On Thursday's Mark Levin Show: Mark begins the show by speaking with Joe Kanefield, General Counsel to Governor Janice Brewer of Arizona. They discuss the appeal to the 9th Circuit regarding the Arizona immigration law. Why is the federal government going after a state that is simply enforcing federal immigration law? Because the federal government has no intention of enforcing the border or protecting the border. Mark says that what we are seeing now is a tyranny in the forms of the socialists laws regarding Arizona, healthcare, the border, and the nationalization of industry. Finally, Congressman Tom Price calls in and discusses Congress possibly becoming a lame duck if the Republicans win in November.
