ability to compel witness testimony and demand documents. An impeachment inquiry doesn’t require a legislative purpose because it’s in the damn constitution which gives it subpoenas more force in the courts. It also gives the House more negotiating leverage with, say, Justice and the IRS. If done judiciously, an impeachment inquiry would be a roadblock. Simply would be a road back. From the way Nancy Pelosi stacked every procedural deck and cut every congressional corner to get Donald Trump. Pelosi announced the first Trump impeachment inquiry all by herself. Holding a vote after it was already underway and then proceeded with closed door testimony and limits on defense witnesses. In the second impeachment, she rushed a vote on impeachment without hearings or an opportunity for the president to present a defense. And what he doesn’t say here is that the Senate. Had a rump Stalinist trial to railroad Trump while he was a private citizen. And this reporter on CNN. What is her name, Dana something? Or is it like is that it? BASH I apologize. Dana Bash, she says, Do you impeach a president? He impeach president for the acts as vice president. So now the the lawyers for the White House are feeding CNN and the usual parrots over there repeating what they hear. And that’s. Can you actually do that? Can you can you impeach president? Vice president? Yes. 50 years ago, at a press conference in Orlando, Richard Nixon told a television audience, The American people have to know whether or not their president is a crook. Mr. Biden’s case. They also deserve to know whether the Justice Department has been compromised by months, and Republicans will decide whether an impeachment inquiry is the only way they’ll get these answers. Well, actually, it was decided incorrectly so today by McCarthy. And I don’t know why this guy Gates is chewing on McCarthy’s heels over this, but I don’t much care. He’s turned on somebody’s heels all the time. I’m not even talking about the budget here. Now. We’re talking about an impeachment inquiry here. Now, here’s McCarthy today at a news conference. Not to be confused with McConnell, who’s staring at the ceiling in the building over there at the Senate. McCarthy actually can speak. Cut one. Go. Here are the months we were gone. In the weeks. House Republicans have uncovered serious and credible allegations into President Biden’s conduct. Taken together, these allegations paint a picture of a culture of corruption. Now, here’s what we know so far. Through our investigations, we have found that President Biden did lie to the American people about his own knowledge of his family’s foreign business dealings. Eyewitnesses have testified that the president joined on multiple phone calls and had multiple interactions. Dinners resulted in cars and millions of dollars into his sons and his son’s business partners. We know that bank records show that nearly $20 million in payments were directed to the Biden family members and associates through various shell companies. The Treasury Department alone has more than 150 transactions involving the Biden family and other business associates that were flagged as suspicious activity by U.S. banks. Even a trusted FBI informant has alleged a bribe to the Biden family. Biden used his official office to coordinate with Hunter Biden’s business partners about Hunter’s role in Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company. Finally, despite these serious allegations, it appears that the president’s family has been offered special treatment by Biden’s own administration. Treatment that not otherwise would have received if they were not related to the president. These are allegations of abuse of power, obstruction and corruption. And they want further investigation by the House of Representatives. Now, I can understand why Democrats reject this, because they hate our country and they want power for themselves. So they’re not to be taken seriously. They’re a dangerous group of reprobates, miscreants and malcontents. But I cannot understand a single Republican. Who would say, no, no, no, there’s not enough information there. Whether it’s the Hunter Biden deal, which was really intended to protect Joe Biden, even the current. Likely, they say, indictment on gun charges. Again, as I’ve explained from day one, intended to protect this president from any tax issues or other related issues. The cover up by the mob boss, the so-called attorney general of the United States, the IRS whistle blower testimony about obstruction into their investigations coming out of the Department of Justice. There’s just a ton of information here. Tons. And I’m afraid, Mr. Buchan others don’t understand how the Constitution works. The Constitution came before the criminal statutes. High crimes and misdemeanors meant when they adopted, when they drafted, adopting and ratified the Constitution, they meant very severe acts. And there’s a lot of history behind this. There’s a lot of contemporaneous notes that were taken at that time. That is major offenses of a public kind of a public