On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Americans cannot become pollyannas. The Democrat Party and the US media are defending China. America is beginning a decline and the greater the power amassed by the left within the Democrat Party, the faster the decline. America is fighting a two-front war; internationally and internally. China is ascending and the United States is descending. The hate on for America’s economic system is reaching a fever pitch. The system that has created the greatest amount of wealth for the greatest amount of people, more than any other economic system ever has. The American free-market reflects human nature, allowing for fewer and fewer people to make decisions. Then, Marxism is an abstraction built on poverty which teaches its adherents that they must go broke, to take handouts, or get crushed. Sadly American children are not taught to love capitalism, they are taught to hate it. This has brought us to a time of systemic lawlessness where liberty is destroyed in the name of liberty. The franchise of the American citizen is being destroyed in the name of suffrage and Democrat bureaucrats are happy to use the name of the constitution to destroy the actual constitution. Afterward, the Pennsylvania legal matter based on constitutionality may be taken up by the US Supreme Court. SCOTUS should rule that Pennsylvania violated the Electoral College, violated the Pennsylvania State Constitution, and unconstitutionally contravened the process of choosing electors outlined in Article II.

Hour 1 Segment 1
I hope you’ll stick with me as I face various issues together, many of which are really not top of news on cable and network news and other places. But it’s very important. One hundred and twenty years ago, the most powerful country on the face of the earth was Great Britain. Used to be said that the sun never set on the British Empire. Britain, even though it has nukes and is a wonderful country, is now a second tier superpower. Ladies and gentlemen, I’m going to tell you something, this is going to upset you, it upsets me. And I think this is what is giving you sleepless nights and a lot of frustration, anger and concern. I love this country and you love this country. But I’m not going to be a Pollyanna because if we’re Pollyannas and we’re not serious, we’re going to lose this country. America is beginning a decline. In so many respects, America is beginning a decline, the greater power the Democrat Party and the left get, the greater and the faster the decline. You’ve heard me talk here many times and on live in TV many times about a two front war that we’re fighting now, the war internally in the United States and with China effectively China’s on the ascendancy. We’ve talked about this many times over the years. Let’s start with the basics. The hostility towards our economic system has reached a fever pitch. Our economic system, not government, not redistribution of wealth, not taxation, not regulation, not bureaucracies, our economic system has created the greatest amount of wealth for the greatest number of people of any economic system ever devised by man. You know why? Because nobody devised free markets and capitalism. It just happened. It’s natural. And why did it just happened? Why is it natural? Because it best reflects human nature, human needs and wants. That’s why private property rights and respect for people and their income and their success is so important. That’s why we have economic progress. That’s how you have growth. That’s how you create opportunity and wealth for more people, fewer and fewer people making decisions, making decisions about their own lives, not everybody else’s life, as opposed to more and more centralized decisions being made by politicians and bureaucrats and people that really cannot possibly have all the knowledge they need to make these decisions and have almost no experience in that which they’re regulating and taxing. And that kind of ignorance is what socialism and Marxism is based on, it’s an abstraction, a deadly abstraction, an impoverishing abstraction. Our kids are not taught about capitalism in our schools. They’re not taught about our economic system. They’re taught to hate it. They’re taught about Marxism, so-called progressivism at every level of education. And what about our laws and our constitution, not only they demeaned and disparaged in the classroom, they’re demeaned and they’re disparaged by judges. By politicians, by other public officials, you’re seeing a level. Of lawlessness in Democrat controlled cities and states that we’ve never seen before in the United States of America, whether it’s Democrat controlled courts. Legislatures, governors, they’re exercising power now that a year ago, just a year ago, you would never have imagined ever there trouncing all over the Bill of Rights and even beyond the Bill of Rights. And their rules are nonsensical. They’re cherry picking who they apply against and what they apply against. And over and over again, you can see that people who are imposing them live by a completely different standard. They are destroying private property rights, they’re destroying families, they are destroying neighborhoods, they’re destroying lives, and they tell you it’s your duty to self-destruct. It’s your duty to go broke. It’s your duty to go on welfare. It’s your duty to take a handout. And those who resist are to be crushed. Now, you. You look beyond that, you look at the selection. People are talking about systemic fraud, I believe there is systemic failure, but even worse, there are systemic lawlessness. Systemic lawlessness, particularly by Democrats state courts. Federal courts as well, Democrat governors, Democrat legislatures, Democrat secretaries of state and Democrat bureaucrats who are destroying. The