On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, the Super Bowl was great right up to the end and then the referee took over. It was a lousy ending to a great game. Eagles players are now saying they should have played better. Did word go out from the NFL commissioner down to the ownership and players not to squawk about anything? Also, there is only one National Anthem. Multiple anthems are not the way to bring about unity in America.  Afterward, do the objects shot down over U.S. airspace, not concern President Biden? This is the problem when you are bought and paid for by China. The Biden administration says it’s not a big deal – don’t let them dumb us down.  We want to know what’s going on in American skies. These Generals and Admirals can tell us about CRT but when it comes to defending airspace that’s too much to ask. Later, the Supreme Court in Israel can overturn or rewrite any laws they want. There’s no other court system in any free country that operates this way. In addition to the court the Attorney General, who isn’t elected, decides all legal issues for the entire government. PM Benjamin Netanyahu said enough and launched a plan to overhaul the legal system.  What’s playing out in Israel could play out in America if we effectively push back. Finally, what has happened to the right to representation? How are all these Donald Trump lawyers pulled into grand juries?

Rough transcript of Hour 1

Hour 1 Segment 1

Look, there’s a lot to get into here, but I want to address this Super Bowl right up front so we can move along, taking no calls on this. It was a great game right up to the end. And then the ref took over. And that’s too bad. And I try and be as objective as this is. I can I read what Jason Whitlock wrote over at The Blaze. Jason Whitlock spent a lot of his life in Kansas City. His favorite team is the Kansas City Chiefs. His mother moved to Kansas City in 1984. He was a columnist there for some time, and I agree with him. That this was not the right call at all. It was an abomination. Now, I’ve looked at this rerun over and over, as have many of you. And I think this gentleman, Olsen, who was one of the. The top broadcasters of their game is really outstanding. In fact, I think the team there, those two who are broadcasting the Super Bowl, deserve a big salute. They were fantastic. They did a great job. But the potential receiver, Juju Smith. Schuster. He wasn’t impeded. He wasn’t pulled from one side or the other. His arm wasn’t held and his neck wasn’t held. His jersey wasn’t pulled. You could see. It was barely touched on the center of his back. Didn’t affect him in any way. He was still in stride, still running the same route. And it wasn’t a catchable pass. It wasn’t even close to a catchable pass. So James Bradbury is out there now. New York Post and others have covered this, he said. Yeah, I pulled his his jersey, but I didn’t think they call it. And the Eagles to a man. Well, we should have played better. It shouldn’t have come down to one play. A lot of games come down to one play. And I’m listening to this and I’m thinking to myself as as Jason, we’re locked into word go out from the commissioner. To the team ownership. Down to the coaches and then to the players. You’re not to squawk about anything. Seriously. Because what happened with that call is the game was over. Basically it was down to clock management. Kicking a field goal from the 25 yard line, which is almost unmissable. And getting the clock down 8 seconds or 4 seconds. So. There would be no serious next play by the Eagles. It’s over. Look, it’s not sour grapes to me. I’m just telling you, as somebody who’s watched the game from beginning to end with our family. That that call and those reruns they kept showing and other than those who probably live in Kansas City, but a lot of other people saw it. Instead. What the hell kind of call is that to change the outcome potentially of a game rather than let these guys duke it out? So Mahomes is the greatest player to ever live. Guys 27 years old, he’s one. What is it for now? Super Bowls, Mr. Producer? That’s a big deal, right? Now they’re talking about being the next Tom Brady. So they have their story, the NFL. And. But this was a fantastic game. It was until the referee took it over at the very end. I’m not saying he’s crooked, don’t get me wrong. I’m just saying it was a stupid call was ridiculous. To change the outcome of a Super Bowl or at least change the the ending on how it would be played out. Would have been fascinating to watch. How would play out otherwise? What Mahomes might have done, what the what the offense for the Kansas City Chiefs might have done. But also the reaction of my friends is interesting. I have a very, very close friend who’s from Kansas City. He didn’t even text me after the game because I think he he was a little surprised. My buddy Larry O’Connor, who’s been beaten on the Eagles all week. He even agreed it was an abomination. But others too. Now. It’s not the first time it’s happened. It won’t be the last time it’s happened. But I’m not going to censor myself. Over what I saw. It was a real hold and the guy was, you know. Even slightly taken off his route or impeded. It had some effect on the ability to catch the ball. Great. Great. Then it’s then it’s on Bradbury. It’s on the part. That’s not what I saw. That’s the I didn’t see it. I watched it, but I didn’t see it. It looked like his hand barely touched his back. Did you watch the game? Open your microphone because you hate the Eagles. I do not like the Eagles. You’re a Steelers guy. Correct. And I’m not pressuring you at all. Do you agree with me or am I my washed up? No, I agree 100%. His hands just on his back. He didn’t impede at all. He didn’t even push him. So. That’s my take. And we’re seeing more and more of this from the refs with the different teams and different games. And so what we’re seeing more and more of in. And I don’t know if it’s a problem with the refs. