On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, President Biden gave an address from Independence Hall in Philadelphia where the American Revolution was launched. Biden and the Democrats keep alienating and lying to the American people and the people keep pretending to believe it. He labeled “MAGA Republicans” and election-deniers as a threat to our democracy. Biden called on all Americans to come together in the face of what he called extremism (soccer moms and conservatives). Then, Democrats are trying to change our entire political system. In Alaska, the California-born rank-choice voting was used to disenfranchise voters and defeat former Governor Sarah Palin who was running for Congress. Later, Former South Carolina Governor and Ambassador Nikki Haley calls in to blast Biden for maligning Republicans while Democrats dehumanize minorities and divide Americans with his hateful MAGA-Fascism rhetoric. Haley also called New York State Attorney General Letitia James to the carpet for leaking the names of donors to her policy advocacy organization. This is the same office that is after former President Trump, the NRA and now Stand For America.

Hour 1 Segment 1

We will be taking Joe Biden’s. Speech, 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time live, and I will be commenting on it live. I’ll be standing in front of Independence Hall. Which was the official launch of the American Revolution. Does Joe Biden even know what the Declaration of Independence says starts out this way, ladies and gentlemen? Not we, the people. That’s the Constitution when in the course of human events. It becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another. And to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. Doesn’t that sound. Like a revolution, Mr. Producer. America. So he’s going in front of Independence Hall. To say what? To attack half the people of the United States, he’ll say he’s not, but he is. In fact, to attack all people who disagree with the radical Marxist agenda. We hold these truths to be self-evident. And I suspect he might even have this on a card or teleprompter prepared for him, this part that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights. Governments are instituted among men. Deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. And it goes on. This is a revolutionary document. That gives the justification. That gives the justification. For overthrowing. The monarch control over the colonies. I just want to point that out. So many people would consider the founders. Violent revolutionaries, no doubt the king of England did, and his monarchy. No question about it. So if Joe Biden wants to give the kind of speech that he’s reportedly going to give, he shouldn’t be standing in front of the Declaration of Independence. Where so many Americans are fed up with what their government has turned into. And is turning into against their will, against their interests. No. He should be standing in front of the Democratic National Committee headquarters. And giving a speech like this about the fundamental transformation of America, but the fundamental transformation. Of gender and sex. But the fundamental transformation of the Supreme Court and on and on and on, No. Well, Miranda Devine is a brilliant lady, she writes brilliantly. She says tyrannical old Joe’s secret police state. The goal of Joe Antifa Biden wrapping himself in the blue after the anti cop violence and different police movement he slyly egged on during the 2020 Bijli Manteuffel riots, the breakdown of law and order in our cities is the consequence. No question about that. Now he’s back to posing as a big champion of the cops as zanti semi fascist, that is a. Suffa attempting to turn the tables on the party of law and order with wildly dishonest rhetoric that is as frightening as it is absurd to be easy to laugh at all off the blathering of a spiteful, increasingly incoherent, angry old man. But what Biden and the puppeteers who guide him are doing is very sinister. They appear to be preparing the ground for an even harsher crackdown, harsher crackdown on his political opponents by the security state, which has become, to all appearances, his secret police. The president’s intemperate attacks on Republicans as semi fascist, ultra mega white supremacists and domestic terrorists have escalated as a midterm wipeout looms and Biden’s deadly polls have solidified despite media lauding the comeback of aviator Joe. Yeah, sure is, polls have bounced back, quote unquote, just like gas prices from unbelievably bad to really bad. Clearly two weeks in the basement with double Korwin and a month on vacation has done wonders for his popularity. And in Biden’s case, absence makes the heart grow slightly less scornful. But before he heads to Delaware for another long weekend. The White House decided it needed to make a couple of big political speeches to set the tone for the campaign season. Tonight, it’s a primetime address about, quote, the continued battle for the soul of the nation, unquote, as if any American wants to take moral instruction from a Biden. His speech on gun control Pennsylvania Tuesday was a scene setter that should fill all with dread. President spent much of his time on stage with me railing against Magga, Republicans inadvertently lumping anyone else who believes in the America first agenda, which includes a fair chunk of independents and some Democrats. Let me say this to my Magga Republican friends in