safety valves and the protections that have been in place for God knows how long and every state to ensure that the purpose that the person who is voting is the person who is supposed to vote, you’re not supposed to make it easy for people to vote. You’re supposed to make it possible for people to vote as long as they go through certain requirements like everything else with deadlines, with signatures, with ID, that’s not asking too much. That’s asking very little. In order to protect the franchise for the rest of the people. And yet we have a Democrat Party that has as its purpose, the destruction of the franchise while it claims to support the franchise. This is what they do with the Constitution and liberty. They destroy the Constitution while claiming to defend it, they destroy liberty by claiming to defend it and of course they do it in the name of the people. We are. Heading towards the down side of the mountain. The American decline. That’s why many of you and some of us are fighting still on the selection front. Among other places, and you see, because it’s been announced. Proudly declared. That if the Democrats take the Senate. By a bare majority. If they have 51 seats in the Senate works, yet they can’t get 51 seats in the Senate if they have 50 seats in the Senate as a result of this Georgia election. And Kamala Harris is the Senate president pro tem voting to break the tie. Fifty one to 50, they have a mere a meager majority in the House. And they have a man in the White House whose presidency is under serious question. Should he be eventually sworn in? And they will use. They will use. The the thinnest of majorities that they have. To change the whole government. We’ve never seen anything like this before, the speaker of the House talks about changing the entire judiciary. The minority leader in the Senate. Talks about changing an entire Supreme Court. Changing the legislative processes. Changing the Electoral College, so. So big swaths of America are not represented in Washington, D.C., ever. And they’re supported by Barack Obama and they’re supported by Joe Biden. This is the Democrat Party, which has much in common throughout its history. Throughout its history, as much in common with tyrannical parties. In different governments and with different ideologies. We have four Supreme Court justices. You have now voted twice. To eviscerate the First Amendment. In two respects, actually, to eviscerate religious liberty and freedom of assembly, just follow the scientists, they tell us, follow scientists. Is that what the framers of the Constitution would say is that with the the ratifiers in the states would have said follow the scientists? These are God given liberties, these are unalienable rights. Now, there can be some balance, but there’s no balance. No, none whatsoever. Tell me, what are the limits of these governors in these mayors? What are they where are they? Where can we find them? Nowhere. They have seized power. And they are in no mood to surrender it, they have seized power and worse yet. They’re aggressively expanding it in the name of health, of course. Even though the mortality rate from this virus, quite frankly, is miniscule, every life matters, don’t ask the it’s a choice to kill your baby crowd because for them, obviously it doesn’t, but it does for us. But when it comes to pandemics and it comes to the mortality rate, the mortality rate in those cases is minuscule. Now, the nation, we’re walking around with masks. Where social distancing, a new phrase we never heard of before, you go into a store, they have these these places where you can stand as if you’re an idiot six feet apart. We have all the hand sanitizers, all of us are trying to follow the rules, but when it comes to life and death, when it comes to whether you survive or not, when it comes to losing everything you’ve worked for, when it comes to losing your job, and then they say, yes, yes, do that. It’s the religious excuse me, it’s the patriotic thing to do. Remember World War One? Remember the Korean War. Remember World War two? What? What are they talking about? They’ve all but destroyed law enforcement in the inner cities. All but destroyed law enforcement in the inner cities. We have a massive movement of people in this country and it’s not even being noticed, name being reported on. You have over the course of this year, a million or two million people picking up their stakes and leaving certain cities in certain states for other cities and other states, it’s like a great migration taking place in our country. It’s a great migration. People are fleeing to free or states. They’re fleeing to Texas, they’re fleeing to Tennessee, they’re fleeing to Florida, they’re fleeing to other states, they can’t get out of California, New York and New Jersey and these other states fast enough. These are governments of the people, by the people and for the people. And Joe Biden and the Democrat Party intend to impose exactly the same thing on the entirety of the country. And in order to do that, they have no intention of operating within the four corners of the law, the Constitution, they seek to change the four corners the way they did it in state after state after state during this election. Look at our schools. They’re a disaster. We’re still pouring hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars into these schools and our kids aren’t even in these schools, so they’re barely in these schools. Kids in fifth grade have a fourth grade now education, kids in fourth grade of a third grade education, the lack of socializing, the psychological impact, the health impact, we’ve built this massive infrastructure. We’ve been told public education, don’t be funded, pay the teachers and look at the snap of a finger. They shut it down. I’ll be right back.