trust kind. Against the United States and the people the United States. By misdemeanors, they didn’t mean jaywalking. There were no federal jaywalking laws, but they didn’t mean jaywalking a misdemeanor or parading on public property. By high crimes, they didn’t mean committing an act of murder. Robbery. And they left it to the common sense and they hope the virtue. A members of the House of Representatives to come up with their own application based on the conduct of the president. It’s not a grab bag of anything you want and everything you think, but that’s exactly how Pelosi used it. That’s not how the Republicans are using it. They painstakingly use subpoenas, witnesses. Evidence bank records. To pull together an overwhelming case. A potential high crimes and misdemeanors against Joe Biden. And they want to be so careful about it. They are conducting a real inquiry where there will be hearings, will there be testimony and all the rest? Which they never did for Trump, not in the first impeachment and certainly not in the second impeachment. I’ll be right back.

The second any crazier I mean this Kennedy running in Virginia have you heard about this America as a Democrat? Of course she’s a nurse. She has two kids. Her husband’s a lawyer. And honestly, I don’t know about all this stuff, but there’s apparently a porn site where they were having sex acts. For donations of some kind. The money. And many. Clips of this. Now she’s two kids. Now she’s running as a Democrat, as you can imagine, for the Virginia House of Delegates. I believe her honorary campaign chairman is Eric Swalwell, But I’m not 100% certain of that. I just assumed. Hey, maybe. And maybe she has Bill Clinton’s back, if you get my drift now. All that aside, she’s attacking Republicans for humiliating her and her family. Excuse me. You do these disgusting things. You have two children. You’re a nurse. You have a dummy husband who’s a slip and fall lawyer or something. You’re the nominee by the Democrat Party and you’re blaming the Republicans. And by the way, the Democrats, not one, has asked her to step down. Because the Democrat Party will back anyone in anything for power. But isn’t it time we put an end to this America? Virginia. Anyway. Kevin McCarthy. No, no. Let’s play something we’ve never played on this program. And that is the audio of Joe Biden obstructing justice. Now, the reason he didn’t play is because other hosts play it to the point where you actually get nauseous. It’s just over and over. Listen to that. And oh, I know I can’t take it anymore. I try not to do that here. I’m very studious about that. So we’ve never played it. So let’s play it now so Ken Buck can understand what we’re talking about. Go. I remember going over convincing our team or others to convince you that we should be providing for loan guarantees. Now, I over, I guess, the 1230 time to give an order. And I was supposed to announce that there is another billion dollar loan guarantee. And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state. Yatsenyuk He’s a real joker guy. I said, No. I said, I’m not coming or we’re we’re not going to give you $2 billion. I said, you have no authority. You’re not the president. The president said I should call him. I said, I’m telling you, you’re not getting $1,000,000,000. I said, You’re not getting a billion. I’m going to be leaving here. I think it was about 6 hours. I look, I said, I’m leaving in 6 hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch got fired and they put in place someone who was solid. Now, why would he reach into any country whatsoever? And worry about who a prosecutor is. This is the same jackass who just gave $6 billion to the Islamo Nazi regime. In Iran. Does he know who the chief prosecutor is there? Chief prosecutor there. Were there sentencing gay people to death? Whether torturing, raping, brutalizing young women. Who’s the chief prosecutor in Iran. Does anybody know? No. Does anybody care? Nobody’s even thinking about it. But Joe Biden. When he was vice president. He was concerned about that in Ukraine. As president, he’s not concerned about that in Iran or anywhere else, for that matter. You got the guy on videotape, for God sakes. And I don’t see any evidence of high crimes. And Minister, I don’t see it now and. And then the idiot at CNN. Can you picture president, based on what he did as vice president? I don’t know. Can you picture president without a hearing? Can you picture president accusing of things like sedition and insurrection and not even hold a hearing, not even hold a real trial. And the man has since gone to Mar a Lago. He’s not even present anymore. Can you do that in a second? Impeachment? Of course he can do it. You understand? I’m convinced more than ever before that you truly have to have a low IQ, except for very few exceptions to be a reporter. All you do is you Cinergy Desk and you receive leaks from the government. The Democrat Party and you spew them. That’s all. That’s all you have to do. How hard is that? Why do you have to go to journalism school for