On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, Democrats are pushing massive American Marxist plans to push social programs and spend trillions – even if they lower it by a trillion dollars – that will enshrine lasting changes to our lives by simply letting the debt grow. Frauds, fools, and phonies are saying that we’re paying for programs that President Trump enacted, which is a lie. Even in a government shutdown, the government will continue collecting taxes. Another line that Democrats are telling is that the government will default on the debt service, this is also false because the federal government will have enough money to cover it from tax revenue. Now, raising the debt ceiling is about future spending, not about paying debt service, and this must be stopped. The Constitution is clear on this, the President cannot usurp the authority of Congress to commandeer their power of the purse. Then, the “Build Back Better” initiative uses taxes to fund leftwing armies during election day. They have fused the powers of government with the needs of the Democrat Party. Just like Gen. Mark Milley used the power of the military to his benefit. Later, Stuart and Kathy Scheller, call in, they are the parents of Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller who is currently in prison for publicly criticizing his chain of command over the Afghanistan withdrawal. The Scheller’s said he fell on his own sword because he felt the need to stand up for the 13 slaughtered Marines and all the Marines that have served under him. The Scheller’s coveted the prayers of all Americans for their son’s situation. Afterward, the CDC is looking to fund a study to promote the left’s position that guns are violent and are a public health crisis. This is another way to steal people’s liberty.

Hour 1 Segment 1
Let me tell you what the Democrat Party in Biden’s strategy ultimately will be. Let me make a guess. When it comes to massive spending. Just a guess, pretty backbencher’s as they get ready to scribble. They will lower the amount, Mr. Producer. From their putative three point five trillion, which is really 5.5 trillion by a trillion or so. So keep in place most of the massive social engineering programs, massive expansion of the welfare state, much of the massive confiscatory tax schemes. I’ll just drop the price. And their goal will be to enshrine these changes that they want to make to our country, to your life, to your income, to your private property, to your unalienable rights. And just let the debt grow. What do you think about that, Mr. Producer? You can see that happening. I can see that happening, they just want to get their foot in the door and all these massive American Marxism plans. And they’ll give up on the money to some extent, because in the end, they don’t care anyway. Now, I’m concerned about this because then you’ll get a mansion and perhaps cinema and others to vote for this sort of thing, they’ll be able to claim that it’s not as expensive. As it would have been otherwise, but it is it’s just that they put it on the debit part of the of the sheet. And drive the debt even higher. If they’re Republicans listening to me on Capitol Hill, I hope you’ll get ready for this. I hope you’ll be prepared for this. Because I think that is likely the scenario. Could be wrong, but that’s the likely scenario in my head, I’m just sitting here thinking about. Now, we’ve got a lot to cover tonight. I probably need five or six hours, it’s one of those shows, but I want to get started. I’m very excited about digging into this, and I want to try and make this as interesting as possible. You’ve been hearing Fraud’s fools and phonies from Joe Scarborough on up. Going on about. And not just him, the Democrats in Congress and in this Yellen head of the Treasury secretary, talking about how we will default on our debt if we don’t raise the debt ceiling. You’ve heard Pelosi and her sycophants say. We’re paying for the programs. That Donald Trump put in place and had already spent money on, we have to make good on that. They’re all liars. And every few years I have to explain this, they are all liars, so stick with me. And by the way, as a great caller from the Villages last night pointed out here, the Democrats have been saying from Biden on down. That this plan is already paid for, so I don’t know why they’re talking about raising the debt ceiling at all was a great point. The government will not default on the debt service. It will not default on the debt service, the treasury secretary is a liar, Pelosi is a liar. Mitch McConnell used to say this, and when he did, he was a liar. And I’ve pointed it out against Republicans and Democrats. If the government shuts down, if the debt ceiling is not raised, what continues to happen in America, the federal government continues to collect tax revenue. Whether it’s. Federal income, individual income taxes, corporate income taxes, capital gains taxes, user fees, whatever it is, payroll deductions, they don’t stop. They continue. And they amount to about 320 billion dollars a month. That keeps coming into the federal government debt ceiling or no debt ceiling. And I just looked it up. Forty four dollars billion, give or take every month, goes to servicing the debt, 44 billion dollars. That leaves approximately 275 billion dollars every single month or three trillion dollars for the government to continue to spend. Now, they say. There’ll be a default. Why would there be a default? There’s plenty of money to service the debt. Every single month to the tune of forty four billions of dollars, there’s no default. The full faith and credit of the United States will not be violated. Now, raising the debt ceiling is a totally different thing. Then paying the debt service, raising the debt ceiling is about going forward, future spending. They want to raise the debt ceiling. So when they pass a budget, they have to show that it’s paid for, it’s paid for by actual taxes or it’s paid for by debt. The budget must balance in that sense. Not a budget, not a balanced budget in our sense, but on the books. So the federal government has to borrow money because it never spends within its budget. So going