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the rules. But you have. What was a less than 2 minutes or 2 minutes, give or take. And you have something like that. You don’t affect the game. You don’t affect the game like that, in my view. Now, what about the quarterbacks who had a better game? They both had great games. It really doesn’t matter. These are great quarterbacks. I mean, it’s clear without hurts, the Eagles wouldn’t be where they are. It’s clear without Mahomes, the Chiefs wouldn’t be where they were. They’re both great players and the teams were very well matched up. I mean, very tight. I think the Eagles defense was not as up to par as it could have been, quite frankly. I think the one drop ball that enabled Kansas City to score that was pretty brutal. But then again, the three pointer that their kicker missed, that was pretty brutal. But that’s the nature of a game. The least that happened on the field was the players. The players either go left or go right. We got that. But that call sticks in my in my gut. Because it’s like, What did you say? What? What? At a minimum, they should have just let that go because it was not in my view, it was not a holding, certainly wasn’t a pass interference, but it wasn’t a holding. He didn’t hold anything. But he’s out there, you know. Yeah, I know, but I was hoping I wouldn’t be caught. One of you heard a player say that. Twice. But wasn’t that weird, Rich? I held them, but I was hoping they wouldn’t call it. In other words, you preplanned. That doesn’t even make any sense. So, yes, I think the word went on out. We don’t want any whining and compare. This is our Super Bowl. It means everything to the NFL. And I think their favorite player is Mahomes. And they didn’t want that to be interfered with. And that was that. In my view, it was a lousy ending to a great, great Super Bowl. Not because the Eagles lost. They didn’t deserve to win, they would lose. But because the ref. Got involved in the very end, and I’ve seen it enough. I don’t care what they say. I don’t care what the course says. I don’t know what they’re saying on ESPN. I could care less. I don’t know what I heard, what Bradbury said. He can say anything he wants to say. That’s perfectly fine. But I know what I saw with my own two eyes. This guy was not impeded in any respect. He ran his route. It was a ball that he wasn’t going to catch, period. He never broke his stride. It wasn’t turned in one direction or he didn’t even look over his shoulder. That was that. I guess I could never have a sports show, could I, Mr. Produce? Was an abomination. I want to congratulate the Chiefs. They didn’t do anything wrong. They played like like warriors. They didn’t do anything wrong. I don’t think the Eagles did anything wrong either. It’s not that the Chiefs didn’t. Didn’t get to where they needed to be to win the game. That second half was unbelievable. But that play. With a ref interfered was contemptible. Again, I don’t blame the chiefs. Why would I do that? They benefited from it. That’s okay. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 2

I don’t believe in ethnic or racial national anthems, the black national anthem or any other national anthem than the American national anthem. We’re supposed to be assimilating in this country. We talk about equity and equality. We talk about unity. That’s not the way to get there. Everybody having their own national anthem is ridiculous. We all have histories in our background like they go to other places. But we’re here. We’re Americans. This is the American culture. This Johnny Cash ragged old flag piece that they play. They also played it in the Super Bowl 2017 and 2020 is so inspiring. I wanted to play it for you. And then after the bottom of the hour, we will get back to the issues. Cut one. Go. Oh, sure. No. I walked through a county courthouse square. On a park bench. An old man sitting there. I said your courthouse is kind of rundown. You know, it’ll do for our little town. I said, your flagpole is laying a little bit as a ragged old flag you got hanging on it. He said, have a seat. And I said, Is this the first time you’ve been to our little town? I said, I think it is. And he said, I don’t like to brag, but we’re kind of proud of those ragged flags. You see, we got a little hole in that leg there. When Washington took it across the Delaware. And a gun powder burns the night that Francis Scott Key said what it right you say can you see. And if you got a bad rep in New Orleans. Back