that? Any monkey can do that. More on Kevin McCarthy at the news conference today. Cut to go. That’s why today I am directing our House committee to open a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. This logical next step will give our committees the full power to gather all the facts and answers for the American public. That’s exactly what we want to know the answers. I believe the president would want to answer these questions and allegations as well. This effort will be led by Chairman James Colmer of the Committee on Oversight and Coordination with Chairman Jim Jordan for Judiciary Committee and Chairman Jason Smith on Ways and Means. I do not make this decision lightly. And regardless of your party or who you voted for, these facts should concern all Americans. The American people deserve to know that the public offices are not for sale and that the federal government is not being used to cover up the actions of a politically associated family. Now, I would encourage the president and his team to fully cooperate with this investigation in the interests of transparency. We are committed to getting the answers for the American public. Nothing more, nothing less. We will go wherever the evidence takes us. You know, I want you to compare this guy to McConnell or John Boehner or Paul Ryan. I want you to compare them to all these people. And don’t tell me there’s no difference. Now, again, I may not agree on the budget stuff. We’ll find out soon enough. We’ll find out soon enough. So what? Even if we do. Does anybody honestly believe that John Boehner would have conducted himself this way or Paul Ryan? You see what’s going on in the Senate. Particularly among the leading four or five Republicans there. They are lazy. They’re unserious. They’re quislings. They carry the bags for the Democrats. Every now and then they’ll kick up a little dust chest to show you that they exist. They talk about the judges? Well, for the most part, they rubber stamp the judges, which is why Biden’s appointed more judges than any president since John Kennedy. Even more than Trump and Reagan. And they pointed a lot in the first two years of their presidencies. Tell me, what have they done there in the Senate to fight about the border? Absolutely nothing. Inflation. They contributed to it. So why is all the pressure on? The Republican leadership in the House. Whether you agree with them or not. There’s a whole lot of Republicans out there who aren’t carrying the water, carrying their weight. The majority of Republicans in the Senate. And many of the Republicans in the House. And by the way, I made an effort today. We’re going to have Chip Roy on tomorrow. He’s an old dear buddy of mine, but we’re going to have to ask him some. And not just him, but I want to ask everybody. What exactly is the conservative position in the House? Now, if it were me, my pension will be slashed. Cut. Yes, secure the border. There’s a whole bunch of things that can be done, but they don’t have one position. The conservatives in the House. You’ve got disparate positions. You’ve got different conservative entities within the House. Everybody needs to get their act together. We’re facing tyranny here. And they’re blowing out the budget. And Chuck Schumer’s setting them up. He’s setting them up with the help of the Republicans in the Senate. And I’ll get to that a little later. So it’s not just the House leadership, although it might certainly be in significant part. But it’s other Republicans in the House. You should be able to name one, two, three, four things. That’s it. Not 12 things. When we’re thinking about this or that or. You know, the Freedom Caucus wants this, the 21 want that, this caucus wants that. I’m talking about conservatives not worried about the moderates and the RINOs. Now you want to hear something sickening. That’s Chuck Schumer’s voice. But it’s more than sickening. He literally calls an impeachment inquiry a witch hunt. Now, he pushed for a criminal investigation to Trump on Russia collusion without any evidence. He pushed for the first impeachment of Trump. He pushed for the second impeachment of Trump. Chuck Schumer is. A hemorrhagic. Do you folks remember what a Mirotic is? You remember Mr. Producer? It’s the name I give to human hemorrhoids. He’s a hemorrhagic. He’s not just a bleeding heart. Mark says he’s a bleeding homoerotic. And so let’s listen to the bleeding hemorrhagic. Chuck Schumer key Schumer at the press conference today that he gave cut Fargo. I think the impeachment inquiry is absurd. The American people want us to do something that will make their lives matter. People want us to spend and spend and borrow and borrow. The American people want more inflation and more interest rates, a bigger IRS. They want open borders. They want welfare for illegal immigrants. That’s right. The American people want more what the Democrats have given them. More centralized government. They want the Democrat Party to keep banning products in their homes. They keep driving up the cost of food and gasoline and utilities. That’s