Give this media Democrat Party alliance, and it is a vital alliance, it disarms the American people have actual information they need to have, and I think the alliance between the Democrat Party and the media today can be compared to the alliance of the Democrat Party and the media during Franklin Roosevelt’s administration. And what happened then? What happened then, tell me, did the media report much about the rise of the Third Reich and Adolf Hitler? No. Did the media report about the Nazis and the and the vast genocide that they were implementing? No, Franklin Roosevelt didn’t want them to get our media report widely about the. Internment of 120000 Japanese Americans and Americans of Japanese who now know it was all necessary. They thought the massive regulations, the massive redistribution of wealth, the illegal use of the FBI and the IRS against FDR as opponents, no. What do you see happening today with the median Joe Biden of the Democrat Party? See exactly the same thing, exactly the same thing. And that means we’re in serious danger. Donald Trump, he understood all this instinctively, instinctively understood all this. He came under attack and still does by the never Trumpers by what I call pseudo conservatives who are so obsessed with their own hate, who are so obsessed with their own narrative for their own appearances, in their own social circles and by the news media. They’ve missed the big picture and they’re still missing the big picture. It’s a disgrace. When I hear Joe Biden said, hey, people sacrificed World War One, World War Two, Joe Biden is never sacrificed. His son, Beau, did, but he hasn’t. When you look at our cities, ladies and gentlemen, when you look at our institutions under attack, economic institution, governing institution, there are hollowing out America. That’s what they’re doing. War. War on energy. The communist Chinese are laughing, they can’t believe how stupid where you’re going to unilaterally. Become energy independent. We’re going to follow John Kerry. Who doesn’t know a thing about oil except what he puts in his own hair? Seriously? We’ve reached a point, we’ve reached a pinnacle where we’re self-sufficient in energy, something that we’ve tried to do for half a century, and now we’re going to unilaterally destroy ourselves. Anthony Fauci, Anthony Fauci, he’s not Einstein. What the hell is this guy? He’s been in the bureaucracy his entire life. His entire life. He loves Joe Biden, he loves Hillary Clinton, is a liberal Democrat, he’s an authoritarian, that’s what he is. Look around you, we have what I’ll call scientific fascism taking place. And the autocrats who look for excuses to impose their will. Have found one. As they live differently. They have no intention of living like us. Ever. Ever. We have exactly God forbid, if he’s President Biden, his administration, exactly the wrong people in positions of power to confront China, exactly the wrong people while China is on the ascendancy and we’re on the decline, exactly the wrong people who continue to want to hollow out our country. To redistribute power and wealth from the private sector to Washington, D.C.. Who believe in, quote, unquote, globalism. I don’t even know what that means, globalism. What happened to Americanism? I’m not opposed to international relations. But I am opposed to surrendering American sovereignty. I wrote it way back, and liberty and tyranny. And Donald Trump was confronting China economically, militarily and in every other way, and yet these pseudo conservatives, they just disgust me. Look at this, the national polls, Biden camp refuses to rebuke China for U.S. Intel report revealing influence, campaign targeting transition. There’s not even any talk about this, no talk whatsoever. No concerns on Capitol Hill. Adam Schiff is crawled back into a slimy hole. Washington Examiner Joe Biden’s national security picks are great news for China. They’re all China appeasers. Free beacon. Biden education lead, that is the person likely to be education secretary. Chinese Communist Party has done magical work in education. Empowered educators, how high performing system shape teaching quality around the world. She explained the centrality of the teacher to Chinese students lives. And then, of course, there’s Joe Biden himself, a lifetime of appeasing the communist Chinese and his familial corruption is beyond belief. But no, no, no, we’re not going to report on that. Exactly the wrong man, exactly the wrong people at exactly the wrong time in American history. I fear for us, I really do. One thousand Chinese research is one thousand plus Chinese researchers have left the United States amid tech theft crackdown that is crackdown by the Trump administration. One thousand. They’re the enemy. They’ve been all traded our society, they stolen our technology. They’re building up their military where it’ll be second to none. While we have Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and Light and possibly Joe Biden, are you kidding me? And we have these these lousy generals in these positions. We had and the rest of them. China just took Hong Kong two blinks and it’s gone. They tend to take Taiwan. They’re threatening Japan, they’re threatening Vietnam, they’re threatening the Philippines, they put up these fake islands. Don’t know worry. We’re just using them because, you know, we’re setting up a club. You know, like the ones you see on TV with the couples, yeah, we’re just setting up a club like militarising. The South China Sea. Where five to six trillion dollars in goods flow. Every year. Take over the South China Sea, you control the Pacific. And then the so-called. Intelligentsia, which is typically pretty damn stupid, like this clown, Thomas Friedman, this clown, Thomas Frieden, is that a free ride? For a long, long time, they’ve been handed a Pulitzer Prizes. Like popcorn. But that’s OK, Wollogorang, he got a Pulitzer Prize to. Over 100 years ago, and he was Stalin’s mouthpiece. And he wrote for the same pathetic, disgusting newspaper, The New York Times. Our friends at the Media Research Center, and they listen to this clown. Thomas Friedman again praises communist China for getting things done. And