at him Jax took it to. As well as the album. Beside the Texas flag, which she waved. She got to go to the sword and Chancellorsville. She got good again at Shiloh Hill. There was Robert E Lee for a garden break and the south wind blew hard on that ragged. Flanders Field. And earlier on she got a big hole the. She turned blood red. She was in Korea, Vietnam. She went where she was. She waves from our ships in the briny full. In her own good land here. She’s been on the. She’s been burned, dishonored, denied and refused. And the government of which she stands is scandalized throughout the land. And she’s getting threadbare and she’s wearing thin, but she’s in good shape or the shape she’s she’s been through the fire before. And I believe she can take her own life. So we raise her up every morning. We take her down every night. We don’t let her touch the ground and we fall over of. On second thought, I do like to brag cause I’m proud of our Ragged Ole Flag.

Hour 1 Segment 3

Well ladies and gentlemen to listen to the Biden administration is to not have any idea what’s going on in our sovereign airspace. First, it’s the usual cover up. So a couple of people in Montana looked in the sky and saw this derringer, the communist Chinese spy craft. Moving along at a, what, 20, 40, 50 miles an hour? I don’t know. Not until it had all the major nuclear launch sites and more. They moved off the coast of South Carolina. Did they shoot it down? And of course, Biden, in his usual stupidity and arrogance, said he would do exactly the same thing. That’s the problem. That’s the problem when you’re bought and paid for by the communist regime. In communist China. There’ve been three others since two things. And we’re not sure what they are. They tell us. Might even be a UFO, according to Noah at. And one over Canada, which apparently Canada doesn’t have the jets to shoot down itself. You do not find this unbelievable. Or is supposed to be monitoring other satellite spacecraft, hypersonic supersonic missiles. Well, potential nuclear warheads, the ability to blow out our entire electrical grid. I mean, does this not shock you and concern you? And the mealy mouths who are talking about it. Austin Kirby. Nor. And. I mean, this has me deeply, deeply concerned, is it not you? And it’s no big deal. We’re told it is a big deal. Don’t let them dumb us down. Don’t let them change the standards that were in place before they came into office all across the board. That’s what they do. Oh, don’t worry about S.A.T. scores when you know those are racist anywhere. Well, the board is secure. Come on, now, we’ve. We’ve done it, you know, and all that crap. Lloyd Austin today. On the airport tarmac in Brussels today. The secretary of defense. Cat five. Go. Again, these three events presented, each of them presented a risk to safety of. And we don’t know with certainty whether that is if they fly them higher. As I said last week, say 60,000 feet where most commercial flights do not fly, but instead at 40 or 30,000 feet, that will shoot them out of the sky. Well, what if they’re 60,000 feet into the sky? Well, they don’t present a commercial threat, do they? Go ahead and troll against. But because of the route that they took out of an abundance of caution, we want to make sure that we have the ability to examine what these things are, potentially what they were doing. So what did he say? Nothing is a mealy mouth. Is a mealy mouthed, I should say, like the head of the Joint Chiefs. What did he say? Say anything? Then there’s John Kirby. They brought him over the White House. Here’s a white guy. Least the rumor is he’s straight. A straight white guy. Who’s stepping all over the lesbian black lady. Nobody’s offended by that. Now. That’s okay. And don’t worry. We have a new commerce. Excuse me, Communications director, White House. And they keep saying that. That he’s gay. And I keep saying, Why do you keep telling us this stuff? Who cares? We just want people who know what the hell’s going on and communicate with us and stop with the cover ups. And the light. So here’s John Kirby, straight white guy. I guess we should call him, shouldn’t we? Most of it is because your sexuality and your skin color very important. Apparently. Cut sex. Go. Any of these three objects were surveilling. We couldn’t rule that out. And so there you know, you want to err on the side of safety here in terms of protecting our national security interests and the fact that these objects could have and and likely did at some point in their path, transit over, you know, potential military sites of ours or sensitive sites. That’s interesting. That’s not what Austin said, is it? So we don’t know what they’re actually doing, but they’re actually collecting. He said we had to shoot them down because they’re threatening commercial. Flights. Kirby just said. Three objects were surveilling and couldn’t rule out. And so, you know, you want it air on the side of safety in terms of protecting our national security. So Kirby says, we’re protecting our national security. Austin says we’re protecting commercial air flights. Cat seven. Go. When it comes to these higher altitudes. Are America’s borders secure? The president takes, as I said earlier, he takes we don’t