There should be NO CRIMINAL investigation, whether by Garland or a special counsel, relating to the Presidential Records Act. This entire travesty was and is a sleazy backdoor effort by the Biden administration to grab all they could at the former president’s home in a witch hunt covering taxes and Jan. 6 and anything else without actual probable cause — because the DOJ and US attorney have NO evidence of criminality.