what they want. They want the Democrats to do something for the American people. Pass more laws, more regulations drive up the cost of automobiles. Push you into EVs electric vehicles. And now we’re learning the sad truth of how crappy those damn cars are. But it’s worse than that. We need more from the Democrats. We want more crime in the streets, more murder, more rate, more mayhem. That’s what we get from the Democrats. We want more money given to the Iranian Islamo Nazi regime. We want more capitulation to the communist Chinese. We want more Democrat policies that impoverish us, that weaken us. Yes. And I’m not done. We want 87,000 new IRS agents to bang on our doors. We want more SWAT teams. We want more of an out of control Federal Bureau of Investigation that investigates us, that monitors us. We want more innocent citizens who believe in life to be prosecuted. We want the Catholic Church. We want the Catholic Church to be investigated. We want more censorship. Yes, we’re on a witch hunt. We need more Democrat policies that will make our lives better. Impeachments will be rare. I think they’re only opening one impeachment inquiry against Biden, unlike the Democrats who impeached Trump twice. They had one phony inquiry and one not inquiry. So there’s lots of precedent to work with. Thanks to Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and the Democrat Party. Thanks to the media in America. Lots of precedent to work with, all kinds of corners to be cut, all kinds of secrecy, all kinds of, you know, references to the Department of Justice for people who refused to testify. You know, the way they’re trying to take out Peter Navarro, among others. All kinds of cool stuff in there is thanks to Nancy Pelosi. Hee hee hee hee. She was always a dimwit. And look how they built her up like some kind of genius. A stupid has been. Who hung on to the coattails of Philip Barton. A radical left wing nut job at a San Francisco, but a power, a force who paved the way for her. Hey, Joe, Look at her. She broke the glass. She broke no glass ceiling. If it wasn’t for a guy with a opposite genital. Genitalia. She would never have been elected to the House of Representatives in the first place. Never. Yes, more from our Democrat Party. We don’t need a witch hunt. No, you know what we need? We need more mutilation of our children and make sure we do it without parental notification. Now, ladies and gentlemen. The Biden administration released a series of documents encouraging gender reassignment surgery and hormone treatments for minors. Page 202 The Democrat Party hates America. This could be in your hands very soon. The Department of HHS, Office of Population Affairs released a document titled Gender Affirming Care and Young People. It states in part. How do I know this? Because I read it. I do my research. Gender affirming care is a supportive form of health care. Consists of an array of services that may include medical, surgical, mental health, non-medical services for transgender and non-binary people. For transgender and non-binary children and adolescents. This is from the pen of Joe Biden. Early gender affirming care is crucial. Early and gender affirming care Little kids, they write, is crucial to overall health and well-being, as it allows the child or adolescent to focus on social transitions and can increase their confidence while navigating the health care system. Now you know why they don’t want parents advised? Because they want to save their children. There’s significant expert opinion, though, folks. Scientific research that finds, quote, if there are not put on this pathway, most kids who suffer gender dysphoria will grow out of it. In fact, 88% and 98% of those struggling with gender dysphoria will accept their biological sex after going through puberty, according to the fifth edition of the American Psychiatric Association Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. This is what I do on my weekends. And I found this in their formal manual. The same day the Biden administration released the gender affirming care document. Quote, The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, National Child Traumatic Stress Network. Oh, my God. Another subset of HHS released a parallel document titled Gender Affirming Care as Head Trauma Informed Care. The HHS documents decide what it calls appropriate treatments for transgender adolescents, including top surgery to create male typical chest shape or enhanced breasts and bottom surgery, surgery on genitals or reproductive organs, facial feminization and other procedures. As usual, the Biden administration and the Democrat Party claim to be defending another victimized group. But by any measure, their desire to destroy the nuclear family between parents and their children, brainwash the most vulnerable, and control the upbringing of future generations. That’s what creates victims for them. Extremism in the pursuit of power is no vice. Man, I got a whole chapter on this. At least part of a whole chapter. I leave nothing unsaid, nothing undone.