care what he takes seriously. The only thing he takes seriously is his ice cream cones. That’s not the question. What the president takes seriously or not. That wasn’t the question. The question is, are our skies secure? Go Social Security extremely seriously. He has no higher responsibility than the safety and security of the American people. And I don’t think you need to look any further. Quite frankly, then the decisions he’s made in just the last week to ten days, so many further, we’ve had these things in the air. They can’t describe what three of them were doing. They can’t describe who sent them. They can’t agree on why they were shot down. And beyond that, move along. President takes it seriously. The way he’d take classified documents seriously, the way he takes securing the border seriously, the way he takes seriously his big lie about cutting Social Security and Medicare. We know what he takes seriously. Nothing. Correct. Go. You said a moment ago that there’s no knowledge of a U.S. balloon or other craft over Chinese territory, which is being cognizant of the fact that China has a different definition of what their territory is than the United States. Is our come on now, we have the idiot reporters. SB You know, they cognizant of the fact the Chinese have a different take on what’s their territory. Who cares if they have a different take? They don’t own the South China Sea. They don’t own the East China Sea. They don’t own the islands of Japan. They don’t own Taiwan. What are you talking about, you moron? Reporter. Oh, can’t wait for this. Go ahead. Glenn’s aircraft over taiwan, over the south China Sea, that that would fit into that. There is no u.s. surveillance aircraft over Chinese in Chinese airspace. Even Chinese claimed airspace, you know, U.S. surveillance aircraft in Chinese airspace. And I don’t blame him for answering that way because the reporter. You would have thought he’s working for Communist China. State media. I’m surprised because normally they’re working for. Marxists. Biden Administration. State Media. Gene here at the White House briefing today. Are they? UFOs? You know, the guy that runs Android said they could be UFOs. That’s how stupid they think you are. That’s how stupid they think you are. Could be UFOs. Cut now and go. I know there have been questions and concerns about this, but there is no again, no indication of aliens or extraterrestrial activity with these recent takedowns again. There is they’re laughing. But that’s what the Nora guy said. They laugh all they want. This is the crap they’re throwing out there and hoping something sticks. Go ahead and or terrestrial activity with these recent takedowns. We wanted to make sure that the American people knew that. All of you knew that. And it was important for us to see that from here, because we’ve been hearing a lot about. Well, why don’t you tell your guy to cut it out then? Michael McCaul is the chairman of the House Foreign Relations Committee. And he’s on Face the Nation. I don’t know why these guys are going on Face the Nation and meet the Depressed and the other one. I don’t have any idea because they have no ratings and they’re utterly hostile. But here’s what he had to say. Cut one. Go. Well, it’s certainly the right move. It will be one of my number one priorities as the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee in this Congress to stop the export of technology to China. That then goes into the most advanced weapons systems, in this case, a sophisticated spy balloon that went across three nuclear sites. I think it’s important to say in plain view of the American people, you know, in Montana, the Triad site, air, land and sea nuclear weapons in Omaha, this spy balloon went over our strategic command, which is our most sensitive nuclear site. It was so sensitive that President Bush was taken there after 911 and then finally Missouri, the B-2 bomber. That’s where they are place. It did a lot of damage. And I think the fact is, whether it be the hypersonic weapon they’ve made that circled the world and landed with precision to the spy balloon, we have to start selling them the very technology that they use in their most advanced weapons systems that they can’t turn against it. I ask you a question, America? Why would this guy say. That were our B-2 bombers are. In Missouri. Why would he say that? Now maybe the enemy knows it. But why would he say that on national television? Do you think that smart Mr. Abbott is? What? And I don’t think I’m that sophisticated when it comes to this stuff, but when people are penetrating our sovereign airspace. And we have all the sophisticated technology and equipment. We have our satellites. We can. We can pinpoint things. We have GPS systems and advanced radar systems, and everything’s not based in the United States, which is why we have other bases. Aren’t we monitoring what’s coming out of China, whether it’s by balloon or missile or something else? Of course we are. Or Iran or North Korea or Russia or whatever. Yes, of course we are. Then why are these guys like the Keystone Cops? And why is McCaul talking about where our B-2 bombers are based, unless it’s been in some paper lately? I’m not done with this. I’ll be right back.

