On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show: It’s the courts that are out of control, abusing their power, and nullifying the rule of law, not Kim Davis, the KY county clerk jailed for not issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples. The 1st Amendment exists to protect individuals and their religious liberty from the Federal Government, which includes district courts. This is the problem we have when 9 lawyers dress in robes who impose their will on America. Sen Ted Cruz calls in and declares that he stands with Kim Davis. When President Obama resigns after years of ignoring our immigration laws then we can talk about Kim Davis. Also, you can’t have assimilation if you’re pressing 1 for English and 2 for Spanish on a phone call. Jeb Bush bashing Donald Trump in Spanish to a Latino audience shouldn’t be praised; he’s pandering to the ethnic community. There’s no way a country can exist without tension while it promotes multiple cultures with no assimilation. Later, it’s time for the Senate and House of Representatives to reverse course and treat President Obama’s Iran deal as a treaty. Republicans in Washington are every bit as guilty as Obama for not only tolerating his lawlessness, but by participating in it. The game is now fixed because of the Senate surrendering treaty powers to Obama.