forward, it needs to borrow money. That’s why they want that debt ceiling to go up, not to pay the debt service, which is 45 billion dollars a month with 320 billion dollars coming into the federal government every month, that’s easy. And what the Democrats have told the Republicans. Is that we want the debt ceiling raised. Till December 20, 22 to get through the midterm elections, and we don’t want a cap on it. Meaning whatever they choose to pass, whatever they choose to spend unilaterally. The Republicans are expected to vote to raise the debt ceiling to pay for it. And this is where McConnell and the Republicans have said, no, we’re not going to do that. Why would we do that? In fact, I don’t think they’ve ever done anything like that before, and they’re saying to the Democrats, you have 50 50 in the Senate, you have a slight majority of votes in the House. You want to ram through this spending through phony reconciliation and everything else. You do it. We’re not voting for any of it. So raising the debt ceiling is about future spending, not about paying the debt service. You actually have Democrats. Saying that what Joe Biden should do is ignore all this. What Joe Biden should do is trigger the 14th Amendment. Trigger the 14th Amendment. Well, the fourth clause of the 14th Amendment says the foreign member, these are the post civil war amendments. So this was passed to address the debt after the civil war, the validity of the public debt of the United States authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. So, in other words, the debt that was accumulated by the union, but neither the United States nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States. In other words, the Confederacy or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave. But all such debts, obligations and claim shall be held illegal and void. So the debt for the union. That is the United States at that point. Must be honored. And that is the first payment that is to be made before all other payments are to be made. OK. That payments for the debt service, the payment for pensions and so forth. So what the Democrats are saying, some of them like James Clyburn, he says that every three years because he’s a constitutional illiterate. They’re saying what Biden should do is say, I am raising the debt limit myself. Because it is unconstitutional not to pay that debt service that we incurred. Now I just explained to you. That there’s plenty of money to pay the debt service. It’s a little over 10 percent, maybe 13, 14 percent of the monthly revenues that come in. So this would be utterly illegitimate. They’re just hoping you’re stupid. And when you listen to the media, this can get very complicated, but it’s not. So as a practical matter, there’s no reason to trigger the 14th Amendment as a constitutional matter. This has nothing to do. With paying forward and the president of the United States has absolutely no constitutional power. To assume and seize the power of Congress. Now, what’s the power of Congress? Stay with me. Simple. Article one, Section eight, Clause one, the Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes, duties imposed in exercises to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States. Then there’s Article one, Section eight clause to the Congress, the power to borrow money on the credit of the United States. Probably the most. Core and fundamental power of Congress is the power of the purse. The president doesn’t have the power under the 14th Amendment to say, hey, I’m in charge of the power of the purse. I’m in charge of paying. That would be an insurrection, if you will. That would be treason. A complete destruction of our constitutional order. Because then you can see what could flow from that, a president could unilaterally raise taxes and say, look, I got to pay the debt service under the 14th Amendment, I’m raising the income tax. I don’t give a damn what Congress does. That power has never been contemplated by anybody except the modern day American Marxist Democrat Party. They keep talking about this the way they talk about packing the Supreme Court, the way they talk about ending the filibuster rule, the way they talk about eliminating the Electoral College, unless they win, the way they talk about undermining our immigration laws and deportations and all the rest, they do not believe in law and order. They believe in their own power. So. There will be. There will be no. Default on the debt. The full faith and credit of the United States will not be violated. So what happens? Well, by statute. There are certain payments that occur after the debt service has paid that 40 some dollars billion every month, Social Security. Is paid. Medicare is paid. Pensions, the federal employees are paid. Medicaid is paid and there’s some other programs in there as well. So whatever’s left, you see. Then Congress. Has to prioritize what programs it’s going to fund or how much it’s going to fund in these programs. Based on the income Congress, that is the government actually receives. This is what they do not want to do. This is what they do not want to do. So, Mr. Producer, have I explained this in a fairly clear way? I hope everybody now understands we got to go out there and kill this bill, there will not be a default on the debt service unless the president of the United States and the secretary of the Treasury wants there to be. That is, they refuse to pay the debt service for which there is an enormous amount of money to pay. It’ll be they who violate the full faith and credit of the Constitution. If the debt service isn’t paid, it’ll be they who violate in an egregious way. The United States Constitution, if they try to seize power, that belongs to Congress under Article one. But as I said at the opening of this program, my suspicion is that what the Democrats want to do. Is they’ll come down on that three point five, which is really 5.5 troyen, it try to enshrine as many of these programs and policies, these radical hate America, American Marxist policies as they can. It just won’t worry about funding them. They’ll just do it through debt. They hope. Unless the Republicans hold firm. I’ll be right back.