Congress. He said, don’t tell me you support law enforcement. If you won’t condemn what happened on the 6th of January, for God’s sakes, whose side are you on? Spare us. He lied about the January six riot characterizing it, and I suppose it quote from some unnamed foreign leader as, quote, a mob of a thousand people storming down the hallways and killing several police officers. In the meantime, unquote, not one police officer was killed. The only person killed was Ashley Babbette, the petite, unarmed Trump supporter shot dead by a Capitol police officer. He sarcastically referred to, quote, right. Brave right wing Americans, unquote, support the Second Amendment as a protection against government tyranny. If you want to fight against the country, need an F 15. Says Mr. Tough Guy. He tried to flip the tables on the soaring crime and demoralized police that his party single handedly caused and pretend they were his strengths, just like the old days, the arsonist returning to the burning embers as the hero firefighter. I’m opposed to defunding the police, said Biden. I’m also opposed to defunding the FBI now, he tells us, why did he not say that months ago and during the months of violent anti cop riots in 2020 and steady fueled anti police sentiment the minute that George Floyds story blew up. He would emerge periodically from his basement to rant about systemic police racism, for which there was no evidence after weeks of riots, arson, looting and death at the height of the different police. Grace, he replied, yes, absolutely, when asked if we can redirect some of the police funding. Whom is he trying to kid now? Biden’s speech Tuesday was not random wild talk, it was designed for an ultimate end, which is to deploy his administration’s year old national strategy for countering domestic terrorism to crush his political opposition. In this strategy, the unprecedented threat to the nation is the mega semi fascist, and the way to counter it at the Roots is to install a far left equity agenda, economic redistribution, critical race theory, etc. And if you object as any thinking person does, then you may find yourself labeled a domestic violence extremist or enemy of the state, as Nancy Pelosi called Republicans. About the only critic of the strategy is political science professor Nicholas Giordano, as he puts it, the Democrats critique of Republicans has gone from bitter clingers to domestic terrorists. It’s a coordinated and sustained effort to paint their political opponents as a threat. To seize power. The media amplifies the government’s drumbeat, providing justification to the tyrant so they can tell themselves that they’re doing good, ridding the nation of racism and equity, shaming democracy from existential threats like Ashley Babbitt. This is why they have to lie about January six and call it an insurrection, a terrorist attack worse than 9/11. This is why, as Professor Geodon points out, you hear the term purge, deprogram and re-educate applied to Trump supporters by the talking heads at MSNBC. But because there actually aren’t enough white supremacist domestic violent extremists to purge, the security state has had to engage in scope creep. So that patriotic Betsy Ross flag is secretly listed. And an internal FBI guide leaked a Project Veritas as domestic violence terrorism symbol, along with a punishers skull, the Spartan helmet, the Gadsden flag and the two for Second Amendment. The word Orwellian is overused now because our entire politics is Orwellian. Nothing is as it seems. Every statement is psychological projection. Every day is opposite day. Biden gaslights and lies everyone, his administration gaslights and lies. They tell us the border is closed, that millions of illegal migrants are walking or not walking across the southern border. That 100 Biden’s laptop is Russian disinformation that the covid job will stop the virus and inflation is zero. The lies are the architecture of tyranny as a Russian émigré, Elena. Hold on, I just lost it, Karkoc, I wrote about the Soviet Union of the 60s, quote, The rules are simple. They lie to us. We know they’re lying. As Biden excoriates millions of Americans, as Maggette, Republicans, extremists, semih fascists and threats to democracy. Something he’s likely to do again tonight. And these so-called solve the nation’s. Beach. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich says Biden’s sneering insults stem from terror. Speaking to Fox News, Gingrich noted that more than 70 million Americans voted for Donald Trump in the last election to have a president of the United States characterize half his country. The way that Joe Biden does is the greatest act of aggression by an American president against his own people that we’ve ever seen. It’s truly an astonishing moment. It doesn’t fit any of our prior history. And I keep telling my friends, do not assume anything based on past president because you’re now dealing with people who are terrified. I mean, if you’re the senior FBI, you’re the White House and you’re looking at the potential of a Republican controlled House and Senate. And you realize all of your emails, all of your meetings, everything that you’ve been doing could suddenly become public and your entire career could be destroyed and you might end up in jail. I mean, you’re going to do everything you can to try to guarantee. That the Republicans can’t win this fall because you’re terrified of what a Republican Congress would be like. Republican