that’s why they don’t oppose destroying the Supreme Court. Of course, John Roberts is destroying it for them. But you get my point. Or destroying the filibuster rule or packing the Senate or destroying the we just want to get things done now, they really don’t want to get things done. They want to impose their will on us. Columnist Thomas Friedman again showed a disturbing affection for China’s dictatorship, attacking Republican stubbornness on health care and climate change legislation so few years back, frequent pleas for enlightened autocrats able to get things accomplished against the will of the people for their own good. One party autocracy certainly has its drawbacks. He wrote back in 2009, but when it’s led by a reasonably enlightened group of people as China’s today, it can also have great advantages. This buffoon was talking about JI, who has rounded up two million users, a.k.a. Muslims. And I hear nothing from the Muslim community in this country, nothing from the Muslim community around the world, nothing. That one party congesting posed a politically difficult but critically important policies needed to move society forward in the 21st century, and that’s what they want. They want a Democrat Party modeled on an autocratic party. This is what I keep telling you. Since our one party democracy is worse, the fact is about the energy climate legislation and health care legislation, only the Democrats are really playing and he goes on. That’s what he means by globalism, I guess. Shocking, in its view, is held in major. Newsrooms all over the country. All over the country. And the pseudo conservatives and never trumpets, what are they doing? They attacked the president, the United States. Who has actually been doing a lot to confront communist China, Islama Nazi Iran. They talk about, look at this, he’s surrendering here, he’s surrendering there, he’s confronting. The real and the big issues we have internationally. And you’ll see the opposite, God forbid, if Biden’s in there should. Sure, sure, Afghanistan and all the rest of it, he’ll be big on that, but when it comes to China, he’ll fold like a cheap chair. When it comes to Iran, it tends to fund them, actually fund them. I’ll be right back.

The director of national intelligence is John Ratcliffe, and I want you to hear what he had to say yesterday on CBS, Katherine Harris, who is a real journalist. It’s only a minute. But it’s something I think you need to listen to, cut one, go talk about the earliest days of the pandemic, does the intelligence show that the Chinese president made the call to minimize the threat of covid-19? The intelligence shows that the Chinese Communist Party’s senior leaders, including President JI, were aware and lied to the rest of the world about what they knew and when they knew about covid-19. They made the conscious decision to shut down their economy, to shut down their country, travel in and out of Wuhan where this originated. But they allowed travel from one to the rest of the world. They knew that and they’ve taken advantage of that. What does the intelligence show about foreign efforts to steal covid-19 vaccine research? Well, so that’s, you know, adding insult to injury. It shows that China is attempting to has been attempting to access our research into covid-19. So the pandemic that was created by China’s actions, they’ve attempted to steal our research. And I want you to remember that period of time when the president called it the China virus and people were calling it me included the Wuhan, China virus. And they said that was racist. Because the Democrat Party and our media are defending communist China. And when they’re not defending communist China, they’re ignoring communist China. This is what I’m talking about, the decline of America. What’s going on in our schools? What’s going on in our entertainment world, Hollywood and so forth? What’s happening on the Internet? Our news media are gone, as I wrote about it in Unfreedom of the Press and talked about for years, the Democrat Party is a party that believes in autocracy. It always has never really embraced Americanism. Tell me when and how they run against America, because obviously America is such a horrific place. It’s such a racist place. It’s such an unequal place. Only billionaires do well in America and on and on and on. They talk out of one side of their mouth to certain people and then they talk out of the other side of their mouth. Other people talk about power. But they continue to tear down this magnificent country while the enemy is on the rise, China is the enemy. They’re not an adversary, they’re the enemy. They’re ascending and we’re declining. I felt very strongly that the president of the United States, Donald Trump, was confronting this, he saw it. He called them out early on, and he’s been dealing with it, whether it’s economically or militarily, geopolitically. What did Biden do for eight years and Obama? Well, there’s going to be more of the same. And unfortunately, four years and eight years of this, they’re going to leave us behind in the dust and you might say, Mark, how can you talk about America this way? I’m not talking about America this way. I’m talking about the people who seek to control the governing instrument, instrumentalities of this country that way. Look at these governors. Look at these mayors. Look at these school districts, look at these school districts that are controlled by the by the insane teachers union. Which isn’t even there to educate our kids that they represent their employees. That’s it. We were you know, I was starting to look with all these restaurants going, I went back and I looked. One hundred thousand restaurants have closed in the last six months during the pandemic, one hundred thousand restaurants. And many of them are never going to open again. Many of them are never going to open again. And Joe Biden says you’re not sacrificing enough. Remember World War One, which I’m sure he doesn’t. You’re just not sacrificing enough. Come on. One hundred days of masks. Just hunker down. Mr. Fauci will never give up his pension. He’ll never give up his medical care, and he’ll never give up his salary, I guarantee you.