Hour 1 Segment 2
There are huge tax increases in this apparently proposed bill targeting the poor in the lower middle class, as explained in the Free Beacon, a great site, the Democrats budget proposal relies on 100 billion dollar tax hike that disproportionately targets the poor, lines the pockets of organized crime and increases inequality. The plane doubles the federal tax on cigarettes, which would break Joe Biden’s promise to raise taxes only on those earning more than 400,000 households with an income of 35,000 or less smoke at three times the rate of households with incomes of more than 100,000 dollars a year. Richard Marineo, say 27 year veteran of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, who worked on gang violence at a tobacco tax increase, will punish vulnerable communities. You’re punishing lower income people, which the administration promised it wouldn’t. He said you’re punishing the police departments. I want to push towards reform. You’re punishing the states or organizations that truly have the tobacco harm reduction strategy to keep it out of the hands of kids and criminals. You cannot have a healthy community that’s not safe at tobacco. Tax hike would put a dent in state economies that rely on tobacco production. And it goes on. And so there’s actually more than this, it’s more than cigarettes. There’s a massive increase should your children inherit property? They want to lower the cap to three and a half million dollars that you can give in terms of gifts or upon death to anybody and everybody, they aggregate it. So if you have a small business, you’re not even that liquid, maybe a pulldown 100, 150, 300,000 a year, but you keep pouring your assets into the business to grow it and sustain it and you die. And it’s for, say, seven million dollars a year. Well, guess what? Anything over three point five million dollars a year is going to be taxed at almost 50 percent.
Hour 1 Segment 3
As most of you know, Marine Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller is sitting in a prison right now thrown into the brig by the United States military brass. His parents story, Kathy Scheller, will be on this program next hour, so I hope you’ll go listen. Also, I will be on Hannity tonight. I believe it’s around nine, 39, 35 p.m. Eastern Time. I hope you’ll watch. And anything else, I don’t think so. Now, Betsy McCaughey is a superb analyst and she’s writing in The New York Post, just so you know, billions hidden in the trillion dollar bill to tilt election scale. The Democrats, three and a half trillion social engineering bill, a.k.a. 5.5 trillion pushed by President Biden and Nancy Pelosi is called build back better. It should be called building a political scam. She writes in The New York Post. Buried in the 2500 pages are numerous billion dollar grants to unnamed community organizations for vague purposes like promoting community engagement, providing support and advice, and creating equitable civic infrastructure. This is what they’re doing with your money. Translation Your taxpayer dollars will fund the payrolls of left wing advocacy groups between elections and return. They become the campaign army staffing phone banks, harvesting ballots and escorting people to the polls on Election Day. This is what they’ve done, ladies and gentlemen, they have fused the powers of government with the needs and wants of the Democrat Party. Like I say, over and over and over again. They want to support resources for the Democrat Party, the hell with the country, they build back better. Bill is pouring tens of billions of dollars, an unprecedented amount into community organizations. That’s because congressional Democrats failed to ram through the two voting bills, H.R. one and H.R. four, that would change election rules to favor their party build back better is the party’s best shot at gaining an electoral advantage. The bill not only bankrolls nonprofit community organizations, it enhances their clout by allowing them to hand out billions of dollars in seed money for local business startups. And a new twist. The Small Business Administration is distributing huge sums to nonprofits that will serve as incubators, quote unquote, dispersing funding to startup businesses in, quote, underserved, unquote, areas. Curiously, the SBA already has regional offices across America to help startups and could distribute the funds itself, but instead is empowering nonprofits by making them the middlemen. Ninety percent of startups fail. There’s no riskier place to put taxpayer money yet the bill establishes no standards for which businesses get the funding except that they have to be majority owned by members of underrepresented communities, including residents of high poverty areas and formerly incarcerated. One thing they can’t have is a track record. If they’ve been in business five years, they’re ineligible. From an economic point of view, it’s taxpayer money down a rat hole. Clearly, the goal is political, though it’s vote buying. All in all, nonprofits are eligible for as much as 90 billion dollars to support their own activities or disseminate to polls under this bill, almost equivalent to the entire budget of the state of Florida. Historically, political machines that don’t have benefits in exchange for votes were local, as in the 19th century Boston, New York, Kansas City, all there is to it explain Kansas City boss James Pendergrast is doing things for people. Then later on, they’ll do things for you. The community organizer became president, Barack Obama was a master at machine politics, the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, outsourced the important job of health plan enrollment to community organizations, handsomely