congressional leaders, including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy. A promised to hold hearings on whether Biden, Joe Biden influence peddling allegations, among other investigations. McCarthy has told Attorney General Merrick Garland to preserve your documents and clear your calendar in preparation for an anticipated Republican probe of what McCarthy called the politically weaponized Justice Department and FBI. And Gingrich said the Biden Garland Justice Department is the most corrupt and all of American history. And he’s right. He said you have corruption from the attorney general to the head of the FBI to senior elements of the FBI, you have collusion from a wide range of in the intelligence community. You had I think it was 50 some Intel senior officials who signed a letter last year that we now know was a total lie. None of them have recanted. And I fully expect the Department of Justice to indict Donald Trump in a D.C. court, a district Auriga, five point six percent of the vote. So by 19 to one, the jury is likely to be against him. I think it’s an all out effort, and I just heard Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, say the FBI used to suppress the Hunter Biden like laptop story for the three or four weeks before the election at 20, 20 at a time, by the way, when some 80 percent of Americans say if they had known how corrupt Biden was and threw him his father, they probably would have voted against Joe Biden. So I have no idea what’s going to happen next. I’m a historian by training, and I tell everybody, you have to assume that nothing, you know. Nothing, you know, tells you anything about how corrupt and how sick this is going to get, because you have fanatics who represent a secular religion who are determined to destroy not just Trump, but Trump’s followers, and they could do most anything. We have no way of knowing what the next six months or two years are going to carry. And it is August 26 speech in Rockville, Maryland. Biden close with this attack, what a serious moment in our nation’s history. The magor Republicans don’t just threaten our personal rights and economic security. They’re a threat to our very democracy. They refuse to accept the will of the people. They embrace political violence. They don’t believe in democracy. This is why in this moment, those of you who love the country, Democrats, independents, mainstream Republicans, we must be stronger, more determined, more committed to saving America. The Democrats and the Democrat Party. In the higher up you go on their political chain, hate the American people as they hate the country. And when you have this Marxist ideology, remember, you despise free will. You despise individual liberty, gets into the way of your plans, and so when you have people more and more. Who are objecting to what the government is doing to them. They have to be put down. And if, in fact, Biden gives the kind of speech his press secretary and he have indicated he’s going to give it, is he? His lighting fuse as it is he. Who’s throwing political grenades? And his media, the proud of America. Now, I do need to update you, there was a hearing in federal court today. A real judge in the southern district of Florida. And this is how it’s reported by NBC and I read it, it seemed pretty accurate. A federal judge said today she would make a more detailed list of what the FBI seized from former President Trump’s Mar a Lago estate. As lawyers for Trump and the Justice Department faced off in a federal courtroom in Florida for the first time in a case involving the unprecedented search of his home. U.S. District Judge Eileen Cannon did not immediately rule, however, on the lawyer’s request to appoint a special master to review all the evidence seized in the Aug. eight search to determine whether any of it includes potential attorney client or executive privilege issues. Trump lawyers had requested a more detailed inventory of what investigators seized, contending the version they got from the government was too vague. They asked for a detailed account of exactly what was seized and where it was located when it was seized. By the way, these lawyers Trump has now, they really are good. They are good. Trump’s team also said they want a third party special master to share all the evidence with them, including the affidavit laying out the government’s case that was used to get the search warrant in the first place. The Department of Justice was ready for the possibility the judge would order that the more detailed list be unsealed, saying in a court filing earlier this week the government is prepared, given the extraordinary circumstances, to unseal the more detailed receipt and provided immediately to plaintiffs for what it’s awaiting for. It does need a court order to do that. Well, the government characterized the case in grave terms related to national security and classified documents, Trump lawyer Jim TRUSTe compared it to something more mundane. Quote, We’ve characterized that at times as an overdue library book scenario where there’s a dispute, not even a dispute, but ongoing negotiations with the National Archives that has suddenly been transformed into a criminal investigation, he said. Sidestepping that the Justice Department had issued a subpoena for the documents this year, they say, well, you can issue a subpoena and still be in negotiations. Happens all the time. But trustees, right. That’s what’s up with this bad document. Seriously