Hour 1 Segment 4

By the way, we we strive for perfection here, but we don’t always meet it. That was Mahomes. Second Super Bowl victory has at one four, but he’s already Tom Brady. Maybe he will be one day. The NFL seems to just want to keep hyping. And by the way, the whole hype begins like at eight in the morning. I didn’t turn the damn thing on till 630 at night. Mr. Producer, Eastern Time. Jim Himes, Democrat, Connecticut on Meet the Press. I have to play these things because nobody watches them. Even he’s concerned about what the hell’s going on here. And he’s a big lib K12. Go. Since then, of course, there’s been the shoot down over Alaska and the shoot down over the Yukon. Congress has been out of session, and so we have not been directly briefed on that. Our staffs have been kept informed. But the reality is, Chuck, here, I think part of the reason and by the way, I have real concerns about why the administration is not being more forthcoming with everything that it knows. That part of the problem here is that both of the second and the third objects were shot down in very remote areas. So my, my, my guess is that there’s just not a lot of information out there yet to share. Are you serious? Are you serious? If one of these countries fires a nuclear missile at the United States. We have exactly 35 seconds to make a decision where it came from. Are you confident, America, that we can do that? As I said, this guy, I think, is the ranking member of the Intel committee or something like that. Now we have eyes on what goes on in China. I don’t even mean on the ground. Are we monitoring what they’re doing? What? What’s the purpose of normality? Isn’t that the purpose? And why don’t we have eyes on enemy countries that have nuclear capabilities? I mean, somebody better take a damn close look at this. And I mean now. Because this is a big deal. The government’s playing it down. Mine’s playing it down. All of us spokes idiots or the Keystone cops running in circles. People keep saying Biden should reveal information. He should talk to the American people. Why he’s a moron and a serial liar who wouldn’t trust anything that comes out of his mouth. You get that damn secretary of defense under oath. You get that damn Molly under. You dragged their asses in front of these committees, You hold public hearings and you lay it out. That’s what you’re going to have to do. Don’t catch these guys walking the helicopters or walking away from jets in the middle of nowhere. Put the Washington get put them under oath, under penalty of perjury, and start holding people in contempt. We want to know what the hell’s going on in American skies. We get nothing out of the FBI when the FBI’s gone rogue, Nothing. Nothing out of Merrick Garland but lies and mumble mouth. Nothing out of the DHS. By the way, did you see where this secretary. Department of Homeland Security that the Department of Homeland Security has hired a private law firm to defend him against impeachment? Did you see that, Mr. Reducer? I’d never heard of this sort of thing before. I think they charge like 600 to 20 $200 an hour. So we, the taxpayers, are paying for. Some. You know, massively expensive private law firm to defend the secretary of DHS from impeachment. I mean, to me, that’s unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. But back to my point. These generals. These admirals. These civilian leaders of the Department of Defense, they can tell you everything you want to know about critical race theory and all the rest of it. But when it literally comes to defending our airspace, apparently that’s too much to ask. Well, let’s get to it. Fortunately, our guys on the Hill, they have so much to investigate. Honest to God, it just it’s just never ending. So it’s difficult. I’ll be back.