funding them and entrusting them to registered people to vote. At the same time, Obamacare turned community organizations into a fifth estate with government funding but without government rules now build back better is funding an even wider array of organizations that allocates a whopping five point seven billion for, quote, community led projects to stabilize neighborhoods, transition translation rallies and legal action to stop gentrification and so-called displacement. There’s another five billion for climate justice block grants to pay community organizations for, among other things, quote, facilitating engagement or disadvantaged communities in state and federal processes. Translation organizing protests and demanding seats on zoning boards. Hundreds of millions of dollars target higher mortality rates for black women giving birth. But even on such a serious issue, the bill requires community based organizations get priority over accredited medical centers, teaching hospitals and schools of nursing politics. First, for every left wing community organizations as a grant in build back better, the causes range from growing and diversifying the Dualla workforce to anti-discrimination and bias training. Republicans used to laugh about Obama’s work experience as a community organizer, but to build back better has passed Democrats who have the last laugh, shoveling big money into leftist community groups that tilt the scale against a fair two party system. You got that right. Pubes on the Hill. Any Democrat who votes for this, the phony moderates in Republican leaning districts are in purple districts. They need to be thrown out. And just so you know, every single Democrat minutes ago voted to increase the debt ceiling to December 16, 2022, to accommodate the trillions and trillions of dollars in this farcical, fraudulent bill. Every damn one of them voted for it. Don’t forget it. Like when Gottheimer goes back, that’s his name, right? Gottheimer in northern Jersey and the rest of them, you know, I’m part of the can do want to be or a committee here while we’re trying to they’re frauds. Barack, thanks. Let’s keep moving, let’s keep movin and groovin. As our friend Marvin says. So watch part of the hearing in the House today and the chairman. What was his name? Adam Smith. Not the real Adam Smith, the fraud. What a schmuck. Every time somebody finished speaking, Mr. Producer and I were talking about, he had a comment on it. The Democrats, it’s, you know, Trump, Trump, Trump, but what was clear to me, abundantly clear to me, is that these generals and that includes Austin, he was a general. They all regrouped. And they changed their strategy, they weren’t going to change their testimony, but they were going to say. The loss, the collapse of the government in the military in Afghanistan really all began with Trump and the deal he made. Did you notice that, Mr. Producer? They got together, they got their marching orders from the White House. These are extraordinarily political generals. Paul, damn three of them. And a disaster. And a disaster. So now. Well, you know, when when Trump announced this deal, in all, you know, the Taliban started taking various provinces together, this is why they all they all stink. But I was very, very impressed with Matt Gates at the House hearing today. And those of you who weren’t able to watch or hear and so forth, I want you to listen to this one go February twenty six, twenty twenty House Armed Services Committee General Mark Milley. We know we’re not going to defeat the Taliban militarily and they’re not going to defeat the government of Afghanistan militarily. You really blew that call, didn’t you, General? I believe that that was a issue of strategic stalemate and that if we had remained in Afghanistan with the advisory levels of effort, then the government of Afghanistan. That’s that’s an interesting answer to a question. It’s just not what I asked. You spent more time with Bob Woodward on this book than you spent analyzing the very likely prospect that the Afghanistan government was going to fall immediately to the Taliban. Didn’t you? Not even close, Congressman? Oh, really? Because you said right after Kabul fell that no one could have anticipated the immediate fall of the Ghani government. When did you become aware that Joe Biden tried to get Ghani to lie about the conditions in Afghanistan? He did that in July. Did you know that right away? I’m not aware of what President Biden you’re not aware of the phone call that Biden had with Ghani where he said whether it is true or not, we want you to go out there and paint a rosy picture of what’s going on in Afghanistan. You’re the chief military adviser to the president. You said that the Taliban was not going to defeat the government of Afghanistan militarily, which, by the way, they cut through them like a hot knife through butter, and then the president tries to get Ghani to lie. When did you become aware of that attempt? Well, there’s two things there, Congressman, if I may one. Is what I said was the situation with stalemate and if we kept advisers with the government of Afghanistan and the army would have still been there. That’s what I said. Whether that’s right or wrong. I don’t know. But it seems wrong now. Well, we would all the we withdraw all the Austin secretary. Austin, are you capable of assessing whether another has the will to fight? No, we’re not. And that’s the point that the chairman made earlier. That’s just like an incredibly disappointing thing for the secretary of defense to simply say, I can’t assess whether someone has the will to fight, but it is consistent with your record. I mean, during the Obama administration, I think they gave you