documents throughout the hearing, Judge Cannon, a Trump appointee, they remind us, had more questions for the government and for the former president’s team and repeatedly asked why she shouldn’t appoint a special master. You see, it’s not really that rare to appoint a special master. And this is a very, very high profile matter involving serious conflict and constitutional issues. And yet look at how the government is fighting over this. Justice Department attorneys argued a special master was either superfluous or unwarranted when it came to Trump’s claims about executive privilege, pointing to a 1977 case, Nixon versus GSA, a government attorney told the court that Trump couldn’t invoke the privilege because he was no longer the executive. I don’t know if that’s right, Judge. Excuse me, Judge Cannon said. It seems to me like you’re potentially overreaching Nixon to say now that there’s absolutely no room for a former executive to raise a claim of privilege, at least for some period of time, is not entirely decided in the law. So I’m not sure if it’s cut and dried, as you suggest. She’s exactly right. And I mentioned that to you yesterday. There’s no Supreme Court decision right on point here. Jay Bratt, a top intelligence official at Justice, argued that the bottom line was Trump had a stash of documents that don’t belong to him. He’s no longer the president because he’s no longer the president. He had no right to those document that ends the analysis that said. Oh, OK. So bureaucrat at the Department of Justice says it’s all over, judge, it’s all over Trump just what we say, put him in cuffs, leg irons, send him off to jail. This guy, Brad, sounds like a real punk. A real punk, and by the way, you’re doing a fantastic job on counterintelligence over there at the Department of Justice. The communist Chinese have stolen everything. The key to the kingdom, they’ve stolen everything, and there you are, Chase and Trump, you jerk. That’s right. That’s right. Jon Voight. I got to get to a lot because remember, we’re doing Biden live in the third hour, Jon Voight. Put out a video message the other day, and I meant to play it didn’t have time and I want to play it now. Cut one go. My fellow Americans, can we all speak truths so we can see the lie that was brought upon? Our President Trump and the ones who once were on his side are now finding wrong with the documents. Can we see this? Did they ever attack Obama’s home or Clinton’s? And why not? Because President Trump knows that the swamp are all lies and he once drowned them and they’re all afraid you will see the truth, wake up, America, see this lie. And we must see this as similar to President Kennedy’s files, my friends, the deceit will surely die for no man shall turn trusts for their ego, for their unrighteousness, because our witness will surely condemn this war. The Third World War. Yes, it’s been turned into a war. But this force, this evil force against the American people will be wiped out by the power that once helped George Washington win the revolution for freedom. There is a God, and he the Almighty will answer our prayers for this nation to be strong and safe and loving for our future. This is the greatest country, the land of opportunity where one can be their greatest self. This is America and my fellow Americans. I’m proud to be an American and I know that we will be saved if there is a plan that the one president who had our true trust was President Donald Trump, and he will do it all over again with the prayers, the hope, the love, the trust of all the American people once again. And then there’s well said, John. And then there is Jean Pierre. Who babbles equally as much as the idiot she works for? Let’s see here, let us go to cut to Mr. Producer. Go. You know, when you ask me about the mega agenda, especially as it relates to Congress, as it relates to elected officials, it is one of the most extreme agendas that we have seen. And it is a a part of the it is the extreme part of the Republican Party. So the Republican agenda in Congress, such as it is, is extremist. So it’s not just about a handful of people, it’s the Republican agenda in Congress is extremist. Cat three go go back to tonight’s speech. Obviously, he said that the president’s going to be calling out these lawmakers that are back lawmakers in Congress, but he had 74 million people vote for Trump last time around. You said it’s a small number, but the White House believes are extremists. Can you give us an idea of ballpark? Are we talking a million of that 74 million or a one percent? 20 percent? What kind of numbers are we talking? Well, I’m talking about I’m talking about specifically of MAGA office holders that understand, ladies and gentlemen, what they’re doing here is now they’re saying we get the define. Who’s dangerous and who’s extreme, what kind of regimes have done that in the past? Can you think of any. Over at the Huffington Post, they’re very offended. Over Media Matters, they’re very offended because these are the spokesman. For the Marxist fascist extremists in this country, they will defend Biden and the Democrat Party to the hilt no matter what. So when I point out that the dehumanization of people has led to genocide and I point out that it’s led to genocide in the most horrific regimes. They got very angry with me. Because they’re stupid, low IQ. Zombies, pretty much. Pretty much. They are funded and paid by dark money. And this is how they exist. Like the Russian Pravda or the state media in. Or in Iran, for that matter, they think this is great. So the debate isn’t over policy. You see, the debate isn’t over what the administration has done, what the Democrats have done in the Senate, in the House, what they want to do now. The debate is. We have to defend ourselves. As Americans. From the Democrat Party. They are going to define us, they are going to characterize us, they think they are. And that’s the election, they think. Are you? Who believe in the Constitution and the declaration, who believe in individual liberty, who believe in our principles, who don’t believe in the 16 19 project, but the 1776 reality. Who believe in free market capitalism as opposed to centralized socialism and we now radical extremists because we don’t embrace. The Pelosi Schumer, Biden, AOC. Sanders agenda. That’s what they’re saying, that’s you. Go ahead. Where to? I’m talking specifically already answered this question about how, you know, we feel like we’ve touched a nerve, right? When when folks are saying that we’re we’re trying to be divisive or that we’re talking about millions of like you touched a nerve. People are responding. To your effort to dehumanize half the country and it may be more than half the country. People are responding. To the irresponsibility of this regime. The way I see it, ladies and gentlemen, those of us who oppose what’s taking place. We are the people who believe in freedom. We are the resistance. Cut four, go. They’re also facing some criticism which has been brought up, that this aggressive tone is also stoking the divisiveness that he’s trying. Feel any concerns about the president’s never going to shy away from calling out what he sees, really? He’s never going to shy away, but so I don’t have to shy away from what I see. When Biden shuffles around, squints, issues, orders left and right, trying to destroy our economic system, destroy our our borders and our sovereignty, destroy our health care system, walks around and decides what kind of energy will or will not take place. That’s funny. I think of the Hugo Chavez is the Brezhnev’s that Mao Tse Tung. That’s what I think. Kevin McCarthy today on Fox cut five go. He’s trying to distract from his disasters that he’s created this country. The problem with Joe Biden is he does not understand the soul of America, the tens of millions of hardworking, law abiding citizens that he vilifies that simply want to have a say in their kids education, to go to a school board meeting, want a gasoline price that they can afford, no longer wants inflation to continue to rise, afraid to go out in the streets to be safe again. They want a stronger, safer, more prosperous America. And all he does is vilify them to distract from the disastrous and no plan he has to save America from where we are today. You have a right to criticize the government. If a right to criticize the Democrat Party, you have a right to criticize Biden, the president, you have a right to criticize the Democrats in the House and the Senate. You have a right to do all those things. And I want you to remember, this is the same president, the same administration. That immediately, immediately threatened parents who were at school board meetings. Immediately threaten them at the say so of the teachers unions. Now, who is it that supports a police state? Then they mentioned the FBI and the national security office and the criminal division and the U.S. attorney’s and the Civil Rights Division, and he gave out the domestic terrorist hotline just in case. These parents protest a little too loudly. It’s not about Trump Persay, it’s not about MAGA, per say. This is what fascists, Marxists, totalitarians of all types do. He’s trying to characterize Republicans, not good conservatives, good Republicans. He doesn’t get to decide who good conservatives and good Republicans are. What they’re doing. Is trying to change the very nature of our political system. Which they’ve been trying to do forever. I’ll be right back

By the way, Nikki Haley will be here next hour to talk about Letitia James, who’s Letitia James. She is the crackpot, radical, left wing kook, evil attorney general of the state of New York. Talk about tyranny, talk about totalitarianism. Nikki Haley is founder of Stand for America, this organization, and like all groups such as this, when they file the returns with the Internal Revenue Service, there are certain pages that are supposed to be kept. Confidential and you print on those pages confidential. All of these non-profit groups do, and the reason is to protect major donors who would otherwise be targeted, you know, by the Democrat Party militia or mob or somebody else. But that’s the law and it’s supposed to be kept confidential. And some states require the same filing or similar one in their state. Well, Nikki Haley’s group that was leaked. It was leaked to the public, their donors. It was leaked to the media, the left media that attacked her and attacked the group. And targeted the donors. And Nikki Haley wants to come on the program as she has others. To call out this Letitia James, who should be under. Criminal investigation now. For the revealing of Internal Revenue information. And if we had a real Treasury Department. We had a real US attorney’s office, the attorney general of New York. Would be in front of a federal grand jury forced to testify under oath, under threat of imprisonment. That’s the way it ought to be handled. I shall return.