about 48 million dollars to go train up some folks in Syria to go take on the Assad government. And I think your testimony was that only four or five survive first contact with the enemy. So what confidence should this committee have in you or should the country have in you when you’ve now confessed to us? And whether it’s the swing and a miss in Afghanistan? The General Milley talked to the Senate about yesterday total failure or whether it was your failures in Syria, you don’t seem capable to look at a fighting force and determine whether or not they have the will. Well, that’s an embarrassing call, Congressman, that the end result was the SDF that we stood up that was very, very instrumental in turning the tide of a battle up in Syria. Oh, yeah. Turned it so much. You’ve got Assad in power in Syria. You got the Taliban in power in Afghanistan. I mean, where have you been? The focus was the focus was ISIS Congressman. And we and those forces had significant effect on the network. It just seems like you’re chronically bad at this. And you have admitted that, I guess, which is to your credit card to when people in the military, like Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Scheller, stand up and demand accountability when they say that you all screwed up, when they point out that General Milley statement that the talent, you know, that the government of Afghanistan is not going to get defeated by the Taliban. Well, he ends up in the brig and you all end up in front of us. And your former employer, Raytheon, ends up with a lot of money. And we have poured cash and blood and credibility into a gonne government. That was a mirage. It fell immediately. And while the guy sitting next to you was off, you know, talking to Phil Rucker and was off doing his thing with Bob Woodward. We were buying into the big lie, the big lie that this that this was never going to be successful, that we could ever rely on the Afghanistan government for anything at all. You know, General, you kind of gave up the game earlier when you said you wanted to address elements of your personal conduct that were in question. We’re not questioning your personal conduct. We’re questioning in your official capacity going in undermining the chain of command, which is obviously what you did. You’ve created this whole chain, not undermines the narrative. And you absolutely did. And it not. Well, you know what? You said yesterday that you weren’t going to resign when senators asked you this question, and I believe that you guys probably won’t resign. You seem to be very happy failing up over there. But if we didn’t have a president that was so addled, you all would be fired because that is what you deserve. You have let down the people who wear the uniform in my district and all around this country. And you’re far more interested in what your perception is and how people think about you. An insider Washington books than you care about winning has been incapable of doing when he finished. A female congresswoman, I don’t even know what phraseology to use anymore, a birthing person. Elected from a marginal district in my home state of Pennsylvania, admonish the congressman. She was Epiphone. Now, what about this book? What about it? Congressman, I don’t have time. All right, we have one minute when we come back. If we don’t have time in the next segment, I’ll do it next time, it’s very important with Congressman Banks questioning Mark Milley about the book and so forth. I’ll be right back.
Hour 1 Segment 4
I would encourage each and every one of you who haven’t participated yet, please go to Amazon.com or any bookstore out there actually, and acquire your copies of American Marxism and hand them out. We need you. We need you in this fight. The fight this week, the fight next week. It’s taking place at the local, state and federal levels. This will all make sense. Once you’ve had an opportunity to read American Marxism, it’ll galvanize you and help you rally others as well. And we need to do that. This book needs to be read by a million more people. So I’m counting on you. I’m not on the Sunday shows. I’m not on Twitter, I’m not on Facebook. We’re not promoted by The New York Times and The Washington Post. No. So it’s up to you. The Levin writes, The Patriots out there to jump in now both feet acquire copies of American Marxism. If you don’t want to read it, you can listen to it in two different forms. But I believe it’s essential. And you can look at the over 15,000 five star comments on Amazon.com. There’s never been a book like this. Ladies and gentlemen, I want to strongly encourage you to jump in now. We need your help now before this November. Some of you folks who are kind of sitting on the sidelines and saying, you know, this American Marxism, I’m tired of hearing about this book, I all I can do is encourage you to jump in. And I strongly believe that once you start to read this book, you’ll get it. You really will. And if you can get this to members of your family or colleagues. Friends, people in your neighborhood and your churches or synagogues and whatever social organizations you belong, it’s going to make a difference. And if it just makes a difference with a few people, that is massive. We’re not going to win the battle of the media. It’s not going to happen. What happens is we push our pamphlet out. This is our modern day pamphlet, American Marxism. This is a no holds barred book and it’s the most unique book I’ve ever written. And I think it’s probably the most unique book you’ve ever read. And so I encourage you now, don’t put it off any longer if you’re able to. If you can, I get it. If you’re able to acquire copies to distribute. American Marxism. I’ll be right back.
